Bagaimana readiness dosen dalam transformasi teknologi pembelajaran? Tinjauan berdasarkan psychological capital dan generasi: How is lecturers' readiness for the transformation of learning technology? A review based on psychological capital and generation
Today's learning technologies must be mastered by lecturers in order to support the progress of quality education. Therefore, lecturers are expected to be able to adapt to existing changes, especially in the use of learning technology. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of psychological capital on readiness to change, moderated by Generation X and Y groups. The method used in this study is explanatory quantitative research where research data was collected using Psychological Capital Scale (ω=0,847) and Readiness to Change Scales (ω=0,939) given to 267 lecturers in Indonesia. The results of this study were analysed using the JASP regression test and the R moderation test. The results showed that psychological capital is able to influence lecturers' readiness to change in using learning technology. However, generation has not been proven to moderate the strong and weak influence of psychological capital on the readiness to change lecturers in utilizing learning technology. This is because each generational group has unique characteristics in terms of psychological capital
Pola pikir berkembang dan perilaku kerja inovatif: Menguji peranan kepemimpinan berbasis kekuatan dan iklim inovasi: Growth mindset and innovative work behavior: Examining the role of strengths-based leadership and innovation climate
The government continues to promote public sector transformation to have maximum impact. Civil Servants as policy implementers need to be adaptive in innovating according to the core values of Ber-AKHLAK. The uniqueness of the public sector shows the urgency of examining its innovative work behavior. This study aims to investigate the effect of growth mindset on innovative work behavior with simultaneous moderation of strength-based leadership and innovation climate using Self Determination Theory (SDT). ). A cross-sectional self-report survey using the innovative work behavior scale (α=0.97), the growth mindset scale (α=0.90), the strengths-based leadership scale (α=0.95), and the innovation climate scale (0.91) involved 179 civil servants at agency X who play a vital role in managing employees. PROCESS Macro Model 2 in SPSS shows that growth mindset has a direct positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. However, strength-based leadership and innovation climate simultaneously do not significantly moderate it. From a SDT perspective, growth mindset directly motivates civil servants’ innovative work behavior by fulfilling their basic psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Government organizations can focus on fostering a growth mindset in civil servants rather than disseminating strength-based leadership practices and innovation climate

Who’s at Risk? Exploring the Impact of Family Status and Gender on Suicidal Ideation in Adolescents
The incidence of adolescent suicide and the divorce rate in Indonesia have shown an increasing trend. However, research that comprehensively and directly compares suicidal ideation between adolescents from intact families and those from divorced families, as well as the role of gender in the Indonesian context, remains limited. This study aims to examine family structure and gender as predictors of suicidal ideation among adolescents. The respondents consisted of 1,496 adolescents aged 12–19 years, including both males and females, from intact and divorced families. Suicidal ideation was measured using a suicide-related item from the Children’s Depression Inventory, family structure was assessed through demographic questions regarding parental marital status, and gender was determined using a demographic question on participants’ sex. Multinomial logistic regression analysis revealed that adolescents from divorced families exhibited higher levels of suicidal ideation compared to those from intact families. Female adolescents reported higher suicidal ideation than male adolescents. The model explained only 10.6% of the variance in suicidal ideation, indicating the need for further research to explore additional factors influencing suicidal ideation beyond family structure and gender.
