KELIMPAHAN VEGETASI POHON PAKAN LUTUNG JAWA DI TAMAN WISATA ALAM PANANJUNG PANGANDARAN
The existence of Javan langurs is currently increasingly threatened due to several factors, such as deforestation which causes reduced availability of forage. Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Pananjung Pangandaran is one of the habitats of Javan langurs and has an abundance of tree diversity and does not yet have data on the abundance of feed types. The objective of research was to determine the abundance of Javan langur food trees in TWA Pananjung Pangandaran. The method used is by modifying the status and abundance category based on the results of vegetation analysis. Javan langur food trees species in TWA Pananjung Pangandaran consist of 30 species from 28 families. The abundance of Javan langur feed in TWA Pananjung Pangandaran at the pole level vegetation there were 3 types which included the category of very much abundance, category of abundance there were 3 types, category of low abundance there were 3 types, and category of very little abundance was found in 2 species. Abundance at the tree level consists of a very large category of 6 species, a large category consisting of 6 species, a low category consisting of 6 species, and a very low category consisting of 5 species
Pengaruh Konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair Dan Takaran Pupuk Kandang Sapi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Selada (Lactuca sativa L.) Varietas Grand Rapids
The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of concentration liquid organic fertilizer and doses cow manure on the growth and yield of grand rapids variety of lettuce, carried out in the practice of Tanjungsari Sumedang SMK PPN, located at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level. The experiment starts from June 2018 to August 2018. The experimental design used was a Randomized Design facto pattern group consisting of two factors and repeated three times. The first factor is liquid organic fertilizer nasa (p) with 5 levels: p1 = 0 ml / liter of water, p2 = 1 ml / liter of water, p3 = 2 ml / liter of water, p4 = 3 ml / liter of water, p4 = 4 ml / liter of water. The second factor is cow manure (k) consisting of 4 levels, namely: k1 = 0 ton / ha, k2 = 5 ton / ha, k3 = 10 ton / ha, k4 = 15 ton / ha. The results of the experiment show: There was no interaction between liquid organic fertilizer   and cowshed fertilizer on observations of plant height, number of leaves, weight per plant, weight per sample, weight per plot and root volume in lettuce. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer at concentrations of p3 (3,0 ml/liter of water) showed the best results on plant height, number of leaves, and yield of weight per plot and significantly different from observations of weight per plant and root volume. Cow manure showed no significant effect on all plant height, number of leaves, weight per plant, weight per sample, weight per plot and root volume in lettuce
Pengaruh Konsentrasi Dan Lama Inkubasi Kolkisin Terhadap Duplikasi Kromosom Planlet Terung (Solanum melongena L.) Haploid Galur Aksesi Hasil Kultur Antera
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of colchicine on chromosome duplication and to determine the best colchicine concentration and incubation time for haploid eggplant chromosome duplication results from anther culture. Laboratory experiments have been carried out at PT. East West Seed Indonesia, Benteng Village, Campaka District, Purwakarta from March to June 2020. With an altitude of 69 m above sea level. The environmental design used in this study was a completely randomized design consisting of 7 treatments and repeated 4 times. Colchicine treatment design A = Control, B = colchicine 0.05% 24 hours incubation, C = colchicine 0.05% 48 hours incubation, D = colchicine 0.1% 24 hours incubation, E = colchicine 0.1% 48 hours incubation, F = kolkisisn 0.15% incubation 24 hours, G = colchicine 0.15% incubation 48 hours. The responses observed were contamination, callous plantlets, rooted plantlets, live plantlets, haploid plantlets, double haploid plantlets, triploid plantets and unreadable ploidy check results. The results showed that the colchysis concentration and incubation time had an effect on the duplication of haploid eggplant plantlet chromosomes resulting from anther culture. And giving colchicine at a concentration of 0.05% with an incubation time of 48 hours and a colchicine concentration of 0.1% with an incubation time of 48 hours had a significant effect on the double haploid plantet of 23.44%
Model Usahatani Terpadu Dampaknya Terhadap Produktivitas, Biaya Produksi dan Pendapatan Petani
