    Persaingan Brand Sepatu Lokal: Brand Resonance Melalui Brand Salience Pada Generasi Z Kota Denpasar

    Dunia fashion menjadi salah satu cara seseorang untuk menarik perhatian orang lain di berbagai kalangan usia. Namun, sebagian besar pengguna fashion di Indonesia lebih senang menggunakan brand internasional ketimbang brand lokal. Hal ini dikarenakan pengguna fashion di Indonesia yang lebih senang menjadi “followers” dalam dunia fashion. Salah satuya generasi Z pada masyarakat Denpasar dalam bidang fashion sepatu, meskipun sepatu lokal sudah menggunakan teknik pembuatan yang sama dengan sepatu internasional. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya branding sepatu lokal seperti compass, ventela, aerostreet dan juga PVN untuk dikenali dan diingat (brand salience). Sehingga tidak mudah terjadinya hubungan psikologis (brand resonance) antara generasi Z di kota Denpasar dengan keempat produk sepatu lokal tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menunjukkan berpengaruh atau tidaknya persepsi kualitas dalam memediasi hubungan brand salience terhadap brand resonance. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan generasi Z di Denpasar. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam menentukan 135 responden. Mengacu pada metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) brand salience memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kualitas, (2) persepsi kualitas memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand resonance, (3) brand salience memiliki pengaruh  secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand resonance, (4) persepsi kualitas memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi brand salience terhadap brand resonance. &nbsp

    The news of the murder of Novriansyah Yosua Hutabarat (Brigadier Joshua) began when it was reported that Brigadier Joshua died after a shootout with Bharada Richard Eliezer at the house of the Head of the Propam Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo who was at the Duren Tiga Police Complex, South Jakarta on Friday 8 July 2022. Based on the background above, this research raises major and minor questions. The major question is how is the Analysis of Social Semiotics in the Case of Brigadier Joshua's Murder on the Kompas.com website? then, a minor question is How does the Kompas.com website construct the reporting on the Brigadier Joshua murder case in terms of the field of discourse, the discourse participants, and the means of discourse? The research used is a qualitative approach. Then the researcher used MAK Halliday's social semiotic research method in interpreting the text of a news story and examining the sign system in the form of language produced by humans. From the data studied through MAK Halliday's social semiotics, data were obtained, namely: a field of discourse that describes what situation Kompas.com discussed about the murder of Brigadier Joshua. The involvement of the discourse in the news is seen from who is included in the quote. In addition, how the role and position of the source is described in the news. The means of discourse describe how Kompas.com uses style of language in writing news about the murder of Brigadier Joshua. The results of this study conclude that all the news on Kompas.com are related to the news of the murder of Brigadier Joshua which places more emphasis on Inspector General Ferdy Sambo and Bharada Eliezer. Then the selection of sources is not arbitrary, for that Kompas.com in including quotes looks quality because the sources appointed as quotes are in accordance with their fields. &nbsp

    This research aims to analyze the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in teaching at the Private Catholic Elementary School Santo Arnoldus Janssen, Bulik Subdistrict, Lamandau Regency. The 2013 Curriculum is a national curriculum that emphasizes the formation of competencies and character of learners. Despite its commendable objectives, there are several challenges in its implementation, such as incomplete teacher understanding and students' difficulties in comprehending thematic materials. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation and structured interviews. The research takes place at SDS Catholic Santo Arnoldus Janssen. Observations indicate that teachers have been able to prepare and manage learning effectively, using engaging teaching strategies and encouraging active student participation. Furthermore, students exhibit good activity levels in following the learning process, both physically, mentally, and emotionally. The impact of implementing the 2013 Curriculum is evident in the quality of students who are competent, productive, creative, and independent. Effective and efficient learning resources have been utilized well by teachers, despite limitations in the use of laptops. Learning also stimulates the holistic growth of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects in students. A safe, comfortable, and orderly learning environment is created through consistent rule enforcement and active student participation. Additionally, continuous evaluation and improvement processes are implemented. The implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at SDS Catholic Santo Arnoldus Janssen has positively affected the quality of learning, student quality, effectiveness and efficiency in the use of learning resources, the growth of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects in students, a safe, comfortable, and orderly learning environment, as well as continuous evaluation and improvement processes

    Character education is an essential component of a comprehensive education system. This article aims to examine the literature on the implementation of character education in schools in intracurricular and extracurricular contexts. The method used in this research is a literature review with five stages: theme determination, article database search, article selection, analysis and synthesis, and logical organization of the writing. The literature review results show that the implementation of character education in an extracurricular context can be carried out programmatically in the standard curriculum through a model of autonomy as a subject, integration of character education in subjects, and integration of character education in learning strategies. The literature review results also show that character education can be implemented in an extracurricular context with a series of planned and programmed activities. Extracurricular activities that can instill student character include pramuka, taditional dance, pencak silat, and drawing. The implementation of character education is carried out continuously to produce habits that are meaningfully embedded in students

