The Influence of Life-Friendly Human Resource Policies on Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, and Job Satisfaction in the Food and Beverage Industry
In the Food & Beverage industry, which is characterized by long working hours and a dynamic work environment, maintaining a balance between work and personal life (work-life balance) poses a challenge for employees. This study aims to analyze the impact of life-friendly human resource policies on work-life balance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction. Additionally, it examines the role of employee engagement as a mediator in the relationship between life-friendly human resource policies and work-life balance. This study employs a quantitative method with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach, analyzing data from 183 employees at Bangor Berkembang Abadi. Data collection was conducted through an online survey using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0 and SPSS 26 software. The results indicate that life-friendly human resource policies significantly influence work-life balance and employee engagement. Employee engagement also positively affects work-life balance and serves as a mediator in the relationship between life-friendly human resource policies and work-life balance. However, job satisfaction does not significantly impact work- life balance, suggesting that other factors, such as work flexibility and organizational support, play a more crucial role in determining employees’ work-life balance. The implications of this study highlight the need for companies to implement more flexible HR policies, such as flexible work arrangements, fair shift rotations, and employee well-being support, to enhance employee engagement and work-life balance.

The Influence of Infrastructure on the Non-Base Economic Sector in Batu City
The non-base sector, which can be considered a non-leading sector, may address issues in the non-base sector with proper management. In the future, development should not only rely on the existing base sector but also optimize the potential of the non-base sector in Batu City. The existence of infrastructure is crucial in supporting economic and social development, as good infrastructure can enhance effectiveness and efficiency for both businesses and society. Therefore, this study is expected to serve as a reference for government programs aimed at improving the non-base sector in Batu City. Data collection was conducted using observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation, followed by analysis through Economic Sector Analysis, Priority Non-Base Sector Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the analysis of the non-base economic sector, five sectors were further analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority non-base sector. From the four selected respondents, the priority non-base economic sector identified in Batu City is the transportation and warehousing sector. The analysis results indicate that infrastructure, including roads, electricity, and telecommunications, does not significantly impact the transportation and warehousing sector. Therefore, these infrastructures need to be improved in the future to enhance the economy through the non-base sector in Batu City.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Productivity in Manufacturing Companies
This study aims to analyze how leadership style, work motivation, and work environment affect the work productivity of employees of PT Hamsina Jaya - MPGG Cirebon. Using quantitative methods, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 278 respondents. The analysis techniques applied include validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing to measure the relationship between variables. The study revealed that leadership style has no positive effect on work productivity. In contrast, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant impact on increasing productivity. Simultaneous tests of the three variables together affect employee productivity. This finding confirms that the main factor in improving productivity is more determined by motivation and a supportive work environment, rather than leadership style. Therefore, companies are advised to focus more on strategies to increase motivation and improve work environment conditions so that optimal productivity can be achieved. In addition, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the applied leadership style in order to increase its contribution related to employee productivity
Is Market Trends and Sentiment Affected Stock Price? Evidence from Energy Sector in Indonesia
This study investigates the relationship between market trends, market sentiment, and stock prices within the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Grounded in behavioral finance theory which emphasizes the influence of psychological and behavioral factors on financial decision-making this research evaluates how fluctuations in public interest and investor sentiment affect stock price dynamics. The study utilizes secondary data extracted from company annual reports, stock price records, and publicly available financial statements covering the period from 2014 to 2023. The sample includes 22 energy sector companies, selected through purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. To measure market trends, the study employs Google Trends scores, while social media sentiment analysis—using Brandwatch—captures investor sentiment. The regression analysis investigates the influence of both variables on stock prices, incorporating control variables such as company size, debt-to-equity ratio, and dividend payout ratio. The empirical findings reveal that both market trends and investor sentiment exert a significant and positive influence on stock prices in the Indonesian energy sector. The implications of these findings extend to several domains. Investors can integrate trend and sentiment indicators into their analytical frameworks to improve decision-making and anticipate stock movements more effectively. Financial analysts and advisors can adopt these behavioral metrics as complementary tools alongside traditional valuation methods
Enhancing ESG Through Gender Diversity and Family Involvement
This study investigates the influence of board gender diversity (BGD) on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance in publicly listed Indonesian companies from 2017 to 2023. Growing global climate concerns and the increasing non-financial evaluation of companies necessitate an understanding of factors driving ESG performance. This research addresses whether BGD positively impacts ESG performance and if family relationships moderate this effect in Indonesian firms. Employing the System Generalized Method of Moments (System GMM) on panel data, the research addresses potential endogeneity, autocorrelation, and heteroskedasticity, acknowledging that past ESG performance influences current performance. The findings reveal a significant positive impact of overall BGD on aggregate ESG scores. However, BGD's effect on Environmental and Social performance is not statistically significant, while it significantly enhances Governance performance. The study also finds that family relationships do not significantly moderate the relationship between BGD and ESG performance. This suggests that BGD's positive influence on sustainability is consistent across family and non-family firms. The research underscores BGD's importance in corporate sustainability, but highlights nuanced internal company conditions and ownership structures that may affect the realization of women's independent contributions in strategic decision-making
