Hubungan antara Modal Sosial dengan Difusi Inovasi Sebagai Basis Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal
Tulisan ini mengidentifikasi hubungan antara modal sosial dengan difusi inovasi pada tahap budidaya dan pasca budidaya pertanian hortikultura sebagai basis pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Metoda studi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui keberadaan modal sosial petani hortikultura. Strategi penelitian menggunakan studi kasus terpancang multikasus untuk memahami dua unit analisis di dua desa dengan karakteristik berbeda. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa desa yang memiliki keberadaan modal sosial secara utuh, berhubungan dengan tumbuhnya inovasi dan difusi inovasi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keberadaan modal sosial yang utuh, dengan tumbuhnya inovasi dan proses difusi inovasi. Desa dengan keberadaan modal sosial secara utuh mampu menjadi tempat terjadinya difusi inovasi dan tumbuhnya inovasi secara lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan desa yang kurang keberadaan modal sosialnya

In the monetary crisis that occurred in 1998, the agricultural sector has shown its resilience as a hero in saving the nation's economic downturn. In the use of land for farming, no longer only pay attention to wetlands but begin to look at dry land, with all its characteristics such as tofografi (landscapes), water availability, and soil fertility, such as herbs and or medicines. The purpose of this study is to describe the business orientation ( cultural values) in farming. The research design is quantitative, with descriptive survey techniques from a sample size of 30 farmers. Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Terhadap Sayuran Hidroponik Di Kota Sukabumi
     There is society awerness in helat life style that makes consumer is more selective in choosing consumed vegetable. The hydroponic vegetable product that is free from pesticide becomes an alternative for consumer, which have health life style. The research aims at knowing how consumer preference toward hydroponic vegetable and knowing how consumer attitude toward a vegetable hydroponic attribute that is most consideration in a purchase decision. The research applied a descriptive method. Total respondents that were studied as much as 50 people by applying purposive sampling. Analysis design applied descriptive statistic and attitude analysis of fishbein multi-attribute. The resulting research declares consumer prefer hydroponic vegetable that has fresh level < 3 days, has a physical wide leaf which has no hole, different taste with conventional vegetable, type variety > 3 types, price < 5.000 IDR, and vegetable in the plastic package. The most consumer consideration attribute in purchase decision respectively is vegetable fresh level, leaf physic, package, vegetable taste, price, and type variety. Kemampuan Agroforestri Berbasis Kopi (Coffea arabica) dalam Menyimpan Cadangan Karbon
     Each type of forest ecosystem and the species in it have different abilities to absorb CO2 and produce biomass. Coffee-based agroforestry is thought to be able to increase the ability of forests to store carbon as a result of increasing species composition and density of plants in these forest areas. This study aims to determine the composition of plants and carbon stocks stored in coffee-based agroforestry forests in LMDH Paniis RPH Rancakalong BKPH East Manglayang KPH Sumedang Perum Perhutani Regional Division West Java and Banten. This study uses survey and laboratory methods. Data collection is done by collecting data directly at the research location, which is in the agroforestry forest area and natural forest area (as a comparison). Data obtained through observations in the field and laboratory are in the form of tree names, wood density, tree biomass and carbon stocks from biomass. The result shows that the agroforestry forest composition at LMDH Paniis RPH Rancakalong BKPH East Manglayang KPH Sumedang within 17,14 ha consists of Pine (Pinus mercusii), Big-leaf Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla), Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) dan Coffee (Coffea arabica). The carbon stock is 1.869,73 kg/ha in agroforestry forest, 2.618,32 kg/ha in primary natural forest, and 1.460,91 kg/ha in secondary natural forest. Agroforestry forest has more carbon stock than the secondary natural forest, but agroforestry forest has less carbon stock than primary natural forest
Manfaat Pemantauan & Pengukuran Kinerja K3 Dalam Kegiatan Pekerjaan
Setiap pekerjaan di bidang apapun memerlukan system K3 ( Kesehatan keselamata kerja) dalam proses kegiatannya. K3 merupakan salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dan mengurangi angka kerugian . Dengan adanya kondisi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang diuntungkan bukan hanya karyawan, namun perusahaan juga akan merasakan manfaatnya. Metode untuk pengukuran dan pemantauan kinerja K3 secara teratur sebagai satu kesatuan bagian dari keseluruhan sistem manajemen Perusahaan. Pemantauan melibatkan pengumpulan informasi-informasi berkaitan dengan bahaya K3, berbagai macam pengukuran dan penelitian berkaitan dengan resiko K3, jam lembur tenaga kerja serta penggunaan peralatan/mesin/perlengkapan/bahan/material beserta cara-cara penggunaannya di tempat kerja.Manfaat kesehatan keselamatan kerja bagi karyawan adalah karyawan merasa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja mereka terkamin, terhindar dari ancaman kesedatan keselamatan yang berasal dari pekrjaan serta lingkungan kerja dan karyawan merasa aman selama bekerja. Dari segi perusahaan juga mendapat keuntungan dari adanya kesehatan keselamatan kerja. Keuntungan yang didapat oleh perusahaan adalah proses pekerjaan berjalan seefektif mungkin, fasilitas produksi perlatan kantor terpelihara, meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan, dan meningkatkan efektifas karyawan dalam bekerja
Pengaruh Pupuk Organik dan Jarak Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Padi pada Budidaya Metode SRI
