MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DALAM MENETAPKAN KRITERIA KETUNTASAN MINIMAL MELALUI WORKSHOP DI SD
This study aims to describe the process of determining minimum completeness criteria through workshops, as well as to improve teachers' skills in determining minimum completeness criteria through workshops at SD Negeri 73 / II Simpang Sungai Mancur. In addition, this study also aims to describe the teacher's response to the activities undertaken. This research is classified as a supervisory action research involving 8 teachers. The research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The determined performance indicators are: if at least 85% of the teachers are classified as very good and good in the aspect of determining the minimum completeness criteria, then it can be said that the action implemented is successful. Aspects that are measured in assessing the success of the action are the readiness of the teacher to attend the workshop and the results of the workshop. From the analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the readiness and performance of teachers in determining the minimum completeness criteria from cycle I to cycle II. Achievement of performance indicators is found in action II. Therefore it can be concluded that through workshops can improve teacher skills in determining minimum completeness criteria at SD Negeri 73 / II Simpang Sungai Mancur. Thus, it can be suggested to supervisors or other researchers that workshop activities can be used as an alternative in improving teacher skills in determining minimum completeness criteria.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penetapan kriteria ketuntasan minimal melalui workshop, serta meningkatkan Keterampilan guru dalam menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal melalui workshop di SD Negeri 73/II Simpang Sungai Mancur. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan respon guru terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kepengawasan dengan melibatkan 8 orang guru. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri atas 4 tahapan, yakni: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan repleksi. Indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan adalah: bila minimal 85% guru tergolong sangat baik dan baik dalam aspek penilaian penetepan kriteria ketuntasan minimal, maka sudah dapat dikatakan tindakan yang diterapkan berhasil. Aspek yang diukur dalam menilai keberhasilan tindakan adalah kesiapan guru mengikuti workshop dan hasil pelaksanaan workshop. Dari analisis diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan kesiapan dan Kinerja guru dalam menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal dari siklus I ke siklus II. Ketercapaian indikator kinerja terdapat pada tindakan II. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui workshop dapat meningkatkan Keterampilan guru dalam menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal di SD Negeri 73/II Simpang Sungai Mancur. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan kepada pengawas atau peneliti yang lain bahwa kegiatan workshop dapat dipakai sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal
MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR BAHASA INGGRIS MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF MODEL NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER PADA SISWA KELAS IXC SMPN 3 MUARA BUNGO
This research is motivated by the following problems: (a) Does the cooperative learning of the Numbered Head Together model affect English learning outcomes (b) How high is the level of mastery of English subject matter with the application of the Numbered Head Together cooperative learning method. The objectives of this study were: (a) To reveal the effect of cooperative learning of the Numbered Head Together model on English learning outcomes. (b) Want to know how much understanding and mastery of English subjects after the implementation of cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together.This research uses action research as many as three rounds. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The targets of this study were students of Class IXC at SMPN 3 Muara Bungo. The data obtained are in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. The results showed that student learning achievement had increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (60.71%), cycle II (75.00%), cycle III (89.29%). The conclusion of this research is that the cooperative method of the Numbered Head Together model can have a positive effect on the learning motivation of the Class IXC students of SMPN 3 Muara Bungo and this learning model can be used as an alternative to English.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan: (a) Apakah pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris (b) Seberapa tinggi tingkat penguasaan materi pelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan diterapkannya metode pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (a) Untuk mengungkap pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together terhadap hasil belajar bahasa inggris. (b) Inggin mengetahui seberapa jauh pemahaman dan penguasaan mata pelajaran bahasa inggris setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IXC SMPN 3 Muara Bungo. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, siklus I (60,71%), siklus II (75,00%), siklus III (89,29%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode kooperatif model Numbered Head Together dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar Siswa Kls IXC SMPN 3 Muara Bungo serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternative Bahasa Inggris
PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI KARANGWUNI 03 DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD
