ANALYSIS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MUDHARABAH AND WADIAH CONTRACTS
This study aims to examine the development of the business management of KSPP Syari'ah BMT NU Randuagung, Lumajang Regency, plus an evaluation of the implementation of the Mudharabah and Wadiah contracts. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data was obtained from the KSPP Syari'ah BMT NU Randuagung document and the results of interviews with the Head of the Branch. KSPP Syari'ah BMT NU Randuagung implements a number of Syari'ah contracts, including Musyarakah contracts, Mudharabah contracts, Wadiah contracts, Al-Qardlul Hasan contracts, Murabahah contracts, Musyarakah contracts, Bai' Bitsamanil Ajil contracts, and Rahn contracts. In its implementation, Mudharabah contracts are applied to savings products with Mudharabah Muthlaqah contracts and financing products with all the required working capital through Mudharabah contracts. Meanwhile, Wadi'ah contracts only apply to savings products, namely time deposits with prizes with Wadi'ah Yad Al-Dhamanah contracts. The business strategy of developing cooperatives or BMT NU Randuagung combines focus and differentiation strategies. Meanwhile, the marketing strategy uses the "Marketing Mix", which is a marketing strategy that is implemented in an integrated manner. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, LIQUIDITY AND LEVERAGE INFLUENCE ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Liquidity, Leverage and on Financial Performance in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. This research uses secondary data from the financial statements Manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 45 companies for the 2017-2019 period. Based on the results of the study indicate that thevariable Corporate Social Responsibility, Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a significant effect on Financial Performance (Return On Assets), while Liquidity (Current Ratio) does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance (Return On Assets)
EXPLANATION OF THE APPLICATION OF SAK EMKM IN MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES
This study aims to find out how the application of SAK EMKM in the preparation of MSME financial reports and what are the obstacles faced by MSMEs in preparing financial reports. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that MSME Bersama Jaya does not apply SAK EMKM in the preparation of its financial statements, because the owners of MSME Bersama Jaya do not understand SAK EMKM regarding the presentation of financial statements. The owner considers that the records made are clear and effective. The obstacles for UMKM Bersama Jaya in implementing SAK EMKM, are the lack of knowledge of the owners of UMKM Bersama Jaya about SAK EMKM, the lack of professional accounting staff at UMKM Bersama Jaya, and the owners do not understand recording and preparing financial reports
THE EFFECT OF LEVERAGE, EARNINGS PER SHARE, AND DIVIDEND POLICY ON COMPANY VALUE
This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, earnings per share, and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were 182 companies. sampling technique using purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 38 companies that meet the criteria for 2017-2019. The results of this study conclude that: 1) Leverage has no effect on firm value because the company uses more capital to fund its assets than debt. 2) Earnings per share does not affect the value of the company because the increase and decrease in earnings per share will not affect the value of the company, but is influenced by other factors. 3) Dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value because the higher the dividend policy, the more regular dividends will be distributed by the company, this will make investors interested in investing
Peningkatan Kesadaran Penggunaan Bahasa Daerah Bagi Mahasiswa Asli Biak Di IISIP YAPIS Biak - Papua Menggunakan Komunikasi Persuasif
IISIP YAPIS Biak merupakan kampus terbesar di Biak dengan jumlah mahasiswa kurang lebih 1000 mahasiswa yang sebagian besar berasal dari suku Biak. Namun, sebagian besar mahasiswa tersebut memiliki kemampuan bahasa Biak yang kurang sehingnga dapat menggiring kepada kondisi peralihan bahasa. Alasan kenapa penggunaan bahasa Biak menjadi kurang dari pada penggunaan bahasa Indonesia adalah kurang sadarnya orang tua sebagai transmitor bahasa dan mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda Biak terhadap pentingnya penggunaan bahasa daerah. Kedua pihak memiliki pamahaman yang kurang akan perannya untuk melestarikan budaya yang mana ditemukan penggunaan bahasa Biak yang kurang di lingkungan keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari observasi terkait masalah, pendataan mahasiswa asli Biak sebagai partisipan, dan menghimpun para mahasiswa Asli Biak untuk mengikuti kegiatan yang dilakukan via online karena alasan Covid-19. Teknik Penyampaian materi menggunakan teknik komunikasi persuasif. Setelah kegiatan ini, kesadaran akan penggunaan bahasa Biak menjadi lebih baik sehingga membangun motivasi dari mahasiswa untuk belajar bahasa daerahnya sendiri
Profitability, Managerial Ownership, And Investment Opportunity Set On Dividend
Dividend payment is one way to reduce agency costs between the company and shareholders. However, in facts that not all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 distribute dividends continuously. This study aims empirically to examine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership and investment opportunity sets on dividends. The population of this study are all listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which carry out corporate actions in the distribution of cash dividends at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI). The research sample of 18 companies from various industries which carried out corporate actions at KSEI. This research is a quantitative study using the common effect panel data regression . The results showed that profitability had a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio and the investment opportunity set had a negative effect on the dividend payout ratio. This research contributes that the adequacy of internal funding affects the level of dividend distribution. In addition, companies that have high and stable profitability will tend to distribute dividends continuously. Conversely, if the company has many investment projects in the future, the dividend distribution will be smaller as long as the company is still focused on investment projects
