    Efikasi diri dan kecemasan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir

    Uncertainty in obtaining decent employment can lead to increased anxiety among university students. This condition is often triggered by intense job market competition, negative perceptions of the professional world, and rising demands for individual qualifications. This study aims to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and career anxiety among undergraduate students in the final stage of their academic studies. A quantitative approach with a correlational research design was employed, involving 129 final-semester students from the undergraduate psychology program at University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, enrolled in the 2018–2019 cohorts during the study period. The instruments used were the Career Anxiety Scale developed by Tsai et al. (2017) and a self-efficacy scale based on the theoretical framework proposed by Bandura (1997). Data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. The results indicated a strong negative correlation between self-efficacy and career anxiety. Higher levels of self-efficacy were associated with lower levels of career-related anxiety. Self-efficacy accounted for 40.45% of the variance in career anxiety, suggesting a substantial influence. Ketidakpastian mendapat pekerjaan yang layak dapat menyebabkan munculnya kecemasan di kalangan mahasiswa, yang dipicu oleh persaingan kerja yang semakin ketat, pandangan negatif terhadap dunia kerja, serta meningkatnya tuntutan terhadap kualifikasi individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kecemasan karir pada mahasiswa yang berada pada tahap akhir studi sarjana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional pada 129 mahasiswa semester akhir program studi sarjana psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya yang terdaftar pada angkatan 2018-2019 selama masa periode penelitian Instrumen pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan career anxiety scale yang dikembangkan Tsai, et al (2017) dan skala efikasi diri merujuk konsep teoritis oleh Bandura (1997). Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan efikasi diri berhubungan erat dengan kecemasan karir. Semakin tinggi tingkat efikasi diri maka akan semakin rendah kecemasan karir pada mahasiswa. Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh dengan kecemasan karir sebesar 40,45% menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang kuat

    Assessing The Effects of Personality and Work Ability on Employee Performance at The General Bureau Office of The Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province

    This study aims to analyze the influence of personality and work ability on employee performance (EP) at the General Bureau Office of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province (GBORS-WSP). A quantitative approach using an associative design was applied to analyze the causal relationships among the study variables. The population consisted of all 76 employees, and using the total sampling as the sampling technique. Data collection procedures involved direct obeservation, structured intervies, and questionnaires measured using a Likert-type scale. The data were processed thorugh multiple linear regression analysis with the statistical support from SPSS version 26. The results revealed that both personality and work ability have a positive and significant effect on EP, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination also indicates that personality and work ability explain a substantial portion of the variation in EP, while more than half is influenced by other factors. Therefore, enhancing positive personality traits and improving work ability are key factors in increasing EP within the government bureaucracy environment.     The Influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Satisfaction on Sales Increase Through The Use of Digital Services at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ogan Ilir

    This study aims to analyze the influence of three main variables: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer satisfaction, and sales improvement of electricity through the Digital Service PLN at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ogan Ilir. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 100 active users of the PLN Mobile application. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The model includes two independent variables CRM and customer satisfaction and one dependent variable, namely sales improvement. The results show that CRM has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction significantly affects sales improvement. CRM also has an indirect influence on sales improvement through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. These findings suggest that effective CRM implementation enhances customer satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to increased electricity sales through digital service channels. The study recommends that PT PLN (Persero) continuously strengthen CRM strategies and prioritize customer satisfaction to support the utilization of PLN Mobile and sales performance.     Code-mixing is a general term that refers to the alternating use of two or more languages or language variations for communication purposes. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of code-mixing that appears in Che'nelle's song lyrics. The method that will be used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which is a method whose data is described through or with words. This method is considered a method that is in line with identifying code mixing in Che'nelle's song lyrics. The data contained in the study is a form of dialogue from each character which will later be interpreted into sentences or written words. The primary data source for this study was obtained through YouTube Music through the lyrics in Che'nelle's songs and Japanese translation texts; In contrast, secondary data sources include books, literature, and internet sites that are relevant to the research topic being conducted. Data analysis was carried out using the listening method and note-taking technique. The results showed that the code-mixing that appears in Cha'nelle's song lyrics consists of various forms such as words, phrases, clauses, and word repetitions. This code-mixing phenomenon often occurs when Japanese is mixed with English, either in one verse of a song or between verses. Keywords : code-mixing; sociolinguistics; song lyrics; cha’nell

    CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF TALENT MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL ERA ON THE PUBLIC SECTOR

    The digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the public sector. These changes demand adaptation in human resource management, particularly in talent management. This journal conducts a literature review to examine the challenges and opportunities in talent management in the digital era within the public sector. The aim of this study is to identify the main challenges faced in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent, as well as the opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance the effectiveness of talent management in the public sector. The methodology used is a literature review by searching various leading academic databases, such as Google Scholar, to collect and analyze relevant articles. The findings show that the main challenges include changing skill requirements, competition in acquiring digital talent, and the need for adaptive development and retention strategies. On the other hand, significant opportunities arise through the utilization of digital technologies in recruitment, training, and development, as well as improved employee engagement. The conclusion of this study is that digital transformation requires the public sector to adopt a more strategic and technology-oriented approach to talent management. Recommendations for future research include in-depth exploration of the implementation of digital-based talent management strategies and evaluation of the impacts of various initiatives

