Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Tarif dan Aksesibilitas Terhadap Kepuasan serta Dampaknya Terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan pada Objek Wisata Air Terjun Curup Tenang Bedegung Muara Enim
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, tarif dan aksesbilitas terhadap kepuasan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas wisatawan pada Objek Wisata Air Terjun Curup Tenang Bedegung Muara Enim.Metode penelitian mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Operasionalisasi variabel penelitian ini, yaitu Kepuasan Wisatawan (Y), Loyalitas Wisatawan (Z), Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Tarif/harga (X2), Aksesibilitas (X3). Sampel yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan wisatawan yang ada di Air Terjun Bedegung Muara Enim adalah 369 wisatawan. Analisis infrensial yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Model path analysis digunakan untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung seperangkat variabel bebas (eksogen) terhadap variaabel terikat (endogen). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Tarif/Harga (X2), Aksesibilitas (X3), terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan (Y). (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Tarif/Harga (X2), Aksesibilitas (X3), terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan (Z), dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kepuasan (Y) terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan (Z) pada Wisatawan Objek Wisata Air Terjun Curup Tenang Bedegung Muara Enim
PEMBUKTIAN BAGI PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA PENCUCIAN UANG DENGAN PREDICATE CRIME TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI DI MUKA PERSIDANGAN PENGADILAN TIPIKOR PALEMBANG
ABSTRACTMoney laundering is a series of activities which are processes carried out by a person or organization against money originating from criminal acts. Corruption and money laundering are a combination of crimes that almost always occur together. One of the obstacles in eradicating the crime of money laundering and corruption is proof because corruption is an invinsible crime which is carried out in a systematic and congregational way so that the perpetrators tend to cover each other up.The problems discussed in this thesis are: 1) How to prove the perpetrators of money laundering crimes with the predicate crime of corruption before the Palembang Corruption Court trial. 2) What are the evidentiary barriers for perpetrators of money laundering crimes with the predicate crime of corruption before the Palembang Corruption Court trial.The method used in this research is empirical legal research method, in this study the data used are primary data and secondary data. Then the data were analyzed qualitatively by means of deductive-inductive thinking.Based on the results of research and discussion of the subject matter, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1). The evidence for the perpetrators of the crime of money laundering with the predicate crime of corruption before the Palembang Corruption Court trial is by collecting the evidence found and the statements of witnesses. 2) Obstacles in enforcing criminal law against money laundering crimes originating from criminal acts of corruption include weak law enforcement and lack of professionalism of law enforcement officers, technological advances in the information sector, especially the use of internet media, allowing organized crime to be committed. by transnational organized crime, it is easy to implement, bank secrecy provisions are often considered to be strictly enforced, and money laundering is carried out in a way called layering which makes it difficult to detect money laundering activities by law enforcement. Keywords: Evidence, Perpetrators, Money Laundering, Predicate Crime, Corruption Crimes, Trials, Corruption Courts ABSTRAK Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang atau money laundering adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang merupakan proses yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau organisasi terhadap uang yang berasal dari tindak pidana. Tindak pidana korupsi dan pencucian uang merupakan perpaduan suatu kejahatan yang hampir selalu terjadi bersamaan. Salah satu hambatan dalam pemberantasan tindak pidana pencucian uang dan korupsi adalah pembuktian karena korupsi merupakan invinsible crime yang dilakukan dengan cara sistematis dan berjamaah sehingga pelaku cenderung saling menutupi satu sama lain.Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam tesis ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana pembuktian bagi pelaku tindak pidana pencucian uang dengan predicate crime tindak pidana korupsi di muka persidangan pengadilan Tipikor Palembang. 