Support Vector Machine Algorithms for Sentiment Analysis on the Inaugural Ceremony in the Capital City of Nusantara
The inauguration preview at IKN uploaded to the official Instagram account of President Joko Widodo (@jokowi) has garnered various reactions from the public, as seen in the comment columns that expressed all kinds of opinions, from positive to neutral and even negative. The objective of this paper is to provide an objective, systematic and real-time sentiment analysis of public using machine learning algorithms such as Naïve Bayes, and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The analysis process was done on two methods of labelling the data which are VADER and IndoBERT, as well as by implementing both on balancing a class imbalance using SMOTE. The performance result of SVM (RBF kernel) and IndoBERT labelling (95.05% accuracy, 0.951 F1-score) is the best one from evaluation process. The detect result can be analysed in terms of the frequency, which is positive posts and negative comments more than dominating. Perancangan Aplikasi QuizGo Sebagai Inovasi Sistem Informasi Pembelajaran Untuk siswa SMP Berbasis Metode Design Thinking
Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perlunya inovasi media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) sebagai generasi digital native. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi kuis interaktif QuizGo sebagai sistem informasi pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Subjek penelitian melibatkan siswa kelas VII dan VIII SMP Negeri Alok, Maumere. Tahap empathize dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pembelajaran, sedangkan tahap define merumuskan kebutuhan utama pengguna. Pada tahap ideate dan prototype, dikembangkan purwarupa aplikasi QuizGo dengan fitur kuis interaktif, mode latihan, papan peringkat, dan elemen gamifikasi. Tahap test dilakukan menggunakan metode Single Ease Question (SEQ) dan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur tingkat kemudahan dan kebergunaan aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa QuizGo mudah digunakan dan memperoleh skor SUS rata-rata sebesar 81,667 yang termasuk dalam kategori excellent. Dengan demikian, aplikasi QuizGo dinilai layak sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi, engagement, dan pengalaman belajar siswa SMP.

Accelerated Fermentation of Pineapple Peel-Based Eco-Enzyme with Ganoderma lucidum: A Novel Bioconversion Strategy for Antidermatophytic
Pineapple peel waste, rich in lignocellulosic compounds and bioactive metabolites, remains underutilized despite its potential. Traditional eco-enzyme production from pineapple peels, molasses, and water (3:1:10 ratio) requires 90 days of spontaneous fermentation, limiting efficiency. This study investigates Ganoderma lucidum, a medicinal white-rot fungus, as a biocatalyst to accelerate fermentation and enhance antidermatophytic activity against Trichophyton rubrum. Fermentation substrates were prepared with or without G. lucidum mycelial plugs and monitored at 15 and 45 days for pH, aroma, color, and organoleptic changes. Eco-enzyme efficacy was assessed via agar well diffusion assays at concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%, measuring T. rubrum colony diameters.Results showed G. lucidum significantly hastened organic decomposition and secondary metabolite production. By day 45, inoculated samples reached pH 2.85 (vs. 3.2 in controls), exhibited faster aroma stabilization and darker coloration, and achieved complete inhibition (0.0 mm colony diameter) across all concentrations. At day 15, inhibition was already strong (0.7 mm vs. 90 mm in untreated controls). This approach reduces fermentation time by over 50%, yielding a potent antifungal agent from waste. It offers a sustainable bioconversion strategy for eco-enzyme production with therapeutic potential
Mengapa Generasi Z Bertahan? Peran Empathic Leadership dalam Menekan Turnover Pekerja Generasi Z
This study aims to examine the spiral effect of incivility and its impact on Generation Z workers in Surabaya. The respondents of this study were 200 non-managerial workers who belonged to Generation Z. The location of the study was Surabaya. The data was distributed using Google Forms and processed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart Pls tool. The results of the study indicate that family incivility has a positive influence on workplace incivility, workplace incivility has a positive influence on turnover intention, workplace incivility mediates the influence of family incivility on turnover intention, and emphatic leadership moderates by weakening the positive effect of workplace incivility on turnover intention. The practical implications of this study are that organizations need to manage workplace incivility because this behavior is not only an internal office problem but can also originate from external problems (family). Organizations need to create training to build empathy, provide work-family counseling, and build a culture of mutual respect. Strict sanctions for violations can be one of the efforts to prevent the spiral effect of incivility and protect victims.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji efek spiral dari ketidaksopanan dan dampak yang ditimbulkan pada pekerja generasi Z di Kota Surabaya. Responden dari penelitian adalah 200 pekerja non managerial yang masuk dalam kategori generasi Z. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kota Surabaya. Data didistribusikan menggunakan google form dan diproses menggunakan struktural equation modelling (SEM) dengan alat Smart Pls. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa family incivility memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap workplace incivility, workplace incivility memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, workplace incivility memediasi pengaruh family incivility terhadap turnover intention, dan emphatic leadership memoderasi dengan melemahkan efek positif workplace incivility terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah organisasi perlu mengelola workplace incivility karena perilaku ini bukan hanya masalah internal kantor, tetapi juga dapat bersumber dari masalah eksternal (keluarga). Organisasi perlu membuat pelatihan untuk membangun rasa empati, menyediakan konseling kerja-keluarga, dan membangun budaya saling menghormati. Sanksi tegas terhadap pelanggaran dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mencegah efek spiral dari ketidaksopanan dan melindungi korban.

