الخطاب المسرحي الجزائري بين نسقية النص وسياقية العرض
The theatrical discourse is embodied through the process of dramatizing the multiple texts contained in this art, not just the written text, given that the theatrical discourse is the discourse of duality between the verbal and the verbal parallel. To identify the theatrical discourse as one of the artistic creative discourses, highly structured and complex, because it embraces at the same time an overlapping set of elements and artistic forms, by examining the most important features that distinguish it from the rest of the discourses. And specifying an exact definition for it and drawing its borders, and the problematic of receiving it between the text and the presentation. And the most important stages that the Algerian theatrical discourse went through
بلاغة الجمهور في أفق التحليل الإيجابي للخطاب
The first section of this article aims to explore the horizons of the Positive Discourse Analysis approach in terms of its theoretical roots, research questions, research material, topics, and practical applications. While the second section seeks to determine the position of Rhetoric of Audiences (RA) on the horizon of Positive Discourse Analysis in terms of areas of agreement and differences between the two approaches, and the possibilities available to benefit from the capabilities of both in strengthening their common normative goals. The results of the article confirm that Positive Discourse Analysis is able to provide theoretical, methodological, and applied additions to the public rhetoric field, which contributes to achieving its primary goal of developing rhetorical responses to the audience
The American Dream as a Tragic Quest in Clint Eastwood’s Million Dollar Baby
American cinema, ever since its inception, has long perpetuated myths that color the American dream. These include concepts such as self-making, self-determination, and new beginnings. Ideals such as these have become so prevalent in American thinking, that that it has become a delicate task finding any cultural medium that is not imbued by these beliefs. Contemporary directors such as Clint Eastwood have shown a keen interest in revisiting this American dream. To this regard, Eastwood’s Million Dollar Baby (2004) presents the dream as a ghost in disguise. His vision of the American dream is indeed one that is hollow and bereft of the lofty ideals that one usually attributes to this concept. This paper thus aims to probe the bleakness and the hollowness that might result out of the so called “pursuit of Happiness.
دور التربية الوجدانية في تنمية الذوق البلاغي عند مصطفى الصاوي الجويني
This research addresses the efforts of Mustafa Al Sawy Al Juwayni in reviving the Artistic Method in the Arabic Rhetoric, through the Emotional Education Model as a mechanism for developing Rhetorical Taste among the learners of Arabic Rhetoric, in which it addressed initially the reasons for declining Rhetoric Taste after Al Skaki. Then the concept of Emotional Education for Mustafa Al Sawy Al Juwayni and its role in building Rhetoric Taste for learner; by developing ( rhythmic sense, visual reception, creative expression ), in which the research concluded with a set of conclusions which are: necessity to distinguish between the acquisition of linguistic talent and learning the rules of rhetoric, interest in visual rhetoric and use it in the social, economic and political life (advertising for example), interest in the reading, listening and writing skills as well as the impact that make it in developing Rhetoric Taste, standing firstly on the rhetoric areas in the Holy Quran then the various literary texts
Fresh and Mechanical Properties of Lightweight Aggregate Concrete with Scrap Steel Fiber Reinforcement and Bagasse Ash
A sustainable concrete solution was developed by partially replacing aggregates and cement with lightweight plastic aggregates (LWPA) and bagasse ash, respectively. Three types of mixes were studied: (i) concrete with 10-30% cement replaced by bagasse ash (BA), (ii) Bagasse ash concrete mix with scrap steel fiber, and (iii) Bagasse ash concrete with scrap fiber and 10-50% lightweight aggregate. The addition of bagasse ash positively influenced the fresh properties of concrete. However, workability decreased by 56% with the incorporation of scrap fibers and lightweight aggregate compared to the control mix. Slump values reduced in concrete mixes containing plastic aggregate (PA) due to mortar accumulation in voids within the hollow aggregate, significantly diminishing workability. The density of concrete decreased with bagasse ash and lightweight aggregate inclusion, aiding in reducing structural dead weight. However, the strength decreased notably with 30% replacement using hollow lightweight plastic aggregate. Voids in concrete specimens increased with LWPA percentage. Observations from fresh and hardened concrete tests suggest that plastic aggregate, bagasse ash, and scrap fiber can effectively replace up to 20% of gravel aggregate
Research on the use fly ash and bottom ash from coal-fired power plants for making concrete lagging at underground mines
Vietnam currently has 26 coal-fired power plants in operation, emitting a total amount of coal ash about 16 million tons/year of Fly Ash (FA) and Coal Bottom Ash (CBA). FA and CBA increase the costs of landfill space, and negatively affect the environment. Now, concrete lagging with steel arches is the biggest proportion of the type of current structural support in underground mining (about 70÷80%) in Quang Ninh coal area, Vietnam. The main objective of this research is to propose an optimized proportion of the FA and CBA of thermal power plants used in concrete mixture on making concrete lagging in SVP steel arches. This paper also presents the results of an experimental study using FA and CBA for making concrete lagging with the optimized proportion as cement and sand by the Advantest 9 (Control- Italy) system at the Laboratory of Underground and Mining Construction of Hanoi University of Mining and Geology (HUMG). The study result can be concluded that cement and sand replacement by FA and CBA are useful in lower grades of concrete such as M200 in making laggings of SVP steel arches of the underground mines in Quang Ninh coal area and in contributing to the environment protection
