The Concept of Ikumen Based on the Yokai Context of Medama Oyaji in Shigeru Mizuki's Anime Gegege No Kitaro
The concept of Ikumen is a concept of fatherhood in modern Japan as a father who takes care of children, enjoys taking care of children, takes care of children while working and in his care can also mature himself. The emergence of Ikumen is a turning point in the declining role of fathers in Japan over time. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of Ikumen with different contexts in general, namely a father who is not a human being but, in his actions, can be called an Ikumen according to Moteki, Ikumen Project, Kobe Ikumen Executive, Oyama. The approach used is the sociology of literature which explains literature as a reflection of society that discusses the extent to which the literary genre used can represent all elements of society. The results of this study show that the character Medama Oyaji can portray aspects of Ikumen, namely as a man who takes care of children, enjoys childcare, takes care of children while working, and in his care is able to mature himself, which is applied through the context of yokai. Thus, this study contributes to expanding the understanding of the concept of Ikumen not only limited to human fathers, but can also be applied to representations of fathers in unique popular culture contexts such as yokai characters, thus enriching the study of fatherhood in modern Japanese society.
Intersecting Liabilities: A Critical Analysis of Criminal Accomplice Provisions in Employment Law Violations
Violations of the Regency/Municipal Minimum Wage (UMK) in Indonesia not only undermine workers’ fundamental rights but also expose structural deficiencies in the enforcement of labor criminal law. Previous studies have predominantly framed minimum wage violations as individual misconduct, thereby neglecting the systemic and collective dimensions of corporate decision-making. This article addresses that gap by critically examining the application of participation doctrines under Articles 55 and 56 of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP) and their relevance for attributing liability to actors across organizational hierarchies. Employing a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, this study integrates doctrinal analysis, judicial interpretation, and comparative insights from global practices on corporate and collective criminal liability. The findings reveal that wage violations often result from deliberate policies formulated at managerial or corporate levels, thus requiring recognition of functional perpetration and structural participation. Furthermore, this article argues that the doctrine of abuse of circumstances (misbruik van omstandigheden) should be considered to exempt coerced or vulnerable actors from liability, thereby preventing the criminalization of structural victims. By advancing a critical interpretation of participation in labor-related crimes, this study contributes both to the theoretical development of collective liability in Indonesian criminal law and to practical reform strategies that strengthen the protection of workers’ constitutional rights

The Role and Challenges of Digital Leadership in Health Human Resource Management: A Systematic Literature Review
The accelerating digital transformation in healthcare has significantly influenced human resource management (HRM), with digital leadership emerging as a critical factor in navigating AI-driven workforce systems. However, there remains a research gap regarding the specific role of digital leadership in optimizing HRM, addressing workforce resistance, and ensuring ethical AI integration. This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) of 18 high-impact articles sourced from Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, and Google Scholar, aiming to explore how digital leadership influences AI integration, workforce automation, and leadership challenges in healthcare institutions. The review identifies key themes, including the impact of digital leadership on workforce efficiency, talent retention, and strategic HRM decision-making. Findings reveal that while AI-driven HRM practices—such as predictive analytics and automated recruitment—enhance operational performance, they also pose risks related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, and job displacement. The study highlights regional disparities, where developed nations prioritize AI ethics and data governance, while developing countries face infrastructural and digital literacy challenges. By synthesizing best practices in leadership adaptability, ethical AI deployment, and digital upskilling, the study provides actionable insights for healthcare leaders and HR professionals. This research contributes to the academic discourse by offering a comprehensive framework for responsible and sustainable AI-driven HRM transformation. It emphasizes the importance of strategic digital leadership in overcoming resistance, aligning workforce capabilities with technological advancements, and ensuring equitable implementation across diverse healthcare systems
Widow Empowerment Model in Sumenep Regency: Constructing Financial and Non-Financial Approaches for Economic Independence
This study aims to develop a model for empowering widows in Sumenep Regency through financial and non-financial approaches to increase economic independence. The research background is based on the fact that widows are a vulnerable community facing multiple barriers in the form of limited access to capital, financial literacy, business skills, and social stigma. This study uses a mixed methods method, where the initial qualitative stage was conducted through in-depth interviews with community leaders, members, academics, community leaders, and local government officials, which were analyzed using Atlas.ti to map key thematic issues. Next, the conceptual model was tested quantitatively using Structural Equation Modeling-PLS (SEM-PLS) on 94 respondents from the Great Widow Community out of a total population of 220 people. The analysis results show that non-financial interventions (skills training, social support, digital literacy, and networking) have a significant effect on empowerment and economic independence, while financial interventions only have a direct effect on economic independence, but not significantly on empowerment. This finding confirms that empowerment plays an important mediating mechanism, particularly in linking non-financial interventions to economic outcomes. This study provides theoretical contributions by emphasizing the importance of integrating financial and non-financial approaches in the empowerment model for vulnerable women, as well as practical contributions for policymakers and community empowerment institutions in designing more sustainable and contextual program
