    Perancangan Prototipe Antarmuka Website Restoran sebagai Media Informasi Digital yang Berkelanjutan

    Pergeseran perilaku konsumen di era digital menuntut ketersediaan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Restoran Dunia Steak MERR Surabaya saat ini masih mengandalkan penyampaian informasi manual, yang mengakibatkan keterbatasan aksesibilitas bagi pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang prototipe antarmuka website sebagai solusi media informasi digital yang berkelanjutan. Menggunakan metode Design Thinking, perancangan difokuskan pada efisiensi visual, struktur navigasi yang jelas, dan pendekatan fotografi sebagai elemen komunikasi utama untuk mengurangi beban kognitif pengguna. Prototipe dikembangkan untuk platform desktop dan smartphone dengan gaya desain minimalis. Hasil uji coba terhadap 54 responden menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi, di mana 79,6% menilai visual sangat menarik dan 88,9% menyatakan informasi sangat mudah dipahami sejak akses pertama. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi desain minimalis dan fotografi dalam antarmuka website terbukti efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi konsumen serta meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna secara intuitif

    AI-Assisted NDVI Monitoring of Vegetation Change in Merapi National Park Using Google Earth Engine

    Vegetation mapping is essential for monitoring conservation efforts in national parks and can be performed remotely using remote sensing and GIS technologies. However, the process is often complex and requires technical expertise. This study explores the use of AI, specifically ChatGPT, to simplify and support vegetation mapping workflows. We monitored monthly vegetation changes in Merapi Mountain National Park (TNGM) from 2017 to 2023 using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) derived from Sentinel-2 satellite data. The workflow combined Google Earth Engine (GEE) for satellite image processing and Python in Jupyter Notebook for time series analysis, with ChatGPT assisting in code editing. Our results show NDVI patterns are significantly influenced by volcanic activity, particularly eruptions and pyroclastic clouds, and about one-third of images were affected by cloud cover, especially during the rainy season. ChatGPT performed well in non-coding queries with a 79% satisfaction rate, but only 53% of generated code prompts were correct without modification. We conclude that while AI tools like ChatGPT have strong potential to enhance accessibility and efficiency in remote vegetation mapping, human oversight and foundational knowledge in geospatial analysis remain essential for accurate results

    Flexible Work in E-Commerce: Impact on Engagement Mediated by Satisfaction and Work-Life Balance

    This study was conducted to determine the application of flexible working arrangements for employee engagement, mediated by work-life balance and job satisfaction, in E-Commerce industry. The method employed was purposive sampling as a technique to determine the sample. This study was conducted by distributing Google Form questionnaires using a Likert scale to employees in the E-Commerce industry who are currently or have previously worked under hybrid or flexible working arrangements. Data were collected from 129 respondents and processed using SmartPLS 4.1 software. The criteria in this study are employees who are currently or have previously worked under hybrid or flexible working arrangements in the e-commerce industry. The research offers practical insights for optimizing flexible working arrangements in the e-commerce industry. The findings can guide companies in enhancing policy implementation through clear work guidelines, structured reward systems, employee training, and a strong feedback culture—ultimately improving employee engagement and the quality of human resources

    In the development of the business world, high-quality and professional human resources are crucial for companies. This study aims to determine how leadership style, work environment, and compensation affect employee performance at PT. PDAM Tirta Moedal, Semarang City. The data collection technique used in this research is a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling method applied is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS version 4 software, employing both outer model and inner model analysis. The results of the study indicate that the work environment and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance, while leadership style has a positive but not significant effect. By establishing clear and measurable standard operating procedures as a reference for employee performance, this study identifies high-quality human resources capable of improving overall employee performance. Keywords: leadership style; work environment; compensation; employee performance.   Pada perkembangan dunia bisnis, sumber daya berkualitas tinggi dan profesional sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 4.0 dengan analisis outer model dan inner model. Hasil studi menyatakan lingkungan kerja serta kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Dengan membuat standar operasional yang jelas dan dapat diukur sebagai acuan kinerja karyawan, sumber daya berkualitas tinggi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat ditemukan melalui studi ini.     Church worship spaces are acoustic spaces that require clear sound transmission to support liturgical functions. In many churches, including GKE Imanuel Muara Teweh, natural acoustic conditions and inappropriate loudspeaker (LS) arrangements result in uneven sound distribution, high reverberation time, and low intelligibility. This study aims to evaluate the existing condition of the LS layout and formulate improvement recommendations based on quantitative analysis and simulation using EASE FOCUS 5 software. The study was conducted through mapping of SPL distribution, stereo balance, SPL range, and SPL differences at mid-frequency, accompanied by community participation methods for the decision-making process. The analysis results show that the existing condition has significant sound unevenness with an SPL range of up to 18 dB and a difference in conversational frequencies >6 dB, thus disrupting comfort and hearing clarity. Three LS layout recommendations were simulated: (1) optimization of the existing LS, (2) addition of an 8” LS, and (3) addition of a 15” LS and an 8” LS. Recommendation 3 provided the best results with the most even sound distribution, an SPL range of only 7 dB, and much better sound balance, especially in the wing area. However, this recommendation requires a higher investment cost than the other two options. The results of this study serve as a basis for the church building committee to determine the implementable design by considering the desired acoustic quality and budget availability

