ANALISA DAYA DUKUNG PONDASI TIANG PANCANG KELOMPOK PADA PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL KAPAL BETUNG STA 36+619
The Vesic method (1977) is one of the methods used to calculate the bearing capacity of the pile foundation. However, if it is calculated manually, it will be more difficult and feels more time consuming, while to calculate the bearing capacity of the foundation practically, quickly and correctly, it is very necessary to speed up a work. The group foundation that can be an option or substitute for the group foundation in the Betung Toll Road Construction project is a variation that has a carrying capacity value greater than the existing carrying capacity (Diameter 60cm). The method used in this research is manual calculation using the Vesic method (1977) and the Vesic method with the Allpile Software. The results of this study the carrying capacity of group piles at point P1 by means of manual vesic method obtained 27196.747 kN and 27971.51 kN of allpile software, and after being varied with different pile sizes using allpile software the most efficient value was obtained when used for replacing the group foundation in the control room point P2 is a variation of Diameter 50cm with a depth of 24 meters, as many as 30 piles with a volume of 144,243 m3 with a difference of 30% with the volume of exsiting piles.Keywords: Construction of the Kapal Betung Toll Road, Efficiency of Foundation Carrying Capacit
PENGARUH BERBAGAI FORMULASI SURIMI IKAN LELE SANGKURIANG (Clarias gariepsinus) TERHADAP KADAR PROTEIN DAN TEKSTUR PEMPEK
Salah satu komoditas ikan air tawar yang melimpah di Indonesia adalah lele Sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus). Diversifikasi olahan ikan lele sangkuriang saat ini berkembang seiring dengan kenaikan produksinya. Ikan lele Sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus) berpotensi menjadi bahan baku surimi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai formulasi surimi ikan lele Sangkuriang (Clarias gariepsinus) terhadap kadar protein dan tekstur pempek yang dihasilkan, dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang disusun secara Non Faktorial dengan satu perlakuan berbagai formulasi surimi ikan lele Sangkuriang (Clarias gariepsinus) yang terdiri dari enam faktor dan diulang sebanyak empat kali. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk uji kimia yaitu kadar protein dan uji fisik meliputi tekstur (kekenyalan) dengan uji Texture Profile Analysis (TPA). Data uji kimia dan uji fisik dihitung menggunakan analisis keragaman Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial. Hasil pengamatan kadar protein pada berkisar antara 3,69% hingga 6,27%. Hasil pengamatan tekstur (tingkat kekenyalan) pada pempek berkisar antara 275,7gf sampai 1038,7gf. Kadar protein tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan L6 (surimi ikan lele sangkuriang 1,50 bagian dan tepung tapioka 1,00 bagian) dengan nilai rata-rata 6,27% dan kadar protein terendah pada perlakuan L1 (surimi ikan lele sangkuriang 0,25 bagian dan tepung tapioka 1,00 bagian) dengan nilai rata-rata 3,69%. Tekstur (kekenyalan) pempek tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan L1 (surimi ikan lele sangkuriang 0,25 bagian dan tepung tapioka 1,00 bagian) dengan nilai rata-rata 1038,7gf dan tekstur (kekenyalan) pempek terendah pada perlakuan L6 (surimi ikan lele sangkuriang 1,50 bagian dan tepung tapioka 1,00 bagian) dengan nilai rata-rata 275,7gf
EFFECTIVENESS OF CONCENTRATION OF GROWTH REGULATORY SUBSTANCES ON THE GROWTH OF KALIANDRA (Calliandra callothyrsus) TRUNK
The potential of our energy sources in Indonesia is getting thinner day by day. Energy sources that come from fossils if we take it continuously will run out and cannot be renewed. Therefore, it is necessary to have an alternative source of renewable energy, one of the renewable energies to replace fossil energy, is wood biomass. One of the woods that can be used as a renewable energy source is Kaliandra wood (Calliandra calothyrsus). Calliandra (Calliandra callothyrsus) is a type of tree that can grow throughout the year. The problem faced in generative breeding of Kaliandra is the low seed germination caused by Kaliandra seeds having hard seed dormancy, and the skin has a waxy coating. To overcome the problem of meeting the needs of Kaliandra wood in energy resources, vegetative propagation of plants is needed, one of which is stem cuttings. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the successful growth of Kaliandra stem cuttings using various concentrations of growth regulator Rootone F. The research method used is quantitative by conducting various experiments, namely treatment of Kaliandra stem cuttings without treatment, treatment using Rootone-f hormone with concentration (100 ppm), and treatment using the hormone Rootone-f with a concentration (200 ppm). The results showed that the number of shoots and the number of leaves were the same in each treatment, namely 1 shoot. The length of shoots in the Rootone F hormone treatment with a concentration of 100 (ppm), produced the largest shoot length of 0.71 cm, the percentage of life in the Rootone F hormone treatment with a concentration of 100 ( ppm) was 6.67%, and the root length of Kaliandra cuttings on Rootone F hormone treatment with a concentration of 100 (ppm) produced the largest 0.25 cm.
