    Pemanfaatan Alat Permainan Edukasi dalam Mengembangkan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kognitif Anak Usia Dini

    Abstract Building children's emotional intelligence from an early age is important. For this reason, activities in early childhood education are needed that focus on character development. Departing from this background, the author considers this study to be quite important to study. The goals of this study is to find out how effective educational game tools using and what the impact on children's emotion. To find the results of this research, the author used qualitative library methods. Review various important documents relevant to the theme of this study. This study find that; First, there are several types of APE for early childhood to stimulate emotional intelligence, including magic boxes, color blocks, snakes and ladders games, and natural media. Meanwhile, the types of APE for intelligence intelligence consist of APE Technology Digital, APE Wood, and Guess the Picture. Second, the reason APE can be a tool to stimulate intelligence in early childhood is because it has several characteristics, including stimulating growth and development, appropriate to the child's age, creative and attracting attention, useful, safe to use, simple in shape, and supports children to be actively involved. Keywords: Educational game tools, emotional intelligence, character building.Abstrak Membangun kecerdasan emosional anak sejak usia dini termasuk suatu hal yang penting. Untuk itu dibutuhkan kegiatan-kegiatan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini yang berfokus pada pengembangan karakter. Berangkat dari latar belakang tersebut, penulis menilai kajian ini cukup penting ditelaah. Tujuannya, untuk menemukan seberapa efektif pemanfaatan alat permainan edukasi dan pengaruhnya bagi emosional anak. Dalam menemukan hasil dari proses penelitian, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif pustaka. Mengkaji berbagai dokumen penting yang relevan dengan tema kajian ini. Hasil dari kajian tersebut menyatakan bahwa; Pertama, terdapat beberapa jenis APE anak usia dini untuk menstimulasikan kecerdasan emosional di antaranya magic box, balok warna, Permainan Ular Tangga, dan Media Alam (Natural Media). Sedangkan jenis APE untuk kecerdasan intelegensi terdiri dari APE Technology Digital, APE Kayu, dan Tebak Gambar. Kedua, alasan APE dapat menjadi alat menstimulasikan kecerdasan anak usia dini karena memiliki beberapa karakteristik, di antaranya merangsang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, sesuai dengan usia anak, kreatif dan menarik perhatian, memiliki kegunaan, aman untuk digunakan, bentuknya sederhana, dan mendukung anak agar terlibat aktif.     Eksplorasi Media Bahan Alam untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Seni Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun

    This study investigated the effectiveness of exploring natural materials as media to enhance artistic creativity in 5-6-year-old children at TK Pembangunan Glagah Lamongan. A pre-experimental quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test post-test design was employed. The study's subjects comprised 13 students from Group B at TK Pembangunan Glagah Lamongan, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected through a validated and reliable observation instrument, while secondary data were obtained via field observations and interviews conducted throughout the study. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test to determine significant differences between pre-test and post-test scores of children's artistic creativity, with a significance level of 0.05. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test results, with a p-value of 0.002, indicate that the use of natural materials as media significantly improved artistic creativity in 5-6-year-old children at TK Pembangunan Glagah Lamongan. This intervention successfully enhanced creativity in most students without diminishing it in others.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan media bahan alam dalam meningkatkan kreativitas seni pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pembangunan Glagah Lamongan. Pendekatan kuantitatif pre-eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-test post-test digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian adalah 13 siswa kelompok B TK Pembangunan Glagah Lamongan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui instrumen observasi yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara selama penelitian berlangsung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test untuk mengetahui perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test kemampuan kreativitas seni anak, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dengan nilai p-value 0.002 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media bahan alam secara signifikan efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas seni pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pembangunan Glagah Lamongan. Intervensi ini berhasil meningkatkan kreativitas pada sebagian besar siswa tanpa menyebabkan penurunan pada siswa lainnya

    Persepsi Guru PAUD terhadap Adopsi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam Transformasi Digital Pembelajaran: Studi Fenomenologi di Era Digital