Revenue And Marketing Channel Of Oyster Mushroom In Probolinggo District
This research is a quantitative research. Primary data is the result of filling out questionnaires by all respondents, namely all mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. And secondary data in the form of all mushroom farmer data in Probolinggo with a total population of 60 mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. The selection of oyster mushroom farmer respondents was carried out using the census method. The samples in this study were all farmers who cultivated oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo Regency. The results of this study indicate that oyster mushroom farmers in Probolinggo use logs. By using this tool, it can increase the income of mushroom farmers. So that the oyster mushroom in Probolinggo is suitable to be used as a business / developed field. The marketing channel pattern of oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo uses two patterns. Namely the first pattern, mushroom farmers sell mushrooms to resellers, resellers will resell to retailers and retailers will sell again to end consumers. For the second pattern, mushroom farmers sell resellers, and resellers will sell directly to the final consumer. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the second channel is more profitable for farmers in terms of income.
 
Trade Openness and Economic Growth in Indonesia
Economic growth and international trade are related to one another. International trade stimulates long-term economic growth. The more trade activities in a country, the more rapid economic growth; this trade is a key component of development in a country, its contribution is felt with the increasing economic growth in several countries. The purpose of this study looks at the impact of trade openness on economic growth in Indonesia in 1986-2017. This research is a quantitative study using time series data from 1986-2017, research data obtained from the world bank, data analysis techniques using the GMM method to see the impact of trade openness on economic growth. The test results using the Generalized Method of Moments analysis method show that all variables significantly influence the dynamics of economic growth in Indonesia. This result is proven by the t-statistic probability value, which shows a smaller value compared to the t-table value. Then the value also has a probability of less than α. It can be concluded that the variables of trade, FDI, inflation, and the number of workers have a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia
JOINT STOCK PRICE INDEX AND THE MOVEMENT OF THE RUPIAH EXCHANGE RATE DURING THE PANDEMIC
The existence of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic event not only poses a threat to health but also to economic growth in a country. The impact of the spread of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) cannot be calculated with certainty. So this study aims to find out the difference between the JCI and the Rupiah Exchange Rate before and after the pandemic on March 2, 2020. The analysis method uses a paired t-test. The population for this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the JCI before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a significant difference in the Rupiah Exchange Rate in the events before and after the pandemic. The existence of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic event not only poses a threat to health but also to economic growth in a country. The impact of the spread of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) cannot be calculated with certainty. However, the slowdown in the economic system has been felt, especially in the industrial, tourism, trade, transportation and investment sectors. It is unavoidable as well as with Indonesia, the increase in positive cases of Corona has an effect on the stock market
Media Literacy Levels of Archivists in Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)
Media literacy is a concept that describes a person's ability to utilize media, analyze information, and communicate it. This concept is used by researchers to see a person's ability to relate to information media. This study discusses the level of media literacy of archivists in the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). The archivist has a strategic position in information management of the university. In this respect, it needs to be reviewed related to the competence of the media literacy of archivists. In this era of information, archivists are faced with various job challenges due to the development of information technology, including the fast in disseminating information and the emergence of false or misleading information (hoaxes). This condition causes archivists not only to be required to have competence in utilizing information technology but also to be able to analyze and communicate information correctly to provide a fast, accurate, and reliable service. This competency will be reflected in the level of media literacy of archivists. This research uses the descriptive quantitative method by focusing on the aspects of a phenomenon and the reality of media literacy by archivists in ITS. The level of media literacy can be seen from the Individual competence framework presented by the European Commission (2009). The result of the study showed that the media literacy of archivists in ITS is at a medium level, which indicated the competence is more focused on the ability of technical skill and critical understanding. While in the social competence aspect are classified as passive users
