FOMO dan JOMO dalam Perilaku Konsumen Digital: Studi Perbandingan Kualitatif Deskriptif.
Perkembangan ekosistem digital telah membentuk pola baru perilaku konsumen dalam mengakses informasi dan mengambil keputusan pembelian. Fenomena Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan Joy of Missing Out (JOMO) muncul sebagai dua kecenderungan psikologis yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen digital secara berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran FOMO dan JOMO dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian dan kesadaran konsumsi konsumen digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis data sekunder. Analisis dilakukan melalui pengkodean tematik dan interpretasi naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FOMO mendorong konsumsi impulsif dan reaktif akibat tekanan sosial digital, sedangkan JOMO berfungsi sebagai strategi adaptif yang mendukung regulasi emosi dan konsumsi yang lebih sadar serta reflektif
Optimalisasi Strategi Branding untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Brand Awareness terhadap Pelaku UMKM di Padukuhan Keruk I
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in driving local economies, including in Padukuhan Keruk I, Banjarejo Village, Tanjungsari District, Gunungkidul Regency. However, limitations in marketing strategies, particularly branding, have led to low brand awareness of the products offered. This study focuses on a single MSME engaged in the snack food sector, which previously lacked a clear brand identity. The aim of this activity is to optimize branding strategies to enhance brand awareness through a design thinking approach. This method consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with the business owner, and testing of brand designs. The results show that the business owner gained new insights into the importance of visual identity, brand storytelling, and social media utilization. The branding strategies—such as logo creation, packaging design, and the setup of online promotion channels—were successfully implemented. In conclusion, the design thinking approach proved effective in helping the MSME develop a branding strategy that fits its needs and gradually increases consumer awareness and product appeal
Kegiatan Penilaian Awal Kelayakan Gereja sebagai Tempat Evakuasi dalam Mendukung Kesiapsiagaan Bencana
Community-based disaster management is an essential strategy for enhancing the resilience of those residing in earthquake-prone regions. This initiative was undertaken by church communities to aid disaster preparedness by utilizing church facilities as temporary evacuation shelters. The primary aim was to ascertain the possibilities and fundamental prerequisites for enabling church facilities to function effectively as emergency shelters. The activities encompassed focus group discussions, direct observations of building conditions, and the development of a preliminary draft for a feasibility evaluation guideline. Furthermore, geographical capacity mapping and an inventory of accessible basic facilities were completed. This program establishes a foundation for creating a systematic and participatory evaluation framework, with the objective of enhancing the social function of churches in emergency response activities
Human–Computer Interaction and the Formation of Youth Civic Engagement on Social Media: A Phenomenological Study in the Age of AI Algorithms
The development of social media has changed the patterns of youth civic engagement, particularly through the role of algorithms that regulate the distribution and visibility of political information. However, studies on how algorithms are understood and experienced directly by young people from a Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) perspective are still limited. This study aims to analyze how social media algorithms shape young people's attention, emotions, and civic learning processes in the digital space. This study uses a qualitative approach with a constructivist design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 young people aged 17–25 who actively use social media to access and disseminate political content. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo software through the stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results of the study show three main findings. First, social media algorithms shape young people's attention through automatic recommendations and repetition of certain political content. Second, algorithms reinforce affective engagement, which has the potential to drive polarization of opinion. Third, social media also functions as a space for informal civic learning through interaction with educational content and online discussions. This study confirms that algorithms play an important role in shaping young people's digital citizenship practices, thus requiring the strengthening of algorithm literacy and more accountable platform design to support healthy democratic participation
Pengaruh Konten Video Pendek terhadap Perilaku Etis Pengguna
Perkembangan pesat media sosial telah mendorong maraknya konsumsi konten video berdurasi pendek yang dinilai memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku etis pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konten video pendek terhadap tiga bentuk perilaku tidak etis di media sosial, yaitu hate speech, cyberbullying, dan cancel culture. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan mixed method dengan strategi kuantitatif berbasis PLS-SEM menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0, serta data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui wawancara. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dari responden pengguna aktif media sosial yang telah terpapar konten video pendek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten video pendek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap munculnya ujaran kebencian, perilaku perundungan digital, dan keterlibatan dalam budaya penghakiman digital. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konten digital berdurasi pendek dapat menjadi salah satu faktor pemicu pergeseran perilaku etis pengguna media sosial. Dengan demikian, diperlukan pendekatan literasi digital dan pengawasan platform yang lebih ketat agar pengguna dapat lebih bijak dalam menyikapi dan menyebarkan konten video pendek