    Revolusi digital mendorong integrasi artificial intelligence di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, termasuk PAUD. Namun, kesiapan guru PAUD di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan kesenjangan digital, keterbatasan pelatihan, dan resistensi adopsi teknologi. Integrasi artificial intelligence dalam pendidikan anak usia dini menuntut adaptasi paradigma pembelajaran yang melibatkan kesiapan guru sebagai fasilitator utama dalam pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital. Persepsi dan sikap guru terhadap adopsi artificial intelligence menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan implementasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian sebelumnya masih terbatas pada aspek teknis implementasi dan belum mengeksplorasi dimensi persepsi serta pengalaman fenomenologis guru dalam mengadopsi teknologi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi persepsi guru PAUD terhadap adopsi artificial intelligence dalam pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital melalui pendekatan fenomenologis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan subjek penelitian 10 orang guru PAUD di RA Diponegoro Kecamatan Ngajum yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi visual. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis Creswell dengan enam tahapan sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi makna dan esensi pengalaman guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAUD mengkonstruksi makna artificial intelligence sebagai asisten pedagogis, alat evaluasi pembelajaran, dan media interaksi yang memperkaya pengalaman belajar anak. Proses integrasi teknologi berlangsung secara bertahap melalui tiga tahapan, eksplorasi teknologi, implementasi dengan bimbingan, dan integrasi mandiri. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan kekhawatiran ketergantungan teknologi. Namun, peluang yang muncul mencakup pembelajaran yang efektif, efisiensi assessment dan peningkatan keterlibatan aktif anak. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa adopsi artificial intelligence dalam PAUD merupakan pengalaman transformatif yang membutuhkan pendekatan menyeluruh untuk mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi penting bagi strategi implementasi teknologi yang responsif terhadap realitas profesional guru PAUD.The integration of artificial intelligence in early childhood education requires an adaptation of the learning paradigm that involves the readiness of teachers as the main facilitators of digital transformation. Teacher’s perceptions and attitudes toward the adoption of artificial intelligence are determining factors in the successful implementation of technology in learning. Previous research has been limited to the technical aspects of implementation and has not explored the dimensions of teacher’s perceptions and phenomenological experiences in adopting this technology. This study aims to explore preschool teacher’s perceptions of artificial intelligence adoption in the digital transformation of learning. The research method uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with 10 preschool teachers at RA Diponegoro in Ngajum District selected through purposive sampling as research subjects. Data collection was conducted through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and visual documentation. Data analysis used Creswell's phenomenological approach with six systematic stages to identify the meaning and essence of teacher’s experiences. The results of the study indicate that early childhood education teachers construct the meaning of artificial intelligence as a pedagogical assistant, a learning evaluation tool, and an interactive medium that enriches children's learning experiences. The implementation of AI involves various applications such as ChatGPT and Canva AI for learning content development, Khan Academy Kids and ABCmouse as adaptive learning platforms, and Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for learning interactions. Other supporting technologies include Brightwheel for digital assessment, text-to-speech AI for storytelling, and Augmented Reality applications like Quiver and 3DBear to create realistic and engaging learning experiences. The technology integration process occurs gradually through three stages: technology exploration, implementation with guidance, and independent integration. The main challenges include limitations in technological infrastructure, the need for ongoing training, and concerns about technological dependence. However, the emerging opportunities include effective learning, assessment efficiency, and increased active engagement of children. This research confirms that the adoption of artificial intelligence in early childhood education is a transformative experience that requires a comprehensive approach to developing teacher’s professional competencies, thereby contributing significantly to technology implementation strategies that are responsive to the professional realities of early childhood education teachers

    Pengaruh Pendidikan Karakter Mahasiswa Terhadap Sikap Disiplin & Mandiri di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo

    Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of character education on the attitude of discipline and independence of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). The study used a quantitative correlative approach with a random sampling technique, involving 300 new students as a sample from a total population of 2,145 students. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques and correlation analysis. The results showed a strong positive correlation between character education and discipline (r = 0.627) and independence (r = 0.617). Regression analysis revealed that an increase in character education contributed to an increase in discipline by 63% and independence by 64.7%. These results prove the influence of the Student Character Education (PKMU) program managed by the Directorate of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah UMSIDA in shaping student character, especially in the aspects of discipline and independence.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan karakter terhadap sikap disiplin dan mandiri mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelatif dengan teknik random sampling, melibatkan 300 mahasiswa baru sebagai sampel dari total populasi 2.145 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert, dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang kuat antara pendidikan karakter dengan sikap disiplin (r=0,627) dan sikap mandiri (r=0,617). Analisis regresi mengungkapkan bahwa peningkatan dalam pendidikan karakter berkontribusi pada peningkatan sikap disiplin sebesar 63% dan sikap mandiri sebesar 64,7%. Hasil ini membuktikan pengaruh program Pendidikan Karakter Mahasiswa (PKMU) yang dikelola oleh Direktorat Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan UMSIDA dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa, khususnya dalam aspek kedisiplinan dan kemandirian

    This article examines Islamic Religious Education within the framework of Law No. 20 of 2003 regarding the National Education System. It highlights the government's efforts to incorporate Islamic Religious Education (IRE) into the national education system as a means to instill Islamic values in students, thereby fostering their religious and ethical character. The law recognizes Islamic Education as part of formal, non-formal, and informal educational institutions, regulates it as a subject in the curriculum across all educational levels, integrates Islamic values into the educational system, and asserts that religious education serves as a source of values and is integral to national education. The author employs the Literature Study method or Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which enables the author to identify, review, and analyze existing findings, resulting in a hierarchically structured and informative text. Furthermore, while this article focuses on the legal perspective provided by Law No. 20 of 2003, it contrasts with other research that primarily analyzes the implementation of IRE in practice rather than its legal framework. Many studies investigate how effectively these policies are realized in educational settings, often highlighting challenges faced in execution. This approach underscores the importance of not only establishing legal recognition for Islamic education but also ensuring that these policies are effectively implemented to achieve their intended outcomes in fostering a well-rounded educational experience for students

    This research examines the application of the muraja'ah method in the Qur'an memorization program at Thoriqul Ulum Made Islamic Boarding School, Lamongan. The implementation process is divided into three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage is arranged systematically through the establishment of programs, responsible persons, and schedules that are integrated with santri activities to ensure the continuity of memorization. In the implementation stage, muraja'ah activities are carried out individually or in groups, starting with a structured opening and closing with motivation from the supervisor to maintain the spirit of the students. Evaluation is carried out regularly to assess the accuracy and fluency of memorization, both through mentors and peer-review.     This study addresses the limited fiqh understanding among students at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Mangli Jember due to time constraints. The Nihayatuz Zain book is used for its relevant content, while the syawir method is applied to enhance comprehension. The research aims to describe the implementation of kitab learning, the use of the syawir method, and the improvement of students’ fiqh knowledge. The focus of this research includes: (1) How is the Nihayatuz Zain book taught at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Mangli Jember? (2) How is the syawir method implemented in the learning process? (3) How is students’ fiqh knowledge strengthened at the pesantren. The research objectives are: (1) To describe the process of book learning at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Mangli Jember, (2) To explain how the syawir method is applied in the learning activities, and (3) To describe how students’ understanding of fiqh is reinforced through the learning process.. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that: (1) Nihayatuz Zain learning is well-planned, covering time, place, objectives, and relevant material. (2) The syawir method runs in three stages: opening, discussion, and closing. (3) Students' fiqh understanding improves through better comprehension, argumentation with Islamic sources, and real-life application of Islamic ruling

    Building Islamic Culture to Support Students’ Religious Character Development: A Best Practices from Malaysia

