    This research was conducted on ADEM brand ice crystal products at the company PT Tirta Bakti Laju Kencana which is located in Dusun Japanan Rt. 03 Rw. 04 Popoh Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. This study aims to find out and analyze the partnership strategy and distribution channels that have been carried out by PT Tirta Bakti Laju Kencana and then identified using the SWOT theory which consists of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in the company.   The results of this study indicate that the partnership strategy carried out by the company PT Tirta Bakti Laju Kencana uses an agency pattern, namely partners are given special rights in developing or selling products created by the company, and the distribution channels used by the company PT Tirta Bakti Laju Kencana in distributing products from the company to hands of partners using indirect distribution channels, namely through intermediary partner agents. This research also provides solutions to the problems faced by the company PT Tirta Bakti Laju Kencana in implementing the partnership strategy and its distribution channels

    As time progresses, all aspects of life activities have become more practical and easier with the existence of internet technology. One of the aspects referred to is the trade aspect, as evidenced by the emergence of various marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) and being the most strategic economic sector, in which there are many sellers selling goods/services, sometimes even the same types of products are sold, so business competition is unavoidable. Social media is also a place where the economy grows, giving rise to professions influencer and creating a marketing arena for business actors equipped with sales promotions (discounts, coupons, etc.) to create impulse purchases. The object of this research is the product of the Shopee Mall category of care and beauty. The goal is to find out the effect Influencer Marketing (X1) and Sales Promotion (X2) to Impulse Buying (Y). This type of research uses quantitative methods with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, the population is generation Z of Surabaya City who have purchased care and beauty products through Shopee Mall, focused on the East Surabaya area with a sample size of 100 respondents from the distribution of statements e-quesinoer via Google Forms. The results obtained state that Influencer Marketing and Sales Promotion has a partial and simultaneous effect on Impulse Buying. Testing this hypothesis is proven through the t (partial) test that Influencer Marketing positive and significant effect onImpulse Buying, also Sales Promotion positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. As well as the F test (simultaneous) with F count 18.616>F table of 3.09 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05. Obtain a determination value (R²) of 0.277 or 27.7%. While the remaining 72.3% is influenced by other factors and variables outside the study, such as variables Hedonic Shopping Value, FOMO, and Shopping Lifestyle.     The Doctrine of Essential Facilities in Competition Law: Balancing Monopoly Power and Fair Competition

    This study examines the application of the Doctrine of Essential Facilities in business competition law in the Indonesian port sector. Despite the implementation of a demonopolization policy, PELINDO, as a State-Owned Enterprise, still controls essential facilities, potentially leading to monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. This issue is reflected in ICC-I Decision 12/2014 and ICC-L 15/2018, where the ICC identified indications of violations of several provisions of Law No. 5/1999 on the Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition, particularly regarding monopoly practices, market domination, and tying/bundling actions. This study analyzes the limitations and application of the Essential Facilities Doctrine in business competition law and assesses how the ICC determines violations related to the control of essential facilities in the port sector. It employs normative legal research, utilizing a legal and regulatory framework, court decisions, and case studies. The findings indicate that even though the Shipping Law has revoked PELINDO's monopoly rights, the market structure and nature of essential facilities in the port sector continue to confer a competitive advantage on PELINDO. The ICC determined that PELINDO violated the principle of fair business competition by restricting competitors' access to essential facilities. To address this issue, regulatory harmonization is needed between SOE monopoly policies and the principle of business competition, along with strengthened ICC oversight and explicit incorporation of the Essential Facilities Doctrine into Indonesia’s competition regulations. These measures would ensure fairer access for other businesses in the port sector

    The Truth Behind the Label: Ensuring Fairness and Legal Liabilities in Skincare Ingredient Overclaims

    Recently, interest in skincare products has grown dramatically. As a result, there is intense competition due to the emergence of numerous new skincare brands. Some skincare brands, in their pursuit of greater profits, resort to unethical practices, such as overclaiming the ingredients on the packaging. These exaggerated claims not only deceive consumers but also result in a significant discrepancy between the promised and actual ingredient composition which lead to potential harm to consumers' health and financial losses. This research's legal concern is corporate actors' liability for making exaggerated claims about the ingredients’ composition that harms consumers’ rights. This research offers a novel perspective to the legal protection for consumers by focusing specifically on ingredients overclaims in skincare products that do not match reality. The analysis is based on articles on consumer rights in Law No. 8/1999 using the normative legal method. Through this research, it was found that the legal responsibility of business actors is often hindered by gaps in law enforcement processes. These challenges, such as inadequate regulation enforcement and lack of transparency, must be addressed to mitigate the widespread phenomenon of ingredient overclaims in the skincare industry. In conclusion, effective legal safeguards and more stringent monitoring mechanisms are essential to uphold consumer rights and ensure fair business practices within the skincare sector

    Analisis Pembalasan Tokoh Utama Moriguchi Yuko dalam Novel Confession karya Minato Kanae

    Novel karya Minato Kanae dengan judul “Confession” atau “Kokuhaku (告白)” dalam bahasa Jepang, adalah novel dengan tema balas dendam. Peneliti memusatkan fokus pada tokoh Moriguchi Yuko dalam kasus pembalasan dendamnya. Dengan metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjabarkan latar belakang pembalasan Moriguchi Yuko kepada anak anak SMP yang telah membunuh anaknya, yaitu Manami. Novel Confession karya Minato Kanae juga menjadi sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa kasus balas dendam menjadi kunci utama dalam novel ini. Penggambaran tata cara penulisan novel, menggunakan narasi satu arah atau sudut pandang orang pertama, pada setiap bagan. Minao Kanae, menghadirkan cita rasa narasi baru, dengan menjabarkan setiap emosi karakter yang ada pada novel Confession. Namun, meskipun begitu, kunci novel terdapat pada karakter utama yaitu Moriguchi Yuko. Moriguchi Yuko digambarkan sebagai seorang guru SMP, dan seorang ibu tunggal yang sangat menyayangi anaknya, Manami. Semua berjalan dengan baik, sampai pada anaknya yaitu “Manami” meninggal dunia secara tidak wajar. Kemudian, mulailah berbagai macam kasus pembalasan dendam yang kompleks dan saling terikat satu sama lain, oleh Moriguchi Yuko sebagai dalang utama. Melalui novel ini, pembaca dapat mendapatkan banyak pesan moral yang berkaitan dengan Keadilan, Moralitas, dan Konsekuensi Psikologis.   Kata kunci: Analisis Karakter, Minato Kanae, Confession, Moriguchi Yuko, Pembalasan Dendam The novel “Confession” (Kokuhaku, 告白) by Minato Kanae is a story with the theme of revenge. The researcher focuses on the character of Moriguchi Yuko in her case of revenge. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, the aim of this study is to elaborate on the background of Moriguchi Yuko’s revenge against the middle school children who killed her daughter, Manami. The novel *Confession* by Minato Kanae is also the primary source of data for this research. The analysis shows that the theme of revenge is a key element in the novel. The writing style of the novel uses a one-way narrative or first-person perspective for each section. Minato Kanae presents a new narrative flavor by describing the emotions of each character in *Confession*. However, despite this, the key to the novel lies in the main character, Moriguchi Yuko. Moriguchi Yuko is depicted as a middle school teacher and a single mother who deeply loves her daughter, Manami. Everything goes well until her daughter, Manami, dies in an unnatural way. Afterward, a series of complex and interconnected revenge cases begin, with Moriguchi Yuko as the mastermind.     ECONOMY DE POLITICS: ANALYSIS CRITICAL ON POLICY INDONESIAN ECONOMY

    This article analyzes the dynamics of political economy in Indonesia’s development from a critical perspective on implemented economic policies. The study focuses on how economic decisions are shaped by the interplay of political interests, global economic pressures, and domestic priorities. Using a qualitative approach rooted in public policy analysis, this article explores several key issues, including the role of state and non-state actors in policymaking, the impact of neo-liberalism, and Indonesia's challenges in achieving inclusive and sustainable growth. The findings reveal that Indonesian economic policy is significantly influenced by globalization and capitalist interests, which often marginalize disadvantaged groups. Structural inequality in development benefit distribution further exacerbates socio-economic gaps. This article calls for a shift toward a people-centered and justice-oriented development paradigm. It contributes to academic discourse in development political economy while offering a foundation for more equitable and nationally driven policy reforms

    Fear of Missing Out sebagai Mediator Kesepian dan Kecanduan Media Sosial Pada Pengguna Dating App

    Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital, penggunaan media sosial, termasuk aplikasi kencan, semakin meningkat. Hal ini membawa dampak terhadap kondisi psikologis penggunanya, terutama mahasiswa yang menjadi pengguna aktif media sosial. Mereka rentan menghadapi dampak negatif seperti kesepian, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), dan kecanduan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran FoMO sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kesepian dan kecanduan media sosial di kalangan mahasiswa pengguna dating app. Sebanyak 152 mahasiswa pengguna aktif dating app terlibat dalam penelitian ini, dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala Likert. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan efek tidak langsung sebesar 0,024 dengan signifikansi p = 0,583, yang berarti hubungan antara kesepian dan kecanduan media sosial melalui FoMO bersifat positif, namun tidak signifikan. Sedangkan pada efek langsung, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,859 dengan p = 0,000, yang menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kesepian dan kecanduan media sosial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh langsung kesepian terhadap kecanduan media sosial lebih besar daripada pengaruhnya melalui FoMO

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan stres kerja yang kerap dialami karyawan akibat ketidaksesuaian antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kemampuan individu. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pet attachment dengan stres kerja pada karyawan pemelihara kucing di Surabaya. Populasi penelitian adalah 415.000 karyawan aktif di Surabaya, dengan partisipan sebanyak 270 yang didapat dari tabel Isac dan Michael dengan signifikansi 0,10, partisipan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Instrumen penelitian berupa metode ditribusi skala Likert. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan survei skala Likert yang disebar menggunakan bantuan poster dan dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara pet attachment dan stres kerja (r = -0,809, p < 0,01), menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi pet attachment, semakin rendah tingkat stres kerja yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan hewan peliharaan sebagai salah satu mekanisme alami dalam pengelolaan stres kerja

    Peran Kecemasan Sosial terhadap Kecanduan Sosial Media pada Remaja Awal

    Abstract Social anxiety factors are usually experienced in life because of addiction to playing social media. The use of social media continues to increase among early adolescents along with the development of technology, The research design used in this study uses a quantitative method that goes through a cross-sectional approach. This study uses a simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. This study uses a correlational approach to test the relationship of the variables proposed to the hypothesis. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between social anxiety and social media addiction in early adolescence with a correlation/relationship value (R) of 0.711 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.505 which means that the social anxiety variable can reduce the social media addiction variable in early adolescence by 50.5%. Keywords: Social Media Addiction; Social Anxiety Abstrak Factor kecemasan sosial biasanya yang sering dialami dikehidupan karena kecanduan bermain sosial media. Penggunaan sosial media terus meningkat di kalangan remaja awal seiring perkembangan teknologi, Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang melalui pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini memakai analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan korelasional untuk menguji hubungan variabel yang diajukan pada hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan yaitu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikasi antara kecemasan sosial dengan kecanduan sosial media pada remaja awal dengan nilai korelasi/hubungan (R) sebesar 0,711 dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) adalah 0,505 yang berarti bahwa variabel kecemasan sosial dapat menurunkan variabel kecanduan sosial media pada remaja awal sebesar 50,5%.
