    Pangandaran Nature Park is a tourist forest area as well as a conservation area and become one of Javan Langur, but the data is still very limited. This study aims to find out the number of individuals and groups of javan langur who are in the nature park pangandaran. This study was conducted in November 2020. Javan langur population is calculated using path and concentration count methods. The data collected are number of individuals, number of groups, gender and age structure (Infants, Children, Adolescents, and Adults). Observations were made as many as 36 times with 3 observations on one day namely morning (06.00 AM), noon (11:00 AM), and evening (15:00 PM). The result showed that there were 64 javan langur individuals divided into 4 groups with an alleged population density of 2.60 individuals/hectare. The ratio of male and female javan langur in pangandaran nature park is 1:2 where the female javan langur is more than the male. And for structure of most javan langur age in the adolescents age class with a percentage of 51.6 %, then adults 28.1%, children 12.5%, and the lowest there is in the infant class with a percentage of 7.8%

    The experiment was carried out, from September to November 2017 in the potato certification area of Kec. Pangalengan-West Java and Horticultural Plants Laboratory Center for Supervision and Certification of Seeds for Food Crops and Horticulture (BPSBTPH) West Java Province, Jl. Ciganitri II Bojongsoang-Bandung. The purpose of the experiment was to determine what factors affect the potato cyst nematode population and to determine the distribution of potato cyst nematode (Globodera spp.) in the potato seed certification area in Pangalengan District – West Java. The experimental design used was the field observation method in the potato seed certification area in Pangalengan District and areas suspected of being attacked by NSK, by measuring altitude, land slope, soil pH and rainfall data related to surface runoff and sampling. soil for laboratory analysis which will then be compared with field data for analysis using the ArcGIS 10.2 program. The experimental results show no correlation, showing the relationship between the variables has a small correlation value so that the degree of closeness of the relationship between the variables of altitude, land slope, soil pH, rainfall less influential.     Flower cabbage is a vegetable crop that is widely consumed by the people of Indonesia. For growth, it can be helped by providing egg shells that are environmentally friendly when compared with chemical fertilizers. This study used a Randomized Block Design with five doses of eggshell treatment (0,6,12,18,24 grams / plant) with five replications each. The results of the research are: The application of eggshell fertilizer which has a significant influence on the number of leaves aged 35 dd, and on the flower weight per plant. And the dose of eggshell fertilizer that gives the best treatment E (2.0 g / plant) with a yield of 301.53 g / plant

    The long history of the South West Java region is also the history of large private plantations stretching from the colonial era to the current situation. Another reality shows that generations of plantation workers who lived for generations, trying to survive by utilizing the land of former private plantations. This study aims to determine the sociodemographic conditions farmers that cultivated ex-private plantations in Cianjur Regency and their livelihoods. The research method uses a survey and descriptive statistical analysis, while the sample is farmers who cultivated on ex- private plantation. The results showed that the farmers in the study area had an age range between 18 to 82 years. The age structure of smallholder farmers shows the productive age of both male and female smallholder farmers. The average family dependent is 3 people and most tenants own ≤ 0.5 hectares of land. The pattern of livelihood of the family of the tenants depends on the agriculture of paddy fields, utilization of forest products in the form of wood, construction workers and other jobs to fulfill the lives of the farmers and their family

    High pressure by community activities on the existence of forests, especially protected forests that affect the quality of the environment that can cause a disaster, such as the occurrence of flash floods that occurred in 2016 in Garut regency, cannot be separated from damage to the upstream cover of cimanuk-citanduy. This prompted investigators to analyze the three year change of land protection prevailing in Mt. Guntur RPH Simpang BKPH Bayongbong. The objective of research is to calculate how large changes land cover area in Mt. Guntur Protected Area (MGPA), RPH Simpang BKPH Bayongbong KPH Garut in three years. The data collected on July to August 2017 by geographic information system (GIS) and satellite image. The results of land cover interpretation by landsat 8 OLI image 2014 and 2017 describe the condition of land use and land cover change in MGPA. Land cover of MGPA dominated by shrub (B) is 287.58 Ha (57.52%) at 2014 and 202.89 Ha (40.58%) at 2017, so deforestation as three years is 31.24 Ha or 32.13%. The results of ground check there is a land use change to open land and farming dryland. According to data of image interpretation at 2017, the open land is 20.03 Ha but after ground checking is 20.51 Ha. The reduction of it based on data of image interpretation at 2017 is 200.33 Ha to 201.85 Ha after ground checking