2) Apakah hambatan pembuktian bagi pelaku tindak pidana pencucian uang dengan predicate crime tindak pidana korupsi di muka persidangan pengadilan Tipikor Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian hukum empiris, dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Kemudian data dianalisis secara yuridis kualitatif dengan cara berpikir deduktif-induktifBerdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan terhadap pokok permasalahan dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1). Pembuktian bagi pelaku tindak pidana pencucian uang dengan predicate crime tindak pidana korupsi di muka persidangan pengadilan Tipikor Palembang adalah dengan mengumpulkan bukti-bukti yang ditemukan serta keteranga saksi. 2) Hambatan-hambatan dalam penegakan hukum pidana terhadap tindak pidana pencucian uang yang berasal dari tindak pidana korupsi diantaranya adalah lemahnya penegakan hukum dan kurangnya profesionalitas aparat penegak hukum, kemajuan teknologi di bidang informasi terutama penggunaan media internet memungkinkan kejahatan terorganisir (organized crime) yang dilakukan oleh organisasi kejahatan lintas batas (transnational organized crime) menjadi mudah dilakukan, ketentuan rahasia bank yang kerap dianggap masih diterapkan secara ketat, dan praktik money laundering dilakukan dengan cara yang disebut layering (pelapisan) yang menyulitkan pendeteksian kegiatan money laundering oleh penegak hukum,. KARAKTERISTIK KARBON AKTIF DARI CANGKANG BUAH KARET MENGGUNAKAN AKTIVATOR H3PO4
This research is purposed to determine the characteristic and adsorbtion ability of activated carbon which is made from rubber fruit shell with ativator phosphoric acid ( H3PO4 ). The carbonisation of activated carbon was carried out using furnace for 1 hour with temperature of 750oC. The next mashed and sieved with a size of 100 mesh. Then activated for 24 hours with H3PO4 solution with variation of concentration , 8%, 8.5%, 9%, 9.5% and 10%. As the result of characterisation, the lowest water degree wash content 10% with the value 3,25 % and lowest volatille metter from sample 10 % with the value 3,15 %. the lowest ash degree was from sample 8 % with the value 3,36 %. Maximum adsorbtion of iodine with sample 10 % with the value 947,25 mg/g . The optimum condition of activated carbon with activator phosphoric acis, which is produced in concentration 10%. Which at this concentration has moisture water degree of 3,25%, ash degree of 3,36%, volatille metter degree 3,15%, absorption iodine of 947.25 mg / g, and absorption metilene blue 98,95 mg/g
MANAJEMEN ANESTESI PADA PASIEN KANKER TIROID: SEBUAH LAPORAN KASUS
Kelenjar tiroid berada di bagian depan leher, di bawah tulang rawan tiroid (jakun). Pada kebanyakan orang, tiroid tidak dapat dilihat atau dirasakan. Bentuknya seperti kupu-kupu, dengan 2 lobus kanan dan lobus kiri. Ada banyak alasan mengapa kelenjar tiroid mungkin lebih besar dari biasanya. Benjolan di kelenjar tiroid disebut nodul tiroid. Kebanyakan nodul tiroid jinak, tetapi sekitar 2 atau 3 dari 20 bersifat ganas. Jenis utama kanker tiroid adalah diferensiasi (termasuk sel papiler, folikel dan Hürthle), medullary, dan anaplastik (kanker agresif). Pembedahan adalah pengobatan pertama untuk sebagian besar jenis kanker tiroid. Operasi dilakukan di bawah anestesi umum. Tindakan operatif yang dilakukan pada kepala dan leher merupakan pembedahan berisiko tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan otak, dan berakhir kematian. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan persiapan rencana anestesi serta manajemen pre-operatif, intra-operatif, dan post-operatif yang tepat untuk menghindari komplikasi yang mungkin dapat terjadi. Pasien Ny. M usia 56 tahun, datang dengan keluhan muncul benjolan di leher sejak awal tahun 2021 dan membesar kurang lebih sekitar 8cm dalam kurun waktu 4 bulan. Lima tahun yang lalu pasien pernah menjalani operasi tiroidektomi parsial dengan anestesi umum. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan melihat manajemen anestesi pada pasien kanker tiroid, dimana penanganan anestesi yang tepat juga menentukan keberhasilan dan prognosis prosedur radical neck dissection pada pasien ini
Budaya Bermukim Orang Melayu di Kota Pontianak Terhadap Pemanfaatan Rumah di Bantaran Sungai Kapuas: Studi Kawasan Permukiman di Kelurahan Tambelan Sampit
Vernacular architecture is the result of the work of many ethnic groups in Indonesia which was built by the local community based on the culture of living which has been carried out for generations. These traditions are part of the culture they created to facilitate daily activities and are physically implemented as spaces and traditional architectural forms in residential homes. The architecture of the houses of the Malay community in the city of Pontianak has a space and form that gives it its own characteristics. This study was conducted on houses on the banks of the Kapuas river in the Tambelan Sampit sub-district, Pontianak. This research was conducted with a case study approach to discuss the culture of the Malay community living on the banks of the Kapuas river in utilizing the environmental conditions to live in this location. The object of the study is a Malay vernacular house on the banks of the Kapuas River in the Tambelan Sampit Village area of Pontianak which is currently still inhabited. As a result, knowing the dynamics of the meaning of traditional Malay houses carried out with an interpretive approach, comprehensively, intact and interrelated (holistic)
