Efektivitas Waktu Penyimpanan Sperma Ikan Komet (Carassium auratus auratus) dalam Larutan NaCl terhadap Derajat Pembuahan
The research was conducted to determine the effect of storage time in 0.9% NaCl solution on sperm quality and the degree of fertilization goldfish, using a completely randomized design with 7 treatments consisting of sperm storage duration 0 hours, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours with 3 replications. The result showed that the goldfish sperm storage duration 2 hours still has a higher value of motility and the degree of fertilization. While the value of motility and the degree of fertilization lowest found in sperm storage duration of 12 hours. The deadlinefor sperm storage period goldfish 6 hours still have good motility value of 60% so it still possible for the process of fertilization and hatching
Pengaruh Lama Perendaman Kolkisin terhadap Pertumbuhan Planlet (Chrysanthemum morifolim R) Krisan Varietas Pasopati Cara In Vitro
Laboratory-time studies to determine the duration of immersion of colchicine against growth of planlet (Krrysanthemum morifolim R) chrysanthemum varieties of in vitro way inpatients. The experiment was carried out at the Plant Biotechnology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Winaya Mukti from July to September 2017. The environmental design using Randomized Completely Random Design (RAL) consists of six treatments with 4 replications including: A (without colchicine immersion), B (immersion colcisin 1 hour, C (2-hour colchicine immersion), D (3-hour colchicine immersion), E (4-hour colchicine immersion) and F (5-hour colchicine immersion). The results showed that the duration of immersion of kolkisin on chrysanthemum varieties of pasopati in vitro gave a significant effect on the observation of the number of leaves aged 2 MST, 4 MST, 6 MST and 8 MST, the number of books aged 4 MST, 6 MST and 8 MST, root length , the number of roots as well as the height of the planlet. Immersion of 1 hour colchicine had a better effect on the observation of leaf count of age 2 MST, 4 MST, 6 MST and 8 MST, number of books aged 4 MST, 6 MST and 8 MST, root length, root number and plantlet height
POTENSI EMISI METANA ( CH4 ) DARI TIMBULAN SAMPAH KOTA BANDUNG
Sampah atau limbah padat sering dinyatakan sebagai bahan yang terbuang atau buangan dari suatu sumber, dapat berupa hasil aktivitas manusia maupun proses-proses alam yang sudah tidak memiliki nilai ekonomi. Peningkatan jumlah timbulan sampah yang tidak diantisipasi dengan pengelolaan yang tepat , akan berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan, seperti timbulnya genangan karena tersumbatnya saluran drainase, banjir yang disebabkan karena bertumpuknya sampah dialiran sungai, maupun dampak langsung pada kesehatan masyarakat seperti gangguan pernafasan ,dll. Timbunan di lokasi Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) akan menghasilkan emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) seperti emisi gas karbondioksida (CO2) dan gas metana atau metan (CH4). Emisi metan ke atmosfer yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penipisan lapisan ozon.karena merupakan kontributor utama GRK dari TPA dan 21 kali lebih berbahaya dibandingkan emisi gas karbondioksida (CO2) . Emisi yang dihasilkan dihitung dengan pendekatan IPCC (Intergoverment Panel on Climate Change) dalam satuan emisi Gg/tahun atau ton/tahun. Hasil perhitungan estimasi emisi gas metana yang dihasilkan dari timbulan sampah Kota Bandung Tahun 2018 sampai memperlihatkan peningkatan dari 2665,02 sampai 2730,26 ton/tahun
Kelimpahan Pakan Rusa (Cervus timorensis) di Taman Wisata Alam dan Cagar Alam Pangandaran
The research on abudance and species diversity of birt with the IPA (Indices Ponctuels d’Abondence). method was used to sample the birds in the Ciremai mount area, and also dird identification guide book for determine. A total of 60 individual birds belonging to 23 families and 46 species was recorded. The dominant family was silsiidae, comprising 8 species (13,33%) of the total species. The most abundant species in the mount Ciremai was the burung kacamata biasa (Zosterops palpebrosus). The analysis of abudance and species diversity of bird status was achieved about 11 endemic species, and 15 species as restricted range bird. Based on Indonesia Governmen Policy and IUCN International Convention, there are 21 species as the protected bird. The research objectives were to discovered how’s Lumbricus rubellus and Organic mulching able to replenished soil physics characteristic of Inceptisol Karawang. It also been studied that soil loss to water erosion is able to be predicted by using these parameters. Rubber is one of main commodities of plantation crops that numerously developed in various districts in Indonesia. The role of the plant is strategic in human life in line with the increasing demand of world rubber. The optimum production increament of the rubber plant begins with the selection of a superior clone and the use of quality seeds. Fertilizing as a means of providing soil nutrients to plants should also be taken carefully. One of the fertilization is by the provision of organic fertilizers in the form of washed rice water. This research aims to find out the effect of washed rice water in a different volume and frequency applied as organic fertilizer on the growth of rubber seedling GT1 clone.The experiment wasconductedfrom September 2011 toJanuary2012 atthe Experimental Station of Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran. The experiment was arranged inRandomized Block Designed, with 9 treatments and 3 replications, thus there are 27 units of the experiment. The treatments were providing 100 ml washed rice water with frequency of 3 days, 100 ml washed rice water with frequency of 5 days, 100 washed ml rice water with frequency of 7 days, 300 ml washed rice water with frequency of 3 days, 300 ml washed rice water with frequency of 5 days, 300 ml washed rice water with frequency of 7 days, 500 ml washed rice water with frequency of 3 days, 500 mL washed rice water with frequency of 5 days, and 500 ml washed rice water with frequency of 7 days. The results of the experiment showed that by providing 500 ml washed rice water with frequency of 3 days gave the best increament for stem height and diameter on rubber seedling GT1 clone
