    The Effect of Compensation and Person-Job Fit on Work Engagement in Media Workers in Cirebon City

    This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and person-job fit on work engagement among media workers residing in Cirebon City. The study employed a quantitative survey method, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis on data collected from 130 respondents. The results show that person-job fit has a significant influence on work engagement (r = 0.560; p < 0.000), while compensation shows a significant relationship with work engagement (r = 0.227; p > 0.005), and person-job fit has a significant influence on work engagement (r = 0.260; p < 0.001). These two independent variables explain 32% of the variation in work engagement (R² = 0.320). The validity and reliability of the regression model have been confirmed through classical assumption testing. These findings emphasise the importance of alignment between individuals and their jobs in enhancing work engagement in the dynamic media industry, which does not solely rely on financial incentives. The implications of this study encourage media organisations to prioritise selection and management of human resources based on person-job fit for the sustainability and productivity of the workforce

    The Effect of CSR on Company Value with Profitability as a Moderation Variable in the Private Bank Sector on the IDX for the 2021–2023 Period

    This study aims to assess how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) impacts increasing company value, as well as exploring whether the level of profitability can strengthen these relationships. This study focuses on private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period from 2021 to 2023. The method used is quantitative with an interaction regression analysis approach (moderation), and the data processing process is carried out using IBM SPSS software version 22. CSR is measured through the ratio between funds allocated to social activities and overall operational expenses.  Meanwhile, the company's value is represented by the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio, and profitability is proxied by the Return on Assets (ROA). The results of the study show that separately, CSR and ROA do not have a significant impact on the company's value. However, when the two are combined, the influence is significant, indicating that profitability is able to strengthen the role of CSR in increasing company value

    This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy (7P) implemented by Kafe De Vijas in an effort to increase sales volume using the SWOT analysis approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Kafe De Vijas has a main strength in the use of the vintage concept which makes it different from other cafes. The main weakness is the location of the cafe which is not strategic and less than optimal promotion. On the opportunity side, the increasing trend of coffee consumption among Generation Z is a great potential for cafe growth. While the biggest threat comes from the many competitors around the operational area. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS calculations, Kafe De Vijas is in quadrant I of the SWOT matrix, which shows that the company's position is in a condition that supports an aggressive strategy, namely maximizing strength to seize opportunities. This study concludes that an effective marketing strategy by highlighting the uniqueness of products and services, accompanied by optimization of digital marketing and improvement of infrastructure, is the key to increasing sales volume

    This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work commitment on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bangunindo Karya Lutama. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through a survey using questionnaires, involving a sample of 110 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to determine the relationships between the variables, utilizing the SPSS V.24 application. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Work commitment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

    Generation Z currently dominates the workforce in Indonesia, including in the private sector in DKI Jakarta Province. The unique characteristics of this generation such as a preference for work flexibility, self-development, and a work environment that supports values and sustainability. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, compensation, and work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on Generation Z employees in private companies in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design and survey method. Data were collected from 249 respondents with at least one year of work experience. Data testing was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL 8.8. The results indicate that motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership style and work environment were found to have no positive effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction was proven to mediate the variables of motivation, compensation, and work environment on employee performance. However, leadership style could not be mediated by job satisfaction in influencing employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of compensation and work environment provided by companies, as well as motivational incentives to optimize the performance of Generation Z in the private sector. Furthermore, the selection of leadership styles within a company should be considered to enhance employee performance

    The Influence of TikTok Live Streaming and Discounted Prices on Purchasing Decisions

    This study seeks to determine how TikTok live streaming and price discounts affect student purchasing decisions at the Fashion TikTok Shop. Descriptive correlation research using quantitative techniques is the methodology used in this study. All 155 students at Fashion TikTok Shop constituted the study population, which was selected using the Slovin sampling technique. The purchase decision, price discount, and TikTok live streaming questionnaires were the instruments of this study. This research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis using the t test and F test, this study shows that TikTok live streaming at Fashion TikTok Shop influences students' purchasing decisions. Discounts affect shopping preferences at Fashion TikTok Shop. TikTok discount and live streaming influence students' shopping decisions at Fashion TikTok Shop. TikTok live streaming and discounts influence 55.2% of college students' purchases at Fashion TikTok Shop

    Payment System Revolution and Monetary Policy in the Face of Goods Price Transformation: The Effect of Non-Cash Transactions, Interest Rates, and Exchange Rates on Indonesian Inflation