KELAYAKAN BIODIVERSITY MAGAZINE: MAJALAH PADA SUBMATERI PEMANFAATAN KEANEKARAGAMAN HAYATI BERBASIS TUMBUHAN KOSMETIK
Majalah dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran karena memiliki kesan santai, karakteristik bahasa lebih ringan, informatif, dikemas dengan sederhana yang berisi berita terkini. Oleh karena itu, majalah cocok digunakan untuk memberikan informasi yang isinya bersifat ilmiah seperti hasil penelitian inventarisasi tumbuhan kosmetik yang berasal dari potensi lokal tumbuhan Indonesia yang beraneka ragam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan majalah pada submateri pemanfaatan keanekaragaman hayati berbasis tumbuhan kosmetik. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui tahapan: pembuatan media, validasi media, dan analisis data validasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi media yang berisi aspek bahasa, isi, dan kegrafikan dengan jumlah 10 item penilaian. Validator majalah adalah 2 orang dosen Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Tanjungpura dan 3 orang guru biologi SMA. Hasil validasi dianalisis menggunakan rumus Lawshe (1975), yaitu analisis CVR dan CVI. Majalah dapat dikatakan layak jika pada perhitungan akhir skor CVR dan CVI memenuhi nilai batas minimum yang disesuaikan dengan jumlah validator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perolehan hasil analisis validasi majalah sebesar 1,00 dikategorikan valid, maka majalah dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada submateri pemanfaatan keanekaragaman hayati kelas X SMA. Namun, media ini perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut, yaitu uji coba dalam proses pembelajaran biologi. Magazine can be used as learning media because it has the relaxed impression, lighter language characteristics, informative, and being packaged simply containing the latest news. Therefore, the magazine is suitable to be used to provide scientific information, such as the results of research on the inventory of cosmetic plants derived from the diverse local potential of Indonesian plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the magazine on the sub-material of the use of biodiversity based on cosmetic plants. The method in this study was a quantitative descriptive method which was carried out through the following stages: media creation, media validation, and validation data analysis. The instrument used was a media validation sheet that contained aspects of language, content, and graphics with a total of 10 assessment items. The validators of the magazine were 2 lecturers of Biology Education at Tanjungpura University and 3 high school biology teachers. The validation results were analyzed using Lawshe's (1975) formula, namely the analysis of CVR and CVI. Magazine can be said to be feasible if in the final calculation the CVR and CVI scores met the minimum threshold value adjusted for the number of validators. The study results showed that the results of the magazine validation analysis of 1.00 were categorized as valid, so the magazine was declared feasibility to be used as a learning media on the sub-material of the use of biodiversity for class X High School. However, this media needs further research, namely trials in the biology learning process
Efektivitas Koagulan Terhadap Penurunan Energi Potensial Pada Pengolahan Air di PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor
In the processing of raw water into clean water need to add coagulant to remove turbidity when the turbidity exceeds the limit specified requirements. Coagulant commonly used for water treatment that Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC), Aluminum Sulfate and Ferry Chloride. This study aims to determine the optimum dose of coagulant Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC), Aluminum Sulfate and Ferry Chloride and to compare its effectiveness in water treatment Cisadane in PDAM Tirta Pakun Bogor with different turbidity levels.Cisadane river water sample taken on different days with different turbidity levels. Determination of the optimum dose of coagulant is done by providing different dosage variations. Test parameter and characteristics of raw ait water jar test result of the test, to test the turbidity mearused by the turbidymeter total dissolved solids mearused by conductometer, pH mearused by pH meter, Fe and Mn measured by spectrophotometer and