OPTIMIZING THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN INCREASING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN DIGITAL SERVICES
The development of digital governance has ushered in a new era of public administration, where the Tangerang City Government has implemented the Tangerang Live platform to provide online public services. The Tangerang Live application not only changes the way the government provides services, but also the way citizens participate. This research aims to explore the potential use of artificial intelligence in increasing digital public participation. The method used is a qualitative method by mapping public service platforms based on digital public participation features, as well as identifying the potential and opportunities for the use of AI in encouraging digital public participation. Data was collected through interviews and focus group discussions with informants from the Tangerang City Government which included the Communication and Information Service, the Manpower Office, the Population and Civil Registration Office, and the health Office. Documentation studies are also carried out to strengthen the foundation in the analysis process. The results of the study show that the level of public participation provided in the Tangerang Live application is at the consultation level. Optimization of the use of AI to increase public participation in online services can be designed by opening up participation spaces from various channels, which are then supported by the application of AI. DRAFTING OF THE CERTIFICATION SCHEME FOR THE SECURITY AND PUBLIC ORDER ADVISORS (BHABINKAMTIBMAS)
The Indonesian National Police has a strategic role in maintaining order and security in Indonesia. Bhabinkamtibmas, as the front guard in community development, requires increased competence to overcome the expertise gap and foster public trust. This study aims to develop a Bhabinkamtibmas certification scheme that guides implementing certification for Bhabinkamtibmas to obtain formal recognition of their competence. A qualitative approach was used in this study, data collection through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and document analysis. As a result, the proposed certification scheme includes various competency units related to the main tasks of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Special Work Competency Standards (SK3) of Bhabinkamtibmas, which are designed to ensure competence according to the standards required in the field. The development of this scheme is expected to improve the quality of Polri's human resources, especially Bhabinkamtibmas, and help it achieve superior human resources in facing the challenges of the Police 4.0 era
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MERIT SYSTEM IN TALENT MANAGEMENT FOR SCHOLARSHIP SELECTION AT THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF BUDGET, MINISTRY OF FINANCE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
The merit system must be implemented in all aspects of government organizations, both at the central and regional levels, including in human resource development by ensuring equal and objective opportunities for all state apparatus. This study aims to identify the implementation of the merit system in talent management for scholarship selection at the Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance. Through a case study, this research examines how well merit principles such as fairness, transparency, objectivity, and accountability have been applied in the selection process. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of governance, particularly in human resource management through the talent management program for scholarship selection
PEMBANGUNAN GREEN HOUSE PETANI HIDROPONIK SEBAGAI UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN DAN PENINGKATAN KUALITAS HIDUP SERTA EKONOMI MASYARAKAT
Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupaya untuk mengontrol keberlanjutan lingkungan pertanian hidroponik serta menanggulangi hama yang dapat merugikan petani. Mengingat petani dalam hal ini tidak menggunakan pestisida, maka proses penanggulangan hama dilakukan melalui inisiatif program kerja menggunakan metode yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Melalui pembangunan dan pemberdaayan fasilitas Green House, petani dapat menghasilkan sayuran berkualitas tinggi yang lebih aman dikonsumsi serta meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan konsumennya.

Ded Rekonstruksi Jalan Bluluk – Sukorame : Ded Reconstruction of Bluluk – Sukorame Road
This study examines the redesign of the Bluluk-Sukorame road section in Lamongan Regency, East Java, which has suffered severe damage due to heavy traffic loads, lack of maintenance, and inadequate drainage. The objectives of the study were to determine the optimal pavement thickness, using both flexible and rigid pavement approaches, and to analyze the reconstruction budget requirements. The methods used included analysis of average daily traffic (ADR), traffic growth factors, design life, and soil testing using a Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) to obtain the CBR value of the subgrade. Calculations were performed using the 2017 Bina Marga Flexible Pavement Design Guidelines and the Cement Concrete Road Pavement Guidelines Pd T-14-2003.
The results indicate that the total required flexible pavement thickness is 53 cm, with a composition of Laston layers (AC-WC, AC-BC, AC-Base) and aggregates for the top and bottom foundations. Meanwhile, the rigid pavement design resulted in a concrete slab thickness that takes into account repeated traffic loads, concrete flexural tensile stresses, and subbase requirements. A cost analysis indicates that the road reconstruction budget requirement reaches IDR 30.6 billion, with a life cycle cost evaluation highlighting the importance of long-term maintenance efficiency.
