As far as I know in the holy Qur’an and al-Hadith point us that There is no such concept of Islamic state. Although, after our prophet Muhammad Saw died, people of Muslems was confusing at looking for a leader continue leadership in Islam, Our prophet Muhammad Saw gave a concept of a society rather than a state and in the al-Qur’an had been explaned ( ‘adil /justice and ihsan). For example, Khilafah system and etc. Namun, Islamic is integratif totality from “three d†: din (religion/science), daulah (state), and dunya (world). Islamic goverment system is a system that true different with the goverment system what ever in the world, a special system that unique among all system in the world. The authoritor power in islamic religion is it’s self (khalifah fil ard) and the rule of syariah (al biladu biladullah wal ibadu ibadulloh). PENINGKATAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN SPIRITUAL MELALUI INTENSITAS PUASA SENIN KAMIS
As human beings God have given them the potential of emotion to do bad or good things. Totally eliminating emotion is also not good. Whereas on account of the emotion ones are eager to eat when they are hungry, they are sad, happy, have a sense of love and so on. So the most important thing is controlling and directing the emotion so that it becomes a guide toward good things.Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays as part of refraining from any action contrary to the religious teachings will bring self-control, honesty, social awareness, the meaningfulness of life not do things that deviate from the teachings of Islam. Fasting could have a positive impact on a person's religiosity, but not all fasting could increase spiritual intelligence. Only fasting that is done with pure heart and soul will foster spiritual intelligence. Fasting that is done by involving conscience is the true one for being able to become an important instrument to purify the heart and soul. Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays will be able to improve the emotional and spiritual intelligence. Keywords: Intelligence, emotional and Spiritua
URGENSI PENGAJARAN ISLAM NUSANTARA PADA PROGRAM STUDI VOKASIONAL DI PERGURUAN TINGGI DALAM MENANGKAL RADIKALISME
Islam Nusantara (Islam of the archipelago) is a new term having recently captivated especially Muslim scholars. Islam Nusantara is the discourse about Islam as a religion having an encounter with tradition in the archipelago. Such encounter has resulted in a distinctive religious tradition which is considerably different from that of other regions. While radicalism in Islam is a form of in-depth (radic) understanding in Islam. Instead of having the in-depth understanding of Islam, radical Islam is a form of Islamic understanding that tends to be "hard", scripturalistic, anti tradition and easily blame the interpretation of others. This has led to a movement that justifies any means to impose their views on others. They have even used violent acts, suicide bombings and other forms of violence. The rigid and scripturalistic understanding of Islam is such an antithesis of peaceful Islam Nusantara. The urgency of teaching Islam Nusantara in universities is such a must following the fact that some of the perpetrators of violence in the name of religion are educated groups from several leading universities. This indicates that the radical Islamic movement has begun to spread to higher education. Radicalism has widely been propagated especially to the students studying in non-Islamic studies vocational programs. Keywords: Islam Nusantara, radicalism, universitie
HAKIM PEREMPUAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM DAN HUKUM POSITIF INDONESIA
The judicial institution in a country is very strategic and decisive one for being used to resolve all public disputes and punish those who violate the law in accordance with the emering rules. This judicial institution is needed in an effort to answer and solve all social problems along with the development and the dynamics in the community. A judge is an authority aimed at resolving the various conflicts and creating justice for the community, and judges are leading actors in solving the problems. Therefore judges in acting and taking decisions must be based on so-called ijtihad. The phenomenon of women's involvement as judges in administering judicial power in the Religious Courts has undergone several phases of change. This condition is strongly influenced by the striking discrepancy of fiqh viewpoints about the religious (syar'i) legality in looking at women in the public sphere, especially in the judiciary. One of the reasons of Muslim scholars in questioning the female judges is due to their duties and responsibilities. On this stand, the Muslim scholars, thingkers and mujtahid have their own points of view that are different from one another. This refusal does not mean ignoring the judicial institution, but rather they consider it fardhu kifayah. Therefore, what is to be revealed in this study is the Islamic law and Indonesian positive law perspectives about female judges. This study concludes that the study of female judges in the perspectives of Islamic law is polarized on several permitting and prohibiting poles and the ones permitting women to serve as judges are only in their involvement in civil cases not in criminal ones. While based on the perspective of Indonesian positive law the female judges are a must in the legal treasures in Indonesia
