Pengaruh Konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Selada (Lactuca sativa L.) Varietas Grand Rapids dan Olga Red
Lettuce is one of the most popular vegetables even abroad. To produce more optimal lettuce, NASA Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) is one solution that can be done to support the availability of nutrients for lettuce plants. This study aims to determine the best interaction and concentration on the growth of two different lettuce varieties, namely grand rapids and olga red. The study was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Winaya Mukti University with an altitude of 850 m above sea level from March to May 2024. The experiment used an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RAK) factorial pattern of 4x2 with 4 replications, so that 8 treatment combinations and 32 experimental units were obtained. The first factor is the concentration of POC with a level of p0 = 0 mL L-1 water, p1 = 2 mL L-1 water, p2 = 4 mL L-1 water, p3 = 6 mL L-1 water and the second factor is lettuce varieties v1 (grand rapids) and v2 (olga red). Data were analyzed using the F test and continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test at the 5% level. The results showed that there was an interaction between NASA Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) and lettuce varieties grand rapids and olga red on the number of lettuce leaves aged 21 HST, fresh plant weight, and Root Destruction Ratio but there was no interaction on the observation parameters of plant height and dry weight per plant. The concentration of NASA liquid organic fertilizer (POC) that showed the best results on the growth and yield of lettuce plants of grand rapids and olga red varieties was the treatment concentration p1 (2 mL L-1).

Pengaruh Konsentrasi ZPT Auksin dan Panjang Entres terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Tanaman Alpukat Keju dengan Metode Sambung Pucuk (Persea americana L.)
This research aims to evaluate the effect of auxin PGR concentration and scion length on the growth of avocado seedlings (Persea americana L.) using the grafting method. The experiment was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors: the first factor was auxin concentration (0 ppm, 5 ppm, 10 ppm, and 15 ppm), and the second factor was scion length (5 cm, 10 cm, and 15 cm). The observed parameters included shoot growth time, number of shoots, number of leaves, scion length growth, and success rate percentage. The results showed an interaction between the two treatment combinations on the success rate parameter, with optimal auxin concentrations of 5 ppm, 10 ppm, and 15 ppm, evident in the success rate percentage. The ideal scion lengths of 10 cm and 15 cm were observed in the parameters of shoot growth time and success rate percentage
PENGARUH POLA MAKAN B2SA (BERAGAM, BERGIZI SEIMBANG DAN AMAN) TERHADAP STATUS GIZI BALITA RISIKO STUNTING: (Studi Kasus pada Kegiatan Rumah Pangan di Kecamatan Rancakalong, Kabupaten Sumedang, Provinsi Jawa Barat)
Stunting merupakan salah satu isu penting terkait pangan dan gizi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data hasil Studi Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2022, angka prevalensi stunting di jawa barat yaitu 20,2%, turun sebanyak 4,3% dari angka 24,5% di tahun 2021. Namun angka ini masih berada di atas angka ambang batas WHO yaitu sebesar 20%. Faktor risiko yang berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap stunting adalah tingkat asupan zat gizi yang harus diperoleh dari pola makan yang baik atau makanan yang B2SA (Beragam, Bergizi Seimbang dan Aman). Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pola makan B2SA dalam kegiatan Rumah Pangan terhadap status gizi balita risiko stunting dan mengetahui perbedaan status gizi balita risiko stunting sebelum dan sesudah adanya kegiatan Rumah Pangan di Kecamatan Rancakalong Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus, dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel berjumlah 40 (empat puluh) balita dan orang tuanya. Data diolah menggunakan Analisis Univariat dan Bivariat dengan menggunakan Chi-Square Test, Uji T, Koefisien Korelasi dan Determinasi, serta Uji Beda. Hasilnya Dari 40 (empat puluh) responden balita risiko stunting hasilnya 47,5% masuk dalam kategori baik, 37,5% cukup dan 15% kurang. Sementara itu untuk status gizi (IMT/U) menunjukan bahwa 45% dalam kategori gizi baik, 32,5% gizi lebih dan 22,5% gizi kurang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, hipotesis pertama sesuai dengan hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara pola makan B2SA terhadap status gizi balita risiko stunting, namun untuk hipotesis kedua hasilnya tidak ada perubahan antara sebelum dan sesudah adanya kegiatan Rumah Pangan, karena status gizi dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor tidak hanya dari pola makan dan/atau Kegiatan Rumah Pangan perlu dilakukan lebih dari 3 (tiga) bulan.