Analisis Pelapisan Sosial serta Tingkat Pendapatan dan Pola Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga Usahati Berdasarkan Perilaku Sosial Budaya Islami
Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pembentukan pelapisan sosial masyarakat pertanian muslim berdasarkan perilaku sosial budaya islami petani serta deskripsi tingkat pendapatan dan pola pengeluaran rumah tangga usahataninya. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survey terhadap 24- rumah tangga usahatani sample di Kabupaten Bandung dan Kabupaten Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai sentra produksi sayuran dataran tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelapisan sosial masyarakat pertanian muslim dengan teori pelapisan terbentuk menjadi dua lapisan, yaitu lapisan petani berperilaku sosial budaya islami yang lebih baik dan lapisan petani berperilaku sosial budaya islami yang kurang baik. Lapisan petani berperilaku sosial budaya islami yang lebih baik memiliki tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga usahatani yang lebih tinggi dan pola pengeluaran yang lebih rasional dan proporsional dibandingkan dengan lapisan petani berperilaku sosial budaya islami yang kurang baik
Analisis Penentuan Persediaan Singkong Sebagai Bahan Baku Tape Singkong Pada Agroindustri Peuyeum Abas Sawargi, Kecamatan Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung
Cassava as the third staple food for the people of Indonesia after rice and corn, is the raw material for making ‘tape singkongâ€. Agroindustry Peuyeum Abas Sawargi located in District Cimenyan, Bandung Regency buy cassava almost every day to make “tape singkongâ€. It's not economical and inefficient; therefore good cassava inventory management is required. The purpose of this research was to determine the amount of economical cassava inventory and to know when to re-order the cassava so that the total cost of inventory to be a minimum, as well as comparing the actual cost of inventory to those based on economical cassava inventory. The research design was qualitative with case study technique. The collected data consists of primary data year 2017 and secondary data which were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively by Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) methods.. The results showed that the amount of cassava inventory that must be available was 3,264 kg with the frequency of ordering 61 times a year, while the re-ordering of cassava must be carried out when the remaining cassava stock of 2,240 kg. As a result, total inventory costs decreased by almost 48% within a year. Thus, the production process becomes more efficient and in the long run the agroindustry can be expected to be more competitive.Â
Respons Tanaman Jagung (Zea mays L.) Hibrida Akibat Jarak Tanam Berbeda Pada Sistem Tatam Legowo (2:1) Dan Jenis Pupuk Organik Di Inceptisols Jatinangor.
The objective of this research was to find the best combination of plant spacing and organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of maize (Zea mays L.) Pertiwi-3 in Jatinangor. The experiment was carried outin Ciparanje experimental field on November 2016 to March 2017. The experiment used was Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consisted of six treatments and four replications, which were the plant spacing 20cmx20xmx75cm + 5t/ha compost, 25cmx25cmx75cm + 5t/ha compost, 30cmx30cmx75cm + 5t/ha compost, 20cmx20cmx75cm + 5t/ha cow manure, 25cmx25cmx75cm + 5t/ha cow manure and 30cmx30cmx75cm + 5t/ha cow manure. The result of the experiment showed that the best result of 100 dry seeds weight was in the treatment of plant spacing 20cmx20cmx75cm + 5t/ha cow manure with a weight of 45,19g. The highest score of Leaf Area Index (LAI) was in the treatment of plant spacing 20cmx20cmx75cm + 5t/ha cow manure score of 2,92 was not significantly different from the treatment of plant spacing 20cmx20cmx75cm + 5t/ha compost with score of 2,82.Â
Respon Hasil Jagung Manis Terhadap Takaran Pupuk Fosfat pada Andisol Lembang
An experiment was conducted at experimental field of BBHAT, Cikole Lembang, West Java District, West Java, on elevation of 1.250 m above sea level, from July to October 2008. The objective of this experiment was to study the Yield Response of Sweet Corn on the Phosphate Fertilizer Rates in Lembang Andisol. The design used was a Randomized Block Design with five treatments and five replication of A = without phosphate fertilizer, B=75 kg ha-1 P2O5, C= 150 kg ha-1 P2O5, D=225 kgha-1 P=O5, E=300 kg ha-1 P2O5. The result of experiment showed that yield response of sweet corn on the phosphate rate in Lembang Andisol is quadratic form. Maximum yield of corn cob with husk per plant of 575,24 grams per plant was obtained at the optimum phosphate rate of 190,7 kg ha-1 P2O5. This corn yield is equivalent to 22 tons ha-1 higher than the potential yield of these sweet corn variety.