This research aims to implement a cooperative learning model of STAD type to improve the results of mathematics learning grade IV SD Karangwuni 3, which is under KKM. This method is also used to provide the innovation of learning methods in these subjects so that students can play an active role in the KBM process. This research is a class action study using three cycles. Based on the results of research and data analysis can be concluded through cooperative learning methods type STAD can improve students' learning outcomes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects in each cycle. In cycle 1 shows not yet maximum achievement, percentage of success (completeness) of students from cognitive scores 60%, Affective scores 70%, and psychomotor 70%. In cycle II, presentation increased students' overall cognitive, affective, and psychomotor scores by 70% with an average score of 81.3 in all three aspects. Then for the third cycle shows quite significant results with an average value of 87.0, and the completeness level is 90-100%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika kelas IV SD Negeri Karangwuni 03 yang berada dibawah KKM. Metode ini juga guna untuk membeikan inovasi metode pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran ini agar siswa dapat berperan aktif dalam proses KBM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan tiga siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisa data dapat disimpulkan melalui metode pembelajaran koopertaif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus 1 menunjukkan pencapaian belum maksimal, Prosentase keberhasilan (ketuntasan) siswa dari nilai kognitif 60 %, nilai afektif 70 %, dan psikomotor 70 %. Pada siklus II Prosentasi peningkatan ketuntasan siswa pada nilai kognitif, Afektif, dan psikomotor sebesar 70% dengan nilai rata-rata 81.3 pada ketiga aspek. Kemudian untuk siklus ke III menunjukkan hasil yang cukup signifikan dengan rata-rata nilai 87.0 dan tingkat ketuntasan adalah 90-100 %
PENERAPAN MEDIA MONOPOLI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PROSES DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA DENGAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) DI KELAS IV SDN 60/II MUARA BUNGO
The design of this study was classroom action research through the Cooperative model type. The application of monopoly media to improve the science learning process and outcomes with the cooperative model team games toornament (TGT) type in class IV SDN 60 / II Muara Bungo, Rimbo sub-district, Bungo district, used two cycles, each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were the teacher (researcher) and class students in class IV SDN 60 / II Muara Bungo Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The results showed that: (1) teacher performance assessment in the first cycle of meeting I obtained a score of 68,75% with good criteria, meeting II with a score of 75% with good criteria. In the second cycle meeting I obtained a score of 81,25% with good criteria, and meeting II with a score of 87,5% criteria was very good. (2) The classical completeness of the learning outcomes of the students in the first cycle of the first meeting was 70% and the second cycle in the second meeting was 75%. In cycle II meeting I was 85% and meeting II was 90%.Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas melalui model Kooperatif tipe Penerapan media monopoli untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar IPA dengan model kooperatif tipe team games toornament (TGT) di kelas IV SDN 60/II Muara Bungo kecamatan rimbo tengah kabupaten bungo menggunakan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan,pelaksanaan,observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru (peneliti) dan siswa kelas di kelas IV SDN 60/II Muara Bungo Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penilaian kinerja guru pada siklus I pertemuan I diperoleh skor 68,75% dengan kriteria baik, pertemuan II dengan skor 75% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pada siklus II pertemuan I memperoleh skor81,25% dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan pertemuan II dengan skor 87,5% kriteria sangat baik. (2) Ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa siklus I pertemuan I sebesar 70% dan siklus I pertemuan II sebesar 75%. Pada siklus II pertemuan I sebesar 85% dan pertemuan II sebesar 90%
PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PROSES DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA BAGI PESERTA DIDIK
The problem in this research is the low process and learning outcomes of students in grade V in elementary school 94/II Muara Bungo this is evidenced by the results of the observation that the learning activities of students are still limited, especially in mathematics learning. This study aims to improve students’ mathematics learning processes and outcomes eith Problem Based Learning models on fractional material. This type of research is classroom action research. Classroom action research is carried out consisting of two research cycle with stages in each cycle including planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting.
The applcation of the Problem Based Learning model process and the learning outcomes of grade V mathematics increased as expected. The improvement of the learning process that is evidenced from the results of teacher and student observation sheets. The results of teacher observation in cycle I is 60% and cycle II is 85%, the observation results of students in cycle I are 55% and cycle II is 80%. With the increase in the learning process also increases the learning outcomes of studens’ mathematics that is there are 5 students who have reached very good criteria if a percentage of 20% and 16 students who reach good criteria if a percentage of 64%.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya proses dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik di kelas V SD Negeri 94/II Muara Bungo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil observasi yaitu aktivitas belajar peserta didik masih terbatas terutama pada pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dengan model problem based learning pada materi pecahan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari dua siklus penelitian dengan tahapan dalam tiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi.
Penerapan model Problem Based Learning proses dan hasil belajar matematika kelas V meningkat seperti yang diharapkan. Meningkatnya proses belajar yaitu dibuktikan dari hasil lembar observasi guru dan peserta didik. Hasil observasi guru pada siklus I yaitu 60% dan siklus II 85%, hasil observasi peserta didik pada siklus I yaitu 55% dan siklus II 80%. Dengan meningkatnya proses belajar meningkat pula hasil belajar matematika peserta didik yaitu terdapat 5 peserta didik yang sudah mencapai kriteria sangat baik jika dipersentase 20% dan 16 peserta didik yang mencapai kriteria baik jika dipresentase yaitu 64%
PENERAPAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN PENDEKATAN TRAIT AND FACTOR UNTUK MEMBERIKAN PEMAHAMAN TENTANG KARIR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI TKJ
The main purpose of implementing group guidance services with the Trait and Factor approach is to provide students with an understanding of careers due to the lack of information obtained by students about careers so that future career planning and selection are in accordance with the potential of the individual. This study aims to determine the implementation of the approach through group guidance for students who do not get and know information about careers in class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Bungo in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this study were 5 students of class XI TKJ 1 and 5 students of class XI TKJ 2. Data collection techniques in this study were using observation and interviews. The data analysis technique for the implementation of the research was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions during the study. So from these results it can be seen that the increase in students' knowledge of understanding about careers and career selection and planning for the future. Thus the application of group guidance services with a trait and factor approach to provide an understanding of the careers of class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Bungo Academic Year 2019/2020 can increase understanding of careers.Tujuan utama penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan Trait and Factor adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang karir kepada peserta didik karena kurangnya informasi yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik seputaran tentang karir sehingga perencanaan dan pemilihan karir kedepannya sesuai dengan potensi diri yang ada pada individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendekatan melalui bimbingan kelompok terhadap peserta didik yang kurang mendapatkan dan mengetahui informasi tentang karir pada peserta didik kelas XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Bungo Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang peserta didik kelas XI TKJ 1 dan 5 orang peserta didik dari kelas XI TKJ 2. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan mengguakan observasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan selama penelitian berlangsung. Maka dari hasil tersebut dapat di lihat bahwasanya meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta didik terhadap pemahaman tentang karir dan pemilihan dan perencaan karir kedepan. Dengan demikian penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan trait and factor untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang karir peserta didik kelas XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Bungo Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020 dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang karir.
 
UPAYA KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERLAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH (PJJ) MELALUI SUPERVISI
This research is motivated by an abnormal situation that is happening around, covid 19 pandemic. This situation causes the system of teaching and learning activities to change, learning is carried out with a distance learning system. This also has an impact on the learning supervision activities carried out by the school head. The purpose of this study was to get a real description on the implementation of distance learning is in SMA Negeri 1 Moga, Pemalang Regency, Central Java Province. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The time for conducting the research starts from March 2020 to March 2021. The instruments used to get data are from teaching instrument, virtual observations, filling in the online journal, interview and filling in the google form. The population of this study were all teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Moga, totally 58 people. The results obtained from the study were that there were 13 Distance Learning platforms used by teachers, the attendance of students in participating in distance learning was 67%, the curriculum target reached 72% and the learning mastery of students was 58%.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya situasi yang tidak normal yang sedang terjadi yaitu adanya pandemi covid 19. Situasi ini menyebabkan sistem kegiatan belajar mengajar mengalami perubahan yaitu pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan sistem jarak jauh. Hal ini juga berdampak terhadap kegiatan supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang nyata tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Moga Kabupaten Pemalang Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai bulan Maret tahun 2020 sampai dengan Maret 2021. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data adalah dari perangkat mengajar, pengamatan secara virtual, pengisian jurnal secara daring, tanya jawab dan pengisian google form. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri 1 Moga yang berjumlah 58 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian adalah bahwa terdapat 13 platform Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh yang digunakan oleh guru, rata-rata kehadiran peserta didik dalam mengikuti PJJ sebesar 67%, target kurikulum mencapai 72% dan daya serap belajar peserta didik sebesar 58%
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 05 2X11 KAYUTANAM
This research was motivated by the low science learning outcomes, especially the fourth grade students of SDN 05 2x11 Kayu Tanam. This research is an experimental study with a research design Posstest Only Control Design. The population of this study were all students in grade IV A and IV B SDN 05 2x11 Kayu Tanam. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data analysis, namely normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that tcount = 3.55, because tcount> ttable and this was not in Ho's acceptance so that Ha was accepted, meaning that learning using audio-visual media was better than conventional learning. It can be concluded that learning using audio-visual media has an influence on the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 05 2x11 Kayu Tanam Padang Pariaman.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPA khususnya siswa kelas IV SDN 05 2x11 Kayu Tanam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Desain Posstest Only Control Design . Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV A dan IV B SDN 05 2x11 Kayu Tanam. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling. Analisis data yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian didapatkan thitung = 3.55, karena thitung > ttabel dan ini tidak ada dalam penerimaan Ho sehingga Ha diterima berarti pembelajaran menggunakan media audio visual lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunaan media audio visual memliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SDN 05 2x11 Kayu Tanam Padang Pariaman
MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MENERAPKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI KEGIATAN SUPERVISI KELAS
ABSTRACT:
This research is motivated by teachers who rarely use learning models in every learning process because of the teacher's lack of understanding of learning models that can make it easier for teachers to implement the learning process in the classroom.
