    POLA SEBARAN GAS KARBON MONOKSIDA (CO) POLUTAN DI KECAMATAN BOGOR TENGAH

    Karbon Monoksida (CO) merupakan racun yang cukup lama dalam sejarah manusia. Sumber utama dari  CO  adalah  asap knalpot  kendaraan  terutama  mesin  berbahan  bakar  bensin.  Tujuan  dari penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengukur Kadar  CO  udara  di  Kecamatan Bogor Tengah.  Jenis  penelitian  ini  observasional  dengan  pendekatan cross-sectional.  Lokasi  sampling  dalam penelitian  ini  berada  di  Kecamatan Bogor Tengah,  dalam  penelitian  ini dilakukan pengukuran di 11 Kelurahan. Kadar CO  di dapatkan dari hasil pengukuran dengan menggunakan  alat  CO  Meter.  Konsentrasi Karbon Monoksida (CO) udara Ambien di 11 Kelurahan pada kecamatan Bogor Tengah rata-rata sebesar 8016.36 µg/Nm3, Konsentrasi Karbon Monoksida (CO) udara Ambien tertinggi terdapat pada lokasi Stasiun Bogor dengan konsentrasi sebesar 11451.94 µg/Nm3 dan Konsentrasi Karbon Monoksida (CO) udara Ambien terendah terdapat pada lokasi Simpang Empat Jalan Padjajaran dengan konsentrasi sebesar 2290.39 µg/Nm3. Hasil penelitian mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah No. 41 Tahun 1999 tentang Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara. Hal ini menunjukkan kualitas udara berdasarkan kadar CO masih baik sehingga dibutuhkan upaya untuk menjaga kualitas udara di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah. Kata Kunci: Kadar CO,CO Meter , Udara, Kecamatan Bogor Tenga

    Besaran Biaya Korban Kecelakaan Sepeda Motor di Kota Bandung

    Kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Bandung mengakibatkan jumlah korban fatalitas kecelakaan sepeda motor meningkat. Jumlah korban fatalitas dapat menimbulkan besaran biaya korban kecelakaan lalu lintas. Metode perhitungan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metoda the gross output (gross output metode). Metoda ini dapat dilihat pada peraturan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah pada tahun 2005. Metode ini diasumsikan dapat menghitung nilai dari seluruh sumber daya yang hilang dari semua pihak akibat kecelakaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung biaya korban kecelakaan dilakukan melalui kategori korban kecelakaan. Kesimpulan  yang  dapat  diambil  dari  pembahasan dalam paper ini adalah jumlah besaran biaya korban kecelakaan yang ditimbulkan dari kecelakaan lalu lintas mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2014 sedangkan sebaliknya pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Peningkatan besaran biaya korban kecelakaan terbesar pada tahun 2017. Jumlah korban meninggal dunia yang besar dapat menyebabkan peningkatan biaya kecelakaan lalu lintas.Â

    Potensi Pemanenan Air Hujan Sebagai Upaya Pemenuhan Air Baku Bagi Warga Desa (Studi Kasus: Desa Cikalong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat)

    Pertumbuhan penduduk menyebabkan air sebagai sumber kebutuhan utama ikut meningkat sementara kemampuan air tetap. Tidak terkecuali masyarakat yang berada di Desa Cikalong, Kecamatan Cikalongwetan yang pada saat ini suplai air masyarakat Desa Cikalong, mayoritas diperoleh dari sumur bor dan air tanah yang berasal dari sumur gali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi pemanenan air hujan di Desa Cikalong. Dengan teknik pemanenan air hujan diharapkan sebagai alternatif penyelesaian permasalahan air Desa Cikalong terutama RW 18 pada masa musim kemarau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk menghitung potensi pemanenan air hujan dilakukan dengan melakukan perkalian antara curah hujan, luas atap bangunan, dan koefisien runoff. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, potensi pemanenan air hujan di Desa Cikalong menunjukan sebesar 175.552 m3 /tahun. Dengan rata-rata potensi pemanenan untuk setiap rumah sebesar 52 m3 / tahun. Hasil dari pengolahan data berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa potensi pemanenan air hujan setiap harinya secara keseluruhan mampu  mencukupi kebutuhan air baku rumah tangga.  Kata kunci : air baku, pemanenan air hujan, konservasi ai