This research is expected to serve as a technical reference for road reconstruction planning in areas with similar traffic characteristics. By implementing appropriate pavement design, road service life can be extended, costs can be optimized, and transportation sustainability and local economic growth can be better assured
Bibliometric Mapping on Ethics, Privacy, and Trust in Digital Marketing
The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed modern marketing strategies, particularly in the utilization of consumer data, message personalization, and digital platform–based interactions. However, this evolution also raises complex ethical challenges related to privacy protection and the establishment of consumer trust. This study aims to map the development and research trends concerning ethics, privacy, and trust within the context of digital marketing through a bibliometric mapping approach. Data were collected from the Scopus database covering publications between 2013 and 2025 and analyzed using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny software. The analysis revealed four main research clusters: (1) ethics and social responsibility in digital marketing, (2) data privacy and information security, (3) consumer trust and loyalty, and (4) digital technology implementation in marketing strategies. The findings highlight that the success of digital marketing is not solely driven by technological innovation but also by how organizations uphold ethical principles and protect privacy to foster consumer trust. This study contributes to the growing body of digital marketing literature and offers practical insights for developing sustainable and integrity-oriented marketing strategies.

The Analisis Perbandingan Performa Modul Surya Polycrystalline dan Monocrystalline Berkapasitas 320 Wp Menggunakan Perangkat Uji Sun Simulator PASAN: Experimental Performance Evaluation Using the PASAN Sun Simulator
Electric current, measured in amperes (A), and potential difference, measured in volts (V), are the two main forms of electrical energy needed to run electrical devices. The energy required to start, run, or maintain mechanical and electronic devices, such as motors and lighting fixtures, is represented by the electrical power consumption, which is measured in watts (W). The Sun Simulator Pasan test system is used in this study to evaluate the performance of monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar modules. A flash from a light box is focused onto the solar modules during the testing process under controlled circumstances, such as an air mass spectrum of AM1.5, an ambient temperature of 25°C, and an irradiation intensity of 1000 W/m². The Photovoltaic Module Quality Testing Laboratory (LPKMF), BRIN-PUSPIPTEK, examined both monocrystalline and polycrystalline modules with a 320 Wp rating in accordance with laboratory standards. Comparing the efficiency and performance variations of the two varieties of solar modules with comparable rated capacities is the aim of the test conducted under Standard Test Conditions (STC). According to the findings, the Polycrystalline module achieved an efficiency of 17.79% with a peak power output of 315.722 Wp, which deviates 9.278 Wp, or around 2.03%, from its rated value. In the meantime, the monocrystalline module attained an efficiency of 18.82% and produced a peak output of 323.838 Wp, which was 1.602 Wp or 2.79% higher than the rated 325.44 Wp. These findings demonstrate that Monocrystalline modules exhibit slightly higher performance and efficiency under identical testing conditions
Kaji experimental Kaji Experimental Pengaruh Jumlah Sudu Dan Sudut Sudu Turbin Angin Pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB)
This research focuses on exploring the potential of wind energy in coastal areas that can be converted into a source of renewable energy, particularly wind power. Despite its considerable potential, the utilization of wind energy for electricity generation remains limited. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and design a wind turbine system to optimize the use of renewable energy along coastal regions, serving as an alternative source of electricity in these areas.
In this study, an alternative power plant prototype is designed to convert kinetic energy into electrical energy using two types of Savonius turbines: the U-type Savonius turbine and the vertical Savonius wind turbine. The research focuses on analyzing the number of blades and blade angles to determine the optimal configuration that produces the highest power output.
The variations in blade number used in the U-type Savonius turbine are 2 and 4, while the vertical Savonius wind turbine uses 3 and 4 blades. The blade angles tested are 10°, 15°, and 20°. The system is designed so that wind energy rotates the turbine blades, which then turn a shaft connected to a generator to produce electricity. The higher the wind speed, the greater the shaft rotation, resulting in increased electricity generation
The Influence of Digital Communication Competence on Social Interaction Between Students and Lectures
This study explores the impact of digital communication competence on student–lecturer social interaction in LMS-based digital learning, using the Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) theory. Employing a mixed-method approach (PLS-SEM and interviews), the study reveals a significant and positive influence of 35.8%. Despite students having strong digital skills, social interaction remains limited due to the LMS’s administrative focus. Qualitative findings emphasize the need for more interactive LMS features that support two-way communication. The study concludes that enhancing digital communication competence and optimizing LMS design within the CMC framework can effectively improve the quality of social interactions in digital learning environmentsPenelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi komunikasi digital terhadap interaksi sosial mahasiswa dan dosen dalam pembelajaran digital berbasis LMS, menggunakan teori Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC). Dengan metode campuran mix methods (PLS-SEM dan wawancara), hasil kuantitatif menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 35,8%. Meskipun mahasiswa memiliki keterampilan digital yang baik, interaksi sosial masih terbatas karena LMS lebih difokuskan pada fungsi administratif. Temuan kualitatif menyoroti perlunya desain LMS yang lebih interaktif dan mendukung komunikasi dua arah. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi komunikasi digital dan pengoptimalan fitur LMS yang dibingkai dalam perspektif CMC dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas interaksi sosial dalam konteks pembelajaran digital