: The goal of the research is to know the mix-farming paddy-cow model, the difference of productivity before and after usage  bioslurry,  the difference of cost of production , the difference of farmer’s income and income of livestock business. Method was used by survey census method to 21 respondent as unit of analysis. The hypothesis was verified by the t test paired. Result of the research showed the aplication of livestock (cow) technology on mix-farming cow-paddy model has performance 62,97 %, criteria good, the aplication of Paddy farming technology has performance 70, 88 % criteria good. Utilization of biogas and bioslurry has performance 76,50 % criteria good. Then the productivity has different before and after aplication of bioslurry, where’s the produktivity before 52 ku/ha and after 63 ku/ha. There was no difference on cost of production before and after aplication of bioslurry where’s before Rp 10.356.067,-/ha and after Rp 11.229.465,-/ha. Then the farm income has not different before and after aplication of bioslurry, where’s before Rp 10.714.355,-/ha with R/C =2,03 and after Rp 12.443.775,-/ha with R/C =2,11. Income of livestock business (cow) has not profitable shown by R/C = 080. Income of mix-farming paddy-cow model has not profitable shown by R/C = 0,55, with in 1 year
Pengaruh Penggunaan Pupuk Organik Cair Dan Dinamika Kelompok Terhadap Keberhasilan Usahatani Kedele (Glycine max) Di Kecamatan Cibitung Kabupaten Sukabumi
This study aims to determine how much influence the use of liquid organic fertilizers and group dynamics has on the success of soybean farming. This research was conducted in Cibitung Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency with the consideration that the soybean plantation area is quite large and is part of a farmer group. The research was started in August 2017 until October 2017. The method used in this research is quantitative method by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. As the research object, namely soybean farmers who use liquid organic fertilizers who are in a farmer group in Cibitung District. The results of the research were analyzed by means of validation tests and reabilitation tests which were further analyzed using path analysis techniques. Partially the results showed that there was a significant effect of using liquid organic fertilizers by 25.2% and group dynamics by 26.5% on the success of soybean farming. While simultaneously the effect of both of them on the success of soybean farming was 51.7%, and the remaining 48.3% came from other variables that were not studie
Analisis Pendapatan Dan Efisiensi Usahatani Padi Varietas Ciherang (Studi Kasus pada Kelompok Tani Wargi Saluyu di Desa Ciparay, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung)
This research was conducted to analyze the level of income and efficiency of rice farming in the Wargi Saluyu farmer group, Ciparay Village. The rice varieties that are the focus of this research are the Ciherang variety. The method used in this research is the case study method. With the concept of farming and farm acceptance and income. So this research uses income analysis and R / C ratio analysis (Return Ana Cost Ratio), namely the comparison analysis and farm acceptance. The data used in the study were obtained from direct interviews with farmers who are members of the Wargi Saluyu farmer group in Ciparay Village and added with other supporting data that can support from literature and literature studies. The results of this study indicate the Ciherang variety rice farming in Ciparay Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency has a total cost of IDR 17,379,500.00 per hectare and revenue of IDR 34,742,000.00 per hectare which generates an income of IDR 17,362,500.00 per hectare. in one growing season. And the R / C ratio of Ciherang variety rice farming in Ciparay Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency is 1.9, which means that ciherang variety of rice farming in Ciparay Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency is profitable or feasible to be cultivate
Respon Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) Varietas Bima Brebes Pada Pemberian Pupuk Organik Konsentrat
This experiment was carried out in Ujungjaya District, Sumedang Regency. At an altitude of 50 meters above sea level, the soil type is Vertisol. The time of this experiment was carried out from June to August 2020. The purpose of this experiment was to study, determine and get the best dose of growth response and yield of shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) Bima Brebes variety on the application of concentrated organic fertilizer. The design used was a simple randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 4 treatments of concentrated organic fertilizer in 6 replications. Concentrated organic fertilizers used are: A = 0 g/polybag, B = 50 g/polybag, C = 75 g/polybag and D = 100 g/polybag. The results showed that the application of concentrated organic fertilizer significantly affected plant height, number of leaves at age (14 HST) and tuber weight per plot. The application of concentrated organic fertilizer at a dose of 75 g/polybag showed higher yields on plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers per clump, tuber weight per clump and tuber weight per plot

