Picking sea water, or "randu telu," is said to heal illnesses, and there is the possibility of cultural rites. An analysis of the questionnaire about the introduction of mangroves reveals that 47% of all visitors learn about the environment. The remaining respondents were unclear or unable to decide, and only 47% of respondents understood how mangrove ecosystems operated. This is a result of education's low value and the even lower value of mangrove information. According to 85% of respondents, ecotourism has conservation or protection values from its inception. According to survey respondents, 67% of them believe that community involvement and empowerment should go hand in hand with ecotourism to promote community development. Cultural rituals could be performed, and gathering seawater, or "randu telu," is said to have therapeutic benefits. 47 percent of all visitors learn about the mangrove ecosystem, according to the study of the questionnaire regarding the introduction of mangroves. This is because education is undervalued and information about mangroves is much less valuable. According to 85% of respondents, ecotourism has always held conservation or protection values. The results of the survey indicate that 67% of participants acknowledge the value of ecotourism for community development in conjunction with community empowerment and involvement. establishing a trip to the mangroves with the possibility of a second tour; (d) formulating a five-year strategy for the sustainable growth of ecotourism; and (e) applying the current study to explore additional visitors

ABSTRACT Effective selection of educational staff and lecturers requires appropriate evaluation techniques to assess the abilities and potential of candidates. This research recommends using the Random Forest Classifier to classify psychological test results, with optimization using Grid Search and validation via K-Fold Cross Validation. This approach was chosen because of its ability to handle complex and heterogeneous data. Grid Search is used to search for the best parameter combination that improves model performance, while K-Fold Cross Validation ensures generalization reliability. This research used 616 data, consisting of 307 lecturers' and 309 psychological test results educational staff psychological test results. Data is divided into training (80%) and testing (20%) data. Classification report analysis shows an accuracy of 85% for the education staff dataset and 82% for the lecturer dataset. Beauty clinics have become an integral part of modern lifestyles, offering aesthetic solutions to enhance self-confidence. However, alongside their popularity, several challenges have emerged, including health risks stemming from hazardous chemicals, malpractice, and inadequate professional competence. Widespread consumerism often overlooks safety aspects, driven by media-induced unrealistic beauty standards. In this context, legal protection for consumers utilizing beauty clinic services is of paramount importance. This study aims to analyze the legal liability of beauty clinics in safeguarding consumer rights, focusing on the application of justice principles. These principles encompass distributive justice, which demands equitable access to services without discrimination, and procedural justice, which ensures transparency and active consumer participation in medical decision-making. Employing a normative juridical method. The findings reveal that, despite existing regulations outlining the obligations of service providers, numerous beauty clinics fail to adhere to established standards. Consumers often suffer harm due to unsafe procedures or the use of unregulated beauty products. In such instances, the BPSK offers an effective mechanism for dispute resolution, providing mediation, conciliation, and arbitration services characterized by low costs and simplified procedures. From the perspective of justice, ensuring that all consumers have equal rights to clear information and safe services is imperative. Furthermore, strengthening consumer involvement in medical decision-making processes is critical to avoiding the dominance of paternalistic relationships between healthcare providers and patients. By enforcing robust legal protections and adopting a holistic approach to justice, consumer protection in beauty clinic services can be significantly enhanced. This would not only mitigate potential harm but also foster a more balanced relationship between consumers and service providers

This research aims to elucidate whether there is disability or not in employment context in Leo and Frank characters from CODA film by Sian Heder, considering they are subjected to audism a lot in their work space. This research looks at CODA film by using the framework of audism and The International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health model by World Health Organization. This research uses qualitative methods to gather corresponding data from CODA film. The result shows that Deaf people are found a lot of times discriminated against by society. the ICF model shows that even though Frank and Leo are impaired, they become abled through certain circumstances such as a system that enables deaf workers and devices supporting their working tasks. This research indicates that negative stereotypes and misconceptions about Deaf individuals often lead to systemic barriers in hiring practices and workplace integration, resulting in underemployment and limited career advancement opportunities. Despite the growing visibility of Deaf representation in media, such as the film CODA, there is insufficient analysis of how these portrayals influence societal attitudes and employment prospects for Deaf individuals. This study aims to fill this gap by examining the representation of audism in CODA and its implications for the employment experiences of Deaf characters, thus contributing to a deeper understanding of the intersection between media representation and employment outcomes