OPTIMISASI PENEMPATAN GURU MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA HIBRIDA GENETIKA DAN SIMULATED ANNEALING
Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan mutlak sepanjang hayat, dengan guru dan siswa sebagai elemen kunci dalam proses pembelajaran. Di Kabupaten Magelang, alokasi guru masih menghadapi tantangan dalam upaya optimalisasi. Hasil pengujian mengunakan algoritma HGSA menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi parameter terbaik diperoleh pada populasi 60 kromosom, rasio mutasi:crossover 1:40, suhu awal 10°C, batas bawah suhu 0,1°C, laju penurunan suhu 0,9, dan 1.000 iterasi, menghasilkan rata-rata jarak terpendek sekitar 4,452 km. Analisis parameter menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan populasi, rasio mutasi, laju pendinginan dan suhu awal yang lebih rendah juga memberikan pada penurunan total jarak. Algoritma menunjukkan konvergensi pada iterasi maksimum dan batas suhu terendah. Dibandingkan dengan algoritma genetik murni, HGSA secara konsisten memberikan total jarak yang lebih kecil. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa HGSA layak untuk dipertimbangkan sebagai metode yang efektif untuk mendukung perencanaan penempatan guru yang lebih optimal
Penggunaan Lampu Tenaga Surya untuk Penerangan Jalan di Dusun Palintang, Desa Cipanjalu
The absence of adequate street lighting due to limited access to the national electricity grid (PLN) not only diminishes residents' sense of security and comfort but also increases the risk of crime and accidents, while obstructing social and economic activities. Although Dusun Palintang, located in Cipanjalu Village, Cilengkrang Subdistrict, Bandung Regency, is already connected to the PLN electricity network, several areas remain without proper street lighting, posing safety hazards for the community, particularly at night. This community service project aims to enhance public safety and support nighttime activities by installing energy-efficient and effective solar-powered street lighting. The implementation method consists of four stages: initial observation, fabrication of streetlight poles, installation of solar-powered streetlights, and training sessions for local residents on the operation and maintenance of the lighting system, including how to adjust the lighting modes. The solar-powered streetlights have been successfully installed and are functioning effectively. This initiative has contributed significantly to improving the quality of life for the local community by providing safer and more comfortable conditions for evening activities
Membangun Kemandirian dan Efisiensi Ibu-Ibu PKK melalui Manajemen Waktu di Desa Kaligading
This community service program aims to enhance the independence and efficiency of PKK women in Kaligading Village through time management training. The main challenge faced by PKK members lies in balancing domestic, social, and economic roles, which often hinders optimal participation in village programs. The method applied was Participatory Action with a community development approach, involving 32 participants consisting of PKK administrators, dasa wisma leaders, and home-based business groups. The training covered the fundamentals of time management, priority setting, daily scheduling, and effective meeting simulations. The results revealed an 85% improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills as measured by post-test, accompanied by behavioral changes in utilizing simple tools such as daily notes and digital reminders. Participants successfully adopted new habits to balance family responsibilities, organizational duties, and entrepreneurial activities. Furthermore, the effectiveness of PKK meetings and programs increased, fostering greater participation and maximizing local potential. In the long term, this program contributes to strengthening PKK’s institutional capacity while opening opportunities for improving family economic welfare
Peran Entrepreneurial Creativity dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Financial Literacy dan Innovation Capability terhadap Kesuksesan Wirausaha UMKM Kuliner Jakarta Pusat
The success of MSMEs cannot be separated from the efficiency of resource management, especially the level of financial literacy. Solid financial knowledge allows MSME entrepreneurs to plan their finances, manage operational capital, and make business choices that can improve business results. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and innovation ability on the success of culinary MSME entrepreneurs in Central Jakarta with entrepreneurial creativity as a mediating variable. This study uses a sample of 145 culinary business actors, which were selected using purposive sampling in Central Jakarta. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data was collected through an online questionnaire using a google form and offline by visiting the culinary MSME actors who were selected as sample members. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial creativity and entrepreneurial success, while innovation ability does not have a direct effect on entrepreneurial success, but has a positive effect on entrepreneurial creativity. Furthermore, entrepreneurial creativity has been proven to have a positive effect on entrepreneurial success and mediates the relationship between financial literacy and innovation ability to entrepreneurial success. These findings indicate that the success of MSMEs is not only determined by the ability to manage finances and innovate, but also by the ability to process both into creative business ideas and strategies. Therefore, the development of MSMEs needs to be focused on improving financial literacy, innovation skills, and entrepreneurial creativity in an integrated manner.