    This study aims to explore how Islamic school culture can support the formation of students' religious character in elementary schools, namely at Madrasah Utsmaniah (ABIM) Malaysia. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore the phenomena that occur in depth with a focus on the formation of Islamic culture that supports the formation of students' religious character in schools. The results of the study indicate that Madrasah Utsmaniah (ABIM) has implemented several strategies involving routine religious activities such as congregational prayer, teaching interpretation, and joint prayer, as well as the integration of Islamic values in various subjects. In addition, strengthening institutional governance based on Islamic principles also plays a role in creating a conducive environment for the formation of students' religious character. The findings of this study can be used as additional references related to character education and provide practical direction for Islamic schools in efforts to strengthen students' religious character through an Islamic school culture approach. Recommendations for further research are to expand the scope by involving several schools with different typologies to obtain a more varied picture of the influence of Islamic school culture on the formation of religious character

    Effectiveness of Problem Based Learning Model Based on Comic in Increase the Ability to Think Creativity in Elementary School Students

    Study This is based on the ability reason creative low students​ to understand the Topic of chain food. Research objectives: Is there any use in knowing the effectiveness of the PBL-based model comic in raising the ability to think creative in Elementary School Students? Research uses a quantitative approach through a quasi-experimental design type nonequivalent pretest-posttest control class design and technique taking sample in a technique of purposive sampling. The research sample consists of the origin student class VA consists of 29 children, as well as the student class VB consists of 31 children. Data collection using instrument test ability think creative. Based on what, an independent sample t-test was conducted, it was obtained mark significance of 0.000 was obtained, which shows that there is an increased ability to think creative, which is substantial in the group experiment if compared to with group control. Implications results study. This shows that the PBL model is based on comics, not only effective in increasing creative students' ability to think, but can also become an alternative innovative approach in science learning at the Basic level. Using comics as a learning medium makes it easier to understand complex concepts like chain food while simultaneously creating a fun and interactive learning atmosphere. Conclusion​ study This is a PBL model based on comics, effective in raising the ability reason creative students who include fluency, flexibility, originality, and detailed explanation in Elementary School

    The purpose of this study was to determine how to implement the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Bangil, starting from how to implement the Independent Curriculum which consists of teacher preparation, implementation methods and assessment methods, then problems that occur and efforts made by educators in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects. We already know that the Independent Curriculum is a new curriculum with a foundation as a refinement of the 2013 Curriculum, but in implementing this Independent Curriculum, it is necessary for teachers to apply it first before teaching it to students. So that it can build quality student character both in academics and in other fields. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by taking SMA Negeri 1 Bangil as the object. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Respondents in this study were the principal, curriculum vice principal, Islamic Religious Education and Character Education teachers for class X and students who understand this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning consists of 3 activities, the first is an introductory activity, then the core activity and is closed with a closing activity, plus the P5 project. Then there are problems that occur in the implementation of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning, namely educators do not participate in training, differentiated learning is not optimal and mindset. So that the efforts made to overcome these problems are by participating in internal/external workshops, increasing creativity as a teacher and sharing with fellow educators or people who know more (often ask questions)Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui cara mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMA Negeri 1 Bangil , di mulai dari cara penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka yang terdiri dari persiapan guru, cara pelaksanaan dan cara penilaian, kemudian permasalahan yang terjadi serta upaya-upaya yang dilakukan pendidik dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. Sudah kita ketahui bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka ialah kurikulum baru dengan landasan sebagai penyempurna dari Kurikulum 2013, namun dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka ini perlu adanya penerapan terlebih dahulu bagi para guru sebelum diajarkan kepada siswa. Sehingga mampu membangun karakter siswa yang berkualitas baik di bidang akademik maupun dalam bidang lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil objek SMA Negeri 1 Bangil. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti kelas X serta siswa yang paham terkait penelitian ini. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti terdiri dari 3 kegiatan yang pertama ada kegiatan pendahuluan lalu kegiatan inti dan di tutup dengan kegiatan penutup, ditambah dengan adanya projek P5. Kemudian terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penerapan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti yaitu pendidik kurang mengikuti pelatihan, pembelajaran terdiferensiasi yang kurang maksimal dan mindset.
