    POTENTIAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SRIWIJAYA KINGDOM PURBAKALA PARK, PALEMBANG CITY, SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE

    This research was conducted to determine and analyze biodiversity and ecotourism potential in the Archaeological Park of the Sriwijaya Kingdom by gathering information from vegetation analysis of green open spaces (RTH) and conducting interviews and questionnaires to managers and visitors. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The informants in this study were visitors and managers of the Sriwijaya Kingdom Archaeological Park. The results showed that the Archaeological Park of the Sriwijaya Kingdom has the concept of historical and cultural tourism of the Sriwijaya Kingdom with various tourist attractions, namely natural scenery, the beauty of Cempaka and Nangka Islands, biodiversity and historical and cultural heritage of the Sriwijaya Kingdom. Angsana (Pterocarpus indicus) is dominated by Angsana in the ancient park of the Kingdom of Sriwijaya at the pole level with a diameter of 15.36 cm and an IVI value of 75.44. At the tree level, it is dominated by the Banyan (Ficus benjamina) with a diameter of 30.07 cm and an IVI value of 39.61. The condition of the vegetation in the Archaeological Park of the Sriwijaya Kingdom, at the tree level, there are many old trees with dense crowns with a diameter of ± 30 cm and stems and branches that are starting to die, such as Banyan trees and Angsana, to overcome the problems that arise. there is replanting and adding trees that have ecological and educational functions. The potential for developing urban parks in the Archaeological Park of the Sriwijaya Kingdom has four potentials, namely ecological potential, social potential, cultural and historical potential and economic potential. Based on the SWOT analysis, the potential for developing urban parks in the Archaeological Park of the Sriwijaya Kingdom is maintaining the potential of urban parks, improving services, professional human resources, facilities and infrastructure and developing ecotourism products by utilizing urban and historical parks and maintaining existing tourism concepts. The strengths of the Sriwijaya Kingdom Archaeological Park are tourism that is favored by teenagers and students, the existence of facilities and infrastructure, accessibility, attractive and diverse tourism potential, having the beauty of the city and cultural history and having biodiversity. The weaknesses of the Sriwijaya Kingdom Archaeological Park are the lack of promotion on social media, the condition of damaged infrastructure and incomplete infrastructure, not having sufficient budget for even better development, limited human resources and lack of area security due to the extent of the Royal Archaeological Park Srivijaya

    Limbah laboratorium biologi berasal dari percobaan atau praktikum dalam bentuk padat dan cair. Limbah padat pada laboratorium biologi biasanya berupa kertas atau endapan yang masih dengan mudah teratasi. Sedangkan limbah cair, biasanya tidak menggunakan bahan/reagen yang berbahaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan limbah di laboratorium biologi SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah secara deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bantul, D. I. Yogyakarta, yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Pleret, SMA Negeri 1 Jetis, dan SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan. Hasil wawancara dengan laboran sekolah dideskripsikan secara kualitatif dan dokumentasi dilakukan untuk mendukung data yang telah diperoleh, sedangkan hasil observasi dilakukan secara kuantitatif dalam persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan limbah laboratorium biologi di ketiga sekolah dapat dikategorikan dengan sangat baik dengan total persentase penilaian tidak kurang dari 90%. Penilaian dalam pengelolaan limbah laboratorium biologi hanya pada pengelolaan limbah padat dan pengelolaan limbah cair saja dikarenakan ketiga sekolah tidak menggunakan bahan-bahan yang berbahaya (B3) dalam melaksanakan praktikum. Meskipun demikian, limbah yang dihasilkan dari praktikum tetap memerlukan pengelolaan khusus. Biological laboratory waste comes from experiments or practicum in solid and liquid form. Solid waste in a biology laboratory is usually paper or sludge, which is still easily resolved. Meanwhile, liquid waste usually does not use hazardous materials/reagents. This study aimed to determine waste management in  high school biology laboratory.The method used in this research was descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of interview, observation and documentation. The research was conducted in the 2021/2022 school year at SMA Negeri Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, namely SMA Negeri 1 Pleret, SMA Negeri 1 Jetis, dan SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan. The results of interviews with school laboratory assistants were described qualitatively and documentation was carried out to support the data that had been obtained, while the results of observations were carried out quantitatively in percentages.The results showed that the management of biological laboratory waste in the three schools could be categorized very well with a total percentage of not less than 90%. Assessment in the management of biological laboratory waste was only on solid and liquid waste management because the three schools did not use hazardous materials in carrying out practicums.     Analisis Beban Kerja Mental pada Dosen Menggunakan Metode NASA TLX

    Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas XY adalah rasio yang tidak proporsional antara jumlah mahasiswa aktif dengan jumlah dosen tetap. Berdasarkan surat edaran Dikti No. 2920/DT/2007 menetapkan bahwa standar perbandingan jumlah dosen tetap dengan mahasiswa aktif yang ideal adalah 1:25 namun yang terjadi saat ini tercatat perbandingannya adalah 1:43,21. Perbandingan rasio tersebut berdampak pada beban kerja dosen. Terdapat 71% dosen yang memiliki beban mengajar sebesar 12 sks dan 80% memiliki jadwal mengajar 5 sks dalam sehari tanpa jeda. Hal itu menyebabkan beban kerja berlebih dan kebutuhan waktu yang tinggi mengingat beban kerja 12 sks tersebut merupakan hanya beban mengajar saja belum termasuk penelitan, pengabdian masyarakat, rutinitas pelayanan akademik terhadap mahasiswa dan beban administrasi sebagai pejabat struktural. Selain itu berdasarkan observasi, ditemukan indikasi stress pada dosen berupa perubahan nafsu makan 21,4%, gangguan saat tidur 14,3%, lesu dalam mengajar 21,4% dan menurunya semangat dalam bekerja 21,4%. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah NASA TLX. Terdapat 6 deskriptor NASA TLX diantaranya adalah kebutuhan mental (KM), kebutuhan Fisik (KF), kebutuhan waktu (KW), usaha (U), performansi (P) dan tingkat frstasi (TF). Berdasarkan analisis NASA TLX terdapat 6 dosen memiliki kategori beban kerja mental yang sangat tinggi dan 8 dosen yang memiliki kategori beban kerja mental yang tinggi. Berdasarkan uji beda rata-rata terdapat perbedaan penilaian terhadap deskriptor NASA TLX dilihat dari faktor usia.     Qualitatively, according to the waste in the construction sector in Indonesia, it is quite large, namely 57% when compared to the manufacturing industry which has 26% waste, the inefficiency in megaprojects is caused, among others, by too many design changes, low work expertise, delays in decision making, coordination that is not good between the parties involved, weak planning and control, delays in material delivery, and inappropriate work methods. Lean construction concept is used to eliminate waste and maximize value for users or customers. In addition, he said that the framework is a step-by-step guide in the form of a suitable guide to facilitate the implementation of the lean construction concept because the lean construction concept is a process-based concept. The purpose of this study is to identify critical factors that support and hinder the implementation of the lean construction concept in mega projects in Indonesia. In this study, a systematic literature review was used to examine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of lean construction. After conducting a literature review, four main supporting factors were obtained, namely managerial, labor, organizational and external. The managerial sub-factors are management commitment and Leadership Management.     Kolam retensi Ario kemuning adalah salah satu dari beberapa kolam retensi yang ada di kota Palembang yang terletak di Jl Swadaya Lorong Perikanan IV Kelurahan Talang Aman. Kolam retensi ini berada dalam satu sistem dengan sistem saluran sungai bendung. Kolam Retensi Ario kemuning berada diatas tanah dengan luas + 14,977m2. Kondisi kolam retensi Ario kemuning termasuk dalam kondisi daratan rendah dan daerah yang berawa-rawa, dengan topografi relatif datar dan merupakaan daratan rendah. Pada setiap hujan deras, genangan air sering terjadi di daerah saluran masuk kolam retensi Ario Kemuning, dimana genangan air yang terjadi menyebabkan rusaknya jalan, dan juga terhambatnya pengguna jalan kaki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini kolam retensi Ario kemuning melalui dimensi saluran inlet dengan nilai h = 3 meter, tidak lagi dapat menahan Q Inflow = 5,060 m3/det. Untuk dapat menahan debit air yang masuk saluran inlet kolam retensi tersebut mesti diperbaiki nilai h saluran tersebut begitu juga dengan saluran outletnya mesti dibersihkan sedimen dan penumpukan sampah agar air yang mengalir disaluran tersebut lancar. Kolam retensi Ario Kemuning tidak dapat lagi menampung, air apabila hujan selama lebih dari 41,4 menit dikarenakan kurangnya perawatan dari instansi terkait, sehingga menyebabkan terganggunya sistem kerja dari kolam retensi tersebut. Saluran inlet dan saluran outlet tidak dapat menampung air masuk kedalam kolam dan keluar kolam dikarenakan adanya sedimen dan penumpukan sampah sehinga menganggu aliran