Kesuksesan UMKM tidak bisa dipisahkan dari efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya, khususnya tingkat literasi keuangan. Pengetahuan keuangan yang solid memungkinkan pengusaha UMKM merencanakan keuangan, mengatur modal operasional, serta membuat pilihan bisnis yang lebih dapat meningkatkan hasil usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan kemampuan inovasi terhadap kesuksesan wirausaha UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Pusat dengan kreativitas kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 145 pelaku usaha kuliner , yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling yang terdapat di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner secara online dengan menggunakan google form dan secara offline dengan mendatangi secara langsung ke pelaku UMKM kuliner yang dipilih menggunakan sebagai anggota sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas kewirausahaan dan kesuksesan wirausaha, sedangkan kemampuan inovasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesuksesan wirausaha, tetapi berpengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas kewirausahaan. Selanjutnya, kreativitas kewirausahaan terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kesuksesan wirausaha serta memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan kemampuan inovasi terhadap kesuksesan wirausaha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan UMKM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan mengelola keuangan dan berinovasi, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan mengolah keduanya menjadi ide dan strategi bisnis yang kreatif. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan UMKM perlu difokuskan pada peningkatan literasi keuangan, kemampuan inovasi, dan kreativitas kewirausahaan secara terintegrasi.

Taxing Corporations in ASEAN: Exploring the Impact of Tax Rates on the Tax Base (2003-2022)
This study investigates the impact of corporate income tax rate (CIT) reductions on the corporate tax base in four ASEAN countries, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, from 2003 to 2022. Despite CIT reductions aimed at attracting investment and enhancing competitiveness, corporate tax revenue in the region has stagnated, raising concerns about the effectiveness of these policies. Using a two-stage least squares (2SLS) regression with instrumental variables to address potential endogeneity, the study examines the relationship between the corporate tax base and various factors, including CIT rates, lagged corporate tax base, other countries' CIT rates, top personal income tax rates, export prices, labor costs, and economic growth. Findings reveal that the statutory corporate income tax rate does not have a statistically significant effect on the corporate tax base, suggesting that changes in headline tax rates alone do not explain variations in corporate taxable income in ASEAN countries. In contrast, the average corporate income tax rate of neighboring countries has a significant negative effect on the domestic tax base, indicating the presence of regional tax competition. Other control variables, including labor costs, export prices, and the top personal income tax rate, are statistically insignificant, suggesting that institutional and structural factors shape the corporate tax base. The study contributes by providing region-specific evidence that corporate tax base dynamics in ASEAN are shaped more by cross-border tax interactions and institutional persistence than by domestic rate adjustments. From a policy perspective, the findings suggest that strengthening tax administration, broadening the tax base, and enhancing regional coordination may be more effective than unilateral changes in statutory tax rates
