Get PDFThe practice of the farm labor wage system in Siulak Panjang Village, the determination of wages for farm laborers refers to the concept of gender equality, where the wages determined must be based on the quality of one's work, so that there is no discrimination in labor wages. Payment of wages is carried out after the laborer's work is completed, which is the basis for payment of wages is what generally occurs in the Siulak Panjang Village community. This research is a field research with the model used in this research is qualitative research (getting information and data directly in the field). This data collection technique revealed that data analysis is the process of searching, arranging systematically transcripts of research results pointing out, The factors of the difference in wages between male and female farm laborers are caused by: factors of work time, physical, and workload The Siulak Panjang Village community is in accordance with Islamic law and every muamalah is permissible, if mu'ajir gives a difference in wages between male and female farm laborers on the basis that female farm laborers often come late, men are more responsible for making a living for their families and the majority of men do their work faster. The positive law that applies in Siulak Panjang Village is based on Law Number 13 of 2003. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the settlement of the case of Unlawful Acts (PMH) in the Murabahah Financing contract contained in Decision Number 700/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Jmb. This research answers three questions. First, how is the dispute resolution in case Number 700/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Jmb regarding unlawful acts (PMH) in the murabahah financing contract. Second, what are the basic considerations of the judge in Court Decision Number 700/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Jmb seen from civil law and sharia economic law. Third, what are the legal consequences of the Jambi Religious Court Decision Number 700/Pdt.G/2020/ PA.Jmb. This research is library research and is a qualitative analysis using the deductive method, the author tries to provide an overview of the case that occurred in decision Number 700/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Jmb. then analyzed to draw conclusions. This study found that the case in the decision was resolved through the ligitation route where the settlement through this ligitation route was carried out at the Jambi Religious Court and in this case the settlement was in accordance with the provisions of absolute competence and the provisions of relative competence regulated in article 141 paragraph (4) RBG, the legal basis used in the settlement of this case is Law Number 7 of 1989 which has been updated with Law Number 50 of 2009, Law Number 21 of 2008, Civil Code, RBG, HIR, and KHES. As for the legal consequences in decision Number 700/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Jmb. namely the Plaintiff is obliged to pay court costs and the Defendant is not charged with legal obligations

No full textThis article discusses the practice of Mokhotamu Quru'ani for the bride in the Gorontalo Community Wedding Procession in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District Gorontalo. The focus of this article is how the participants interpret the tradition reading of the Quran for the bride. To get the social meaning of this tradition, this research uses the Bronislaw Malinowski functionalism approach as a reference and data analysis. The results of this study concluded that Mokhotamu Quru'ani began since the acceptance of Islam as a religion and was integrated with local customs. The implementation of Mokhotamu Quru'ani is practiced with local culture which is based normatively through the philosophy of Adati Hula-Hulaa To Saraa, Saraa Hula-Hulaa to Quru'ani. In the practice the bride reads the Qur’an starts from Q.S. Ad-Duha to An-Nas and Ad-Dhuha. Mokhotamu Qurua'ni has a religious function as a guarantee of peace and happiness of marriage life. No full textImplementasi moderasi beragama harus dimulai sejak usia dini, dikarenakan usia ini sangatlah tepat untuk pendidikan dasar menjadi suatu keharusan dalam membiasakan nilai-nilai koderasi beragama. Saat ini nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dapat diaplikasikan pada lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam, yakni taman pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) dengan kerangka besar moderasi beragama. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama melalui kegiatan mengaji Al Qur’an di TPQ Nurul Khikmah, salah satu TPQ yang berada di Desa Pasir Lor Kecamatan Karanglewas. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi serta dengan wawancara kepada ustadz atau pengajar di TPQ Nurul Khikmah. Hasil penelitian adalah: melalui kegiatan mengaji al Qur’an yang dilaksanakan di TPQ Nurul Khikmah dapat membangun pemahaman keagamaan bagi anak atau santri TPQ untuk menjadi lebih moderat dan bisa memperkuat moderasi beragama sejak kecil. Kegiatan mengajar dan mengaji al quran di TPQ untuk membangun kesadaran yang mengarah dan mencerminkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dengan memerlukan pembiasaan dan keteladanan.

Metode Dakwah Guru Tahfidz dalam Membina Akhlak Santri di Rumah Tahfidz al-Qur’an Habibah Tapan
Get PDFMetode adalah cara yang digunakan atau ditempuh untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang diinginkan, metode dakwah berarti cara yang digunakan seorang da’i dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah atau ajaran Islam untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: (1) bagaimana pengetahuan guru tahfidz terhadap metode dakwah; (2) bagaimana metode dakwah guru tahfidz; (3) bagaimana pengaruh metode dakwah guru tahfidz. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan evaluatif. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel bertujuan (Purposive sampel), dengan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua pengurus rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan, anggota rumah tahfidz dan penjuru dakwah rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan yang memahami terkait tentang permasalahan yang dibahas dalam masalah ini. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana metode dakwah guru tahfidz dalam membina akhlak santri di rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan dengan menggunakan metode dakwah Mauidzah hasanah ialah suatu dakwah melalui nasehat dengan perkataan yang lemah lembut dan penuh kasih sayang. Adapun metode pembinaan akhlak yang digunakan oleh guru tahfidz dalam membina akhlak santri di rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan ialah metode teladan (uswah), metode pembiasaan (ta’widiyah), metode nasehat (mauidzah), metode cerita (qishash), metode perumpamaan (amtsal), dan metode ganjaran (tsawab). Metode tersebut dilakukan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral serta etika bersosial baik dalam lingkungan rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan maupun masyarakat