    Tanah merupakan benda yang bersifat abstrak karena memiliki hak digunakan dan diperdagangkan. Karena sifatnya yang dapat diperdagangkan, diperlukan penilaian tanah untuk mengetahui kualitas dan harga tanah. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan nilai tanah untuk mengetahui nilai tanah di sekitar sarana transportasi. Penilaian tanah menggunakan metode Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) artinya setiap nilai tanah memiliki model matematis. GWR dilakukan dengan kernel fixed gaussian dengan bandwidth optimum Cross Validation (CV). Variabel independen yang dijadikan parameter penilaian untuk nilai tanah ini adalah lebar jalan. radius bandara. radius rel kereta api. jarak ke stasiun. jarak ke terminal. jarak ke pasar. jarak ke pemadam kebakaran. jarak ke rumah sakit. status hukum lahan. guna lahan. dan kesesuaian lahan. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Nilai Indikasi Rata-rata (NIR) dan Zona Nilai Tanah (ZNT) Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN). Analisis model dilakukan dengan melihat residu antara variabel dependen dan survei lapangan. Hasilnya apabila dibandingkan dengan nilai hasil pemodelan variabel NIR terdapat perbedaan sebesar Rp 423.831,159,- apabila dibandingkan dengan NIR dan Rp 1.976.916,526,- apabila dibandingkan dengan survei lapangan. Hasilnya apabila dibandingkan dengan nilai hasil pemodelan variabel ZNT terdapat perbedaan sebesar Rp 372.063,117,- apabila dibandingkan dengan ZNT dan Rp 2.041.621,107,- apabila dibandingkan dengan survei lapangan.Kata kunci—GWR, penilaian tanah, sarana transportas

    Dalam 10 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2004 sampai 2013 pemanfaatan energy surya sebagai tenaga listrik meningkat pesat dari  3,7 GW menjadi 139 GW. Hal tersebut disebabkan adanya tuntutan dari Protocol Kyoto yang mewajibkan negara-negara maju untuk mengurangi emisi karbon. Sehingga energi surya yang bersifat renewable dan ramah lingkungan menjadi pilihan disamping energy angin. Di Indonesia kapasitas terpasang Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS)  belum bersifat komersil. Salah satu PLTS yang dikembangkan sebagai pilot proyek untuk pengembangan PLTS di Indonesia adalah PLTS Cirata berkapasitas 1 MW.  Untuk mengestimasi potensi tenaga surya yang berlimpahnya sebagai sumber energi, dilakukan penelitian  menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, analisis database PLTS, diskusi terfokus dan analisis deskriptif. Diharapkan dengan pengalaman dari PLTS Cirata dapat menjadi dukungan untuk pembangunan PLTS lain secara komersil. Untuk itu diperlukan dukungan pemerintah berupa pengukuran potensi tenaga surya di berbagai tempat, pengembangan industri fotovoltaic, serta feed-in tariff yang menarik bagi pengembang PLTS

    This study aims to identify entrepreneurial characteristics possessed by young farmers. Young farmers who are the object of study are horticulture farmers in Kabupaten Bandung Barat. This study tries to explain the characteristics of farmers in terms of entrepreneurship. This study focuses on young farmers in Cisarua, Parongpong, and Lembang Subdistricts, with land ownership of no more than two hectares (small scale). The determination of the sample is done by a stratified random sampling method. The strata in this study are young farmers under the age of 40 and farming in the sub-sector of horticulture products in Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The next step is to determine the sample in the study as many as 120 farmers. Farmers who play a role as entrepreneurs are not only experts in the production process, but they have visionary results-oriented business managerial skills. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents have moderate (moderate) entrepreneurial characteristics. This is more due to the farming climate in rural areas which is still moderate, not oriented to professionalism and entrepreneurship. However, young farmers have a desire to develop, so that their business processes are different from those of farmers in general, where young farmers are starting to implement professional work methods in their gardens. The entrepreneurial approach has been seen in the way they do business, where they always want to be better, always look for the latest information, create innovations in the garden, apply management in their farming and take risks

    Analisis Sinyal Pasang Surut Bumi Menggunakan Metode Kinematic Precise Point Positioning GPS

    Nilai pergerakan dari hasil penentuan posisi menggunakan GPS dipengaruhi oleh fenomena baik periodik maupun acak. Biasanya sinyal dari fenomena periodik tersebut direduksi dengan model untuk mendapatkan hasil pergerakan permukaan tanah yang sesuai dengan kenyataan. Penelitian ini memproses time series dan analisis spektrum untuk memisahkan sinyal fenomena periodik yaitu pasnag surut bumi dari semua sinyal yang ditangkap oleh GPS berupa data RINEX. Data yang digunakan yaitu data CGPS BAKO bulan Januari tahun 2011. Metodologi analisis perbandingan hasil dengan model digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode Kinematic Precise Point Positioning (KPPP) GPS dan perangkat lunak open source RTKLIB digunakan untuk mengolah data RINEX GPS dan plotting hasil baik time series maupun spektrum energi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian model pasang surut bumi dari IERS dengan sinyal pasang surut bumi di stasiun CGPS BAKO dan menentukan nilai ambang serta jenis pasang surut bumi di stasiun GPS tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pasang surut Bumi dari IERS berkesesuaian dengan hasil dari stasiun CPGS BAKO. Nilai tunggang pasang surut Bumi komponen Timur-Barat 0,437, Utara-Selatan 0,234, Atas-Bawah 0,781 meter. Jenis pasang surut bumi dominan semidiurnal untuk komponen Timur-Barat dan Atas-Bawah dan untuk Utara-Selatan dominan diurnal
