Full text linkManufacturing industry in doing the business operation is determined by the factors, i.e. investment work, dividend work, profitability, and external financing, so it can be known the operational work from the companies. Problem formulas in this research are: (1) whatever the investment decisions and dividend decisions influence significantly towards profitability, (2) whatever the investment decisions and dividend decisions influence significantly towards External Financing Needs and (3) whatever the profitability influences significantly towards External Financing Needs. This research design uses descriptive methods which will observe the company external fund needs, if it happens the value variations in investment decisions and dividend decisions with the profitability moderating variables in an empiric-linear relationship pattern.            The research object is the company in manufacturing industry fields for the periods of 2002-2004 by the data in financing report forms from the prepared company by Jakarta Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Jakarta). The used variables consist of 3, i.e. bound variables (Y) which contain Debt to Total Assets (Y1) and Debt To Equity (Y2), free variables (X) which contain Investment Decisions (X1) and Dividend Policy (X2), and also moderating variables (Z) are Profitability that consists of Margin Profit Net indicator (on Sales) (Z1), Return on Equity (Z2), and Return on Investment (Z3). The empirical test which is used in this research isPartial Least Square (PLS).            The data results empirically show that: (1) investment decision variables and dividend decisions do not influence significantly towards profitability in go- public company in Jakarta Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Jakarta), with t-calculation is smaller than t table = 1.99. (2) investment decision variables influence significantly towards External Financing with the value of t-calculation is 8.460 is bigger than t table = 1.99. (3) dividend decisions do not influence significantly towards External Financing in go-public company in Jakarta Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Jakarta), and (4) profitability variables influence significantly towards External Financing in go-public company in Jakarta Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Jakarta), with the value of t statistic of profitability direction towards External Fianancing in the value of 3.058 > t table = 1.99. Keywords: investment decisions, dividend decisions, profitability, external   financing needs
PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN KARYAWAN DAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN

In order to survive the change and competition, every business must be able to adapt its external environment as well as to integrate its internal enivironment by creating an organizational culture. Organization culture affects every organization aspects dan a number of outcomes such as productivity, performance, commitment, and ethical behaviors. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organization culture and employees’ motivation on employees’commitment and company’s performance. Data from 105 respondents were collected and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling analysis. Result of this study proved that organization culture and employees’ motivation have significant influences on employees’ commitments and company’s performance. Employees’ commitments also has significant influence on company’s performance. Ketika dua budaya bertemu dan bercampur, maka dua bahasa yang dipakai akan bercampur dan biasanya bahasa kelompok yang besar akan banyak mempengaruhi bahasa kelompok yang lebih kecil. Kosakata bahasa Inggris saat ini merupakan percampuran berbagai bahasa di dunia, terkait dengan masa ketika bangsa Inggris dijajah oleh berbagai bangsa di Eropa, seperti Romawi, Viking, Anglo-Saxon, dan Perancis. Sebagai bangsa yang besar selanjutnya Inggris menjadi bangsa penjajah yang membuka pintu bahasanya untuk mengambil berbagai kosakata bahasa lain. Full text linkLoading and unloading container productivity is basically important, because it is support enter and exit of a ship successfully. Cost, time affectivity which is appear during loading and unloading container is give an influence to the efficiency and affectivity in every work. Productivity in a container harbor becomes a work measurement in a container harbor which has correlation in a complexity to take a responsibility in a long period.This observation and analysis started with collected data by responder high value level and low value level in two research places. The observation and analysis bagan with collecting the high level value and low level value data from tow different location, PT. TPS and PT. JICT.The objective of this search are, (1) To estimate the institutional factor regarding the productivity of the loading and unloading container activity; (2) To estimate and analyze the physical factor which consist of the container yard, equipments, gates berth, vessels, and labor regarding the productivity loading and unloading container; (3) To study and analyze the external factors such as economic macro factor and weather factor; (4) study the correlation between the three factors in loading and unloading productivity; (5) In addition to measure differences of worker productivity high and low value level in container both of container proses loading anf unloading terminal is intended.Data which are derived from this search are cross section and time series, which is collected from primary data which allocated a questions sheet to 287 respondents and secondary data which is revelvant and have a correlation with this research.Analysis techniques that applied in this research are Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Full Model from Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is supported by SPSS 14, AMOS 4.01 and MANOVA.There are several result that obtained from this research, (1) Institution have significant effect to container loading and unloading productivity in PT. TPS and PT. JICT; (2) Physical factor which consist of container yard factor, equipments/cranes, gates berth, vessels and labor flow constantly to loading and unloading productivity; (3) The indicator which is derived from external factors mostly does not affect to loading and unloading container productivity; (4) have a strong correlation to container loading and unloading productivity, from the three factors which are shown above; (5) There is no significant difference, between worker on high level stratum as well as on low level in case of handling the productivity of loading anf unloading container activity. Keywords:Institutional, physic and external factor, confirmatory factor, Structural Equation Model and MANOVA

Why this research become important because at least there is two reason of constitute that thing. The reason first, because this research will know giving of loan given by cooperation can give contribution to enable of family and improvement ability of member economic. The reason second is result of this research will become special reference of cooperation woman standardization in Province East Java in giving of credit or giving of loan to cooperation member with aim to make of prosperity of member through fund management of cooperation loan.              Pursuant to fact is field and also research purposes and objectives hence special theory the used is theory of strategy management especially related to pattern of evolusioner applying of structure and strategy and also theory of strategy management concerning implementing business level strategies for the structure and control. Both of this theory include in theory of strategy management category concerning observation and structure.            Method used to study this research use technique analyse modelling equation structural. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) represent approach integrated between factor analysis, structural model and analysis of path. Technique analyse this can conduct examination of model for the structure of variable relation or for the development of new relation structure so that is finally obtained is newfangled.            After conducted by gathering, processing and examination of data hence known result of research is overall of with result that business strategy variable have total influence equal to 0,623 to internal control system while variable of tanggung renteng system total influence to internal control system is 0,116. As according to conceptual framework is then known that internal control system have influence to cooperation performance equal to 0,939 mean internal control system have influence very significant to cooperation performance. This result at the same time indicate that research is real correct give result of meaning to continuity of cooperation future which is management of use system of tanggung renteng. So that this research give recommendation specially to financial, member commitment and controlling. The research has a goal to know the impact of foreign capital markets performance to the Indonesian capital market performance. The capital markets performance is measured by stock price indexes of each capital market during two years.            The performance of all capital markets, simultaneously affect the performance of the Indonesian capital market significantly.