    This study aims to analyze the effect of non-cash transactions, interest rates, and exchange rates on inflation in Indonesia in the period from January 2021 to December 2023. Using the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach, this study examines the short-term and long-term relationships between these variables. The results of the study indicate that non-cash transactions have a negative and significant effect on inflation in both the short and long term, indicating that the development of digital payment systems can increase economic efficiency and suppress inflation. Meanwhile, interest rates do not have a significant effect on inflation in the short or long term, while exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on inflation in the long term. These findings provide important implications for monetary policymakers in an effort to maintain price stability amidst the transformation of the digital payment system

    Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the main pillars of the national economy. Its significant contribution to national GDP, job creation, and economic equity make it a very strategic sector. In addition to contributing to economic growth. This study aims to examine the influence of Sharia People's Business Credit (KUR) financing on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in PT. CPS AR Hakim Medan Pawnshop. The method applied in this study is a quantitative approach through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to 51 respondents involved in MSMEs. The results of the research that have been carried out show that Sharia KUR financing has a significant impact on increasing revenue, the number of customers, product quality, and the quality of human resources in MSMEs. These findings reinforce the important role of Islamic financial institutions in supporting the sustainable growth of the small business sector

    Etika Kerja Islam bagi Konten Kreator: Kajian Hadist Tematik dalam Perspektif Max Weber

    The rapid growth of digital technology in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has created new economic opportunities, including the profession of content creators. According to Islamic teachings, economic activities must align with the principles of lawful earnings and proper work ethics. This study aims to explore the concept of work ethics through a thematic analysis of selected hadiths, focusing on the pursuit of lawful income. The research applies a qualitative approach through library research, examining relevant hadiths that highlight values related to professional conduct and integrity. The findings reveal that Islam emphasizes honesty, responsibility, professionalism, and the pursuit of blessings in earning a livelihood. Common challenges faced by content creators such as the pressure to gain popularity and the temptation to compromise ethical standards for financial gain can be addressed by adhering to prophetic guidance. This study offers insights for Muslim content creators to maintain integrity while balancing productivity with Islamic values in digital creative work. Kemajuan teknologi digital pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0 membuka berbagai peluang ekonomi baru, termasuk profesi konten kreator. Menurut ajaran Islam, setiap aktivitas ekonomi perlu mengikuti prinsip rezeki halal dan etika kerja yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji etika kerja berdasarkan hadist-hadist tematik, dengan fokus pada upaya memperoleh nafkah yang halal. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hadist-hadist terkait kerja dan etos profesional dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai yang relevan bagi konten kreator Muslim. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Islam menekankan kejujuran, tanggung jawab, profesionalisme, serta keberkahan dalam mencari nafkah. Tantangan yang kerap muncul, seperti tekanan popularitas dan godaan mengejar keuntungan finansial dengan mengabaikan nilai moral, dapat diatasi melalui pedoman hadist. Kajian ini memberikan wawasan agar konten kreator tetap menjunjung tinggi integritas serta mampu menjaga keseimbangan antara produktivitas dan prinsip keislaman ketika berkarya di ruang digital

    Health education in elementary schools is an effective strategy to increase students’ awareness of the importance of clean and healthy living behavior. This study aims to improve students’ knowledge of waste management as part of implementing Islamic values regarding cleanliness. The research was conducted at SDN 2 Sidem Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency, using a qualitative approach. The method involved direct health counseling for students in grades 1 to 3 through lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, and participatory evaluations. The results showed an increase in students’ understanding of the types of waste, waste sorting, and the environmental impact of improper waste disposal. This activity also helped shape students’ character to care for environmental cleanliness, in line with Islamic teachings that emphasize cleanliness as part of faith. Active participation in discussions and Q&A demonstrated that interactive health education methods are effective in shaping both knowledge and attitudes. The study recommends the continued implementation of similar counseling activities and greater involvement from the school community to establish a sustainable culture of cleanliness and health within the school environment.Penyuluhan kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah dasar merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik tentang pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang manajemen pembuangan sampah sebagai bagian dari implementasi nilai-nilai Islam mengenai kebersihan. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 2 Desa Sidem, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Tulungagung, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan langsung kepada siswa kelas 1 hingga 3, melalui ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, serta evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap jenis-jenis sampah, cara pemilahan, dan dampak lingkungan dari pengelolaan sampah yang tidak tepat. Kegiatan ini juga membentuk karakter siswa yang peduli terhadap kebersihan lingkungan, sejalan dengan ajaran Islam bahwa kebersihan adalah sebagian dari iman. Partisipasi aktif siswa dalam diskusi dan tanya jawab menunjukkan bahwa metode penyuluhan yang interaktif efektif dalam membentuk pengetahuan dan sikap. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya kesinambungan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelibatan pihak sekolah secara lebih luas guna menciptakan budaya bersih dan sehat yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah
