Get PDFBisexuals in Law no. 1974 concerning marriage and KHI cannot be used as the cause of marriage dissolution. However, the Balikpapan Religious Court Number: 162/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Bpp granted the Plaintiff's lawsuit stating that the reason for the lawsuit was sexual disorders. This research aims to analyze the considerations of the Balikpapan Religious Court judge in granting a divorce lawsuit due to sexual disorders and the maqashid sharia view of bisexuals. This research uses the library research method, which is a data collection technique by reviewing various scientific sources, such as: journals, laws and others. The results of this research are first, it is not correct if the main cause of divorce is sexual misconduct. Therefore, PA Balikpapan concluded that the case above which was the main factor in divorce was constant fighting. Although it cannot be denied that the cause of the quarrel is sexual disorders. Second, bisexuals have violated the concept of maqashid sharia in the hifzu al-din section, namely violating the provisions of the Qur'an and sunnah, then bisexuals also violate hifzu an-nafs, namely causing AIDS, and finally violating the concept of hifzu al-nasl.

No full textCarok is often used as a last resort by the Madurese people to resolve a problem due to their inherently tough nature. In this context, there is a demand for efforts to overcome this tradition. This research aims to implement the values of religious moderation to minimize the occurrence of the carok tradition in Madura. This study uses a library research method with primary data sources being the concept of religious moderation. Secondary data sources are obtained from literature such as books, journals, and relevant websites aligned with the research topic. The findings of this research are as follows: The carok tradition is a violent practice carried out by the Madurese as a form of defense concerning their self-esteem when their dignity is trampled, their wives are disturbed, and their families are harmed. There are three factors that lead the Madurese to carry out carok: when their dignity is trampled, their wives are disturbed, and their families are harmed. Religious moderation is a moderate Islamic concept that can counteract and minimize the occurrence of carok in Madura by instilling and applying socio-religious moderation values such as tolerance, engaging in deliberation to resolve conflicts, avoiding excessiveness, and being anti-violence.Carok sering kali dijadikan sebagai alternatif terkahir bagi masyarakat Madura dalam menyelesaikan sebuah permasalahan. Hal ini karena sifat yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Madura cenderung keras. Dalam sudut kebiasaan ini, maka terdapat tuntutan upaya agar dapat menepis tradisi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam upaya meminimalisasi terjadinya tradisi carok di Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library reseach) dengan sumber data primer yaitu konsep moderasi beragama. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari literature baik dari buku, jurnal, website yang relevan dan sesuai dengan kajian dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: tradisi carok adalah tradisi kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh orang Madura sebagai suatu pembelaan yang menyangkut harga diri ketika hargadirinya diinjak- injak, istrinya diganggu dan keluarganya disakiti. Ada tiga faktor yang menjadikan orang Madura melaksanakan carok yaitu ketika hargadirinya diinjak- injak, istrinya diganggu dan keluarganya disakiti. Moderasi beragama merupakan konsep islam yang moderat yang dapat menepis serta meminimalisasi terjadinya carok dimadura, yaitu dengan menanamkan dan menerapkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama sosio religius seperti sikap toleransi, melakukan musyawarah dalam mengatasi konflik, tidak berlebih- lebihan dan anti kekerasa

Get PDFIn Sundanese society, female characters have a very important role. This role can be judged from the appearance of the female characters featured in literary works and films. One of them is the film Before Now and Then (Nana) by Kamila Andini. No one has ever studied it, especially in the psychological aspect of literature. This film also uses a lot of self-defense systems in his personality. The aim of this research is to describe the structure of the film Before Now and Then (Nana) by Kamila Andini and to describe the representation of Sundanese women in the film Before Now and Then (Nana) by Kamila Andini. This research method uses descriptive analysis, data collection techniques, namely non-participant observation and literature review. The instrument used is a data card and the output of this research is a scientific article published in a national journal. The results of research regarding film structure have themes of struggle and Sundanese women; The flow used is the forward flow; There are 34 characters in this film; there are 38 backgrounds; the film title Before Now and Then (Nana) refers to the main character, namely Nana; the point of view used is first person; there are 4 language styles and 72 tones; 68 symbolism; and this film includes situational irony. There are 12 ID personality analyzes in the film, 50 ego personality analyzes and 13 superego personality analyses.

