Dataset for '3D crystalline phase and pore structure evolution upon CO2 exposure in sodium sulfate-activated cement pastes'
This data has been used to create the Figures in the journal article "3D crystalline phase and pore structure evolution upon CO2 exposure in sodium sulfate-activated cement pastes"
Use of Spatially Distributed TOPMODEL to Assess Effectiveness of Diverse Natural Flood Management Techniques for a UK Catchment - dataset
Modelling data from SD-TOPMODEL for land cover types and NFM interventions in Upper Aire Catchment, Yorkshire, UK. The dataset includes selected model parameter values, Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) coefficients, peak discharge, and peak timing of the corresponding modelled results. Additionally, comparisons of results across various NFM scenarios are provided. All data collection and simulations were conducted during 2023–2024
Monitoring the Conformational Ensemble and Lipid Environment of a Mechanosensitive Channel Under Cyclodextrin-Induced Membrane Tension
Raw and processed data for EPR spectroscopy. Experimental data and associated code for NMR spectroscopy

Ire1-LD activation by unfolded protein substrate and molecular chaperone BiP
Biophysical characterization of how the molecular chaperone BiP and a model Ire1 substrate interdependently control activation of the ER stress sensor Ire
Data for 'Dual client binding sites in the ATP-independent chaperone SurA'
The ATP-independent chaperone SurA protects unfolded outer membrane proteins (OMPs) from aggregation in the periplasm of Gram-negative bacteria and delivers them to the beta-barrel assembly machinery (BAM) for folding into the outer membrane (OM). Precisely how SurA recognises and binds its different OMP clients remains unclear. E. coli SurA comprises three domains: a core and two PPIase domains (P1 and P2). Here, we present single-molecule Förster resonance energy transfer (smFRET) data showing conformational changes of unfolded OmpX (apo-OmpX.hdf5) when bound to SurA wild-type (OmpX+SurA-WT.hdf5), the SurA core domain (OmpX+SurA-core.hdf5) and finally, in 4 M urea (apo-OmpX_4M_Urea.hdf5)
Manuscript data - Yield stress modification
This dataset is part of a publication that provides insight into the use of nanoparticle additives for yield stress reduction in concentrated suspensions of highly aggregated, irregularly shaped particles of magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2). The dataset includes raw data from rheological tests of suspensions to indicate the use of SiO2 as a successful yield stress modifier. Further analysis using X-ray computed tomography, quartz crystal microbalance, differential scanning calorimetry and UV-visible spectrophotometry shows the effects of aging time on the yield stress modification in this system
GeoTraductores survey data
The dataset comprises responses from seventeen volunteers participating in the GeoTraductores initiative. GeoTraductores is a collaborative effort involving Eos.org, GeoLatinas, and Planeteando. Its primary goal is to translate Earth Science-related news articles from English to Spanish for the Eos.org platform, managed by the American Geophysical Union (AGU). The survey gathers qualitative data on the roles of each participant (editor, translator, or organization representative), encompassing their workflow, feedback on project operations, encountered challenges, suggestions for improvement, and overall satisfaction. Respondents have the option to provide their responses in either English or Spanish, based on their individual preferences