    Subterranean termites are a group of termite that causes economical loss in the timber and crop cultivation business. In Indonesia, subterranean termites are found attacking garden plants and forest plants such as coconut tree, cocoa tree, palm oil tree, and pine tree. Besides, subterranean termites also damage a lot of construction buildings which are made from wood. In Indonesia, it is difficult to effectively prevent the growth of subterranean termite. One of methods to improve wood durability towards subterranean termite threat is to preserve the wood. Sengon tree bark extract, soursop leaf and tobacco leaf are considered to be used as natural preservatives. This research is aimed to find out the effect of extractives of sengon wood, soursop leaf, and tobacco leaf on the mortality of subterranean termite, and this research is aimed to find out which extract substance that has the most retention, mostly affects subterranean termite mortality, and has the least weight loss. This research used an experimental method carried out in the laboratory, using a complete randomized design design, with four treatments that were repeated five times.\ The results showed that the extractives of sengon bark, soursop leaves and tobacco leaves had an effect on reducing the mortality rate of soil termites but were not significantly different in the retention rate. However, tobacco leaf extractive substance has the most effect in reducing the intensity of subterranean termite invasion and causing the least damage

    Modifikasi Penggunaan Subsoil Melalui Penambahan Bahan Organik Untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Bibit Kopi Arabika (Coffea Arabica L.)

    Sub soil is soil under the top soil layer, with low fertility. The use of sub soil as an Arabica coffee seedling planting media needs to be considered because the top soil layer has been much reduced by erosion or run off. Needs modification in sub-soil soils to increase fertility. Increased sub soil fertility can be done using organic materials, both solid and liquid. Coffee seedling using the right planting media will determine the growth and production of coffee in the field later. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of subsoil growing media with the addition of organic material for the growth of Arabica coffee seeds. The experiment was conducted at the Ciparanje Experimental Field, Faculty of Agriculture, Padjadjaran University, Sumedang Regency, in March to June 2019 with altitude of ± 780 meters above sea level. The experiment used a randomized block design (RBD) with 9 treatments repeated three times. The treatments are as follows: 100% topsoil; subsoil 100%; topsoil: chicken manure (2: 1); subsoil: chicken manure (1: 1); subsoil: chicken manure (2: 1); subsoil: chicken manure (3: 1); subsoil + 25% coconut water; subsoil + 50% coconut water; subsoil + 75% coconut water. The results showed that the modification of subsoil with the addition of organic matter affected the growth of Arabica coffee seedlings on stem diameter variables of 8 MST and leaf chlorophyll index of 16 MST. Subsoil media with the addition of chicken manure (3: 1) had a good effect on leaf chlorophyll index and subsoil media with 25% coconut water had a good effect on the diameter of Arabica coffee seedling stems. Subsoil can replace topsoil by adding organic matter.Â

    This article aims to examine the effect of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) on the growth and yield of G3 seeds of potato (solanum tuberosum L.) varieties of medians. The experiment was conducted in the experimental garden of The Faculty of Agriculture of Winaya Mukti University Tanjungsari, Sumedang with a height of 850 meters above sea level with the order of land Andisol. Time trials are conducted from May to August 2019. The design used is a simple RandomIzed Group Design consisting of five types of phosphate Solubilizing bacteria, namely without PSB, Pseudacidovorax intermedius, Agrobacterium fabrum, Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Serratia nematodiphila and repeated five times each. The results of the experiment showed that the administration of this type of PSB was able to increase the height of the plant and the number of leaves at the age of 28 DAP and 42 DAP and give the result of the number of potatoes and the weight of the perpetak tubers on the potato crop of the medians varieties better

    Pengaruh Dosis Bioaktivator Gliocladium Sp Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Kopi Varietas Sigarar Utang Dan Lini S 795 Di Perbenihan

