POLA PENGASUHAN ALTERNATIVE DUAL CAREER FAMILY DALAM PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN ASIH ANAK
No full textKajian tentang pencarian bentuk pengasuhan alternatif pun banyak dilakukan seiring semakin lazimnya fenomena dual-career family. Dual-career family sendiri menunjuk pada fenomena keluarga dimana ayah dan ibu sama-sama bekerja di luar rumah sehingga harus menggandeng pihak lain untuk berjasama dalam mengasuh anak. Boleh jadi pihak lain tersebut adalah kepada kakek-nenek dari si anak, paman-bibi, tetangga, asisten rumah tangga, atau taman penitipan anak (day care). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang model pengasuhan alternatif pada keluarga dual-career, peneliti membatasi penelitiannya pada subjek dengan kriteria dual-career yang mempunyai anak usia 0-8 tahun, atau yang dikenal dengan anak usia dini. Pengasuhan yang dimaksud menunjuk pada cara tertentu yang dilakukan oleh orangtua dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seorang anak, yaitu kebutuhan asih. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan warna dalam konstruk teori pola asuh anak sesuai dengan karakteristik dual-career famil
Penerapan Total Quality Managemen sebagai Pengembangan Budaya Mutu Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Siswadi SD Al Hikmah Surabaya
Get PDFLatar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah melihat krisis multidimensional yang melanda bangsa Indonsia. Sehingga perlu peningkatan mutu pendidikan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia secara menyuluruh. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan: 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana budaya mutu sekolah di Al Hikmah Surabaya, 2) mengetahui bagaimana prestasi siswa Al Hikmah Surabaya,3) bagaimana upaya pengembangan budaya mutu sekolah di Al Hikmah Surabaya dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancanngan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Wawancara mendalam, Observasi partisipatif, dan Studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, melalui tahapan reduksi, display, dan veriifkasi. Sedangkan untuk menguji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara Triangulasi.Penelitian ini difokuskan pada: 1). Budaya mutu sekolah di SD Al Hikmah Surabaya yang memiliki karakteristik berikut: (a) Sekolah fokus pada kepuasan pelanggan, (b) Mengutamakan pentingnya sumber daya manusia, (c) Memiliki standart kinerja yang tinggi, (d) Budaya sekolah terdefinisi degan jelas. 2). Prestasi siswa SD Al Hikmah dapat dilihat dari: (a) prestasi yang meliputi akdemik, (b) prestasi non akademik, termasuk kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, dan (c) ibadah dan akhlak  yang sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah, “Berbudi dan Berprestasiâ€. 3).Upaya mengembangkan budaya mutu di SD Al Hikmah fokus pada: a) Orientasi mutu pendidikan, b) Pelayanan sekolah, c) Komitmen sekolah terhadap mutu, d) Kurikulum sekolahThe background of this study is to look at the multidimensional crisis hitting the nation. On this stand it is necessary to improve the quality of educationasan effort to improve the quality of Indonesian human resourcescomprehensively. The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the school quality culture in SD Al Hikmah Surabaya, 2) to find out the students' achievement in Al Hikmah Surabaya?, 3) to find out the efforts in developing the school quality culture in SD Al Hikmah Surabaya in increasing student achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are through such stages as reduction, display, and verification. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data is carried out through triangulation. This study is focused on: 1). The school quality culture in SD Al Hikmah Surabaya which has the following characteristics: (a) Focusing on customer satisfaction, (b) Prioritizing the importance of human resources, (c) Having high performance standards, (d) School culture is clearly defined. 2). Student achievements in SD Al Hikmah could be seen from: (a) achievements which include academics, (b) non-academic achievements, including extracurricular activities, and (c) worship and morals which are in accordance with school goals, "Being virtuous and obtaining achievement" 3). The ffforts to develop a quality culture in SD Al Hikmah focus on: a) Orientation of educational quality, b) School services, c) School commitment to quality, d) School curriculum

No full textThis article discusses the relationship between curriculum and teaching and its contextualisation in learning with multicultural values. This study is very relevant considering that Indonesia is a nation that consists of diverse ethnic groups and is rich in cultural and religious differences. This anthropological inevitability requires an ability that is compatible with existing cultural realities. In this context, education plays an important role in giving birth to people who do not stutter from differences. To that end, designing a curriculum with multicultural values while translating it into the learning process is an effort to continue to be actualized. The relational model between curriculum and teaching that allows in internalizing multicultural values includes: the dualistic model, the interlocking model, the concentric model and the cycle model