No full textThis study uses a qualitative method with the type of field research that is descriptive analysis. This research was conducted at MI Al-Kahfi Pelompek Kec. Gunung Tujuh in 2022. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is Data Reduction, Data Display, and Data Verification. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the Koran in improving the ability to read and write the Koran in class IV MI Al-Kahfi Pelompek was an Islamic religious education teacher using the lecture method. In addition, the teacher applies reading the Koran by repeating the reading. In terms of writing the Koran, Islamic religious education teachers use the method of copying, observing and listening. The supporting factors that the researchers found were the existence of learning activities in the classroom, activities outside the classroom, and the availability of textbooks and other books, the inhibiting factor was that there were still students who were not fluent in reading and writing the Koran, lack of enthusiasm for students to learn, lack of parental attention
Science Outreach At Madrasa Menggunakan Simulasi PhET (Physics Education Technology) : PHYSICS EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY
No full textPhET (Physics Education Technology) is a technological product that contains a collection of interactive simulations for science learning. PhET simulations have been proven effective for various levels: high, middle, and elementary school. However, their implementation is tailored for each level. The implementation of PhET simulations for groups of students with varying levels or heterogeneous classes in science outreach is the main topic of this activity. Activity supports the enhancement of STEM literacy, which is an important aspect of life today. The science outreach activity, known as Ogirium: Mathematics and Science for Students, focuses on groups of students from different levels (heterogeneous classes). Community-based research was applied. There are 19 participants from various levels of students. At the end of the activity, students take a concept comprehension test. Subsequently, students receive feedback on the test results, and a questionnaire is given to gather participants' perceptions of the activity. This activity revealed three important findings: 1) science outreach activities are beneficial and can serve as alternative learning and empowerment for the community, 2) PhET is effective for the learning process in heterogeneous classes, and 3) science outreach in heterogeneous classes can create multidirectional cooperation, both among students from various levels and between teachers and students.PhET (Physics Education Technology) merupakan produk teknologi yang berisi kumpulan simulasi interaktif untuk pembelajaran sains. Simulasi PhET terbukti efektif untuk berbagai tingkatan: SMA, SMP, dan SD. Namun penerapannya terpisah untuk setiap tingkatan. Penerapan simulasi PhET untuk kelompok pelajar dengan tingkatan yang bervariasi atau kelas heterogen dalam science outreach menjadi topik utama kegiatan pengabdian kali ini. Kegiatan ini mendukung peningkatan literasi STEM yang menjadi aspek penting dalam kehidupan sekarang. Kegiatan science outreach yang disebut dengan Ogirium: Matematika dan Sains untuk Pelajar. Fokus kegiatan adalah kelompok pelajar dari berbagai tingkatan (kelas heterogen). Community-based research diterapkan. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 19 pelajar dari berbagai tingkatan. Pada akhir kegiatan pelajar mengikuti tes pemahaman konsep. Selanjutnya pelajar menerima umpan balik hasil tes dan angket diberikan kepada peserta untuk mengumpulkan data persepsi terhadap kegiatan. Kegiatan mengungkapkan tiga temuan penting, yaitu 1). kegiatan science outreach bermanfaat dan dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan bagi komunitas, 2). PhET efektif untuk proses pembelajaran pada kelas heterogen, dan 3). Science outreach pada kelas heterogen dapat menciptakan kerja sama berbagai arah, baik antar pelajar dari berbagai tingkatan ataupun antara pengajar dan pelajar

No full textThis research aims to find out thematic real work lectures (KKN) based on religious moderation for students of the State Islamic Religious Institute (IAIN) in detail "implementation of time management for elementary school students". The objects of this research are Islamic boarding schools and Al-Quran educational parks in the village of Tebing Tinggi, Tapan, Alam Ampek Hulu Tapan sub-district, South Coast district. Based on what we have done, the results show that students are able to make a daily schedule for activities properly and correctly so that students can apply it in their daily life. This research method is descriptive qualitative, which is a field study that reveals, finds and explores various information about the implementation of time management in elementary school students. Writers must also understand and interpret the data and present it in the form of stories and narratives. The data sources used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) tematik berbasis moderasi beragama mahasiswa institute agama islam negeri (IAIN) kerinci “implementasi manajemen waktu pada siswa sekolah dasar”. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah pesantren dan taman pendidikan Alquran didesa tebing tinggi tapan kecamatan ranah ampek hulu tapan kabupaten pesisir selatan. Berdasarkan dari yang telah kami lakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa siswa mampu membuat jadwal harian untuk kegiatan dengan baik dan benar sehingga siswa bisa mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan studi lapangan yang mengungkapkan, menemukan dan menggali berbagai informasi tentang implementasi manajemen waktu pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penulis juga harus memahami dan menafsirkan suatu data tersebut serta menyajikan dalam bentuk cerita dan narasi.