organic substance using titration method. Then the experimental data obtained were compared with the reqquirements of Permenkes No. 492/Menkes/iv/2010.Of the result obtained optimum dose at low turbidity coagulant Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) 30,2 NTU at 14 mg/L and Ferry Chloride at 16 mg/L.. While high turbidity of 681 NTU, the optimum dose for coagulant Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) at 35 mg/L, Aluminum Sulfate at 5 mg/L and Ferry Chloride at 40 mg/L. Coagulant more effective water treatment raw cisadane river in the PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor is coagulant Poly Aluminum Chloride(PAC). Because Poli Aluminium chloride is more effective in reducing potential energy as a barrier energy in the aggregation process
Fish Health Management Through Utilization of Natural Materials
Freshwater fish farming is appealing to parents and adolescents, including Madrasah Aliyah Miftahussalam, Banyumas students. However, partners frequently find diseased fish. This exercise seeks to improve partners' awareness of fish health management using natural substances. The method of activities carried out includes coordinating the preparation of activities with partners, compiling modules, implementing activities, and evaluating the results of actions. The implementation of the activities was carried out in 4 stages, namely pre-test, delivery of material, discussion and question-answer, and post-test. The pre-post test data were analyzed using a paired T-test. The activity was declared victorious with an indicator of increasing knowledge and understanding of at least 30%. The data analysis results showed a difference in the average value of the pre-post test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that service activities have a positive effect on increasing partner knowledge and understanding. The average value obtained at the pre-test was 50, then increased at the post-test to 74.35. The post-test results increased by 48.7% compared to the pre-test. This result is higher than the planned achievement target of 30%. Based on the reality and the questionnaire results, the partners were very enthusiastic about participating in this service activity. Service activities will continue to be carried out as a form of concern and transfer of science and technology to the community, as well as the application of the tri dharma of higher education
Polyculture of Catfish and Kale for The Fulfillment of Independent Food in the Pandemic Era
During the COVID-19 pandemic, restrictions on activities directly affected people's lives socially and economically to meet their needs of people's lives, namely by developing aquaponic technology with a fish farming system in buckets (Budikdamber). These activities maximise limited land with various crops and develop fisheries so that the results can be used to meet household food needs independently. This service was conducted for local KKN students online through a zoom meeting on September 13, 2021, with 20 participants. Identification of Planktones in Digestion of Seluang (Rasbora sp.) from The Musi River Downstream
Utilization of seluang fish (Rasbora sp.) for food and collection by the community as decorative fish to serve as a source of income. The objective of research on the identification of plankton in the digestion of seluang fish from the Musi river downstream is to determine the type of plankton ingested by seluang fish, phytoplankton or zooplankton, which are seluang fish's natural food source. Prior to domestication, plankton variations can be exploited for cultivation efforts as a source of knowledge. The study was conducted in May, June and July 2019 at three stations. Samples of fish caught were observed in the Biology laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. The fish is dissected using a scalpel, and its digestion is put in a small jar containing a 10% formalin solution. The fish digestion was formalized, transferred into a measuring cup with the addition of 10 ml of an aqueduct, stirred until crushed and observed under a microscope using a petri dish. The study results showed that the seluang fish species (Rasbora sp.) caught were Rasbora argyrotaenia and Rasbora borapetensis. In digestion, there are phytoplankton consisting of 4 classes, namely Cyanophycea, Chlorophyceae, Bacillariophyceae, and Eugleanophycea, while in zooplankton, only one class is found, namely Entomostraca. The composition of phytoplankton is greater than that of zooplankton of the class Cyanophyceae predominating by 34.7%. Thek-index of plankton diversity in digestion is moderate, the biota community is stable, and the dominance index indicates species dominate at each station. Water quality is relatively normal only at station 2, with the value of dissolved oxygen and low-value pH. The phytoplankton composition is greater than that of zooplankton
