    This study investigates Kompas’ media framing of celebrity participation in the “Emergency Warning” movement in Indonesia. It employed a qualitative research approach using Entman’s four functions of framing: problem definition, causal interpretation, moral evaluation, and treatment recommendation (Entman, 1993).The analysis reveals that Kompas constructed a predominantly positive narrative around celebrities involved in the movement. Supportive celebrities were not only portrayed as entertainers, but also as moral agents and catalysts for civic action who are committed to defending democratic values. Meanwhile, those who remained neutral or silent were portrayed more critically. Such binary framing suggests that Kompas actively constructed a moral framework around the movement that guides audiences to view celebrity support as virtuous and disengagement as morally unacceptable. Additionally, selective emphasis on celebrities over other key opinion leaders suggests a strategic use of celebrity popularity to legitimize the movement and broaden its public appeal. This study concludes that Kompas used celebrity participation to justify the movement’s legitimacy, mobilize public sentiment, and contribute to the movement’s overall visibility and resonance. These findings highlight the influential role of media framing in shaping public discourse and civic action, particularly through the strategic deployment of celebrity voices.Studi ini meneliti bagaimana media Kompas membingkai partisipasi selebriti dalam gerakan “Peringatan Darurat” di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengacu pada empat fungsi framing dari Entman: definisi masalah, interpretasi kausal, evaluasi moral, dan rekomendasi penanganan (Entman, 1993). Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kompas membangun narasi yang positif terhadap selebriti yang mendukung gerakan ini. Selebriti yang mendukung tidak hanya digambarkan sebagai pekerja seni, tetapi juga sebagai agen moral dan katalisator gerakan sipil yang berkomitmen membela nilai-nilai demokrasi. Sementara itu, selebriti yang bersikap netral atau tidak menunjukkan dukungan mereka terhadap gerakan “Peringatan Darurat” cenderung digambarkan secara negatif. Pembingkaian biner ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompas secara aktif membentuk kerangka moral yang mengarahkan audiens untuk memandang dukungan selebriti terhadap gerakan tersebut sebagai tindakan yang mulia. Sementara itu, audiens diarahkan untuk memandang ketidakterlibatan selebriti terhadap gerakan ini sebagai hal yang tidak dapat diterima secara moral. Selain itu, penekanan selektif pada selebriti dibandingkan dengan key opinion leader lain menunjukkan penggunaan strategis popularitas selebriti untuk melegitimasi gerakan dan meningkatkan dukungan publik terhadap gerakan ini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kompas memanfaatkan partisipasi dan dukungan selebriti untuk melegitimasi gerakan, menggerakkan sentimen publik, dan meningkatkan visibilitas serta resonansi gerakan secara keseluruhan.     STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS IN POVERTY ALLEVIATION THROUGH THE FAMILY HOPE PROGRAM (PKH) IN SIMOLAWANG VILLAGE, SURABAYA CITY

    Poverty is the inability to maintain a minimum standard of living, characterized by limited income to meet basic needs such as clothing, food, and shelter. Low income also makes it difficult to access adequate health care and education, making it difficult to achieve a general standard of living. To address poverty, the Indonesian government has implemented the Family Hope Program (PKH) since 2007. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional cash assistance program that provides money to extremely poor households. This program aims to improve the lives of poor families and provide access to health and education services. In this study, using stakeholder analysis theory and stakeholder mapping techniques, we can identify stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Simolawang Village, Surabaya City. There are two categories of stakeholders that need to be considered: those with high influence but low interest, and those with low interest and influence. Stakeholders such as Simolawang Village, Simokerto District, and the Kebonrojo Post Office have significant roles in PKH implementation. However, they have a low level of importance because their primary focus is not specifically on poverty alleviation. Meanwhile, the RW (Neighborhood Unit) Head, RT (Neighborhood Unit) Head, and Great Surabaya Cadres (KSH) have little interest and influence. To improve the effectiveness of PKH, these stakeholders must be actively and strategically involved. Suggestions that can be given include direct mentoring by the Village and Sub-district, emotional and moral support, provision of technical assistance, and strengthening the role of local stakeholders. By collaborating and coordinating between stakeholders, poverty alleviation efforts in Simolawang Village can be more effective and have a significant impact on poor families

