    This research is entitled Implementation of Learning the Book of Fathul Qorib in Improving Understanding of Islamic law Santri Pondok Pesantren Darul Fiqhi Deket Lamongan by using this qualitative. Learning is an activity that has the goal of teaching students. Learning the book of Fathul Qorib is essential for students to learn to improve understanding of uislamic law. This study aims to determine the understanding of islaic law  when using the book Fathul Qorib. This study is motivated by the fact that the book Fathul Qorib is essential, especially with regard to worship. At the same time, the ubudiyah of Islamic law series includes thoharoh or purification, prayer, zakat, fasting, and pilgrimage. The implementation of studying the book of Fathul Qorib at the Darul fiqhi Islamic boarding school has fulfilled three stages of implementation, namely implementation, planning, and evaluation. Based on the results of observations made by researchers from the series of several Islamic law above, it shows that the students in terms of understanding has increased very broadly and deeply after studying the book of Fathul Qorib

    Pengaruh Pemahaman Iklan Audio Visual terhadap Keterampilan Menyimak dan Berbicara Siswa Sekolah Dasar

    Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman iklan audio visual dengan keterampilan menyimak dan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional melalui analisa data dengan menggunakan  uji regresi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 22 siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Banjarsari Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Perolehan hasil data penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, 1) Adanya pengaruh signifikan antara pemahaman iklan audio visual terhadap keterampilan menyimak sebesar 18,9% sedangkan 81,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati. 2) Pemahaman iklan audio visual terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 25,8% sedangkan 74,2% dan sisanya disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati. 3) Pengaruh pemahaman iklan audio visual terhadap dengan keterampilan menyimak dan berbicara siswa sebesar 27,8% dan 72,2% lainnya dipengaruh oleh faktor lain. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman iklan audio visual berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menyimak dan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar.Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of understanding audio-visual advertising on elementary school students' listening and speaking skills. The approach used in this research is a quantitative correlational approach through data analysis using regression tests. The sample in this study was 22 class V students at SD Negeri Banjarsari, Sidoarjo Regency. Obtaining the results of this research data proves that 1) There is a significant influence between understanding audio-visual advertising and listening skills at 18.9%. In comparison, the other 81.1% is influenced by other variables that are not observed. 2) Understanding audio-visual advertising on students' speaking skills influences 25.8% while 74.2% and the rest is caused by other variables that are not observed. 3) The influence of understanding audio-visual advertisements on students' listening and speaking skills is 27.8%, and other factors influence the other 72.2%. So, it is concluded that understanding audio-visual advertisements influences the listening and speaking skills of elementary school students

    Di era yang semakin maju, teknologi semakin canggih dalam perkembangannya, khususnya dalam bidang komunikasi yaitu gadget . Sekarang gadget tidak hanya digunakan orang dewasa, penggunaan gadget juga banyak ditemui di kalangan anak-anak, sehingga saat menggunakan gadget anak jadi kurang berkomunikasi dengan orang-orang di sekitarnya dan mengakibatkan kecanduan bermain gadget. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui dampak dari penggunaan gadget perkembangan bahasa (mennyimak serta berbicara) anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA An-Nisa Kabupaten Kerinci. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian Korelasi dengan metode penilitian yaitu metode kuantitatif.Sampel penelitian adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di Raudhatul Athfal An-Nisa yang membuka 30 orang anak dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling . Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner penggunaan gadget serta perkembangan bahasa anak, dengan uji validitas konstruk dengan teknik korelasi product moment dengan SPSS for Windows 23 . Hipotesis yang diajukan menggunakan uji korelasi spearmen t dengan bantuan uji statistik SPSS 23 yang menunjukkan nilai sig 2-tailed -0,024< 0,05 dengan kekuatan hubungan yang tidak terlalu kuat. Dengan arah korelasi negatif Fhitung Koefisien Korelasi- 0,024 yang berarti penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak, berlawanan dengan arah, yaitu jika penggunaan gadget meningkat pada anak maka nilai perkembangan bahasa anak menurun begitu jika penggunaan gadget menurun maka perkembangan bahasa anak meningkat

    Lembaga PAUD merupakan tempat yang seyogyanya menyediakan fasilitas pada peserta didi sebagai bentuk pengembangkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki, sehingga lembaga PAUD menjadi tempat yang dapat menjamin dan memenuhi hak anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui merek indikator sekolah ramah anak di TK YKK 1 Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan konsep Miles dan Huberman yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Untuk keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TK YKK 1 Bangkalan sudah memenuhi kriteria kriteria sekolah ramah anak karena memiliki enam faktor yang merupakan indikator sekolah ramah anak yakni 1) mencibir kebijakan ramah anak 2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum sekolah ramah anak 3) Pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan 4) Pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana ramah anak 5) Partisipasi anak 6) Partisipasi orang tua. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan peserta didik, pendidik disarankan menerapkan program sekolah ramah anak

    Setiap anak baik masih dalam kandungan sampai berumur 18 tahun berhak mendapatkan perlindungan pemerintah dari berbagai tindak kekerasan. Peneliti sangat tertarik dalam melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas hukum perlindungan anak dalam kaitannya dengan perlindungan hukum bagi anak terhadap berbagai tindak  kekerasan. Metode penelitian menggunakan systematic literature review, dengan mereview beberapa artikel yang sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya perlindungan anak dari berbagai kekerasan akan lebih optimal dengan dukungan dari lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat, dan pemerintah dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang perlindungan anak, mensosialisasikan Undang-Undang tentang Perlindungan Anak, sehingga masyarakat mengetahui hak dan kewajiban kepada anak. Masyarakat memiliki peranan penting dalam pelaporan berbagai kasus kekerasan anak di lingkungannya, sehingga pihak berwenang dapat memberikan sanksi yang sepadan dan pelaku mendapatkan efek jera dari tindakannya.Â