Analisis Kepatuhan Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) Pada Peserta Pelatihan Keterampilan Tukang dan Pekerja Konstruksi
Compliance of personal protective equipment (PPE) uses without the impact of the consequences is a reflection of a good workforce. This compliance is thought to be influenced by various factors, such as knowledge, attitudes, years of service, comfort, suitability of PPE and type of work and availability. The phenomenon of non-compliance cannot be ignored, and is evident from several previous studies. This study aims to measure the level of compliance, reasons and factors that influence it. Involving 80 participants who participated in builder skills training. Collecting data using K3 logbook, surveillance camera recordings and field observations, the data were processed by cross sectional analysis to see causality and choreation. The results showed that the level of compliance using PPE correctly was 82.92% on average. The average level of compliance with individual behavior is 66.25%. Non-compliance with the use of PPE safety helmet 29.00%, cotton glove 19.38%, safety vest 16.25% and safety boot 3.44%, with reasons of forgetting 33.85%, PPE is considered to be disturbing 26.67%, feeling uncomfortable 26.15% and the attitude of feeling that they will not be harmed by 13.33%, which is influenced by the factors of unsafe work habits without PPE, years of service, the harmony of PPE types and work, and there is no relationship between knowledge and compliance with the use of PPE. Optimalisasi Produksi Olahan Lele Menggunakan Metode Simpleks Di CV. Rule Athallah
CV. Rule Athallah adalah tempat dimana produksi industri rumahan yang terkenal dengan produk olahan makanan yang terbuat dari ikan lele. Permasalahan yang dialami Rule Athallah adalah jumlah produksi yang belum optimal sehingga keuntungan menjadi tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mengoptimalkan produksi produk kerupuk dan kemplang ikan lele. Didalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder melalui wawancara langsung. Mulai dari Metode analisis Linear Programming yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Simpleks dengan cara perhitungan manual dan alat bantu software POM-QM For Windows. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa produksi produk belum optimal dan keuntungan juga belum maksimal. Tingkat produksi produk kerupuk yang optimal adalah 42 Kg dengan jumlah pack yang di dapatkan sebanyak 280 Pack, sedangkan produksi produk kemplang yang optimal adalah 103,2 Kg dengan jumlah pack yang di hasilkan sebesar 688 Pack. Untuk keuntungan maksimum dari kedua produk sebesar Rp 2.665.500
PENGARUH BAURAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA MEMILIH UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH PALEMBANG (UMP)
Purpose –This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of promotional mix on student decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang (UMP). Design/methodology –The The type of research was descriptive. The population in this study was 9,781 people using solvin formula obtained 100 samples. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The types of data were primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used Questionnaires and Document Analysis. Data analysis used quantitative qualitative data. Analysis techniques used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Hypothesis Test and T Hypothesis Test, as well as Determination Coefficient. .Findings - The result of this research showed that 1) there was an effect of promotional mix (Advertising, Sales Promotion, Publicity, Face-to-Face Sales, and Public Relations) on student decision to choose UMP, 2) there was an effect of advertising on student decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, 3) there was no effect of sales promotion on student decision to Choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, 4) there was no publicity effect on student decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, 5) there was an effect of face-to-face sales on student decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, 6) there was no effect of public relations on student decisions to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang
IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI DAN LINGKUNGAN YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KERENTANAN TERHADAP COVID-19 DI KOTA PALEMBANG
Coronavirus adalah keluarga besar virus yang berukuran kecil dengan diameter 65-125 nm. Penyebaran virus ini berasal dari orang ke orang, benda yang tercemar SARS-CoV-2 masuk kedalam mulut, saluran pernafasan, atau mata. Faktor Sosial yaitu tingginya tunawisma, lansia, penyakit komorbid, faktor Ekonomi yaitu kepadatan rumah tangga, kepadatan penduduk, pendapatan rendah, tingkat pendidikan rendah dan Lingkungan rentan terhadap Covid-19 yaitu pencemaran bahan kimia, polusi udara seperti asap rokok dan asap kendaraan, faktor utama adalah sirkulasi udara dalam suatu ruangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan yang berhubungan dengan kerentanan terinfeksi Covid-19 di Palembang. Jenis Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan data sekunder dari dinas kesehatan, Litbangda, dan website Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Palembang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu jenis kelamin rentan terhadap Covid-19 adalah laki-laki. Untuk usia rentan yaitu usia produktif 20-44 tahun. Penyakit penyerta yang menyebabkan penderita meninggal tidak ada. Faktor wilayah yang resiko tinggi terjadi penularan yaitu daerah Ilir Barat Satu. Pekerjaan yang dominan di kota palembang beresiko rentan Covid-19 yaitu karyawan/pegawai. Penyakit komorbid di palembang dominan yaitu Hipertensi dengan kecamatan tertinggi penyakit tersebut yaitu Sukarami. Wilayah dengan kepadatan penduduk terbanyak yaitu Kecamatan Sukaram
