    Get PDF
Concrete structure experiencing any form of distress due to multiple reasons; need remedial, strengthening, and rehabilitation measures, if the structure is to attain serviceability and strength requirements of different elements. Further, the external welding reinforcement and prestressing of the reinforced concrete members have been proven to provide an effective strengthening approach. The prestressed concrete describes a type of concrete where internal stresses are instituted to counteract the multiple tensile stresses that are characteristics of service loading. In these concrete structures, cables, hard-drawn wires or bars of high strength alloy steel are employed as tendons to generate the counteracting stresses. The prestressed concrete is made up of an active combination of steel and concrete as these materials are traditionally stressed before the application of external loads. The prestressing technique has been comprehensively reviewed in numerous articles showing that it is more effective than the RCC structures. External prestressing is emerging as an essential component of prestressing as it is structurally attractive and economical. In external prestressing, the tendons are placed outside the member to improve the load-bearing capacity of the structures and their members. In this study, a beam exposed to various loading condition and distress is strengthened using external prestressing. The ultimate deflection and failure characteristics were evaluated using different loading scenarios; beam weight, live weight, and dead weight. The results for the prestressing analysis was provided for 10 and 20 strands

Buckling analysis of mechanical structures is essential to insure stability under loading .Critical load of buckling refer to the maximum load can be withstood without losing of stability and avoid a catastrophic damage due to the collapse of columns .Improving of mechanical properties spatially those related with elastic behaviors of materials can lead to improving buckling since it can be raised the value of critical load . Nanotechnology is one of the modern methods which makes significant effects on the mechanical properties of materials. In the field of composite materials this technology leads to valuable improvements for the favorite properties. In this regard Nano composite materials are paid a spatial attention in research for the last decade. The main aim of the present work is to investigate the effect of Nano carbon weight fraction on buckling of the composite plate. Five samples of  Nano composite plates were prepared and fabricated for experimental investigations  .The plate samples are combined of woven reinforcement fiber and polyester matrix with Carbon .The  weight fraction of Nano additives are 0 %, 0.5%, 1%, ,1.5 and 2%, of resin materials weight. To provide homogenous composite an ultrasonic homogenizer is utilized. The experimental work include buckling test for different Nano plates samples with simply supported at two ends and free at the other .Finite Element analysis was achieved via ANSYS R15.0 with proper elements ,meshing ,boundary condition and static analysis .It is found that increasing of Nano carbon weight ratio tends to increase critical load of buckling ,the maximum buckling load is at 2% wt ratio and the experimental results shows fair validation for the numerical analysis where the maximum error dos not exceeded 15%

Encryption in general is the process of keeping up the secrecy of data (both fixed and versatile) utilizing programs that can Convert and make an interpretation of that data into codes so that whenever got to by unapproved people doesn\u27t They can comprehend anything since what appears to them is a blend of images, numbers and unlimited characters,  the file is encrypted And decryption by password, which must be known to both parties (sender and receiver) This is called With symmetric encryption, Decryption means decryption. The quality and viability of encryption rely upon two key factors: the algorithm, and the key length evaluated by Bit, the higher the bit, the greater the security and difficulty of decrypting. The concept of soft set was studied and applied on the public key cryptography like simple Knapsack and Trapdoor Knapsack ciphers. Significant results were presented that was the measure of the evaluate encryption using the SNR and PSNR

Generally, the things that have the great role in facilitating the emergence of internet-connected sensory devices can be embodied in the developments that happen in the sphere of software, hardware, and communication technologies. The internet-connected sensory devices present perceptions and measurements of data from the real world.  It is suggested that nearly through 2020, the total use of internet-connected devices may reach to 25 to 50 billion. Actually, the relation between technologies and the volume of data being published is kept in one line. That is, if there is growth in the technologies, the volume of the data will be increased. Such technology, i.e. internet-connected devices, can be called as Internet of Things (IoT). Its role is to connect the real world with the cyber one. Furthermore, generating great data with velocity as its main characteristic will help in increasing the volume of IoT.  To develop smart IoT applications, one can use such intelligent processing and analyzing such big data. In this paper, we tend to study the impact of implementing machine learning (ML) algorithms and methods and their efficiency in the IoT domain. As well as explore how these algorithms help in founding efficient backbone solutions to analyze and estimate the huge amounts of data that are expected to arise in the coming few years due to the rapid growth on demands for IoT based applications
