    Global Learning Transformation in Primary Education: A Systematic Review of Digital Policy and Access Enhancement

    The digital revolution has encouraged the acceleration of digital transformation in the education sector, including at the elementary school level. This transformation requires policy adaptation to integrate technology effectively into the learning process. This study aims to analyze the literature that puts forward the digital policies implemented in primary schools globally, the impact on increasing access to digital education, and what factors affect the successful implementation of the policy. This article fills a gap in the literature that previously focused on learning outcomes without considering accessibility and equity. This article uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA procedure from 2015 to 2024. From various stages of exclusion, 52 articles were found in the Scopus database that followed the inclusion criteria and used the help of the VOSviewer application. The results of the analysis show that global digital policies in primary schools have a significant impact on increasing access to digital education. Approaches such as improved infrastructure, teacher training, and technology-based curricula have improved the quality of learning and reduced the digital divide. Increased access to digital learning has significantly impacted education systems in various countries. Success factors include government policies, technological infrastructure, educator capacity, user acceptance, and socio-economic support

    Managerial supervision is not just an administrative task, but a key strategy in building a quality education system. In the current era of educational transformation, school principals through managerial supervision play an important role in managing and supervising the learning process so that it runs effectively and with quality. This study aims to find out several things in Al Ishlah Junior High School, including the implementation of head managerial supervision, describing the Delphi method applied in the managerial supervision process and managerial supervision based on the Delphi method can improve the quality of learning. This research uses a qualitative research method, where the researcher must make complex images, test words, present the respondents' opinions in detail, and conduct real-life case studies. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand a phenomenon experienced by the subject, such as behavior, perception and problems related to the subject. This study uses a   qualitative approach with a case study type to explore the implementation of Delphi Method-based managerial supervision in improving the quality of learning. The result of this study is that managerial supervision at Al Ishlah Bungah Gresik Junior High School is carried out with a measurable and sustainable plan by the principal through monitoring teacher development activities and strengthening school management. The Delphi method approach is used through structured discussions and the collection of opinions from teachers, staff, and school committees in several stages that are used to formulate a vision and mission, setting priority programs collaboratively.  Managerial supervision based on the Delphi method is able to improve the quality of learning because it encourages teacher involvement in producing more appropriate decisions so as to increase teacher motivation, and the achievement of student learning outcomes.Supervisi manajerial bukan sekadar tugas administratif, melainkan merupakan strategi utama dalam membangun sistem pendidikan yang berkualitas. Dalam era transformasi pendidikan saat ini, kepala sekolah melalui supervisi manajerial berperan penting dalam mengelola dan mengawasi proses pembelajaran agar berjalan efektif dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa hal yang ada di SMP Al Ishlah diantaranya implementasi supervisi manajerial kepala, mendeskripsikan metode delphi diterapkan dalam proses supervisi manajerial dan supervisi manajerial berbasis metode Delphi dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu peneliti harus membuat gambaran yang kompleks, menguji kata-kata, menyajikan pendapat responden secara rinci, dan melakukan studi kasus di kehidupan nyata. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang memiliki tujuan untuk memahami sebuah fenomena yang dialami subjek, seperti perilaku, persepsi dan masalah yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi supervisi manajerial berbasis Delphi Method dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Supervisi manajerial di SMP Al Ishlah Bungah Gresik dilaksanakan dengan rencana yang terukur dan berkelanjutan oleh kepala sekolah melalui pemantauan kegiatan pengembangan guru dan penguatan pengelolaan sekolah. Pendekatan metode delphi digunakan melalui diskusi yang terstruktur dan pengumpulan opini dari para guru, staf, serta komite sekolah dalam beberapa tahap yang dimanfaatkan untuk merumuskan visi dan misi, menetapkan program-program prioritas secara kolaboratif. Supervisi manajerial yang berdasarkan metode delphi mampu meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran karena mendorong keterlibatan guru dalam menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih tepat sehingga mampu meningkatan motivasi guru dan pencapaian hasil belajar siswa.                          &nbsp

    Development of a Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning Model Based on the Merdekan Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

    Learning models play a vital role in maximizing educational outcomes. Therefore, it is essential for teachers to thoughtfully select and implement instructional models that align with effective teaching practices. However, the success of any model also relies heavily on the presence of a solid support system, such as well-prepared teaching materials and student books, which help make learning more meaningful and engaging. The development of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) model stems from the necessity to create educational experiences that are not only academically sound but also culturally appropriate, particularly in diverse classroom settings. By embedding local cultural values into lessons, CRT aims to enhance student engagement, reinforce cultural identity, and promote civic understanding. This study aimed to develop a CRT model for use in Pancasila Education that is valid, practical, and effective in improving the learning outcomes of elementary school students in Padangsidimpuan City. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach, using the ADDIE model which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study was conducted at MIN 1 Padangsidimpuan, involving fourth-grade students as the sample. Data collection techniques included observation, testing, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed both quantitatively, using SPSS software, and qualitatively. The findings indicate that the CRT model and its supporting materials are highly valid and practical, making them easy for teachers and students to use. Furthermore, the model was found to be very effective based on students' learning outcomes across two test phases