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitianoini yaituiorang tua anak dioTaman Kanak-kanakoKecamatan PatamuanoKabupaten Padang Pariaman dengan pendidikan terakhir ≤SMA yangiberjumlahi50 orang. Instrumentipenelitian yangidigunakan adalah angketopola asuh orangotua yang terdiriidari 21 pernyataan dan angket karakter tanggung jawabopada anakoyang memiliki 12opernyataan. Dataodianalisis dengan teknik statisticodeskriptif dan teknik PearsoniProduct Moment dengan bantuanoprogram SPSSoFor Windowso26.0. Hasilipenelitian didapatkan koefisien korelasi r=0,448 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,001 dengan tingkat hubungan sedang.     This research is motivated by the rampant environmental damage and the many natural disasters that can harm the ecosystem, this research is expected to form a generation that is aware and cares about environmental sustainability. This research is dIscussed about the implementation of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at Lamongan 2 Public Middle School, and the inhibiting and supporting factors of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at Lamongan 2 Public Middle School, this study uses a type of qualitative research, in which in this qualitative method the data collected comes from interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study are first, the implementation of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at SMP Negeri 2 Lamongan with innovations made to adjust policies through the curriculum system, namely learning Islamic religious education integrated with learning environmental education (PLH), second through approaches students, abbreviated as "MaHaDanan". Second, the supporting factors for this activity are the existence of various adequate facilities, the availability of professional teaching staff, the positive response, the motivation, the interest of students in learning, the awareness of some school members, the existence of a green team community and the existence of a reward system. and punishment. While the inhibiting factors are the awareness of some school members about the importance of preserving the environment, the lack of members of the green team community, and the laziness of students. The recommendation of this research is the importance of instilling genuine intentions and cultivating to continue to maintain a clean environment, provide motivation, increase the number of green team members, and increase enthusiasm and participation from school members so that they can have a positive impact on the surrounding environment

    Pengaruh Peer Group Bullying Terhadap Psikologi Belajar Aqidah Akhlak Siswa Kelas VII C Di MTS Tarbiyatul Islam Soko Tuban

    In this study, the problem studied was peer group bullying behavior. This bullying behavior does not look at the age or gender of a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of peer group bullying on the psychology of learning aqidah morals of class VII C students at MTS Tarbiyatul Islam Soko Tuban. This observation uses a field research type of research with a descriptive quantitative approach and simple linear regression analysis. The population taken in class VII C is 32 students. And samples taken from the total population, namely, 32 students. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The results of the study seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) stated that there was a significant positive effect between peer group bullying on learning psychology by 13.6% and the remaining 86.4% influenced by other points of view. Based on the SPSS test, the correlation value is 0.369, with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, it is stated that there is a correlation between peer group bullying and learning psycholog

    Debt and receivables by guaranteeing birth certificates are now rife in various circles of rural communities. This often happens because there are many urgent needs that must be fulfilled. In order to further study debts and credit, this study aims to find out how the law guarantees birth certificates. This article includes field research studies using qualitative methods, namely researchers collecting data by observation, interviews with the parties concerned and documentation. Then the data obtained is analyzed by condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that accounts payable using birth certificate guarantees that occurred in Sokogrenjeng village, Kenduruan District, Tuban Regency were carried out in the first way, cooperative employees came to residents' homes to provide loans, resulting in an agreement on debts and credits paid in installments 10 times installment or 3 months. If within 3 months you have not paid off, then you can apply for an extension. Second, the collateral practice does not meet the requirements, in which the deed is not worth rupiah/ cannot be traded. And in this debt there are additional payments that must be paid. According to the point of view of Islamic law in addressing birth certificates as collateral for debt, it can be concluded that debts with collateral for birth certificates that are carried out do not meet the collateral requirements, and the payment system also has additional payments that must be paid, so Islam considers this to be the same as usury. And usury is forbidden

    Improving Vocabulary Mastery by Using Snowball Throwing Technique

    This study aimed at improving vocabulary mastery by using snowball throwing technique to the seventh grade at SMPN 1 Karanggeneng in academic year 2014/2015. Considering that many find difficulties in vocabulary mastery. In this research, the writer focuses on using snowball throwing technique that can help students to improve their vocabulary mastery.The design of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 21 students’ of the seventth grade (class C) of SMPN 1 Karanggeneng in academic year 2017/2018. The result of this study showed that the score greater than or equal to 76 in Cycle I. Only 48% (10 students of the class) were able to reach the criteria of success, and 11 or about 52% students did not reach the criteria of success. It is different from the first cycle, the average score in Cycle 2 was fairly satisfying, the score was greater  than or equal to 76, increasing into 76,19% (16 students of the class) were able to reach the criteria of success, and 5 or about 24% students who did not achieve the criteria of success. Based on the result of the students observations and post test, the students’ improvement is significant. The implementation of snowball throwing technique obviously could help the students in vocabulary achievement. Finally, the writer suggests that the teacher should apply the snowball throwing techinque. Considering snowball throwing technique is technique to solve problem in vocabulary mastery. By using various technique in teaching English, especially in vocabulary mastery, it makes the students enjoy in learning it and automatically can improve their vocabulary mastery
