THE IMPACT OF SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT, LIFESTYLE, AND LOCUS OF CONTROL ON STUDENTS' FINANCIAL LITERACY
Financial literacy is an essential skill that students must possess to face financial challenges in the modern era. This research aims to analyze the influence of social environment, lifestyle, and locus of control on the financial literacy of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo, class of 2021–2023, totaling 843 students. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 90 samples selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which independent variables affect students' financial literacy. The findings indicate that social environment, lifestyle, and locus of control significantly influence financial literacy, both partially and simultaneously. he regression analysis results show that lifestyle (β = 0.617, p < 0.01) and locus of control (β = 0.631, p < 0.01) are the most dominant factors influencing financial literacy, while the overall model explains 83.9% (R² = 0.839) of the variance in students' financial literacy
THE INFLUENCE OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE ON THE FIRM VALUE OF PALM OIL COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE WITH FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE
This study aims to determine the influence of intellectual capital and capital structure on the value of palm oil companies in Berau Regency listed on the IDX with financial performance as an intervening variable. Secondary data was collected using a documentation method, in the form of financial statements for the 2021-2023 period from 13 palm oil companies listed on the IDX. The analysis tools used are: Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Path Analysis.
The results of this study show that: 1) Intellectual capital has a significant effect on the financial performance of palm oil companies listed on the IDX; 2) Capital structure has a significant effect on the financial performance of palm oil companies listed on the IDX; 3) Intellectual capital has a significant effect on the value of palm oil companies listed on the IDX; 4) Capital structure has a significant effect on the value of palm oil companies listed on the IDX; 5) Financial performance has a significant effect on the value of palm oil companies listed on the IDX; 6) Financial performance is able to mediate the influence of intellectual capital on the value of palm oil companies listed on the IDX; and 7) Financial performance is able to mediate the influence of capital structure on the value of palm oil companies listed on the IDX
An Examination of Domestic Violence Leading to Death: A Case Study from Palembang 2023
This study analyzes the Palembang High Court Decision No. 247/PID/2023/PT PLG concerning Domestic Violence (DV) resulting in death. The study aims to evaluate the extent to which the legal application in the verdict aligns with the principles of substantive justice and to assess the legal considerations used by the judges. The methodology employed includes normative juridical and case approaches, with data analyzed from court decisions, legal literature, and other secondary sources. The findings reveal that the judges' legal considerations comply with existing regulations, although challenges remain in integrating gender perspectives and protecting victims' rights. The study recommends enhancing gender understanding within the judicial system and improving psychological rehabilitation for DV victims

INNOVATION OF BUSINESS LICENSING SERVICES IN ISSUING BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS (NIB) BASED ON E-GOVERNMENT THROUGH ONLINE SINGLE SUBMISSION (OSS) AT DPMPTSP PAMEKASAN
This research aims to determine the realization of Business Licensing Service Innovation in the Issuance of E-Government Based Business Identification Numbers (NIB) through Online Single Submission (OSS) at the Pamekasan Regency One-Stop Integrated Service Capital Investment Service. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where data is obtained from interviews and documentation. The data that the author has obtained is then analyzed using data analysis techniques from Miles and Hubberman, namely reducing data, presenting data, and verifying/drawing conclusions. This research uses the theory used by Everett M Rogers in Prabowo et al (2022) which is measured in several indicators, namely Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Triablity, Complexity, and Observability.).The results of this research show that the Business Licensing Service Innovation in Issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) Based on E-Government through Online Single Submission (OSS) at the Pamekasan Regency One-Stop Integrated Service Capital Investment Service can be said to be going well, although there are several problems However, this can be resolved by visiting the Pamekasan Regency DPMPTSP to get help with the problems you are experiencing. COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE STRATEGY IN SLUM ARRANGEMENT THROUGH COMMUNITY ACTION PLAN (CAP) AND (COLLABORATIVE IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM) CIP IN THE TAMBORA AREA, DKI JAKARTA PROVINCE
The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2021 stated that only 48.48% of households had their own houses in Jakarta throughout 2021 while the rest were still in irregular status. The selection of the study area is supported by several problem issues, including Tambora has a high density of 49,841 people/km2, into extreme poor areas and there are still physical problems in the residential, social and economic environment. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in overcoming the problem of settlement arrangement has issued a program Community Action Plan (CAP) and Collaborative Implementation Program (CIP). The analysis of the research was carried out by analyzing factors based on the approach of Ansell and Gash (2008), Edward DeSeve and H. Moore (2009) and Nabatchi and Leighninger (2015) and then formulated the best strategy using IFE and EFE analysis, SWOT and QSPM. The conclusion drawn is that it is not optimal Collaborative Governance caused by several factors that have not performed well, namely public participation factors, governance Governance, commitment to goals and access to resources while good factors are transparency and accountability. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Regional Property/Fixed Asset management in the Alor Regency Government, East Nusa Tenggara, and the results of the fixed asset management inventory administration. This study will ultimately provide results on whether fixed asset management in the Alor Regency Government, NTT, complies with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 19 of 2016 concerning Regional Property Management. This will benefit the Property Manager (BPAD Alor Regency) in maintaining an Unqualified Opinion (WTP). This study employed a descriptive-qualitative approach.