Study on the Implementation of the Green City Development Program (PK2H) through Optimizing Green Open Space (RTH) in Ilir Barat I District, Palembang City
This study aims to analyze the development, utilization, supervision, and control of the green open space program in Ilir Barat I Sub-District, Palembang. This study was conducted in, Ilir Barat I Sub-District, Palembang city.October 2019 to December 2019. On this research used descriptive qualitative methods and analysis of vegetation (Anveg) by using and purposive sampling. Based on the analysis,The Sub-District of Ilir Barat I has a Green Open Space (RTH) covering an area of 101,389 m2 with a percentage of 0.51%. The area of it does not meet the minimum area of green space based on Law No. 26 of 2007 in article 29 paragraph (2) of 30% and has met the requirements of article 29 paragraph (3) of 20%. With the distribution of green open space is the Puncak Sekuning TPU with an area of 40,000 m² with a percentage of 0.20%.The green space location with the smallest area in the stadium of Bumi Sriwijaya has a green space of 1,627 m² with a percentage of 0.01%. The area of green space in the District of Ilir Barat I Palembang based on the results of the study was 101,389 m², while the area of it based on Palembang PRKP data in the Sub-District of Ilir Barat I of Palembang City was 96,166 m². Researcher measurement data has a difference of 5,223 m² with data from the Palembang City PRKP Service. EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN MONOSODIUM GLUTAMAT (MSG) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KARET (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg) ASAL STUM MATA TIDUR DI POLYBAG
Giving the effectiveness of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) on Growth Seed Rubber Origin Stum Sleep Eye in polybag. This study aims to get the best growth of seedling rubber (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg) stum origin of sleep to the administration concentration and frequency of administration of MSG. This research has been conducted in RT 04 RW 02 Village Langkan, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. Has been carried out from April to July 2018. This study uses a randomized block design (RAK) factorial with 3 replications 12 combined treatment and each treatment contained 3 plants examples. The first treatment factors, namely concentration of MSG (M) consisting of: M0 = 0 g/liter of water, M1 = 15 g/liter of water, M2 = 30 g/liter of water and M3 = 45 g/liter of water. A second treatment factor Frequency Provision of MSG (F) consisting of : F1 = 1 time giving MSG, F2 = 3 time giving MSG, and F3 = 5 time giving MSG. Variables observed consisted of a time out shoots (day), shoot height (cm), the formation of an umbrella the first time (day), coiled shoots (cm), and the amount of the petiole (stalk). The results showed that administration of MSG concentrations do not affect significantly on all observed variables, except the variables observation time out buds and shoots significantly higher. Giving MSG concentration of 15 g/liter of water in the tabulation gives the highest yield against time out buds and shoots. MSG frequency of administration as much as 5 times in a tabulation gives the highest yield against time out rubber seeds sprout at the origin of the eye stum sleep. Interaction between MSG 15 g/liter of water in 3 times administration tabulation showed the highest results. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pertumbuhan terbaik dari bibit karet asal stum mata tidur terhadap pemberian konsentrasi dan frekuensi pemberian MSG. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di RT 04 RW 02 Desa Langkan, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juli 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan 3 ulangan dan masing-masing perlakuan terdapat 3 tanaman contoh. Faktor perlakuan pertama yaitu Konsentrasi MSG (M) yang terdiri dari : M0 = tanpa MSG, M1 = 15 g/liter air, M2 = 30 g/liter air dan M3 = 45 g/liter air. Faktor perlakuan kedua yaitu Frekuensi Pemberian MSG (F) yang terdiri dari : F1= 1 kali pemberian MSG, F2= 3 kali pemberian MSG dan F3 = 5 kali pemberian MSG. Peubah yang diamati terdiri dari waktu keluar tunas (hari), tinggi tunas (cm), waktu terbentuknya payung pertama (hari), lilit tunas (cm), dan jumlah tangkai daun (tangkai). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konsentrasi MSG berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua peubah yang diamati, kecuali Peubah pengamatan waktu keluar tunas dan tinggi tunas berpengaruh nyata. Pemberian konsentrasi MSG 15 g/liter air secara tabulasi memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap waktu keluar tunas dan tinggi tunas. Frekuensi pemberian MSG sebanyak 5 kali secara tabulasi memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap waktu keluar tunas pada bibit karet asal stum mata tidur. Interaksi antara perlakuan MSG 15 g/liter air dalam 3 kali pemberian secara tabulasi menunjukkan hasil yang tertinggi
