No full textArtikel ini membahas tentang Pendidikan Majelis taklim merupakan bentuk pendidikan yang lebih menekankan peningkatan potensi spiritual dan membentuk peserta didik atau jamaah agar menjadi manusia yang beriman, bertakwa kepada Allah SWT dan berakhlak mulia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) tinjauan peran majelis taklim dalam penanaman nilai-nilai Islam di Desa Koto Teluk Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang; (2) nilai-nilai Islam yang diajarkan pada jama’ah majelis taklim di Desa Koto Teluk Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang; (3) kegiatan-kegiatan majelis taklim di Desa Koto Teluk Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskripftif pendekatan evaluatif. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel bertujuan (Purposive sampel), dengan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, pengurus majelis taklim dan anggota majelis taklim desa Koto Teluk yang memahami terkait tentang permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitianiniadalahwawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peranan majelis taklim dalam penanaman nilai-nilai Islam di Desa Koto Teluk adalah Sebagai wadah untuk membina dan mengembangkan kehidupan beragama dalam rangka membentuk masyarakat yang bertaqwa kepada Allah SWT, wadah silaturahmi yang menghidup suburkan syi’ar Islam dan media penyampaian gagasan yang bermanfaat bagi pembangunan umat dan bangsa. Kegiatan-kegiatan majelis taklim di Desa Koto Teluk adalah mengadakan kegiatan ceramah atau pengajian.Faktor pendukung dalam penanaman nilai-nilai Islam adalah adanya bimbingan dari ketua atau ustad/ ustadzah, sarana dan prasarana dan kemauan Ibu-ibu majelis ta’lim. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah seperti keadaan kondisi fisik tubuh yang tidak mampu untuk mengikuti pengajian, bisa karena faktor usia atau dikarenakan sedang sakit

No full textThe story of Prophet Yusuf as said by Allah as the best story in the Qur'an (Surah Yusuf/12: 3). This story is told in full in one letter without any fragmentation of the story and repetition of the story in other letters. According to Nashruddin Baidan (New Insights on Tafsir Science, Yogyakarta, Pustaka Pelajar: 2005) the stories of the Koran placed by Allah in various letters are scattered and are not mentioned chronologically in a special letter except for the story of the Prophet Yusuf as revealed by Allah. in full in Yusuf's letter. Wahbah al-Zuhailî argues that in Surah Yusuf verse seven Allah mentions that the story of the Prophet Yusuf (as) has an example and 'ibrah. By using qualitative research (Library Research) with the maudhu'i method approach (thematic interpretation) of one letter which focuses on the example of the Prophet Yusuf as a young man, it was found that: first, Prophet Yusuf (as) was classified as 'Ibâdina al-Mukhlashîn, second, Prophet Yusuf as Ista'shama from the wishes of al-Azîz's wife, third, Prophet Yusuf as prefers prison to adultery

Get PDFThe aimed of this study was to explore the estimations of experts in the field of communication, focusing on grouping communication in organizations. The results of the study exposed that communication consist of two kinds; oral and written communication, verbal and non-verbal communication, formal and non-formal communication, upward, downward and sideways communication. Oral communication is directly communication done by the people, while written communication focuses on writing as a medium of communication. Verbal communication is less different with verbal communication; it emphasizes the sound (voice), while non-verbal communication is done by using symbols. Formal communication is communication that follows the organizational structure, while informal communication is a type of communication that is socially approved, and its orientation is not on the organization, but rather on the individual. Downward communication shows the flow of information from superiors or superiors to subordinates to state goals improve attitudes, form opinions and others. Upward communication is communication or messages conveyed from subordinates to leaders, while lateral communication is communication that flows between functions within an organization, needed for coordination and integration of different organizational functions
The Role and Perception of Parents in Guiding Students’ Mathematics Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic has compelled a shift to online learning, thereby necessitating parental involvement in their children's education at home. In this study, we aim to explore the perceptions and roles of parents in guiding their children's mathematics education during the pandemic. Our research comprises a sample of 67 participants who are parents of junior high school students with diverse occupational backgrounds in Jambi, Riau, and West Sumatra. We adopted an accidental sampling technique to select our research sample. The primary instrument for our study is a questionnaire that consists of closed questions that probe parents' emotions, knowledge, and perceptions regarding their responsibility in supporting their children's learning at home. Our survey was conducted in two phases: the initial phase spanning six months at the onset of the pandemic, and the second phase occurring several months later. Our findings indicate that during the first phase, parents were generally unaware of their roles and held negative perceptions of the online learning process. However, in the second phase, parents demonstrated a more proactive and mentoring role in supporting their children's online learning. Our study highlights the vital role of parents in facilitating their children's education during the pandemic and suggests that parental involvement is essential for optimizing online learning outcomes
The Higher Order Thinking Skills of Mathematics Education Students at State Islamic Higher Education in Central Sumatera
Get PDFProspective mathematics teachers must possess various competencies, including higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), to tackle the challenges of the 21st century. In this study, the aim was to map the HOTS of Mathematics Education students at State Islamic Higher Education (PTKIN) in Central Sumatera. A descriptive quantitative study was conducted, which involved 310 Mathematics Education students from several institutions, namely State Islamic University of (UIN) Imam Bonjol Padang, State Islamic Institute of (IAIN) Batusangkar, IAIN Bukittinggi, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, and IAIN Kerinci. The HOTS test was used to collect data. The results of the study revealed that the average high-order thinking skills of Mathematics Education students at PTKIN in Central Sumatera were relatively low. This outcome indicates that prospective mathematics teacher students at PTKIN may not be fully prepared to tackle the challenges of the 21st century. Therefore, the researchers suggest that appropriate learning methods be selected to improve the higher-order thinking skills of students, and that the content of various courses be increased to enhance the HOTS