KONSEP MANUSIA DALAM PERSPEKTIF FILSAFAT PENDIDIKAN ISLAM (Studi Komparatif Pemikiran Ibn Sina dan Al-Ghazali)
Human being could be considered a topic of discussion which is never completed. Therefore, this study will focus more on the concept of human in the perspective of Ibn Sina and al-Ghazali. In the perspective of Ibn Sina the essence of human being is composed of two elements, namely the body (jism) and soul (nafs). These two elements are really different from the ones found in animals and plants. The presence of soul (nafs) is its manifestation. While the body (jism) a tool for nafs. In addition, there is also a strong relationship between the jism and the nafs. Nafs will never achieve a phenomenal stage without the body. When this phenomenal stage is reached, then the nafs will rule the body. Meanwhile, according to al-Gazali the essence of human is composed of several elements, such as: al-nafs, al-ruh, al-qalb, and al-'aql. These four elements have their own function and role, but are mutually complementary parts in shaping the human personality so-called Insan Kamil. The difference of faculties possessed by human is what makes human being the noblest in the sight of Allah. The purpose of human life is to achieve happiness. Education could be considerably successful for being capable of organizing the learning process in producing quality individuals. Thus, in order to produce the quality individuals, then teachers should be able to cultivate a variety of potential possessed by each student as a human being. Keywords: Human being, education, philosoph
Pembelajaran Inovatif Ipa MI/SD Berorientasi Konstruktivistik (Contextual Teaching And Learning)
Abstract: Every science teacher is expected to always learn throughout life, including learning how to teach students science better and more interesting, so that students like learning science and are eager to learn it with pleasure as such a provision of life. One of the efforts to deal with it is by implementing CTL-based science learning innovation. Learning innovation is the implementation of a new idea at the micro level in classroom in order to improve the learning process and outcomes. This new idea could be implemented by both adopting and adapting what is already emerging or creating a new way of teaching students. Teachers change their role. They no longer teach, but also facilitate their students in experiencing the learning process. The teachers act as models by modeling how to enthusiastically deal with the lifelong learning, creating conducive conditions so that students could experience the so-called active, creative, effective, and fun (PAKEM) learning. Teachers are also expected to develop the character of their students. There are various learning innovations that could be used by teachers, one of which is primarily based on CTL, which has such characteristics as modeling, constructivism, questioning, developing interpersonal skills, shaping learning communities, reflections, and authentic assessment. Keywords: Science learning, contextual teaching and learnin
Experential Learning (Pembelajaran Berbasis Mengalami)
Learning is the process of changing individual behavior as a result of interaction with the environment. It is a system consisting of components interacting with ano another to achieve the goals of teaching that has already been predetermined. One of the learning model that is often used in learning theory is experiential learning (experience-based) learning. Experiential learning was first introduced by David A. Kolb. Experiential learning is an effort to achieve the goals based on experiences that are constantly changing in order to improve the effectiveness of the learning outcomes themselves. The purpose of this experiential learning model is to influence students in three ways, namely: (a) changing student cognitive structure, (b) changing student attitudes, (c) extending existing student skills. Learning procedure in the experiential learning consists of 4 stages: (a) concrete experience, (b) reflection observation, (c) conceptualization / reflection observation, (d) active experimentation. David Kolb divides one's learning style into four categories: diverger, assimilator, converter and accomodator. Experiential learning is organized and implemented by focusing more on the things that are owned by students. This principle also relates to experience in performing tasks in the usual ways of learning undertaken by students. Keywords: Learning, experiment learning, learning outcome
