    Pandemic Impact of Covid-19 in The New Normal Area on Consumer Behaviour

    The research objectives are: to find out the positive and negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic in the new normal era on the shift in consumer behavior and identify types of potential new business opportunities to be developed in the current new normal era. The research method uses this type of research based on literature study. The results of research based on literature studies show that: consumers make scale and value a priority in making purchases, the pandemic creates a new economy based on work from home, service changes, digital marketing, product diversification, wise consumption, fosters a sense of solidarity, family togetherness, creativity and innovation, careful activities, opportunities to increase knowledge and love for local and domestic products. The sectors affected by the pandemic are generally the prima donnas, the occurrence of punic buying and ease of service, a decrease in sales turnover and a shift in consumption patterns from offline to online. Meanwhile, new business opportunities that can be developed include: digital-based creative and innovative businesses, healthy and healthy culinary businesses, and several other potential businesses

    Economic Assistance on Culinary Business During Pandemic

    During the pandemic that not only hit the world but also in Indonesia, there are lot of businesses that went bankrupt. Many businesses are unable to survive the impact of this pandemic, especially small businesses. Our target partner is a home culinary business namely “Dapur Mumpuni”. In addition to selling food, Dapur Mumpuni is currently able to get creative with its innovative pukis cake during the pandemic. The partner has several weaknesses which are (1) limited partner skills in economic management, (2) no bookkeeping regularly, (3) no separation between household and business finances and (4) weak marketing strategy used, resulting in little profit and business is not well developed because it tends to lose in the competition. This community service activity is expected to create targets in accordance with partner expectations namely (1) increasing the partner skills in running its business economically and sustainable, (2) a simple orderly administration, in the sense of being able to separate household and business finances, (3) selling profit increase of effective activity economically and (4) get financial assistance for additional business capita

    Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Motivation Relationship to Employee Job Satisfaction

    This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.39

In the FIFO method, the value of goods that will go out for production activities is based on the price that was first entered. So that the final goods inventory using a price based on the new price or the price with the last order purchased. Therefore, the FIFO method is more visible for calculating the COGS . The cost used to purchase the first item is the Cost Of Good Sold (COGS). The selling price calculation is based on the price of the previous transaction stock of goods. The availability of sufficient and quality information will make it easier and faster for management to make decisions, it is necessary to distribute computerized information so that the information provided is more accurate, efficient and effective in realizing the goals of the company when compared to manual data processing. By creating an application program that uses Visual Basic 6.0 programming will help in systemized data processing

    This study was designed using the profitability variable as the independent variable, and firm value as the dependent variable, while corporate social responsibility as the moderating variable. Basically, the value of the company is one aspect that is quite important in the world of investment. Because company value can be interpreted as the price a prospective buyer is willing to pay if the company is sold (Husnan, 2000: 7). The significant effect of profitability on firm value is in line with the signal theory (signaly theory). Profitability is a signal in the form of information stating that the company is better than other companies. Profitability is also able to reduce information asymmetry, because profitability is reliable financial information and will reduce uncertainty about the company's future prospects.     It is very important to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance, such as work stress experienced by employees or occupational safety and health. This research was conducted at PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera Probolinggo with the objectives (1) To determine the simultaneous effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (2) To determine the partial effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (3) To determine the dominant influence between work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera City of Probolinggo, amounting to 90 people. The sample taken by the Slovin method is as many as 73 people, with the criteria of employees who work as drivers, kondiktur, kernet and workshops with incidental data collection techniques. The approach used is quantitative with analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) had a significant effect on employee performance

    New Perspective: Measuring Auditor Professionalism in Fraud Detection

    This research provides a new point of view to measure the professionalism of BPKP auditors in the field of investigation by utilizing the professionalism stated in the Regulation of the Head of BPKP 2010. The research was conducted on BPKP auditors in Java and Bali by filling out a questionnaire distributed via google form. From the distributed questionnaire obtained 51 respondents who participated in this study. Based on the data obtained, hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS version 3.2.6 software. The results prove that auditor professionalism has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection as evidenced by the t-statistic of 7.526. In other words, the higher the professionalism of the investigative BPKP auditors, the higher their ability to detect fraud. The results also prove that professionalism according to the Regulation of the Head of the BPKP Year 2010 has been carried out properly by the BPKP auditors in the field of investigation and has truly become a work culture that must be carried out

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results obtained are from the aspect of financial literacy of the Bumdesa management on human resource input, knowledge of the preparation of financial reports and the inadequate ability to analyze financial statements so that they have not been able to make financial reports as a basis for decision making. The financial aspect of entrepreneurship can be seen from the Bumdesa business idea. running a business idea, the ability to organize a business, develop innovation as a whole have been implemented, but have not run optimally, so that it has an impact on the Bumdesa financial performance

    Factors Affecting Sharia Banking Literacy

    Islamic financial literacy is expected to be able to increase knowledge and change people's behavior in making decisions to manage finances well in order to achieve their welfare. Therefore, the factors that influence the community's level of Sharia banking literacy are individual characteristics, promotions and government factors. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, promotions and government factors on Islamic banking literacy. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this research is all members of fundraisers at BMT UGT Sidogiri Paiton Probolinggo as many as 437 customers, While the customers who were selected as respondents were based on customers who happened to to visit during January-March 2020, as many as 98 respondents. The results of the F test show that the independent variables (individual characteristics, promotions and government factors) simultaneously have a significant effect on Islamic banking literacy, While the t test results show that partially individual characteristics have an effect of 20.2% on Islamic banking literacy, promotion has an effect of 36.4% on Islamic banking literacy and government factors have an effect of 34.6% on Islamic banking literacy. So that the results of hypothesis testing both simultaneously and partially prove that individual characteristics, promotions and government policies have a significant effect on Islamic banking literacy