Kepemimpinan Berkelanjutan Sebagai Pilar Strategis Keberlanjutan Organisasional Lini Pendidikan
Achieving goals is crucial in any organization. Therefore, ideally, any organization should remain sustainable. Schools are one type of organization that faces threats to their sustainability. School stagnation is a phenomenon that threatens the sustainability of schools. The primary phenomenon is that schools are unable to sustainably survive due to a lack of new students and costs perceived as prohibitive by parents. On the one hand, when schools remain sustainable, they provide many contributions to society, specifically through various inclusive, equitable, and quality learning opportunities. The purpose of this study is to answer the research problem, namely the influence of sustainable leadership on school organizational sustainability through human resource competencies and school-community partnerships as sequential mediators. This study is a study of work units in schools, so the research sample consists of 20 work units in Senior High Schools. Data collection for this study uses a census approach, meaning all members of the population are used as research data. In the high school where the research took place, there are 20 work units, all of which are used as data for analysis in this study. This study uses partial least squares structural equality modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate a significant, positive, and strong relationship between sustainable leadership and organizational sustainability, mediated sequentially by human resource competency and school-community partnerships. This study has practical implications for school principals and work unit coordinators to recognize the benefits of sustainable leadership, human resource competency, and school-community partnerships in building school organizational sustainability. Further research is needed to examine the influence of sustainable leadership on organizational sustainability from the perspective of indirect relationships, both through mediators and mediation, by expanding the sample or using other variables. Future research can also examine the same topic with a qualitative approach.

Hal yang sangat penting dalam organisasi adalah mencapai tujuan. Untuk itu, idealnya organisasi apapun bentuknya terus berkelanjutan. Sekolah merupakan salah satu bentuk organisasi yang memiliki ancaman terkait dengan keberlanjutan organisasionalnya. Stagnasi sekolah merupakan salah satu fenomena yang mengancam keberlanjutan organisasional sekolah. Fenomena utama sekolah tidak mampu bertahan hidup berkelanjutan karena kekurangan murid baru dan biaya dipandang berat oleh orang tua murid. Di satu sisi, ketika sekolah terus berkeberlanjutan maka sekolah memberikan banyak kontribusi bagi masyarakat, secara khusus adalah berbagai kesempatan belajar yang inklusif, adil, dan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini, yaitu pengaruh kepemimpinan keberlanjutan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasional sekolah melalui kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan kemitraan sekolah-masyarakat sebagai mediasi secara berurutan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pada unit kerja yang ada di sekolah maka sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 unit kerja di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sensus, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai data penelitian. Di SMA yang menjadi tempat penelitian, terdapat 20 unit kerja, yang semuanya digunakan sebagai data untuk analisis dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan partial least squares structural equality modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan, positif, dan kuat pada pengaruh kepemimpinan keberlanjutan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasional yang dimediasi secara berurutan oleh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan kemitraan sekolah-masyarakat. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi kepala sekolah dan koordinator unit kerja untuk mengenali manfaat kepemimpinan keberlanjutan, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, kemitraan sekolah-masyarakat dalam membangun keberlanjutan organisasional sekolah. Penelitian lebih lanjut masih diperlukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan keberlanjutan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasional dari segi hubungan tidak langsung baik melalui mediator maupun mediasi dengan memperluas sampel atau dengan variabel lain. Penelitian di masa depan juga dapat meneliti topik yang sama dengan pendekatan kualitatif.

Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta dalam Membuat Bahan Ajar Digital dengan Canva
Digital transformation requires teachers to be able to develop innovative and interactive teaching materials. However, limited competence in utilizing modern design platforms remains an obstacle at SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta. This community service program aims to improve teachers' skills in creating interactive digital teaching materials using the Canva platform. The method utilized was a hands-on workshop with a mixed-methods evaluation approach, including pre-tests, post-tests, product assessments, and feedback questionnaires. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in competence among all participants, as evidenced by a surge in post-test scores, the quality of teaching materials that were functional and visually appealing, and a very positive perception of the benefits and implementation of the training. It was concluded that this training was effective in equipping teachers with practical skills to transform themselves into producers of digital content relevant to 21st-century learning needs
Kecenderungan Jenis Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam Unit Manufaktur di PT Polychemie Asia Pacific Permai Cibinong
Leadership plays an important role in organizations, including in the manufacturing industry, which requires strict compliance with work procedures. The change of the head of manufacturing at PT Polychemie Asia Pacific Permai Cibinong in 2019 brought improvements to the work system, greater regularity, and enhanced workplace comfort. This study aims to identify the leadership style tendencies of the head of manufacturing at PT Polychemie Asia Pacific Permai Cibinong, as perceived by staff and manufacturing operation employees, based on four leadership style categories from Northouse (2016): directive, supportive, participative, and achievement oriented. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method, using Northouse’s (2016) questionnaire with a 7-point Likert scale, distributed to 53 respondents. The results show that the achievement-oriented leadership style scored the highest (75.5%), followed by the directive (67.9%), participative (56.6%), and supportive (45.3%). These findings suggest that achievement-oriented and directive leadership styles are highly relevant to the conditions and demands of the manufacturing industry, which require high safety standards, strict procedural compliance, and strong work disciplineKepemimpinan memiliki peran dalam organisasi, termasuk pada industri manufaktur yang menuntut kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja. Pergantian kepala manufaktur di PT. Polychemie Asia Pacific Permai Cibinong pada tahun 2019 memberikan perbaikan dalam sistem kerja, peningkatan keteraturan, dan peningkatan kenyamanan di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecenderungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala manufaktur di PT. Polychemie Asia Pacific Permai Cibinong menurut staff dan karyawan manufacturing operation berdasarkan empat kategori gaya kepemimpinan dari Northouse (2016) yaitu, direktif, suportif, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada prestasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen dari Northouse (2016) dengan skala likert 7 poin yang disebarkan kepada 53 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berorientasi pada prestasi paling tinggi dengan persentase 75,5%, diikuti oleh direktif 67,9%, kemudian partisipasi 56,6%, dan suportif 45,3%.Temuan ini mengambarkan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan berorientasi pada prestasi dan direktif relevan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan dalam industri manufaktur yang membutuhkan standar keselamatan tinggi, kesesuaian terhadap prosedur, dan kedisiplinan kerja
IMPLEMENTASI MODEL DEEP LEARNING UNTUK DETEKSI DAN KLASIFIKASI JENIS KERUSAKAN JALAN DI KOTA PALANGKARAYA
Jalan merupakan infrastruktur penting yang mendukung aktivitas masyarakat, sehingga kerusakan yang tidak segera diperbaiki dapat menghambat mobilitas dan meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi mobile pelaporan kondisi jalan yang terintegrasi dengan model deep learning YOLOv8 untuk mendeteksi dan mengklasifikasikan tingkat kerusakan. Dataset terdiri dari 2.296 citra untuk klasifikasi kondisi jalan (baik, sedang, rusak ringan, rusak berat) dan 2.245 citra untuk mendeteksi tujuh jenis kerusakan, termasuk amblas, bergelombang, lubang besar, lubang kecil, serta berbagai jenis retak. Evaluasi pada 420 citra menunjukkan performa deteksi dengan Precision 62,4%, Recall 62,0%, dan mAP 62,9%. Kelas Amblas memberikan hasil terbaik, sedangkan Retak Buaya memiliki performa terendah. Pada klasifikasi kondisi jalan, YOLOv8 menunjukkan akurasi sangat baik, mencapai hingga 100% pada kategori rusak berat. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa YOLOv8 efektif dalam menganalisis kondisi jalan meskipun tingkat kepastian deteksi berbeda pada setiap jenis kerusakan
From Growth to Fall : Analyzing Strategic Misalignment in Indonesia Agritech Startup
This research evaluates the causes of business strategy failure in PT X, an Indonesian agritech startup that experienced rapid growth followed by organizational decline and eventual operational shutdown. Using a strategic management lens, this study examines the misalignment between strategic formulation, implementation capacity, risk governance, financial sustainability, and the external market environment. The research employs a qualitative single case study approach, integrating primary data from in depth interviews with five former strategic level employees and secondary data from reports, industry publications, and company records Findings show that PT X adopted an aggressive growth strategy inconsistent with its operational readiness, unit economics, and industry characteristics. Strategic failure emerged from weaknesses in internal capabilities, an overreliance on continuous investor funding, immature risk management systems, and inadequate corporate governance structures. Externally, declining venture capital funding, intensifying competition, and the structural inefficiencies of Indonesia’s agricultural supply chain exacerbated the company’s vulnerabilities. This study contributes to the literature by providing an empirical analysis of failure trajectory in agritech startups within emerging markets. It highlights the importance of strategic risk integration, adaptive execution, and realistic growth planning for technology driven supply chain businesses. The paper offers practical implications for startup founders, investors, and regulators seeking to strengthen the sustainability of the agritech ecosystem in Indonesia