This research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Research informants are school counselors, students, and parents of Junior High School 4 Sungai Penuh. Data were collected through interviews. The data analysis technique uses Miles dan Huberman data reduction, data display, data conclusion, and verification. The data validity technique uses triangulation. The object of this research is Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency with a range of research years, namely 2010-2020. The analytical tool used is the formula Efficiency and Effectiveness. Based on the results of the study show that: The ability of the government of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency in 2010-2020 is still less efficient, it is seen from the average level of efficiency in the management of regional finances which shows 97.01% results with the criteria of Not Efficient. From the results of the effectiveness analysis shows that the average value of the effectiveness of the level of financial management in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency in 2010-2020 is 92.49%,which is asufficiently effective criteria

The approach used is qualitative research with the type of field research. The results of the study found that the Islamic legal review of cat tracking explicitly the apostle Saw., prohibits trading male animal sperm in any form. This is also in line with the hadith, which allows the proceeds from the transaction to be used for the benefit of the people. The opinion of the scholars on the lease of cat breeding is that if a person or community rents or borrows a male for a certain period, then this is not prohibited as it is allowed to rent to mate dates. Get PDFThe establishment of Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning Religious Courts has increased the authority of religious courts, namely by resolving disputes from the sharia economy. Parties to the dispute can take a path that can be resolved, namely by litigation and non-litigation. There are several ways through non-litigation, such as mediation, negotiation, arbitration, and musharawah. However, the focus of this discussion is on mediation. Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning mediation procedures in court in article 1 point 1 states that mediation is one way to resolve disputes by negotiating to obtain agreement from two parties which will be assisted by a mediator. The necessity in conducting this mediation is a provision of article 10 of PERMA SES. This provision states that judges are required to seek peace first before hearing cases. Mediators in court have a vital role in the dispute resolution process from two parties Provide facilities for dialogue, neutrality, provide agreement facilities, encourage legal compliance, confidentiality, good communication skills, make agreements, stages of the mediation process, the first to fill out the form. Both parties may choose a mediator who is submitted to the judge. The initial stage in the mediation process is to provide a resume with a maximum of five days calculated to the mediator. Furthermore, the mediator mediates with negotiation material at an unlimited mediation meeting, both posita and petitum lawsuit, The mediation process takes place within thirty days calculated from the determination to carry out mediation, can be extended again for thirty days with the agreement of two parties. If within thirty days there is no sign of successful mediation, the process can be stopped immediately. No full textDalam Al-Qur’an tidak memberikan batasan baku tentang besaran jumlah mahar dan selalu menganjurkan mahar itu ringan dan mudah, kondisiini mengindikasikan bahwa mahar tidak seharusnya memberatkan seorang pria apalagi menghalanginya untuk menikahi seorang perempuan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya di desa Tanjung Pauh, adat Tanjung Pauh Hilir pelaksanaan proses perkawinan banyak didominasi oleh adat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari proses penetapan besaran mahar yaitu adanya sidang adat “Sidang Negeri”, yang dimaksud dengan “Sidang Negeri” adalah berkumpulnya para para tokoh adat, tokoh agama, dan pemuka masyarakat lainnya untuk mengadakan musyawarah menentukan jumlah mahar yang di bebankan kepada calon mempelai laki-laki. Hal ini menjadi fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini mengenai studi living Qur’an di desa Tanjung Pauh Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tematik dan merupakan jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan (Field Research). Berdasarkan temuan data terdapat kontradiktif antara penentuan mahar menurut Al-Qur’an dan adat di desa Tanjung Pauh Hilir. Al-Qur’an tidak menentukan berapa jumlah mahar yang harus diberikan berbeda dengan adat suatu mahar dalam pernikahan sudah ditentukan banyaknya