Dalam masyarakat Sunda, karakter perempuan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting. Peran tersebut dapat dinilai dari penampilan tokoh-tokoh perempuan yang ditampilkan dalam karya sastra dan film Salah satunya film Before Now and Then (Nana) karya Kamila Andini belum pernah ada yang meneliti khususnya dalam aspek psikologi sastra, film ini juga banyak menggunakan sistem pertahanan diri dalam kepribadiannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan struktur film Before Now and Then (Nana) karya Kamila Andini dan mendeskripsikan representasi perempuan Sunda dalam film Before Now and Then (Nana) karya Kamila Andini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analisis, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi non partisipan dan telaah pustaka atau studi pustaka. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kartu data serta luaran dari penelitian ini merupakan artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional. Hasil penelitian mengenai struktur film mempunyai tema perjuangan dan perempuan Sunda; alur yang digunakan yaitu alur maju; karakter dalam film ini terdapat 34 karakter; latar terdapat 38 latar; judul film Before Now and Then (Nana) mengacu pada karakter utama yaitu Nana; sudut pandang yang digunakan yaitu orang pertama; terdapat 4 gaya bahasa dan 72 nada; 68 simbolisme; serta film ini termasuk ironi situasional. Analisis kepribadian id dalam film terdapat 12, analisis kepribadian ego terdapat 50 dan 13 analisis kepribdian superego.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan struktur dan nilai moral yang ada pada Kumpulan Carpon Oknum Karya Hadi AKS dengan analisis struktur dan nilai moral. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik telaah pustaka. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kartu data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama struktur cerita yang ada dalam kumpulan carpon. Tema dalam kumpulan carpon ini adalah mengenai perjalanan hidup, tidak berdaya, dan malu; alur yang digunakan dalam kumpulan carpon ini adalah alur mundur, campuran, dan mundur; latar dalam kumpulan carpon ini berjumlah 12 latar, 14 latar, dan 13 latar.; pelaku yang terdapat dalam kumpulan carpon ini berjumlah 2 pelaku, 7 pelaku, dan 2 pelaku. Ketiga, nilai moral yang terdapat dalam kumpulan carpon tersebut ada 4 nilai moral, 4 nilai moral dan 2 nilai moral meliputi 1 moral manusia terhadap Tuhan-Nya, 1 moral manusia terhadap dirinya, 1 moral manusia terhadap manusia lain dan 1 moral manusia dalam mengejar kepuasan lahir dan batin, 1 moral manusia terhadap alam, 1 moral manusia terhadap Tuhan-Nya, 1 moral manusia dalam mengejar kepuasan lahir dan batin dan 1 moral manusia terhadap dirinya, 1 moral manusia terhadap manusia lain dan 1 moral manusia terhadap dirinya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan mengenai struktur dan nilai moral yang ada pada kumpulan carpon.

PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA BAKU GURU SD MUHAMMADIYAH SE-KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN DENGAN PENGGUNAAN MEDIA LAMAN KBBI DARING
No full textThis research was inspired of the team's observations at three Muhammadiyah elementary schools in Padangsidimpuan on the use of standard language. They found many errors these teachers made, especially in using standard words related to spelling and writing. Based on this observation, the research aimed to know the improvement of the ability of Muhammadiyah Elementary School teachers in Padangsidimpuan to use standard language assisted by the media of the KBBI Online page. This research was action research consisted of two cycles; cycles I and II. In cycle, I, there was only 19 teachers who achieved a completion score of 75 from the total of 45 teachers, and in cycle II there was an improvement to 40 people with a total percentage in cycle I of 42% and cycle II of 89% or an increase of 47%. According to the results, it can be stated that using the media KBBI online page can improve teachers’ ability to use standard language, spelling, and writing at Muhammadiyah Primary School Padangsidimpuan.
Keywords: Ability; Elementary School Teachers; KBBI Online Page; Muhammadiyah Schools; Standard Language.Hal yang menjadi dasar dari penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi tim peneliti di tiga SD Muhammadiyah se-Kota Padangsidimpuan dalam penggunaan bahasa baku dan menemukan banyak kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru tersebut khusunya dalam penggunaan kata baku yang berkaitan dengan ejaan dan tulisan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tersebut maka penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahu peningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru SD Muhammadiyah Se- Kota Padangsidimpuan dalam berbahasa baku dibantu dengan media laman KBBI Daring. Sebagai penelitian tindakan, maka penelitian ini memiliki siklus 1 dan 2 dengan 4 tahapan di tiap siklus, yaitu dimulai denganperencanaan, kemudian pelaksanaan, dilakukan observasi dan terakhir adalah proses refleksi. Pada siklus pertama diperoleh terdapat 19 orang guru yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan sebesar 75 dari total 45 orang guru, kemudian pada siklus kedua terjadi peningkatan jumlah guru yang memperoleh nilai ketuntasan yaitu menjadi 40 orang guru dengan jumlah persentase pada siklus pertama sebesar 42% dan sikluske-duaI sebesar 89% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 47%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Media laman KBBI Daring mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk menemukan dan menggunakan kosa kata baku dan penggunaannya dalam proses pembelajaran maupun dalam karya tulis ilmiah mereka.

