    The Influence of Green Marketing on the Purchase Intention of Green Fashion: A Study on the Brand “Sejauh Mata Memandang”

    This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing on the purchase intention of green fashion, using the brand “Sejauh Mata Memandang” as a case study. The research focuses on three main green marketing strategies: green advertising, green branding, and eco-labeling, as well as the role of consumer perception in green consumption. The research method employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, involving 247 respondents who are aware of and understand environmentally friendly fashion products from the brand. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that green advertising, green branding, and eco-labeling have a positive and significant influence on consumer perception. Furthermore, consumer perception also has a positive and significant impact on green consumption. These findings indicate that effective green marketing strategies can enhance positive consumer perceptions and encourage the purchase behavior of sustainable fashion products. The implications of this study provide strategic insights for fashion companies in developing environmentally friendly marketing approaches that can stimulate consumer purchase intention

    The Influence of User-Generated Content (UGC), Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM), and Perceived Product Quality on Purchase Intention of Somethinc Products (Case Study on Followers of TikTok @somethincofficial)

    This study utilizes a quantitative approach aimed at determining both the partial and simultaneous effects of user-generated content, electronic word of mouth, and perceived product quality on purchase intention for Somethinc products. With the rapid growth of digital marketing, especially on platforms like TikTok, gaining insight into these factors plays a vital role in brands' efforts to influence consumer behavior. The study’s population consists of followers of the @somethincofficial TikTok account. A total of 204 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula, with purposive sampling applied based on specific criteria such as TikTok users born in 1997-2012, followers of the @somethincofficial TikTok account, knowing the Somethinc brand, and having seen content or reviews about Somethinc products. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for data analysis. This study reveals that user-generated content, electronic word of mouth, and perceived product quality, both simultaneously and partially, exert a significant influence on purchase intention for Somethinc products

    Serving with Heart: How Responsive Empathy and Interpersonal Communication Change Customer Satisfaction in Customer Service of Telecommunication Services?

    This study aims to see how responsiveness, empathy, and interpersonal communication impact customer satisfaction in telecommunication services. This study uses a quantitative approach, using regression analysis to see how these variables relate. The results show that responsiveness has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, which means that the level of customer satisfaction will increase along with how quickly and appropriately a company handles customer complaints and requests. However, empathy and interpersonal communication do not significantly affect customer satisfaction, indicating that customers prioritize functional aspects such as the speed and accuracy of responses to complaints. Therefore, telecommunications needs to improve service responsiveness by utilizing digital technologies such as AI-based chatbots and integrated information systems. In addition, although empathy and interpersonal communication do not have a direct effect, it is still important to build good interactions to increase customer loyalty in the long run. Companies

    This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store Grage Mall, Cirebon City. In an increasingly competitive business environment, employee performance is a fundamental factor in achieving organizational effectiveness. Work motivation plays a role in encouraging individuals to achieve work goals, while organizational culture creates a conducive environment for employee productivity. By using a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are employees of the company. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods to test the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, organizational culture contributes significantly to improving individual performance within the company. Simultaneous tests also indicate that work motivation and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings emphasize that companies need to pay attention to aspects of motivation and organizational culture in designing human resource management strategies to increase the company's productivity and competitiveness. Therefore, it is recommended that company management develop policies that support increased motivation and create a more adaptive and productive organizational culture

    Crowdfunding has emerged as a crucial mechanism for expanding financial accessibility, particularly for projects focused on sustainability. However, the success of foundation-based crowdfunding largely depends on trust and transparency. This study aims to investigate the role of these factors in influencing donor confidence and campaign success. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, the research combines qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The study was conducted on active crowdfunding campaigns within sustainability-focused foundations, employing surveys, interviews, and platform data analytics to assess stakeholder engagement, financial transparency, and campaign effectiveness. The findings reveal that transparent fund management significantly impacts donor trust, with campaigns demonstrating clear financial accountability attracting more sustained contributions. Additionally, the study identifies the importance of effective communication and measurable impact reporting in fostering a supportive crowdfunding ecosystem. The research provides actionable recommendations for foundation-based giving organizations and sustainable entrepreneurs to strengthen transparency and stakeholder involvement, ultimately enhancing donor confidence and community support for sustainability initiatives