The Suction Blower Motor is an induction motor that is quite frequently used in industry. A suction blower motor is a device that operates on the principle of suction and blowing, functioning to circulate air or materials in various applications, such as removing dust from machines, moving particles from one location to another, or for ventilation. This device works by drawing air or particles through fan blades driven by an electric motor and then directing them out through an exhaust duct. Therefore, this study aims to apply the Fuzzy Logic method to predict damage to suction blower motors. This prediction system is expected to significantly reduce the risk of motor failure, increase operational efficiency, and minimize maintenance costs. The development of this damage prediction system is also expected to contribute to the industrial world, particularly in maintaining operational continuity and improving occupational safety
Regulating the Space Above Land in Indonesia: Toward a Business Law-Based Framework for Legal Certainty and Vertical Development
This article critically examines the fragmented legal regulation of airspace above land in Indonesia, emphasizing its incompatibility with the Basic Agrarian Law. Despite the increasing demand for vertical urban development, Indonesian statutory instruments governing spatial use, buildings, and land rights remain conceptually and normatively disconnected, resulting in significant legal uncertainty. Employing a doctrinal legal research method, this study analyzes philosophical, dogmatic, and normative dimensions of airspace regulation to identify inconsistencies that undermine the coherence of the land law system. From a business law perspective, the absence of clearly defined, transferable, and registrable rights over airspace poses substantial obstacles to commercial transactions, investment security, and financing in the real estate sector. Developers and investors face heightened legal risk due to the lack of a distinct legal status for airspace as an object of rights. To address these challenges, the article undertakes a comparative analysis of Singapore and Japan, jurisdictions that recognize airspace as a separate legal object subject to specific regulatory and licensing regimes. Drawing from these comparative insights, the article proposes the adoption of an airspace licensing regime in Indonesia. Such reform would harmonize airspace regulation with the Basic Agrarian Law, enhance legal certainty, support vertical urban expansion, and create a more investment-friendly framework for Indonesia’s rapidly growing property and infrastructure sectors
Revisiting Justice in Income Tax Article 23 Withholding and Corporate Income Recognition
Taxpayers operating as corporations are required to maintain proper bookkeeping, which mandates that every transaction be recorded in accordance with the period in which it occurs. Corporations engaged in service provision are subject to withholding of Income Tax (PPh) Article 23 by the income provider at the time of payment for the services rendered. The Withholding Tax Evidence (BUPOT) for PPh Article 23 serves as a tax credit that can be accounted for in the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan). This study aims to examine the legal inconsistencies regarding the withholding period of PPh 23 in relation to the income recognition of corporate taxpayers from the perspective of fairness, while also proposing solutions to address the issues arising from these discrepancies. The methodology employed in this research is a normative legal approach utilizing the statute approach. The findings indicate that the withholding of PPh Article 23 for corporate taxpayers in the service sector can lead to significant overpayment or underpayment of taxes each fiscal year, particularly when gross revenue fluctuates from year to year. Additionally, this study identifies several potential solutions that could be implemented to resolve the various challenges encountered
Legal Consequences of Excessive Compensation in Hotel Consumer Disputes: Case No. 649/Pdt.G/2023/PN Jkt.Pst
The rapid expansion of the hospitality sector has introduced complex legal issues related to hotel liability in maintaining guest safety and comfort. This research examines hotel liability for losses caused by employee negligence and examines the classification and application of material and immaterial damages within Indonesian civil law, with a particular focus on “Decision No. 649/Pdt.G/2023/PN Jkt.Pst.” Using a normative juridical approach with a statutory analysis, this study reviews the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999) and the Indonesian Civil Code, supported by scholarly literature. The results indicate that negligence committed by hotel employees satisfies the elements of an unlawful act as stipulated in Articles 1365, 1366, and 1367 of the Civil Code, establishing the hotel’s responsibility under both tort and consumer protection frameworks. Nevertheless, the court’s reasoning reveals inconsistencies in categorizing compensation, where certain tangible losses were erroneously treated as intangible damages. Such misclassification risks overlapping claims and excessive restitution, which contradicts the principles of fairness and proportionality. This study contributes by critically evaluating how Indonesian courts distinguish between material and immaterial damages, highlighting the risks of misclassification concerning compensation classification, underscoring the importance of legal certainty, substantive justice, and the preventive as well as educative roles of compensation. The findings are expected to enrich the development of civil law and strengthen consumer protection mechanisms within Indonesia’s hospitality industry
Financial Reconstruction of State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia as Special State Finances: Public or Private Law?
Changes to the SOEs law, particularly Law 1/2025 and Law 16/2025, pose problems because they place SOE finances and management entirely in the private domain, which contradicts the ratio decidendi of several Constitutional Court Decisions. This study aims to analyze reconstruction efforts related to conceptual renewal that position SOE finances as special state finances and their legal implications. This research is normative legal research that prioritizes conceptual, legislative, case, and comparative approaches. This study finds that SOE finances and management are constitutionally and systematically part of special state finances with a dual character, namely having both public and private legal dimensions. Comparative studies with China and Singapore show that although the design of state control differs, both emphasize the accountability of state assets and the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises. The finances and management of SOEs, which are part of the state's special finances, have legal implications for the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and the Supervisory Board, who can be held criminally liable for SOE losses, unless the business decisions made were in accordance with the principles of prudence, good corporate governance, and the business judgment rule. This research recommends a thorough revision of Law 1/2025 and Law 16/2025, as well as filing for judicial review, because the substance of these two laws is not in line with the ratio decidendi of the Constitutional Court's decision, which states that the finances of SOEs fall within the realm of public and private law