    Pendidikan tidak hanya sekedar berbicara tentang akademik saja. Pendidikan juga perlu memperhatikan penanaman karakter pada siswa untuk menciptakan siswa yang berkualitas. Disiplin diri merupakan salah satu nilai karakter yang sangat penting untuk ditanamkan kepada siswa. Kedisiplinan merupakan ketaatan dan kepatuhan pada peraturan yang dilakukan dengan rasa senang hati, bukan karena dipaksa atau terpaksa. Pembentukan kedisiplinan siswa diperoleh melalui sebuah pengkondisian, seperti adanya tata tertib sekolah yang diperlukan untuk membantu membiasakan siswa dalam mengikat dan mengendalikan perilaku sesuai yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan teori Operant Conditioning dari B. F. Skinner terhadap kedisiplinan siswa SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Data-data diperoleh melalui kajian berbagai artikel ilmiah dan buku. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pustaka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pemberian reinforcement atau penguatan sangat berperan dalam perubahan perilaku siswa. Perilaku disiplin terbentuk ketika guru memberikan penguatan-penguatan kepada siswa atas perilaku disiplin yang ditunjukkanya. Pemberian penguatan dapat dilakukan di lingkungan sekolah maupun di dalam pembelajaran pada perilaku-perilaku yang ditunjukkan siswa sebagai upaya penanaman karakter yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kebajikan universal dalam diri siswa

    Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis transformasi sosiokultural perempuan kuli bangunan kearah peningkatan kesejahteraan di kota Makassar. 2) Untuk menganalisis dampak transformasi sosiokultural perempuan kuli bangunan kearah peningkatan kesejahteraan di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan memilih informan yang sudah ditentukan menggunakan Teknik snowball sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perempuan kuli bangunan melakukan transformasi melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: 1) Peran istri dalam kehidupan berumah tangga yang meliputi, tinggal dirumah dengan pekerjaan domestic. 2) Faktor pendukung peran ibu rumah tangga sekaligus sebagai pekerja yang meliputi, Izin dari suami untuk bekerja, pengalaman kerja keras dari kampung halaman. 3) Faktor penghambat peran ibu rumah tangga sekaligus pekerja yang meliputi, pengetahuan teknologi terbatas, kurangnya penghasilan suami, pendidikan rendah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa transformasi sosiokultural perempuan kuli bangunan memberi dampak yang baik melalui tahap berikut: 1) Strategi Perempuan kuli bangunan dalam menjalankan perannya yang meliputi, beradaptasi, mengatur keuangan, bekerja. 2) Pandangan terhadap ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja dan meliputi, membantu perekonomian keluarga, mengisi waktu luang. 3) Pandangan terhadap pemerintah, yang meliputi, kurangnya bantuan sosial, kurang merangkul masyarakat kalangan bawah untuk melakukan pelatihan bekerja

    The role of the teacher is very necessary in terms of strengthening student discipline. Discipline is an attitude or behavior that is owned by an individual that shows obedience, adherence, and order to the rules and norms of life that apply. Discipline is very important for students, because it aims to protect them from deviant behavior and things that can interfere with the learning process. The aims of this study were (1) to describe the teacher's role as a role model in strengthening the character of school discipline at SMK 10 November Jombang. (2) describe the teacher's role as a guide in strengthening the character of school discipline at SMK 10 November Jombang. (3) describe the role of the teacher as an advisor in strengthening the character of school discipline at SMK 10 November Jombang. The method used in this research is qualitative by collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) the role of the teacher as a role model in strengthening the character of discipline at SMK November 10, Jombang is that the teacher always gives an example, understands disciplinary behavior to students, and gives warnings and consequences for students who are not disciplined, the teacher has carried out the role as a good example. (2) the role of the teacher as a guide in strengthening the character of school discipline at SMK November 10 Jombang is that the teacher always provides guidance, understanding, examples to students to always practice discipline both inside and outside the classroom, as a teacher's supervisor has done his role well.     Development of E-Comic With the Comic Life 3 Application In Reading

    The goal of this research is to develop educational materials using the Comic Life application in the format of electronic comics. Four D research methods are utilized in model development: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Students enrolled in the reading course served as the study object for the first step of the requirement analysis, which comprised watching lecture activities and examining the media that lecturers employed. Two qualified validators for the instruments utilized in this study to filled out a validation sheet. The first steps in producing E-Comics include writing a script or story line and choosing a comic panel structure. These are the first phases of the two design stages. The results showed that the research that has been carried out, comic media on reading material is suitable for use in the learning process. This is supported by the validation results from each expert, namely: Material expert 1 obtained 3.8 with the criteria "very valid", material expert 2 obtained 3.71 with the criteria "very valid", and media expert obtained 3.40 with the criteria “very valid”. Then the results of the evaluation of the trial questionnaire, which was studied on 30 students with different abilities, showed that learning media in the form of comics was much in demand by students. This is supported by the results of student response research which shows the level of interest reached 94.5%. with the criteria "very good". This proves that the appeal of comic media is very high

    The aim of this research is to analyze goods sales transaction data and the system for implementing the Apriori algorithm at the Jaya Gemilang Building Store, Pagar Alam City. The problem in this research is that the current sales process at the Jaya Gemilang Building Store is carried out manually, that is, where to view the sales transaction data for goods. which are often purchased and which are rarely purchased by consumers and analysis of goods sales transaction data still uses book records, causing a lack of control over the supply of goods in shops and making it difficult to know which goods consumers buy a lot. This Aprior algorithm is very effective in finding relationship patterns between one or more itemsets in a large data set so that it is effective in calculating sales transaction data and determining consumer habit combination patterns so that they can find out which drugs are often used. The process of applying the Apriori algorithm to goods sales transaction data at the Jaya Gemilang building store using the raptdminer application, is the same as the results in a system built using 7 months of drug sales transaction data using a minimum support of 20% and a minimum confidence of 40%. So from this research information was obtained that goods that were often purchased together during 7 months were 11 combinations of 2 items that met the minimum confidence value of 40%, which in turn was goods that met the confidence value, the shop could provide more stock at the Jaya Gemilang building store, Pagar Alam City
