The objective of this research is to determine the most suitable shift work model for supervisory positions at PTBA-UPTE, with the aim of improving productivity, employee well-being, and cost-effectiveness. The study utilized a mixed-methods design, incorporating focus group discussions with industry experts, benchmarking practices, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to support multi-criteria decision-making. Three alternative models were assessed: the existing 3-shift rotation, an extended-hours 2-shift model, and a hybrid system combining elements of 2-shift and non-shift schedules. Based on the AHP analysis, the hybrid model emerged as the most advantageous, demonstrating a 35% reduction in required manpower and stronger alignment with both operational efficiency and workforce wellness objectives

The Impact of Silicon Valley Bank Bankruptcy on Startup Funding

This research explores how the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) influenced startup funding trends in the United States. Using panel data comprising 23,061 startup funding rounds sourced from S&P Capital IQ, the study evaluates shifts in investment behavior before and after the collapse through Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), Difference-in-Differences (DiD), and subsample regression methods. The results show varied impacts depending on the funding stage. Early-stage startups saw a notable 9% rise in funding after the SVB incident, whereas later-stage startups experienced an equivalent 9% decline. Syndicated investments were linked to higher funding amounts at all stages, with more pronounced effects in early-stage rounds. In addition, established tech companies secured significantly less funding compared to non-tech firms in the post-collapse period, highlighting a broader reassessment of valuations within the tech industry. Overall, the findings indicate that the SVB failure led to a reallocation of capital rather than a universal funding downturn, with investors shifting toward more cautious, targeted investments particularly favoring smaller, early-stage ventures amid heightened systemic uncertainty

This research investigates the utilization of device data to identify user behaviors associated with promotion abuse on Indonesian e-commerce platforms. Promotion abuse refers to fraudulent activities where individuals exploit promotional systems, often by creating multiple fake accounts or using the same device for claims repeatedly. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between device fingerprinting, user behavior patterns, shipping address data, and the effectiveness of fraud prevention systems. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from fraud reports made between June 2018 and May 2019. Multiple regression was applied to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings show that device fingerprinting, user behavior, and suspicious delivery address variables significantly affect fraud detection effectiveness. This study highlights the importance of integrating behavioral analysis and device-based data into fraud detection systems to proactively minimize promotional abuse. These insights provide practical implications for e-commerce companies looking to improve their digital security measures and maintain consumer trust

The Effect of Live Streaming, Affiliate Marketing, and Fear of Missing Out on Purchasing Decisions at the TikTok Shop in Yogyakarta City

This research was conducted to review the influence of live streaming, affiliate marketing, and fear of missing out on purchasing decisions for TikTok Shop users in Yogyakarta City. This research applies a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who had shopping experience at TikTok Shop. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially the live streaming and affiliate marketing variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the fear of missing out did not show a significant effect. However, the three variables simultaneously proved to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. A total of 56.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions was explained by the three variables, while the rest was influenced by other factors outside the model. This finding indicates that marketing strategies based on visual content and personalized approaches, such as live streaming and affiliate marketing, are more effective in influencing consumer decisions than emotional pressures such as fear of missing out. Therefore, the results of this research can be taken into consideration for businesses in developing more suitable promotional strategies on the TikTok Shop platform

The Impact of Generation Z’s Greenwashing Perception on Green Purchase Intention in the Context of Indonesian H&M Consumers

This research project studies at the impact of greenwashing perception on green purchasing intention among Generation Z customers in Indonesia, specifically at the fast fashion brand H&M. Based on Perceived Risk Theory and adapted from Lu et al. (2022), the study incorporates financial perceived risk and green perceived risk as mediating variables, as well as the moderating influence of impulsive purchasing behavior. The study used a quantitative approach, collecting responses from 287 individuals via an online survey and analysing the data with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that greenwashing perceptions considerably raise financial and environmental risk. Furthermore, the idea of greenwashing harms green purchase intention, as does the perceived financial risk. However, green perceived risk has no significant impact on green purchasing intention, and impulsive buying has no significant moderating effect on the association between greenwashing perception and financial risk. These findings indicate that Generation Z customers in Indonesia are susceptible to greenwashing and that financial reasons weigh more heavily in purchasing decisions than environmental concerns. The findings have important implications for sustainable marketing tactics in the fast fashion industry

Analysis of the Influence of Job Satisfaction Mediation on the Relationship Between Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance

Improving how well employees perform is a key goal for companies in many different areas. This research looks into how the culture of an organization and the way knowledge is shared help achieve this goal, with a special focus on how job satisfaction plays a role in connecting these factors. The study used a quantitative approach, mainly through surveys and statistical analysis called SEM, to examine the links between these variables. The results show that having a strong organizational culture and good knowledge-sharing practices not only directly help improve performance but also do so indirectly by increasing job satisfaction. This means that job satisfaction acts as a partial bridge between these factors. Employees who are happy with their jobs tend to be more motivated to do their best, especially when they are in a supportive and collaborative environment and when the company has clear values. From a theoretical standpoint, this study provides deeper insights into the mental and social processes that affect how well employees perform. In practice, businesses can use these findings to create better policies. For instance, they can develop structured programs for managing knowledge, reinforce the company's core values, and improve aspects that affect job satisfaction like career growth and work-life balance. This research highlights the importance of taking a comprehensive approach to managing people, one that combines thinking, feeling, and social aspects. By improving these three areas—organizational culture, knowledge sharing, and job satisfaction—companies can build a work environment that is both productive and helps achieve long-term success for both employees and the organization

Rahn as a Financing Bridge for Business Incubator Tenants: A Case Study on Graduation to Micro and KUR Financing at BSI Ciledug

Business incubator tenants often face limited access to productive financing due to the absence of formal financial records. Under such conditions, Rahn functions as an entry-level liquidity instrument that provides rapid gold-backed funding in compliance with Sharia principles. Nevertheless, the mechanism through which Rahn facilitates graduation to productive schemes such as Micro and KUR financing remains underexplored. This study aims to analyze the role of Rahn in building payment discipline and transaction history, identify key graduation gates, and design a condition-based graduation model grounded in product-contract fit and Sharia governance. A qualitative case study was conducted at BSI Ciledug using semi-structured interviews with branch officials and document analysis of official product guidelines and digital financing manuals. Data were analyzed through thematic coding and source triangulation to ensure validity and analytical rigor. The findings reveal that the graduation process from Rahn to productive financing is condition-based, determined by document completeness, post-Rahn account activity, and branch-level verification. Digital platforms accelerate verification accuracy and transparency, yet human oversight remains essential to uphold Sharia compliance and risk control. The study proposes an audit-ready graduation model that strengthens Sharia financial inclusion and supports the scalability of MSME financing pathways