    The important thing in coffee plantation ventures is when preparing coffee seeds such as Sigarar debt and line S 795. Planting Media plays an important role to get good seeds. Bioaktivator Gliocladium sp which is a fungus that can accelerate the process of decomposition of organic matter in nature. The method of research used is experimental design. Research conducted in Plantation PPPPTK Agriculture Cianjur Ministry of Education and Culture. The research draft using a separate tile experiment (Split Plot design) consists of two treatments. The first treatment (main plot) consists of 2 of the Varitas Sigarar debt and line S 795. The second treatment (plot) consists of 5 levels. There are 10 treatment combinations and each of them is 3 repeats so there are 30 units of trial. The number of seeds in research 1500 plants. The free variable i.e. the main tile (v) consists of 2 levels namely V1 = Debt Sigarar Varieties v2 = varieties of line S 795. Child Tile (d) consists of 5 levels ie D0 = 0 gr/kg media cropping (control), D1 = 1 gr/kg of media cropping, D2 = 2 G gr/kg of media planting, D3 = 3 gr/kg of media planting, D4 = 4 gr/kg of planting media. The use of Sigararutang varieties and lines 795 S and the bioactivator dose of Gliocladiun there is no interaction. The results of the self-test varieties all the parameters do not differ real only on the high parameter plant variety line S 795 gives a different plant height than the Sigararutang varieties.  Self-test result dose of bioaktiovator Gliocladium SP dose 4 gr/kg of medium gives high results on all parameters. On the parameters of wet-weights plant dose Bioaktiovator Gliocladium sp not differ in real. Optimum dose of Bioaktiovator Gliocladium sp which produces maximum dry weight respectively on each coffee varieties at a dose of 4 gr/kg of media on the Sigararutang varieties provide a dry weight of 2.42 grams, higher than in line S 795 of 2.24 grams.Â

    Cinchona is plantation commodity that useful as medicine material. Productivity of cinchona is influenced by growth phase on young plant. For increasing the productivy of cinchona should be applied stem shaping and combine with growth regulator. This research aims to get the precise concentration of growth regulator for young cinchona after stem shaping. The experiment was observed at Ciparanje field station of Agriculture Faculty, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor. It used randomized block design with 6 treatments and 4 replications (3 plants for each plot). The treatments were 6 levels of BAP (0 ppm, 30ppm, 60ppm, 90 ppm, 120ppm and 150 ppm). The result showed that BAP level had significant effect for growing of young cinchona. 30 ppm of BAP influenced branch growth meanwhile 90 ppm and 150 ppm had significant effect on leaves number and stem diameter was influenced by all of BAP concentrations

    Low temperature and gibberellin treatments affected on breaking dormancy. The effects of low temperature in storage duration and gibberellin treatrments on breaking of dormancy of garlic were examined in this study. The aims of this study to determinate the best treatments for breaking garlic bulb dormancy. The sorted garlic bulbs were stored at 4 ± 0.4 ° C for 0 (control), 15, 30 and 45 days. The bulbs that have been treated by low temperature then treated by gibberellins at various concentrations including 0, 75, 150, and 225 mgL-1 by soaking for 24 hours. The bulbs were  planted in the seedling house. The low temperature storage (4±0,4ᵒC) for 45 days is more effective than 0, 15 and 30 days, while the concentration of gibberellins were not have a significant effect on breaking dormancy.  GA3 endogenous was increased during low temperature storage, on the other hand, it accelerated on breaking dormancy . The highest percentage of sprouting  bulb produced by treatment at low temperature storage for 45 days. Growth parameters such as shoot length, shoot dry weight and leaves get the best at 45 days storage time. Low temperature storage (4±0,4ᵒC) is effective in breaking dormancy of garlic bulb

    Leopard (Panthera pardus melas Curvier, 1809) is an endangered species that have been protected because of the population decreased and some population extinct locally. One of them is leopard in Protected Forest Cijambu that no has data about leopard of existence. The objective of this research was to inventory leopard existence and to know distribution of leopard in Cijambu Protected Forest. The method of research is Local community interview and identify of leopard footprint by observation and spatial analysis. The research showed that leopard existence by footprint, feces, scratches, and sound. So, estimate individu of leopard in Cijambu Protected Forest is 3 individual, with a footprint the size of front and rear at 1 individual is 7.5 cm and 7 – 7.1 cm, 1 individu is 11 cm and 10.2 – 10.3 cm, and 1 individual is 6.5 cm and 5.0 cm. Distribution of footprints leopards in Protected Forests Cijambu is exist in Block Legok honje, Pasir panjang, Gunung putri, Gunung sanggara, Bewak and Pangauban. Â