This research is classified as a school action research, with four main steps, namely: planning the action, implementing the action, observing (observation), and reflecting, involving nine teachers as a sample at SMP Negeri 01 Muara Bungo.
The results of the study can be concluded that using learning models in the teaching and learning process can increase teacher motivation and student learning. This is evident in the first cycle of all teachers (nine people) including the assessment of learning outcomes in the lesson plans of implementing their learning models even though the sub-components (techniques, instrument forms, questions), scoring guidelines, and answer keys are incomplete. If percentage, 56%. each teacher gets a score of 1 and 3 (not good and good), three people get a score of 2 (good enough), and one person gets a score of 4 (very good). In the second cycle the nine teachers included the assessment of learning outcomes in the RPP for the application of the learning models even though there were teachers who were still wrong in determining the technique and form of the assessment. Seven people got a score of 3 (good) and one person got a score of 4 (very good). If in percentage, 78%, there is an increase of 22% from cycle I.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi guru jarang mengunakan model pembelajaran dalam setiap proses pembelajaran karena kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang model-model pembelajaran yang dapat memudahkan guru dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di kelas.
Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan sekolah, dengan empat langkah pokok yaitu : perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan (observasi), dan refleksi, dengan melibatkan sembilan orang guru sebagai sampel di SMP Negeri 01 Muara Bungo.
Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan model-model pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi mengajar guru dan belajar siswa. Ini terbukti pada siklus pertama semua guru (sembilan orang) mencantumkan penilaian hasil belajar dalam RPP penerapan model-model pembelajarannya meskipun sub-sub komponennya (teknik, bentuk instrumen, soal), pedoman penskoran, dan kunci jawabannya kurang lengkap. Jika dipersentasekan, 56%. orang guru masing-masing mendapat skor 1 dan 3 (kurang baik dan baik), tiga orang mendapat skor 2 (cukup baik), dan satu orang mendapat skor 4 (sangat baik). Pada siklus ke 2 kesembilan guru tersebut mencantumkan penilaian hasil belajar dalam RPP penerapan model-model pembelajarannya meskipun ada guru yang masih keliru dalam menentukan teknik dan bentuk penilaiannya. Tujuh orang mendapat skor 3 (baik) dan satu orang mendapat skor 4 (sangat baik). Jika dipersentasekan, 78%, terjadi peningkatan 22% dari siklus I.

PENINGKATAN PROSES DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL KOOPERATIF SNOWBALL THROWING DI SEKOLAH DASAR
This research is motivated by the low process and learning outcomes of elementary school students in grade IV SD Negeri No. 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh. So it is necessary to do research with the aim of improving the process and learning outcomes of science after using the cooperative model of the snowball throwing type. The research was carried out using classroom action research (CAR) which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri No. 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh as many as 28 people. Data collection instruments in the form of observation sheets and learning outcomes test questions. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that (1) an increase in the learning process carried out by teachers from the first cycle reached 83% and an increase in the second cycle reached 94.04%. In addition, the student learning process also experienced a very good increase, where in the first cycle it reached 71.4% and increased in the second cycle it reached 89.3%. (2) there is an increase in students' science learning outcomes with the achievement of learning outcomes test scores in the first cycle reaching 76.6% and experiencing a very good increase in the second cycle reaching 88.6%. Thus, the use of the cooperative model of the snowball throwing type can improve the process and learning outcomes of fourth grade science students.This research is motivated by the low process and learning outcomes of elementary school students in grade IV SD Negeri No. 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh. So it is necessary to do research with the aim of improving the process and learning outcomes of science after using the cooperative model of the snowball throwing type. The research was carried out using classroom action research (CAR) which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri No. 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh as many as 28 people. Data collection instruments in the form of observation sheets and learning outcomes test questions. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that (1) an increase in the learning process carried out by teachers from the first cycle reached 83% and an increase in the second cycle reached 94.04%. In addition, the student learning process also experienced a very good increase, where in the first cycle it reached 71.4% and increased in the second cycle it reached 89.3%. (2) there is an increase in students' science learning outcomes with the achievement of learning outcomes test scores in the first cycle reaching 76.6% and experiencing a very good increase in the second cycle reaching 88.6%. Thus, the use of the cooperative model of the snowball throwing type can improve the process and learning outcomes of fourth grade science students