    Sistem Portable Hybrid On-Grid PV-PLN-Generator Teraplikasi Di Desa Pemulutan

    Pemulutan village has a location that is separated by a small river, where only one of its locations has access to PLN electricity rom the government. The portable hybrid on grid system PV-PLN-Generator has the ability to combine a power source from PLN with alternative sources of electricity from solar panels and generators, this system was applied in this study by adding a portable system, so that it can be carried and moved easily from opposite locations of river. The ouput power of one solar panel is about 20-25 W, so it takes 6-7 solar panels to be used with load 70 Watt for 12 hours. The results of this research are very helpful for Pemulutan’s village, with the portable hybrid on grid (PHoG) system can help access electricity for lighting, process garden products, and relieve the cost of charging PLN electricity

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Android Menggunakan iSpring Untuk Materi Penyajian Data Di Kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama

    This study aims to produce android-based interactive learning media for data presentation material in class VII Junior High School that is valid, practical and has a potential effect on student learning outcomes. The research used is development research (Development Research). The subjects in this study were 7th graders of SMP XX in Palembang, totaling 35 students. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the media developed was valid, practical and had a potential effect. Validity can be seen from the results of the assessment of experts (material, media, and language) who get an accumulated score of 155 from a maximum score of 168 with a percentage result of 92.26%. In the one to one stage, it was also declared valid as seen from the results of the questionnaire where a score of 52 was obtained from the maximum score of 60 with a percentage of 86.66%. The practicality of the learning media that has been developed is seen from the trials at the small group stage with a score of 286 from the maximum score of 300 with a percentage result of 95.33% and it can be categorized that the media developed is practical. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out that the average final score of students is 72.85, which means that student learning outcomes are classified as good, it can be concluded that interactive learning media has been developed to have a potential effect on student learning outcome

    ACQUISITION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD PHONOLOGY : A CASE STUDY OF A 24 MONTHS TODDLER IN PALEMBANG

    This research aimed to describe the language acquisition of a toddler at the age of 24 months, seen from the phonological aspects, such as consonants, vowels, and diphthongs. This research was conducted in Palembang, on November – December 2021. The method used in this research was qualitative method through case study approach. The data were obtained from a toddler whose initial name was “MSM” as the respondent. The techniques for collecting the data were through observation and recording. The results of the analysis showed that the respondent was able to pronounce various phonemes existed in Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Palembang (Indonesian and Palembang Language). These phonemes consisted of 14 consonants which were /p/, /b/, /m/, /t/, /d/, /s/, /n/, /l/, /?/, /t?/, /j/, /g/, /k/, and /?/. The respondent also has been able to produce the vowels phonemes such as /a/, /i/, /u/, /e/, /?/ and /?/ and some kinds of diphthongs which were /a?/, /e?/, /a?/, and /??/.

    This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence the production of lowland rice in Sepang Village, Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was carried out in Sepang Village, Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency from June to July 2021. The research method used was a survey method, namely conducting a thorough observation of rice production farming. The sampling method in this study is the purposive sampling method. The total population of rice farmers in Sepang Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, is 1,014 samples and 91 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was direct observation and interviews with respondents, using tools in the form of a list of previously prepared questions and data obtained from relevant institutions related to this research.The results showed that based on the results of testing the productivity variable (X) had a positive and significant effect on income (Y). This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The number of workers, land area, use of seeds, use of urea fertilizer and use of insecticides, simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing rice production in Sepang Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The amount of income of rice farmers in the study area is an average of Rp. 5.993.746 per planting season