This experiment was aimed to know the interaction between organic fertilizer and planting distance to growth and yield of rice cultivation with SRI method cultivation conducted in Gunungmanik Village Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency, the experiment started from December 2009 until April 2010. The experiment design used was Plan of Plot Divided, with 12 treatment combinations consisting of the main plot of organic fertilizer (a1 = chicken manure a2 = sheep manure, and a3 = compost of market waste). The subplot is plant spacing (b1 = 25 cm x 25 cm, b2 = 30 cm x 30 cm, b3 = 60 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm, and b4 = 60 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm). experimental results show the interaction between organic fertilizer and plant spacing on growth and yield of rice on the cultivation of SRI method. The use of plant spacing of 60 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm, followed by provision of 10 tons ha-1 chicken cage gave the best growth against the number of tillers, the number of productive panicles per clump, the weight of 100 grains, and the weight of dry grain harvest per plot. The use of 60 x 30 x 15 spacing followed by 10 tons ha-1 chicken farming and 60 x 30 x 15 plant spacing followed by market composting of 10 tons ha-1, yielded the highest dry harvest grain
Persepsi Pengunjung Terhadap Keberadaan Wana Wisata Puncak Damar dalam Pelestarian Hutan
This research to identify the characteristics of visitors and analyze the perception of visitors to management of Wana Wisata Damar Peak in forest conservation. Visitor perseption in review of service, infrastructure, environment (physical, social, and culture), and forest conservation. The research location in Pakualam Village, Darmaraja Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province from late june to erly july 2017. Research design is a quantitative design using survey method. Data collegtiorn using interviews, observation, and literature study. The selection of sample using simple random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. Research result indicated that most ofvisitors came from Sumedang, male gender, aged between 20 – 29 years old, with high school education as a student and have income less than Rp 1.000.000, the purpose of visiting in general for a vacation because this place is attractive and cheap entry fees, most visitors budgeted for the cost of recreation per mont less than Rp 200.000. Almost half of the visitors came with friends using their own vehicles, doing a one-time visit and interested to visid again. Visitor perception to management of Damar Peak in the forest conservation is still not good because the manager and the community is still lacking in the effort of forest conservation
Aplikasi Agen Hayati (Paenibacillus polymixa) terhadap Penekanan Penyakit Hawar Daun Bekteri Serta Hasil dan Pertumbuhan Padi Hitam (Oryza sativa)Var. Lokal
The Experiment  was aimed to assess influence of concentration and application of biological agent Paenibacillus polymixa to bacterial leaf blight disease and black rice yields (Oryza sativa L.) local varieties The research was conducted in P4S Al Mukhlis  Kiangroke Village, Bandung District, West Java. In December 2016 until April 2017. The experiment used a split-plot design with two factor : 3 application period (W) as the main plot and 4 concentration level (K) as the subplot, thus obtained 12 treatment combinations and each combination was repeated 3 times. Then obtained 36 plot of experiment. Factor I main plot (W) : W1 = morning application (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 days after planting), W2 = daytime (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 days after planting), W3 = afternoon application (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 days after planting) and factor II (K) : K1 = Control, K2 = 5 ml L-1, K3 = 10 ml L-1, K4 = 15 ml L-1. The result showed that the effect of concentration and time of application of biological agent of Paenibacillus polymixa gave no significant effect on plant height, disease intensity, number of productive tillers, number of the dry grain harvest, number of unhulled grain per panicle, and weight of 1000 filled grains. There was an interaction between concentration and time of application of biological agent of Paenibacillus polymixa to bacterial leaf blight disease intensity at age of 95 DAP, treatment of K3 (10ml L-1) with W1 (morning application)  gave more resistance effect to bacterial leaf blight intensity.Â

This study aims to determine the effect of rising feed prices on the use of feed, pond productivity and business income of tilapia fish enlargement. The research method used is a periodical survey of indigenous fish farmers with census techniques. Pengaruh Inokulasi Mikoriza Vesikular Arbuskular terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Panili di Persemaian
Suatu percobaan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inokulasi mikoriza vesikular arbuskular terhadap pertumbuhan benih panili di persemaian, telah dilakukan di Desa Jatimekar, Kecamatan Situraja, Kabupaten Sumedang. percobaan dilaksanakan dari bulan Juni 2010 sampai bulan Oktober 2010. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam percobaan ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola sederhana, dengan enam perlakuan takaran mikoriza dan diulang empat kali. Perlakuan tersebut adalah A= 0 g/tanaman, B= 10 g/tanaman, C= 20 g/tanaman, D= 30 g/tanaman, E= 40 g/tanaman, F= 50 g/tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) inokulasi mikoriza vesikular arbuskular berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan benih panili di persemaian; dan (2) pemberian inokulan mikoriza vesikular arbuskular pada takaran 40 dan 50 g per tanaman berpengaruh paling baik terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah pasangan daun pada umur 12 MST dan 16 MST, serta bobot kering tunas pada umur 12 MST