    The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology must be introduced to prevent its misuse by humans. This training aims to increase interest and awareness of the impact and role of AI in daily life by providing a foundational understanding, fostering critical thinking in the use of AI-based technology. The training was conducted orally and practically through the delivery of simple material over three sessions for childrens aged 7-15 years with evaluations in the form of pre-test and post-test to measure understanding levels of artificial intelligence technology. The results showed a significant increase of 66,63% between pre-test and post-test scores, demonstrating that this training successfully enhanced the basic knowledge of children in Padukuhan Ngepoh regarding the interest and impact of artificial intelligence

    Implementasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam Seleksi Penerima Beasiswa di Kabupaten Rote Ndao dengan Metode SAW dan TOPSIS

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Rote Ndao secara objektif, efisien, dan transparan. Sistem dikembangkan dengan mengombinasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi dalam proses seleksi beasiswa adalah masih dilakukannya penilaian secara manual, yang menimbulkan potensi subjektivitas, keterlambatan, serta ketidakefisienan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode SAW digunakan untuk melakukan normalisasi dan pembobotan terhadap lima kriteria utama, yaitu Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK), prestasi nonakademik, keaktifan organisasi, biaya SPP, dan semester aktif. Hasil normalisasi kemudian diolah menggunakan metode TOPSIS untuk menentukan jarak setiap alternatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan negatif. Sistem dapat menghasilkan nilai preferensi secara otomatis untuk menghasilkan peringkat penerima beasiswa dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara transparan karena sistem menampilkan rincian perhitungannya. Sistem yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini telah mencapai 100% keberhasilan fungsional melalui pengujian Black Box dan penerimaan pengguna mencapai 89,65% berdasarkan pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa kombinasi metode SAW–TOPSIS mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan objektivitas dalam proses seleksi penerima beasiswa, sekaligus mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas sistem seleksi berbasis data

    Measuring A Brain Comfort in Neuroarchitectural Research: A Structured Theoretical Study

    Comfort is a central objective in architectural design, yet it varies across individuals. This study proposes an evidence-based framework for assessing comfort through a neuroarchitectural approach by analysing neurological parameters. A meta-analysis of Scopus-indexed literature identified 111 relevant keywords from an initial set of 1,298, derived from 2,561 unique keywords in peer-reviewed studies published over the past decade that employed neurological indicators in neuroarchitecture. The findings indicate that comfort is not solely subjective but can be examined through measurable biological and neurological markers. The literature is organised into three main parameters: environmental simulation and spatial comfort, neurological instrumentation and brain signal processing, and emotional perception and sensory experience. Thematic content analysis and bibliometric mapping were conducted using OpenRefine, VOSviewer, and Biblioshiny. The synthesis reveals clear correlations between neurological responses and architectural elements such as natural lighting, spatial configuration, material texture, and environmental control. These parameters reliably capture the neurophysiological mechanisms underlying comfort in built environments, with perceptual and emotional responses identified as particularly critical. Overall, meta-analysis establishes comfort as an objectively quantifiable phenomenon and provides a foundation for adaptive and inclusive architectural design that supports mental health, cognitive performance, and well-being. Future research directions include experimental studies integrating virtual reality and real-time biometric monitoring to further explore brain–environment interactions

    RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI SURAT KETERANGAN PENDAMPING IJAZAH (SKPI) SESUAI DENGAN BUKU PEDOMAN UNIVERSITAS PALANGKA RAYA

    The Diploma Supplement (Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah, SKPI) is an official document that provides information on students’ learning outcomes, achievements, and activities during their study in higher education. At Universitas Palangka Raya, the submission and issuance of SKPI are still performed manually, which leads to longer processing time and increases the risk of data errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based SKPI application in accordance with the SKPI Guidelines of Universitas Palangka Raya. The system is developed using the Waterfall methodology, which consists of requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, testing, and system maintenance. The application is implemented using HTML, JavaScript, PHP with the Laravel framework, and MySQL as the database, and is evaluated using the Black Box Testing method. The results indicate that the proposed application improves the efficiency, accuracy, and structure of the SKPI management process.     Analisis Spasial Kepuasan Layanan Puskesmas Kota Denpasar Menggunakan TF-IDF dan SVM

    Primary healthcare services delivered through community health centers play a strategic role in urban health systems, making the evaluation of public satisfaction with service quality a crucial aspect of continuous improvement. This study aims to analyze satisfaction with community health center services in Denpasar City by integrating sentiment analysis of Google Maps reviews using the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency method and the Support Vector Machine algorithm, combined with spatial analysis at the sub-district level. The dataset consists of 2,681 user reviews collected from 11 community health centers across four sub-districts. The results indicate that the unigram TF-IDF model with a Linear Support Vector Classifier achieves the best performance, with an accuracy of 88.1% and a macro f1-score of 0.8534. Spatial analysis reveals variations in service satisfaction among sub-districts, with North Denpasar showing the highest satisfaction level, while South Denpasar falls into the moderate category and requires priority improvements. Furthermore, dominant word analysis indicates that service quality, staff attitude, and time efficiency are the main factors influencing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction perceptions. This study concludes that integrating machine learning-based sentiment analysis with spatial analysis provides a comprehensive overview of community health center service quality and can support evidence-based policymaking for more targeted improvements in primary healthcare service