The trend of organic agriculture is currently experiencing an increase, changes in people's lifestyle patterns have made a shift in consumption patterns from non-organic to organic. There is a process of competition in a very tight marketing world where companies or producers must be able to compete in the market, one of which is by implementing a marketing strategy through Positioning. This study aims to determine what are the factors that influence the positioning of organic agricultural products in Kebonpedes Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency. This research uses descriptive research with explanatory methods and quantitative approaches, while the type of sampling used is snowball sampling. Based on the results and discussion of the analysis carried out in this study partially it was stated that six factors had no significant effect on the positioning of organic products in Kebonpedes District, namely quality, service, price, use, brand, benefits and one significant influence factor, namely competitors, while simultaneously quality, service, price, usage, brand, benefits and competitors have a significant  together
Kewirausahaan Kelompok Wanita Tani Sebagai Penggerak Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Kampung Eduwisata Hanjeli Desa Waluran Mandiri Kecamatan Waluran Kabupaten Sukabumi
The decrease of the community’s carrying capacity in Waluran Mandiri Village in the utilization of potential land resources has resulted in the change of abandoned agricultural land into illegal mining. This sad reality is also saddled with the large number of women who become migrant workers abroad. The hanjeli’s cultivation as an effort to empower the community has been initiated with the concept implementation of the Hanjeli Eduwisata Village. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of woman farmer groups’ empowerment in Hanjeli Eduwisata Village, and to analyze the business of hanjeli products carried out through the groups’ entrepreneurial activities. The study used a survey method with purposive sampling of a group of woman farmers. The data were then analyzed using descriptive quantitative method by presenting tabulations and diagrams. The results showed that the community empowerment in Hanjeli Eduwisata Village was pioneered by woman's farmer group named Mekar Mandiri through an entrepreneurial process. namely: establishing business working groups and entrepreneurship training, forming farmer groups, revitalizing abandoned land, and carrying out entrepreneurship training programs regarding cultivation techniques, product processing as well as marketing of Hanjeli products. The average production of Hanjeli was low due to intercropping on an average land area of 0.43 ha, Hanjeli farming still provided benefits to Mekar Mandiri woman farming group in two growing seasons per one year. Likewise, the the business of processed Hanjeli products by KWT Mekar Mandiri showed a positive profit margin
Pengaruh Jenis Sumbu Dan Konsentrasi Nutrisi Terhadap Sawi Samhong (Brassica juncea L.) Dengan Hidroponik Sistem Sumbu
The wick system is a hydroponic by utilizing the principle of capillarity of nutrient solutions that are absorbed by plant roots through the wick. Flannelette is a material that has the best water absorption and can be used as a wick, another alternative is stove wick. The concentration of nutrients given to plants must also be in needs. Samhong mustard is a type of mustard in the same class as pakcoy. This study aims to determine the effect of the type of wick and nutrient concentration on plant height, number of leaves, and plant weight using hydroponic wick system. The research method was carried out using two independent variables, namely the type of wick consisting of flannelette (S1) and stove wick (S2), and the nutrients concentration consisting of N1 (1,000 ppm), N2 (1,200 ppm), and N3 (1,400 ppm). The measurements results were compared using the Anova two-factorial design test with a level of 5%, and if the results were significantly different, then continued with the BNJ test at a significant level of 5%. The results showed that there was an effect of using different types of wicks and nutrient concentrations on the measurement results of samhong mustard. Flannel wick (S1) has better effect than the stove wick (S2), and the concentration of N1 nutrients has better effect than the concentrations of N2 and N3, with average plant height is 27.9 cm, average number of leaves are 18.8 strands, and the average plant weight is 128.6 g