If an Islamic educational institution does not improve and does not respond well to the flow of development, it will be eroded by time (abandoned by the community). The purpose of writing this article is to reconstruct the transformative leadership model in creating the ideal institutional development of Islamic education. This research is in the form of a descriptive qualitative form using content analysis methods to find its relevance to the transformative leadership model in the world of Islamic education today. The results of this study are transformative leadership is one of the leadership styles that need to be applied in the development of Islamic educational institutions. So that it can make a change or innovation that can respond to the development of the times followed by the development and development of information tools and technology. Islamic educational institutions that cannot improve "writhing" in response to the times or are only managed traditionally "Tombo Ati", will be crushed by the times or abandoned by the community

No full textThe Creativity is very needed to manage plastic waste become something new and can be re-used, because in Wonokromo district at Tulungagung was still many plastics waste that wasted and just fired, finally can be caused air-polution. The purpose of this research to know there is any creativity from students to manage plastic waste to be creative product that have a new value. Creative product that resulted from students at class 3 at SDN 1 Wonokromo valued with three criterias, it is: newness, fission, and detailed. Data collection methods that used is observation, interview, and documentation. The instrument that used is observation with ratting scale in create a data, and also use data of interview and documentation to support a data that a result of researcher. From this analysis data that result show that there is any creativity of students in class 3 at SDN 1 Wonokromo is very good because from fourteen students only one student that have a good criteria. The higher presentation is 94% and the lower is 68%.Keywords: creativity, creative products, plastic wast

No full textAbstract: On the covid-19 pandemic, all of the education systems are conducted online. In online learning, the 4th-grade students of SDN Tegalrejo Tulungagung use Whatsapp. Online learning using Whatsapp refers to the 2013 curriculum, which is several sub-theme into a theme. The 2013 curriculum has some attitudes which are needed to learn. One of them is a responsible attitude. This study's responsibility attitude consists of two indicators: 1) fulfill its obligations, and 2) self-discipline. This research was conducted in grade 4 SD Negeri Tegalrejo Tulungagung. The research design in this study was qualitative research with a descriptive system. The data collecting method of this study were questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used transcripts of the results of questionnaires and interviews, data reduction, data interpretation, and triangulation. This study's work from students' questionnaire shown students' responsibility attitude in online learning using WhatsApp on Theme 9 Sub-theme 3 Lesson 3 get a percentage of 91%; it is classified as "very good.
INSTITUTIONAL MARKETING STRATEGY OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAM
No full textThis research examines the imaging or marketing strategy of Early Childhood Education institutions. Research uses a qualitative approach by emphasizing the quality of data in the field. An important factor influencing the success or existence of an institution is marketing. The results of this research indicate that marketing is the spearhead of the survival of Early Childhood Education institutions. Because marketing activities carried out well will produce good profits. The findings of this study indicate that; First, marketing activities are the main activities that must be carried out by all members involved in the organization. In TK Aisyiyah 02 Pati, both teachers, employees, parents of students and even students are part of those involved in marketing activities. Both marketing activities highlight product excellence. The products intended for Early Childhood Education services, especially in TK Aisyiyah 02 Pati, are educational facilities both physical and non-physical and the quality of Human Resources developed.This research examines the imaging or marketing strategy of Early Childhood Education institutions. The current situation demands maximum parental involvement and restores the nature of children's education in the family. This article will discuss the role of parents in accompanying children at home during a pandemic. The method used is the literature study method with data collection using documentation from theoretical studies obtained from books and journals. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, children's education has been carried out remotely. Learning carried out at home makes the role of parents very important. During the Covid-19 pandemic, parents not only functioned as the first and foremost place for children's education in shaping character, religious values and character but now have an additional role as second teacher for children in learning at home. However, this achievement is not easy because it demands moral responsibility that Islam indeed shows its moderate and tolerant face. Why is this important? Because the entire Islamic region in the Middle East country, only shows Islam in front of conflict and war. So, the claim that the future of Islamic civilization in the world is in the hands of Indonesia is not a mere figment. For this reason, Indonesian Islam must be able to maintain and simultaneously make efforts to support the preservation of Islam that is friendly to all elements of the nation. For this reason, in this paper, the author describes how strategies so that Islam can become a value base to give birth to attitudes of moderates in the frame of Multicultural Islamic education