DAMPAK KEBIJAKAN PENGURANGAN SUBSIDI PUPUK TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN PUPUK ALTERNATIF DAN PENDAPATAN USAHATANI MELON PUTIH (Cucumis melo ,L) : (Suatu Kasus Pada Petani Melon Merah di Kecamatan Patokbeusi, Kabupaten Subang, Provinsi Jawa Barat)

This study aims to determine the impact of the Fertilizer Subsidy Reduction Policy on the Use of Alternative Fertilizers and Income of White Melon Farming (Cucumis melo L). The technique of determining respondents was carried out by drawing a simple random sample of 45 units. The analysis technique used was t test analysis (t test paired). The results of the research obtained from the Fertilizer Subsidy Reduction Policy had an impact on the increase in the use of organic fertilizers as alternative fertilizers where previously used 2,205 kg/ha to 4,146/kg or an increase of 75.68%. The use of urea fertilizer decreased on average from 300 kg/ha to 200 kg/ha or 33.33% and NPK phonska fertilizer from 350 kg/ha to 250 kg/ha or 28.57%. The reduction in the use of urea and NPK phonska fertilizers does not have an impact on decreasing productivity and even tends to increase, due to the increase in organic fertilizers. The Fertilizer Subsidy Reduction Policy has an impact on increasing the production cost of white melon farming from Rp 35,247,955/ha to Rp 36,878,455/ha or an increase of 7.51% This is due to the increase in the use of organic fertilizers. The Fertilizer Subsidy Reduction Policy did not have an impact on decreasing the productivity of white melon farming, in fact there was an increase in productivity from 15,668 kg/ha to 17,111 kg/ha. This is due to the increasing use of organic fertilizers. Furthermore, the Fertilizer Subsidy Reduction Policy has had an impact on the decline in white melon farming income, even increasing from Rp 74,575,330/ha to Rp 82,575,470/ha. 
Pengaruh Kombinasi Konsentrasi AB Mix Dan Nutrisi Tanaman Organik terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Bayam Merah (Amaranthus tricolor L.) Varietas Mira Sistem Hidroponik Wick
Red spinach is a leaf vegetable that has high economic value and contains protein, vitamin A, vitamin C and mineral salts that the body needs. Land conversion can have an impact on reducing agricultural land. One way to overcome this is to utilize existing land by planting hydroponically. The Wick hydroponic system is the simplest hydroponic system because it is easy to maintain. The research was carried out in Sukamandi Jaya Village, Ciasem District, Subang Regency with an altitude of between 100-300 meters above sea level from August to September 2024. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the effect of the combination of AB Mix levels and Nutriplan Organic Plant Nutrition from PT. Prima Agro Tech for the growth of red spinach plants using the Wick hydroponic system. RAK method (Randomized Block Design) with 5 treatments and 5 treatments, consisting of p1 = 100% AB Mix, p2 = 75% AB Mix + 25% Nutriplan, p3 = 50% AB Mix + 50% Nutriplan, p4 = 25% AB Mix + 75% Nutriplan, p5 = 100% Nutriplan. The experimental results showed that the type of nutrition had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, root length, plant fresh weight, stem diameter and leaf area of red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L.) Mira variety. The best treatment is p2 with 75% AB Mix + 25% Nutriplan, namely plant height 20.5 cm, number of leaves 25.6, root length 25.26 cm, fresh weight 13.97 cm, stem diameter 0.58 cm, and leaf area 49.93 cm2. Pengaruh Berbagai Jenis Pupuk Kandang Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Dua Varietas Tanaman Kangkung (Ipomoea Aquatica L.)
This study focuses on the effects of different organic manures on the growth and yield of two varieties of water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica L.). The objective was to assess the influence of various types of organic fertilizers, such as chicken, and goat manure, on plant height, leaf number, and yield performance. A field experiment was conducted using a randomized factorial block design (RCBD) with four replications. The results demonstrated that chicken manure significantly increased plant height and leaf number, whereas goat manure resulted in the highest yield. Both varieties responded differently to each type of manure, with variety A showing better performance in yield, while variety B excelled in vegetative growth. These findings suggest that selecting the appropriate organic fertilizer is essential to optimize the growth and yield of water spinach. Further research is recommended to explore long-term effects on soil health.