RHETORICAL RHETORICAL STRATEGIES: THE ANALYSIS OF THE LETTER FROM SUNAK TO PRABOWO

The letter highlights the longstanding diplomatic relations between the UK and Indonesia as a formal communication to strengthen bilateral ties and foster future collaboration. Sunak effectively conveys a message of goodwill, strategic partnership, and cooperation through rhetorical devices, modes, and appeals. The research employs a qualitative content analysis method to examine the rhetorical elements in the letter, identifying how Sunak utilizes language to align with broader political goals. The study reveals the significance of political rhetoric in shaping international diplomacy, offering insights into the intricate communication strategies that underlie diplomatic correspondence.Penelitian ini menganalisis surat ucapan selamat dari Sunak kepada Prabowo dari perspektif bahasa, khususnya strategi retorika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi retorika dalam surat Sunak kepada Prabowo mencakup rhetorical modes, rhetorical devices, dan rhetorical appeals. Surat ini menggunakan mode eksposisi yang didukung oleh deskripsi dan argumentasi. Selain itu, surat tersebut juga memanfaatkan perangkat retorika seperti alusi, diksi, sintaksis, dan teknik sastra untuk memperkuat pesan yang disampaikan. MODEL BANK SAMPAH INDUK KOTA PALEMBANG DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI SYARIAH DAN POTENSI PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the model of the Main Waste Bank in Palembang from the perspective of syariah economics and the potential for community empowerment. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. This study identifies three main models in waste bank management: management, financing, and empowerment models. The findings show that the management model of the Bank Sampah in Palembang is operating well, but it needs continuous evaluation and improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The financing model still relies on community and government funds, highlighting the need for innovation in finding more sustainable financing sources. Meanwhile, the potential for community empowerment through the Bank Sampah is significant, yet it has not been fully maximized. Therefore, more structured and sustainable empowerment programs are necessary. This study recommends enhancing collaboration between the public and private sectors, applying syariah economic principles in financing, and developing more inclusive empowerment programs. The implications of these findings are expected to improve the sustainability and social-economic impact of the Waste Bank in Palembang

No full textThis article discusses the application of PAI learning with a humanistic approach in the independent curriculum. The facts show that technological developments that occur have a negative influence on character education and cause a decline in human attitudes so that appropriate learning approaches are needed. The humanistic approach is the main basis for increasing human values to overcome the problem of students' moral decline. Therefore, the researcher used the library research method (Library Research) with content analysis techniques (content analysis). The results of this research found that PAI learning, the humanistic approach and the independent curriculum are in harmony in achieving the goal of forming students' characters with freedom based on humanity. So that PAI teachers can collaborate between humanistic approaches, PAI learning and independent curriculum to achieve success in forming students' character. The results of this research, although still simple, can be used as a reference for teachers to choose an approach that is appropriate to the applicable learning and curriculum.Artikel ini mendiskusikan penerapan pembelajaran PAI dengan pendekatan humanistik dalam kurikulum merdeka. Fakta menunjukkan perkembangan teknologi yang terjadi memberikan pengaruh negatif bagi pendidikan karakter serta menyebabkan penurunan sikap kemanusiaan sehingga diperlukannya pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat. Pendekatan humanistik menjadi landasan utama dalam meningkatkan nilai kemanusiaan untuk menanggulangi problematika penurunan moral peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka (Library Research) dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pembelajaran PAI, pendekatan humanistik dan kurikulum merdeka memiliki keselarasan dalam mencapai tujuan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik dengan kebebasan yang berlandaskan dengan kemanusiaan. Sehingga guru PAI dapat mengkolaborasikan antara pendekatan humanistik, pembelajaran PAI dan kurikulum merdeka untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini meskipun masih sederhana dapat dijadikan rujukan guru untuk memilih pendekatan yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran dan kurikulum yang berlaku
The VALUES OF PEACE EDUCATION IN YALAHATAN COMMUNITY, CENTRAL MALUKU
Get PDFConflict is a prevalent issue in Indonesia. The spread of ideologies that threaten cultural existence stems from seeds leading to physical violence and a 'culture of war'. Therefore, there is a need for studies on peace education derived from the culture of the community itself, such as in the Dusun Yalahatan community. This community exhibits unique characteristics compared to other villages, where multiple family members within a single household may adhere to different religions, yet they practice mutual tolerance. This pluralistic society is maintained within their social life. The objective of this research is to examine the implementation of peace education values within the Dusun Yalahatan community. This study employs a qualitative approach, with the subjects being members of the Dusun Yalahatan community. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the peace education values within the Dusun Yalahatan community include respect for others, gender equality, cooperation, as well as openness and tolerance.Conflict is a prevalent issue in Indonesia. Get PDFThe construction of Islamic economic jurisprudence is based on three pillars which are a special typology for it and are one part of the universality of Islamic sharia, namely the pillars of al taisiir (convenience), al taghoyyur (dynamic), and al waqi'i (realistic). These three pillars can become material for consideration and objects of fiqh reasoning as one of the tools of ijtihad on a local economic/muamalat scale by fuqoha who are economists or fuqoha and economists who synergize in formulating concepts and institutions. Sharia-based economic values have actually been touched upon by revelation as a basis of reference in Islam and then formulated within the framework of ijtihad by Islamic scientists, starting from the era of the Companions of to Al-Syatibi which were immortalized in their works, even though they are still thoughts. Generally, Islamic economic thought is divided into three, namely the classical Islamic economic school which has a legalistic and normative genre (pure fiqh) and has not yet entered the practical realm in the field as a standard economic concept and regulation in a significant way. Second, the Islamic economics school which seeks to interpret revelations in the context of developments of the times, and thirdly, the Islamic economics school which is oriented towards western schools (Europe and America) whose concepts and thoughts are expressed in two central figures of modern Muslim economists from different schools, namely Umar Chapra and east of Kuran.