    Teachers have a lot of responsibility in the classroom since they guide students' spiritual development and assist them develop moral character. The spiritual competency of instructors and its effects on Islamic Religious Education instruction at State Junior High School (SMPN) 2 Lengkong, Nganjuk, are the subjects of this study. This research is grounded in a field study and employs a descriptive-qualitative analytic approach. The research subjects consisted of two teachers, the principal, the head of the MGMP (Teacher Working Group), and one student at SMPN 2 Lengkong, Nganjuk. Interviews, observations, document analyses, and focused-group discussions were used to gather the data. The results show that sincerity with which teachers educate their students is the source of their spiritual competency. To improve the learning process and its quality, teachers are primarily motivated by this sincerity to teach with all of their hearts, souls, responsibilities, and disciplines. Teachers of Islamic Religious Education are influenced by their spiritual competency, which also helps them carry out their responsibilities efficiently. Spiritual competency affects children’s morality and increases their motivation for academic success. Teachers thus provide appropriate direction, counseling, and positive role models for pupils in both classroom instruction and extracurricular activities

Oleh karena itu dalam proses pendidikan era modern ini banyak sering sekali terjadi perubahan baik dari aspek metode pembelajaran, kurikulum maupun Teknik dalam mengajar. Tentu hal ini tidak bisa lepas dari pengaruh tokoh gagasan filsafat Islam yang menjadi salah satu sumber inspirasi bagi para pemikir modern. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkorelasikan antara perkembangan filsafat islam dan pendidikan era modern serta menganalisis kontribusi pemikiran filsafat islam yang berpengaruh pada pendidikan era modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data metode library reseach atau studi pustaka. Dari pembahasan hasil yang ditemukan ialah adanya korelasi antara perkembangan filsafat islam dan pendidikan era modern dan juga pemikiran para tokoh dari filsafat islam yang berpengaruh pada pendidikan era modern sehingga masih relevan diimplementasikan hingga saat ini.Pembaharuan dan perkembangan dalam dunia pendidikan merupakan suatu keniscayaan yang tidak dapat dihindarkan lagi. This study uses a library research method, by searching and analyzing books or data related to this research. This research finds some similarities between the conflicts of the ummah that occur today and the conflicts of the ummah that occurred in the time of Ali Bin Abi Tholib, so that some of the strategies used by Ali Bin Abi Tholib are relevant in this contemporary era

    Participatory Transformation: SOAR Analysis of the Learning Process in Elementary Madrasahs

    This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the participatory transformation approach through the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) framework in improving the quality of the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Jannah Sawaran Lor Lumajang. A descriptive qualitative methodology was used, with data collected through active observation, in-depth interviews with madrasah principals, teachers, and students, and document analysis. The SOAR framework is specifically applied to map the madrasah's intrinsic strengths, development opportunities, collective aspirations, and expected outcomes. The research results show that the participatory SOAR analysis successfully mapped existing capabilities and challenges. Primary strengths include the quality of competent teachers and a supportive learning environment—key opportunities identified in digital technology integration and external support. Shared aspirations create an inclusive learning environment and develop graduates who are competitive and possess noble character. Evidence of the resulting transformation includes increased student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. The implementation of SOAR facilitates constructive dialogue and asset-centered strategic planning, making it an effective model for Islamic educational innovation

    Analysis of Students' and Parents' Perceptions of Self-Confidence in Learning at Gadang IV Public Elementary School in Malang City

    This study aims to describe the results of an analysis of fourth-grade students' and their parents' self-confidence in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data analysis was conducted using a self-confidence survey questionnaire completed by students, and the results revealed parents' views on their children's levels of self-confidence in the context of learning in elementary school. The study employed a qualitative descriptive design incorporating a survey as the primary data collection instrument. It involved 56 fourth-grade students and their 56 parents. Data collection was conducted using a self-confidence questionnaire validated using a Likert scale. The results of the analysis of student self-confidence indicators included the ability to understand material (85%), the courage to express opinions (75%), readiness to face challenges (80%), and cooperation in groups (75%). Meanwhile, the results of the questionnaire on parents' confidence in accompanying their children's learning were 79.38%, openness to receiving advice from teachers or the school was 84.17%, and role modeling to foster children's self-confidence was 80.83%. These data show that both parents and students have relatively high levels of self-confidence. However, there are variations in students' confidence in expressing opinions and in parents' ability to support their children's learning. These findings confirm that collaboration between parents and students can build children's self-confidence and play a strategic role in learning success in elementary school