    In today's highly competitive business environment, high employee performance is the main goal of many organizations. The success of employee performance achieved by the organization is influenced by the level of employee performance individually or in groups. Competent employees get a favorable impression of employees who are able to help the company adapt to all circumstances. In addition, the management style used in the company affects staff performance. Product knowledge is also needed by employees to know how to make good product materials and use certain stitches so they can market them properly. Employees who understand product information make work easier and improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of loyalty, leadership style and product knowledge on employee performance at CV Indah Makmur Surabaya. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method that collects data from respondents using a questionnaire. The population of this study consisted of workers who worked at Indah Makmur Convection and 31 workers who had experience working at Indah Makmur Convection. Samples were collected using a non-probability based sampling method. The data in this study were analyzed using classical acceptance tests, several linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the t-test of this study found that there was a partially significant effect between employee loyalty and employee performance, secondly, leadership style had a partially significant effect on employee performance, and thirdly, product knowledge had a partially significant effect

    Currently, many people are opening online and offline businesses, one of which is a business in the F&B sector. Opening a business today will be a great opportunity to generate profits, this will happen if the company can carry out the Marketing Mix strategy properly. Marketing Mix is ​​a marketing strategy design implemented by the company to achieve the desired response from the target market. The marketing mix strategy that is currently widely used is the 7P marketing mix namely, Product, Place, Price, Promotion, Physical Evidence, People, and Process. Surabaya is one of the cities in Indonesia with the most new business growth during the current economic recovery, especially in the F&B sector. Therefore, this study will try to explain further the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at the Mixue Semolowaru branch, East Surabaya. This research was conducted by applying a quantitative approach, by utilizing the media questionnaire as a research instrument. The population used is the customers of the Mixue Semolowaru branch, East Surabaya and the people of East Surabaya who know about Mixue, the Semolowaru branch, East Surabaya. This study applies a purposive sampling technique as a sampling method and determines a total of 100 respondents as the sample to be used. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained were that the t-count test in this study stated that the product, price and people variables had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while the location and promotion variables had a negative and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while physical evidence and process had no positive and significant influence. significantly on purchasing decisions, while simultaneously (simultaneously) the Marketing Mix has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions

    Minimnya Anggaran Negara yang diperuntukkan bagi sektor kesehatan, dapat dipandang sebagai rendahnya apresiasi akan pentingnya bidang kesehatan sebagai elemen penyangga, yang bila terabaikan akan menimbulkan rangkaian problem baru yang justru akan menyerap keuangan negara lebih besar lagi. Sejenis pemborosan baru yang muncul karena kesalahan kita sendiri. Konsepsi Visi Indonesia Sehat 2010, pada prinsipnya menyiratkan pendekatan sentralistik dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan, sebuah paradigma yang nyatanya cukup bertentangan dengan anutan desentralisasi, dimana kewenangan daerah menjadi otonom untuk menentukan arah dan model pembangunan di wilayahnya tanpa harus terikat jauh dari pusat. Adapun masalah pokok pada penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana Analisis Problematika Sistem Pembiayaan Kesehatan di Era JKN. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam Penelitian hukum normatif menggunakan studi kasus normatif berupa produk perilaku hukum. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diuraikan bahwa Pembiayaan kesehatan di era JKN sangat tergantung komitmen khususnya pembiayaan pembiayaan yang bersumber dari pemerintah. Sistem pembiayaan kesehatan di daerah perlu dikembangkan agar isu pokok dalam pembiayaan kesehatan daerah, yaitu mobilisasi, alokasi dan efisiensi pembiayaan dapat terselenggara dengan baik sehingga menjamin pemerataan, mutu dan keseimbangan pembangunan kesehatan daerah. Tersedianya data pembiayaan kesehatan menjadi sangat penting dengan adanya kebijakan desentralisasi atau otonomi daerah dalam pelayanan kesehatan sehingga diperlukan penentuan kebijakan dan strategi pembiayaan program kesehatan di daerah

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Online Customer Reviews and Product Knowledge on Purchasing Decisions. This research method uses Quantitative research methods with an associate type of research. The population in this study is people who have bought Implora products through the Shopee Surabaya marketplace, with a sample of 100 respondents. This research data collection technique used e-questionnaire. The results and conclusions of this study show that Online Customer Review and Product Knowledge have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the Purchase Decision of Implora Products in the people of Surabaya. The recommendation of this study is that companies need to pay attention to Perceived Usefulnes on the Shopee Surabaya marketplace by highlighting the benefit items of Implora products continuously

    Job Characteristics refer to the variety of tasks and job characteristics given to employees who play a significant role in the success and sustainability of a company. It is one of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of Job Characteristics and Employee Job Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Santos Jaya Abadi Sidoarjo Plant. In this company, employee job satisfaction is an important factor in retaining quality employees and improving organizational productivity. Therefore, a good understanding of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction is crucial. This approach uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Santos Jaya Abadi - Sidoarjo Plant. The research sample consists of permanent employees who have worked at PT Santos Jaya Abadi - Sidoarjo Plant for more than one year. The collected data were analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques. The results of this study indicate that Job Characteristics, including factors such as skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy, and feedback, have a positive and significant relationship with Employee Job Satisfaction. This indicates that the more diverse the tasks assigned to employees, the higher the level of autonomy given, and the more feedback received, employees tend to be more satisfied with their work. Furthermore, this study also found that Employee Job Commitment has a positive and significant relationship with Employee Job Satisfaction. Employees who have a high level of commitment to the company and their jobs tend to have high satisfaction. Based on these findings, PT Santos Jaya Abadi - Sidoarjo Plant can pay attention to the importance of adequate job characteristics and building Employee Job Commitment to improve job satisfaction. In the long run, improving Employee Job Satisfaction is expected to have a positive impact on overall company productivity and performance