    Tourists are drawn to return to Mount Bromo by their memories and experiences while visiting. Because of its many unique qualities, Bromo is fascinating to explore in relation to revisiting intention through the lens of destination image, destination Personality, and place attachment. Through destination Personality, destination image, and place connection, the study aims to explore the determinants influencing revisit intention. Purposive sampling was utilized to successfully gather 553 respondents, subject to the condition that domestic tourists are at least eighteen years old and have visited Bromo at least three times. Path analysis was used in the research analysis, and the (α=0,938), destination image (α=0,89), Place Attachment Index (α=0,928), and revisit intention scale (α=0,97) were used for measurement. The study's findings point to a relationship between place attachment, destination Personality, and destination image that directly and indirectly influences domestic travellers' revisit intention to Mount Bromo. The growth and administration of Mount Bromo can benefit from the study's contribution. The manager's job is crucial if you want visitors who have already been to express interest in returning

    This research discusses the Indonesian government's sand export policy and its relationship to the challenges of the Blue Economy. The sand export policy is regulated in Government Regulation Number 26 of 2023, it is feared that the policy will have a negative impact on the environment and society. Through descriptive qualitative methods, this research discusses the history of Indonesian sea sand exports, their impacts and their relationship as an obstacle to the blue economy. The findings of this research show that there is a threat of damage to the marine environment and coastal areas, which has a negative impact on the economy of local communities.     Investigating Communication Failures in AMR Meter at PT PLN UP3 Bali Selatan: A Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Approach

    Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) is an automated system for reading electricity meter data that allows for remote monitoring and control of energy supply. The background of this research is based on the high level of communication failure in the AMR system, which significantly impacts the quality of electricity measurement and transactions. This study aims to identify the sources of communication failure in the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system at PT PLN UP3 Bali Selatan and estimate the highest potential risks using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with the AMR team over two months, as well as historical data held by the AMR team. The FMEA method identified and prioritized failure causes based on the value of the risk priority number (RPN). The Pareto diagram is used to help focus attention on the central issues that need to be addressed in improvement efforts. The analysis results indicate five critical communication failures in the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system. The most critical, “Can't connect to modem (1),” has an RPN of 225, followed by “Can't connect to modem (2)” (RPN 175) and “Modem no Answer” (RPN 125). Reliability of delivery in the supply chain is key to logistics performance because consumer characteristics require a high degree of certainty about when and how to carry out processes. This study aims to determine the Logistics Performance Index model for Asian countries and its impact on world trade. This study is quantitative research by collecting forty logistics performance data based on data from the World Bank with logistical metrics related to six operational performances: tracking and tracing, customs, timeless, infrastructure, and international shipments. Descriptive analysis using Principle Component Analysis and TANAGRA software.     PT XYZ is the largest maritime industry in Indonesia. The company focuses on producing ships and repairing ships both domestically and abroad. Human resources are the most important aspect in determining the success of a company. To increase employee work productivity, companies must pay attention to the physical workload and mental workload felt by employees. Uneven workload can cause complaints, so that productivity decreases and gets less than optimal results. Therefore, a mental workload measurement was conducted to determine the level of mental workload of employees using the National Aeronautics and space Administration Task load Index (NASA-TLX) method. The NASA-TLX questionnaire was distributed to 8 workers of the ISO, Standardisation and Calibration Department. Based on the highest WWL average value of 81.3 with a very high category. To improve the mental workload, the company is advised to evaluate labour needs in other departments or divisions to support additional employees through job rotation, provide regular job training to improve employee skills and speed in completing work, provide a storage area for tools to be calibrated so that employees are not disturbed by tools that accumulate in the workspace, procure new tools to support the increasing workload, conduct monitoring and job evaluation. &nbsp

