No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method and the Market Value Added (MVA) method. Measurement of the company's financial performance is needed to determine success in achieving the goals of a company. The type of research used is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The object of research is PT Diagnosis Laboratorium Utama (DGNS) Tbk. period 2020 - 2022. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis technique uses the EVA and MVA methods. The results of the research conducted show that in 2020 the EVA value is categorized as positive or above 0 (EVA>0). This proves that the company's management has succeeded in creating economic added value for the company and is also able to provide a rate of return to investors. However, in 2022 it decreased, EVA was negative or below 0 (EVA <0). Meanwhile, the calculation using the Market Value Added (MVA) method, the MVA data generated in 2020 is negative where the MVA value is <0. For 2021-2022, it is included in the MVA> 0 category or it can be said that it always produces positive values. It can be concluded that management has been able to increase shareholder wealth
INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PT. SMGP ON COMMUNITY WELFARE AT PUNCAK SORIK MARAPI
No full textThis research aims to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. SMGP towards Community Welfare in Puncak Sorik Marapi. The research method used was quantitative with random sampling techniques, the research sample was 98 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses a validity test with person correlation results for each question point > r table so that it can be stated that all points are valid, while the reliability test on variable X is 887 and variable Y is 735, the normality test is normally distributed because Asymp.sig (2-tailed) is 0.200 > 0.05, and the linearity test proves there is a linear relationship because the deviation from linearity value is > 0.05. Testing the hypothesis of this research using the t test obtained t-count10,191. This shows that there is an influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on community welfare in Puncak Sorik Marapi District. and the coefficient of determination test results show 0.520, this provides an assumption that the influence of CSR on community welfare is 52.0% while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research
Work-Family Conflict among Women: An Islamic Perspective
No full textWork-family conflict is a form of role conflict that arises within an individual due to conflicting pressures from work and family roles. This research focuses on work-family conflict as experienced by women. The aim of this study is to understand how work-family conflict is experienced by female educators. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research method, utilizing a work-family conflict scale. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, comprising 21 female educators. The results indicate that the work-family conflict experienced by female educators falls into the high category. This study aims to determine how Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) are applied in the Service Assistant (SA) section to provide excellent service at Bank Jatim Syariah KC Malang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method; researchers try to describe a symptom, event, and event during the study. The object of this study researchers took the subject matter of the research as a case study, namely the Application of Standard Operating Procedures to Prima Service Assistant (SA) Services at Bank Jatim Syariah KC Malang. The results showed that the application of SOPs in the excellent service of Service Assistants must be able to play an active role in serving customers internally and externally. Design/methodology/approach: . The method used multiple linear regression analysis
Findings: that there is a positive and significant effect of training on the performance of nurses where t-count is greater than t-table (8,108> 2,010) or the level is significantly less than alpha (0.000 < 0.05). There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of nurses where t-count is greater than t-table (2.205> 2.010) or the level is significantly smaller than alpha (0.032 <0.05). There is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on nurse performance where t-count is greater than t-table (3.580>2.010) or significantly lower than alpha (0.001 <0.05). The F test has the effect of training, work motivation and organizational commitment together and has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses where the f-count is greater than the f-table value (58.706>2.73) with a significant level of 0.000 less than 0.05 . Where the value that has the most dominant influence on the performance of nurses is the training variable. The contribution of training variables, work motivation and organizational commitment is 0.756 or 75.6% while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables.
Research implications: the authors suggest to RSUD Dr. Adnaan Wd Payakumbu to further improve training because it has the greatest influence on the performance of nurses

Social media plays an important role in the development of Linggo Asri Tourism Objects in Pekalongan Regency. This gave birth to a thought to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere in the pesantren environment and the hearts of students. This study aims to find out how the tradition of reading al-Ma’tsurat in the Darul Qur'an Islamic boarding school; Second, to see how the meaning of al-Ma’tsurat is in the lives of the students of the Darul Qur'an Islamic boarding school; Third, to see the impact of reading al-Ma’tsurat on the students at Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. This study uses the Living Qur'an method, where this method looks at how social phenomena are present because of the Qur'an in certain places and at certain times. From this study, it was found that the tradition of reading al-Ma’tsurat in Darul Qur'an is a daily activity that is routinely carried out in the morning and evening by the students. Al-Ma’tsurat has the meaning of a form of closeness to Allah and a form of gratitude for the blessings that Allah has given. The Qur’an as the main source of Islamic teachings is fixed and does not change, but on the other hand, the dynamics of the times require the Qur’an to answer new problems. This is what then encourages the experts to review how to present the guidance of the Qur’an in the current context. Among these various updates are those related to the techniques of presenting interpretations (asalib al-tafsir). This paper specifically examines and compares the two most popular techniques of Quranic interpretations, namely ushlub tahlili and ushlub maudhu'i. Regarding these two techniques, some experts consider that the second is more relevant to the demands of nowadays than the first. However, this paper analytically concludes that these two techniques cannot be compared to negate each other because each has advantages and disadvantages. In fact, this two ushlub are still in use, with various adjustments, so that they are considered relevant in the midst of the times

Qualitative research is collecting data in a natural setting to interpret phenomena that occur where the researcher is the key instrument. The morning cult activities at Ma'had al-Jami'ah Iain Curup are carried out every day. With direction from the ustadz dan ustadzah, the students who have finished the morning prayer then continue reading the selected surahs that have been determined, then after the students have finished reciting the Koran, the students sit in neat rows to listen to the sermon that has been scheduled by the ustadz dan ustadzah, and when The kultum has begun, the mahasantri listens carefully. Then, in carrying out the dawn kultum method to strengthen the mentality of the ma'had al-jami'ah mahasantri, they use various methods that are from the Islamic perspective, namely the example method, the habituation method, the advice method, the story method, and the reward method.