Peran Sektor Perikanan Budidaya Dalam Mendukung Ketahanan Pangan Perikanan Di Provinsi Jawa Timur
Ketahanan pangan merupakan upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan bagi masyarakat baik dari pangan hewani maupun nabati. Sektor perikanan budidaya di Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki potensi yang besar sebagai pangan hewani, hal ini menunjukkan tingginya peran sektor perikanan dalam ketahanan pangan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran sektor perikanan budidaya dalam ketahanan pangan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi sektor perikanan budidaya di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aspek ketersediaan sektor perikanan di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang dilihat dari tingkat produksi, ekspor, dan impor sudah terpenuhi, dengan tingkat produksi ikan budidaya di Provinsi Jawa Timur sebesar 8,69% dari nasional pada tahun 2022. Aspek pemanfaatan yang dinilai dari tingkat konsumsi Angka konsumsi ikan (AKI) di Jawa Timur, mengalami kenaikan sebesar 6% pada tahun 2023. Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur perlu mengembangkan berbagai kebijakan untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan ikan, seperti pengembangan infrastruktur, pelatihan budidaya, dan diversifikasi spesies ikan yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Benefits of Partnership Cooperation and the Success of Sheep Farming Business on the Sustainability of Partnership Cooperation. The unit of analysis is sheep farmers who partner with CV. Kurma Adzwa Farm in West Java Province. The technique of determining respondents was carried out by simple random sampling obtained by 70 people. Analysis techniques are used pearson correlation analysis and path analysis. The results of the study obtained the Demonstration of the Benefits of Partnership Cooperation in West Java Province which consisted of the following dimensions: Provision of production facilities; Technical guidance, and Marketing of Production Results obtained an achievement level of 80% good criteria. The Success of Sheep Farming in West Java Province which consists of the following dimensions: Product selling price; and Sheep Business Profit obtained an achievement rate of 79.64% good criteria. Demonstration of the Success of Sheep Farming in West Java Province which consists of the following dimensions: Product selling price; and Sheep Business Profit obtained an achievement rate of 79.64% good criteria. Demonstration of Sustainability of Sheep Business Partnership Cooperation in West Java Province which consists of the following dimensions: Economic Aspects; Social Aspect; and Ecological Aspects obtained an achievement level of 79.20% good criteria. There is a strong positive correlation between the Benefits of Partnership Cooperation and the Success of Sheep Farming in West Java Province which is shown by the correlation coefficient r = 0.692. The higher / greater the benefits of partnership cooperation, the better the success of the sheep farm. The Benefits of Partnership Cooperation and the Success of Sheep Farming Business have a positive effect on the Sustainability of Partnership Cooperation. The respective contributions were 15.01% and 60.32%.

Pengaruh Jarak Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis hypogaea L) Varietas Situraja DM 1
Peanut production in Sumedang Regency in 2020 decreased compared to production in 2017. Planting distance will affect the density and efficiency of light use, competition for water and nutrients in the soil. This research aims to study the effect of planting distance on the growth and yield of the Situraja DM 1 variety of peanuts and also to determine the planting distance that provides the best response to the growth and yield of the Situraja DM 1 variety of peanut plants. The research was carried out in Karangheuleut Village, Situraja District, Sumedang Regency. with a height of 428 meters above sea level. The research was conducted in July-October 2023. The research used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which consisted of 4 treatments and 6 repetitions, namely, A = 20 cm x 30 cm, B = 20 cm x 25 cm, C = 30 cm x 20 cm, D = 30 cm x 25 cm. Setting plant spacing had a significantly different effect on plant height, 100 grain weight and seed weight per plot. Planting distance of 30 cm x 20 cm gives the highest yield at 100 grain weight and seed weight per plot.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Sweet Potato Business Development Strategy and the Role of Economic Institutions on the Success of Sweet Potato Agribusiness Development. The unit of analysis is sweet potato farmers in Pamulihan District, Sumedang Regency. D8imbil respondents with simple random method sampling obtained 70 units. Analysis techniques are used path analysis (path analyze). The results of the study were obtained by the Sweet Potato Business Development Strategy Demonstration a set of objectives, policies, plans, and activities of companies or business actors consisting of dimensions:P product development; Market Development, Capital Development, Cooperation/Collaboration; and Sustainability obtained 77.82% Good criteria. Economic Institutional Demonstration related to Sweet Potato Business Development includes the following dimensions: Marketing Institution; Institutional Production Input Providers; Financial Institutions; Institutional Research and Technology; Institutional Processing; and the Institutional Farmer Group obtained an achievement rate of 77.41% Good criteria. Successful Development of Sweet potato agribusiness is an effort to adapt to market changes, expand business reach, and increase the business value of sweet potatoes. Consists of dimensions: Market Adaptation; Business Expansion; and Increased Business Value obtained an achievement level of 73.89% Good criteria. There is a positive relationship between the Business Development Strategy and the Sweet Potato Agribusiness Development Economic Institution which is shown by a correlation coefficient of 0.88. Sweet potato business development strategy and economic institutions have a positive effect on the success of sweet potato agribusiness development. The respective contributions are 45.65% and 33.30% indicating the contribution of the Sweet Potato Business Development Strategy is greater. Keyword: Strategy. Development.