    The implementation of the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) is a strategic step to enhance the transparency and accountability of financial reports for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia. However, many MSMEs, including Purnama Leather Bags in Kludan, Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo, face challenges in applying these standards due to limited financial literacy and resources. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SAK EMKM in improving financial reporting at Purnama Leather Bags MSME. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data was collected through structured surveys and financial document analysis. The findings reveal that SAK EMKM implementation enhances financial report quality by providing a structured framework, increasing transparency, and ensuring accountability. However, financial literacy barriers remain a major limitation. The novelty of this study focus on the leathercraft sector, highlighting sector-specific challenges in adopting financial standards. This research implies that increased financial training and digital accounting tools are crucial for ensuring better compliance and sustainability of MSMEs

    ABSTRAK Proses pengirisan singkong secara manual memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti waktu yang lama, hasil irisan yang tidak konsisten, dan tingkat kelelahan yang tinggi pada pekerja. Alat pengiris singkong berbasis mekanik dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan dengan memberikan solusi yang lebih efisien dan efektif. Dengan menggunakan alat ini, pengusaha kecil dan menengah dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produk sehingga dapat bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perancangan alat pengiris singkong berbasis mekanik dengan kapasitas 20 kg/jam yang digunakan pada industri rumah tangga. Alat pengiris singkong ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan konsistensi proses pengirisan, sekaligus mengurangi waktu dan tenaga yang dibutuhkan dalam produksi skala kecil hingga menengah. Metode penelitian meliputi tahap perancangan, pembuatan prototipe, dan pengujian alat. Alat dibuat menggunakan bahan-bahan yang mudah didapat dan memiliki ketahanan yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat pengiris singkong berbasis mekanik dengan kapasitas 50 kg/jam ini mampu menghasilkan irisan singkong yang konsisten dan berkualitas tinggi dengan ketebalan potongan kurang lebih 1 hingga 2 mm

    Arsitektur U-Net Untuk Mendeteksi Titik Api Kebakaran Hutan Dan Lahan Di Kalimantan Tengah Menggunakan Satelit Himawari 8

    ABSTRACT Early detection of fire hotspots is crucial to prevent the spread of fires and to mitigate the resulting environmental impacts. This study proposes the use of the U-Net model for detecting fire hotspots on Himawari 8 satellite imagery, specifically utilizing Band 7, which is sensitive to thermal radiation. Fire hotspot data from MODIS and VIIRS were employed as the ground truth to validate the model predictions. The U-Net model was trained on satellite imagery with binary crossentropy as the loss function and was evaluated using Area Under Curve (AUC), Percentage Correct (PC), Omission Error (OE), and Commission Error (CE) as evaluation metrics. The training results demonstrate that the model is capable of detecting fire hotspots with high accuracy, achieving an AUC of over 0.85 on the validation data after 300 epochs. Moreover, PC increased and OE decreased, indicating an improvement in the model's ability to accurately detect fire hotspots. In conclusion, the U-Net model developed in this study has shown good performance in detecting fire hotspots. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penggunaan model U-Net untuk mendeteksi titik api pada citra satelit Himawari 8, khususnya dengan menggunakan Band 7, yang sensitif terhadap radiasi termal. Data titik api dari MODIS dan VIIRS digunakan sebagai ground truth untuk memvalidasi prediksi model. Model U-Net dilatih menggunakan citra satelit dengan metric binary crossentropy sebagai fungsi loss, dan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik Area Under Curve (AUC), Percentage Correct (PC), Omission Error (OE), dan Commission Error (CE). Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa model dapat mendeteksi titik api dengan akurasi yang tinggi, dengan AUC mencapai lebih dari 0.85 pada data validasi setelah 300 epoch. Selain itu, PC meningkat dan OE menurun, yang menandakan peningkatan kemampuan model dalam mendeteksi titik api secara akurat. Kesimpulannya, model U-Net yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini mampu mendeteksi titik api dengan performa yang baik.