    The era of rapid transformation has increased business competition, making high work productivity critical to organizational success. However, Indonesia has experienced a decline in productivity due to factors such as delays in technological advances and an inflexible labor market. This study aims to examine the role of leadership, work environment, and emotional intelligence on work productivity at PT Siradj Badawi Cukup Rupiah (SBCR), a sauce industry and consumer goods distribution company in Cirebon. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires from 100 production employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 with multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, work environment, and emotional intelligence each had a positive and significant effect on work productivity. In addition, these three factors jointly influence work productivity, confirming the importance of strong leadership, a conducive work environment, and employees' emotional intelligence in improving efficiency and achieving company goals. These findings provide valuable insights for companies seeking to optimize workforce performance and organizational success.Era transformasi yang cepat telah meningkatkan persaingan bisnis, sehingga produktivitas kerja yang tinggi menjadi sangat penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi. Namun, Indonesia mengalami penurunan produktivitas akibat faktor seperti keterlambatan kemajuan teknologi dan pasar tenaga kerja yang tidak fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT Siradj Badawi Cukup Rupiah (SBCR), sebuah perusahaan industri saus dan distribusi barang konsumsi di Cirebon. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 100 karyawan bagian produksi. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Selain itu, ketiga faktor ini secara bersama-sama memengaruhi produktivitas kerja, menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang kuat, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta kecerdasan emosional karyawan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan.     This study examines the effect of brand awareness and digital marketing on purchasing decisions to buy Facetology sunscreen on E-commerce Shopee. A total of 385 respondents participated in this study, which used SEM SmartPLS. The results showed that purchasing decisions are positively and significantly influenced by digital marketing, positively and significantly influenced by brand awareness. This finding shows how important brand awareness and digital marketing are in influencing purchasing decisions to buy Facetology sunscreen on Shopee

    Digital Transformation in Grocery Shopping: A Case Study of Segari Users in the Modern Market Era

    Digital transformation has significantly reshaped grocery shopping behaviors, transitioning from traditional markets to digital platforms. This research explores how the adoption of e-commerce, specifically the Segari application, influences consumer purchasing patterns for staple groceries within the context of the modern market era. The primary issue addressed by this study is understanding the factors prompting consumers, particularly budget-conscious migrants, to shift their shopping habits from conventional to online marketplaces. Consequently, this research aims to identify critical elements influencing consumer preferences, purchasing behaviors, and satisfaction levels when using Segari. Employing a qualitative approach, this study integrates a comprehensive literature review and empirical data collected through structured interviews with selected respondents using the Critical Incident Technique (CIT). Respondents were budget-conscious migrants who regularly use Segari. Findings indicate that key factors driving consumer preference toward Segari include ease of access, broader product availability, promotional attractiveness, and stable pricing compared to traditional markets. Furthermore, consumers reported improved shopping convenience and higher satisfaction due to consistent pricing and efficient access to essential goods. This research offers valuable insights into consumer behavior shifts caused by digital adoption, providing strategic recommendations for e-commerce platforms like Segari to enhance user engagement and optimize customer satisfaction in a competitive market environment

    The Impact of Social Media Marketing and Endorsement on Purchasing Decisions at Daarul Jannah Cottage

    The central aim of this study is to analyze social media marketing (SMM)  and the use of endorsements influence purchasing decisions at Cottage Daarul Jannah, a sharia-based accommodation. Using a purposive sampling technique, 50 customers were selected as respondents, and data were obtained through questionnaires measuring aspects of SMM, endorsement, and purchase decision. The findings revealed that both variables influence purchasing decisions, positively and significantly, both individually and simultaneously. The findings suggest that the implementation of digital marketing strategies through social media, as well as the use of endorsements from influencers, can increase customer interest and strengthen their decision to make a purchase. Therefore, the optimization of digital marketing strategies has the potential to be a crucial element in improving competitiveness and building customer loyalty in the hospitality industry

    The Influence of Work-Life Balance, Workload, and Work Stress on Turnover Intention of Generation Z Employees PT. Ruifeng Hande Indonesia

    The purpose of this study is to examine how work-life balance, workload, and job stress affect turnover intention among Generation Z employees at PT Ruifeng Hande Indonesia. Generation Z is known to have high expectations of work-life balance, but is also more vulnerable to work stress and pressure, which can increase their intention to change jobs. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The results showed that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention, while work-life balance and workload do not have a significant effect. This finding indicates that job stress is the main factor that drives Generation Z to leave the company, while work-life balance and workload may be influenced by other factors such as job satisfaction or compensation. The results of this study have an important impact on company management in designing policies that can improve employee welfare and reduce turnover. One way to do this is by creating a more flexible work environment and managing workload more effectively