البنية الحِجَاجية في قصيدة المتنبي "واحر قلباه"
The artistic experience of Abu Tayeb al-Mutanabi represented a bright moment in the history of Arabic poetry. It has involved expressive capabilities and imaginative capacities that made his poems escape imprisonment of the moment and existing suggestions to create for itself its private aesthetic time and its unique imaginative context. Truly, it was a defying text to all ancient and modern attempts to name the meaning and identify the significance. It was an innovation that penetrates with its defying and glamorous language all accurate and final methodological categories, critical analysis and rhetoricThe poem: "My heart is aflame" is considered an outstanding example of the privacy of uncontrolled poetic, which is not enclosed or delimited by analytical methods no matter how different are their procedural tools and expanded and diversified theoretical conceptsThe present research seeks to discuss the issues of: the approach in the study of literature; question whether or not approaches, separate or unified, can seize all the elements of the poetic text, and reveal all its artistic and imaginative dimensions, based on a stylistic analysis that presents the major conclusions reached by previous studies of the poem in question. At the same time, it highlights suggestive connotations which were concealed in it. These were exposed thanks to the transformations that marked literary approaches recently due to their exposure to new theories of reception, communication and argumentations
التّشكيل اللّغوي في نماذج من الرّواية الجزائريّة التّجريبية
This research paper aims to shed light on selected Algerian novelist models, in order to reach the various transformations that have occurred in the language as a result of experimentation, including arriving at the linguistic strategies employed to achieve difference and distinction. Accordingly, the research was divided into different parts. The first was devoted to talking about the concept of Experimentation, while the second element was an applied study of selected Algerian novelist blogs (Taher Ouattar, Ahlam Mosteghanemi, and Wssini Al-Araj), in order to reach the transformations that the language of the narrative text experienced. Considering the language as one of the internal components of the literary work, we decided to choose the structural approach as a method of study and analysis. The study reached many results, the most important of which is: that the linguistic combination has departed from standardization, to enter the horizon of experimentation, transforming from monism to linguistic pluralism (poetics, sarcasm, hybridity)
An efficient surrogate model for building energy consumption estimation considering global warming scenario: a case study in Tra Vinh
Climate change has emerged as a global challenge, profoundly affecting various sectors, including building energy. Rising temperatures lead to an increase in energy requirements, and the choice of building materials and orientation influences a building's energy efficiency. This paper aims to build a surrogate model for predicting energy demand through building materials. A case study of a two-storey residential house in Tra Vinh is conducted based on the RCP4.5 climate change scenario for 2050. Firstly, training datasets are generated under the assumed global warming scenario RCP4.5, considering various materials for walls and ceiling slabs. Then, a machine learning model is developed to forecast building energy consumption, with the number of hidden nodes, hidden layers, and training algorithm optimized based on a root mean squared error objective function. Additionally, building orientations are analyzed concerning the movement of the sun. The findings demonstrate the simplicity, efficacy, and application potential of the suggested approach in enhancing the efficiency of building energy analysis, offering valuable insights for sustainable building practices in the face of future climate change
Evaluation of the static behavior of cable-stayed bridge with a curved pylon: A case study
Bridges play an essential role in the transportation system, especially large-span bridges. Interestingly, cable-stayed bridges (CSBs), typical large-span bridges, have been applied worldwide with curved pylons to obtain a high aesthetic. However, the effects of the curved pylon on CSB behavior are complicated compared to the traditional cases, e.g., A and H-shaped pylons. Remarkably, the cable tension and internal forces of the girders and pylons were significantly redistributed due to the curvature of the pylons. This motivates this study to quantitatively address the impact of curved pylons on the static behavior of CSBs. The current work also proposes a suitable strengthening solution using additional horizontal beams for the curved pylon. To achieve these goals, numerical simulation is employed to develop 3D CSB models with curved, H, and A-shaped pylons. Moreover, the cable tension force from the numerical simulation and that obtained by the lift-off measurement method for an actual bridge are compared to demonstrate the reliability of 3D models. Thus, the results of the present study are expected to provide more profound knowledge and valuable insights for the design work of future curved pylon CSBs
