DEKONSTRUKSI KONSEP KEPEMILIKAN (AL-MILKIYYAH) DALAM EKONOMI DIGITAL: ANALISIS FILOSOFIS STATUS ASET KRIPTO DAN NFT DALAM FIKIH KONTEMPORER
The presence of crypto assets and NFTs in the digital economy creates confusion in the concept of ownership (al-milkiyyah) in classical Islamic jurisprudence. The root of the problem is the clash between the abstract, non-physical, and decentralized reality of digital assets and the traditional definition of mal (property) in Islam, which requires physical existence and stable value. This lack of physical existence triggers fundamental ontological problems. This study uses a library research approach. Primary data sources include classical and contemporary muamalah fiqh books and scholarly articles. The results show that: 1). From ‘Ayn to Digital: Unpacking the Concept of Al-milkiyyah in Facing the Reality of Crypto Assets is that the concept of al-milkiyyah has evolved from ownership of physical objects to ownership of decentralized digital value. Crypto assets are declared legitimate as property (mal) based on the ‘urf (customs) of the digital market, with new ownership criteria of collective recognition, scarcity, and controllability through private key cryptography. 2). NFTs and the Challenge to the Mithliyyan-Qimmiyyan Classification: A Philosophical Deconstruction in Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh Muamalah) is that NFTs challenge the classic Mithliyyan-Qimmiyyan dichotomy, necessitating a new category, "al-ashya' al-fardaniyyah al-raqmiyyah" (unique digital objects). This category recognizes the uniqueness of NFTs while considering their digital ecosystem, which requires detailed transparency of information in the contract to avoid ignorance (jahalah). 3). Gharar and Maysir in the Blockchain Era: A Critical Analysis of the Validity of Digital Asset Transactions in Islamic Law (Fikh Muamalah) is that the level of gharar and maysir in digital asset transactions varies depending on the project's fundamentals, transparency, and utility. The proposed evaluation framework is case-specific, distinguishing between tolerable high-risk investments and prohibited blind speculation, emphasizing the principle of prudence and community protection
FROM EXPORTER TO IMPORTER: TRACING THE SHIFTING DYNAMICS OF INDONESIA’S OIL TRADE PERIOD 2001-2022
This study investigates the shifting dynamics of Indonesia’s oil trade by analyzing the influence of domestic crude oil production, global oil prices, and the USD–IDR exchange rate on Indonesia’s crude oil import volume from 2001 to 2022. Despite numerous national energy policies aimed at achieving self-sufficiency, Indonesia remains heavily dependent on oil imports due to its limited refining capacity. Using annual time-series data and multiple linear regression analysis, supported by classical assumption tests to ensure model validity, the results show that both domestic production and oil prices have a statistically significant positive effect on imports. This suggests that increasing domestic production does not necessarily reduce import dependency, largely due to the structural limitations of Indonesia’s oil refining infrastructure. In contrast, the exchange rate exerts a significant negative effect, indicating that Rupiah depreciation curbs imports by raising import costs. The model accounts for 82% of the variation in oil import volumes, emphasizing the strategic importance of these macroeconomic variables. By isolating only three key factors (production, price, and exchange rate) this study offers a focused empirical framework for understanding oil import behavior. The findings highlight the need to accelerate domestic refinery development, implement hedging mechanisms against currency volatility, and design responsive policy tools to global oil price shifts, thereby reducing import reliance and strengthening national energy security
Pengembangan dan Penyusunan Alat Ukur Psikologis untuk Kecanduan Media Sosial pada Remaja
The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly shaped adolescents’ lives, especially through social media use. While designed to facilitate communication and information sharing, excessive use can lead to addictive behaviors that harm mental health, academic achievement, and relationships. Young (1996) notes that internet and social media addiction are marked by a compulsive urge to continue using them, disrupting daily activities. This study aimed to develop and validate a psychological instrument to measure social media addiction among adolescents. A quantitative research design with an instrument development approach was applied, involving 41 randomly selected students from SMAN 1 Palimanan. The instrument was based on Griffiths’ (2005) Technology Addiction Theory, which includes salience, excessive use, neglect of duty, antisocial behavior, and lack of control. These dimensions produced 15 indicators and 50 items in both favorable and unfavorable forms. Development steps included readability testing, expert validation, field trials, and psychometric analysis using SPSS. Results showed 37 valid items with item-total correlations above the r-table (0.2542) and a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.920, indicating excellent reliability. This instrument can help researchers, practitioners, and educators in early detection, risk mapping, and intervention for reducing the negative effects of social media overuse.Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital telah memengaruhi kehidupan remaja, terutama melalui penggunaan media sosial. The growth trend of the cosmetics market in Indonesia began to grow in 2017 until 2023 it began to increase. So that it can be analyzed because the increase in the cosmetic market shows that Indonesian consumer loyalty is relatively low. Opportunities to switch brands and mutually exchange products tend to be higher than presentations to be loyal to one particular brand. Consumers in Indonesia mostly prefer to experiment with different brands for the same product. The researcher decided to compare the two stores which both sell cosmetics and skincare. In this study researchers used quantitative research methods. The quantitative approach is research based on the philosophy of positivism to examine a certain population or sample and take samples randomly. The data collection technique used in this quantitative research is to distribute questionnaires via google form and have been compiled based on the indicators that have been described. According to Nazir (2005: 58) comparative research is a type of descriptive research that wants to find answers fundamentally about cause and effect, by analyzing the factors that cause the occurrence or emergence of a particular phenomenon. Using the Snowball sampling technique is an approach to finding key informants who have a lot of information. The analysis technique used in this study is the independent t test. In the discussion after doing some statistical tests. Then there are the results ofthe analysis which prove that the two stores have differences in word of mouth variants, promotions via Instagram and purchasing decisions
