No full textAs a teacher, teachers must determine learning methods that they think can enable students to learn so that they can achieve learning goals effectively. The teacher can choose the learning method by considering the material and learning objectives. This research was conducted to describe the ability of Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing teaching methods, analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing teaching methods, and apply the methods used by Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing teaching methods in State Middle Schools throughout the city of Palembang. This research is field research with descriptive qualitative quantitative methods so that data can be obtained empirically. This research was carried out in public junior high schools throughout the city of Palembang which are spread across Kemuning District, Ilir Barat I District, Ilir Barat II District, Ilir Timur I District and Ilir Timur II District. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data reduction, verification and conclusion drawing. Islamic Education teachers at SMPN Sekota Palembang have fulfilled the components of teacher pedagogical competition. This is characterized by what PAI teachers have implemented at SMPN Sekota Palembang in accordance with the elements of pedagogical competency in national education standards. Supporting factors for Islamic Religious Education Teachers in developing teaching methods include facilities and infrastructure, textbooks, classroom conditions, and the teacher as an educator. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are leadership type, personality, knowledge, limited opportunities for teachers to understand the behavior and background of students, families and facilities. Needs Analysis and Design of FlipBook-Based E-Module Development with RME Model to Improve Students' Concept Understanding Ability
No full textThis research is motivated by the lack of engaging learning resources for students and the absence of instructional materials in the form of E-Modules. The study is an observational research that focuses on the importance of developing teaching materials, particularly the development of Flipbook-Based E-Modules using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) instructional model, to enhance students' understanding of Trigonometry concepts. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), employing the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The research utilizes a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire that is given to each 10th-grade high school student, and the questionnaire contains questions related to the needs that will be used as a reference for the development of the E-Module. Based on the questionnaire results, data analysis of the needs is obtained, which serves as a reference for the development of the E-Module. The results are then organized based on the students' needs. This development is conducted as an effort to bring about changes to the E-Module. Therefore, it is expected that this E-Module will attract students' interest in learning and improve their understanding of concepts
Assessing the Suitability of Online Interactive Tutorials (Web-Learning) for Exploring Mathematical Sequences and Series
No full textLearning media plays a significant role in enhancing the effectiveness and interactivity of mathematics education. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of Web-based Mathematics Learning Media on sequences and series for 11th-grade high school students in Tarakan. The research method employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Survey and questionnaire instruments were used to collect data from experts in media design, subject matter experts, and student responses. The evaluation from the media design experts indicated that the learning media had very high feasibility, with an average score of 86.8%. Similarly, the assessment by subject matter experts deemed it highly feasible, obtaining an average score of 92.50%. Student responses to the learning media indicated an acceptable criterion with an average score of 75%. Based on these evaluations, it can be concluded that the web-based learning media is aligned with the development stage and has sufficient feasibility to be used as a mathematics learning tool for sequences and series in 11th-grade Vocation high school in Tarakan. No full textIndonesia's diverse society demands a tolerant attitude. However, it is a paradox in Indonesia's diverse society that the emergence of intolerant attitudes, radicalism and extremism, especially those targeting the millennial generation, is very worrying, for this reason it is necessary to build a moderate understanding. From this background, researchers are interested in examining socio-culturally based religious moderation in the millennial generation in the city of Sungaifull and Kerinci district. This has a serious impact on their behavior in social and state life, such as producing a millennial generation that is less tolerant, even tends to be radical, and in some cases is involved in terrorist organizations.
The results of the service imply the belief that the millennial generation has a big responsibility in equipping them with a moderate attitude. In many cases, the millennial generation attending educational institutions has been exposed to radical views because their teachers or religious teachers teach the concept of anti-tolerance for certain reasons. This service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, where the actors act as facilitators or companions. This aims to encourage the management of educational institutions in Sungai Penuh City and Kerinci Regency to promote and encourage the millennial generation and their alumni to develop a moderate Muslim mindset.Abstrak
Masyarakat Indonesia yang majemuk menuntut untuk menerapkan sikap yang toleran. Akan tetapi, menjadi sebuah paradoks di tengah masyarakat Indonesia yang beragam, timbulnya sikap intoleran, radikalisme dan ektrimisme terutama yang menyasar kalangan generasi milenial begitu memprihatinkan, untuk itu perlu dibangun pemahaman yang moderat. Dari latar belakang tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti bagaimana moderasi beragama berbasis sosio kultural pada generasi milenial pada kota Sungai penuh dan kabupaten kerinci. Hal ini memiliki dampak serius pada perilaku mereka dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara, seperti menghasilkan generasi milenial yang kurang toleran, bahkan cenderung radikal, dan dalam beberapa kasus terlibat dalam organisasi-organisasi terorisme.
Hasil pengabdian menyiratkan keyakinan bahwa generasi milenial memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam membekali dengan sikap moderat. Dalam banyak kasus, generasi milenial yang bersekolah di lembaga pendidikan telah terpapar dengan pandangan radikal karena pengajar atau ustad-ustad mereka mengajarkan konsep anti-toleransi karena alasan tertentu. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Partisipatory Action Research (PAR), di mana para pelaku berperan sebagai fasilitator atau pendamping. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendorong pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan di Kota Sungai Penuh dan Kabupaten Kerinci untuk mempromosikan dan mendorong generasi milenial serta alumni mereka untuk mengembangkan pola pikir muslim yang moderat.

Because the Al-Qur'an is a form of worship that brings oneself closer to the Creator, such as reading, reciting and memorizing it. This requires that a Muslim must be correct in choosing a teacher and method in learning to read the Al-Qur'an, because if he pronounces it wrong, it will change the meaning of the Al-Qur'an. There are several things that a person needs to learn in order to improve the quality of reading the Al-Qur'an, including improving the reading of the Al-Qur'an, starting from Tajwid Science, Makhorijul Letters and the Characteristics of 1 Letter.Belajar membaca Al-Qur’an denganbaik dan benar merupakan suatu kewajiban bagi setiap Muslim. Dikarnakan Al-Qur’an merupakan salah satubentuk ibadah yang mendekatkan diri kepada Sang Pencipta seperti membaca, mentadaburi dan menghafalnya. Hal itu menuntut seorang Muslim harus benar dalam memilih guru maupun metode dalam belajar membaca Al-Qur’an, dikarnakan jika salah dalam melafaskannya, Maka akan dapat merubah makna dari Al-Qur’an. CUSTOMER PERCEPTION OF E-BANKING SERVICES AT PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA
No full textE-Banking services are banking services that can facilitate customers in obtaining information and conducting various types of banking transactions using electronic equipment. Each customer has a different picture of E-Banking services. The purpose of this study is to determine public perceptions about BRI E-Banking services and factors that influence people to use BRI E-Banking services. Researchers used qualitative methods with data collection techniques with interviews with 20 informants, as well as with documentation. Data analysis techniques through three flows, namely, data reduction, display data, and conclusions. From the results of the study, it is known that the existence of the BRI E-Banking service has a positive impact on the community, this is seen from the number of people who say that this service provides convenience in transacting both transfers, checking balances, or other transactions. The factors that influence people to use E-Banking services are ease of transactions, according to community needs, paying loan instalments, and making cash deposits

PENGARUH RISIKO PEMBIAYAAN DAN RISIKO LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS BANK UMUM SYARIAH PERIODE 2018-2020
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of financing risk and liquidity risk on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used is a Sharia Commercial Bank registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Based on the purposive sampling method, 11 Islamic Commercial Banks meet the criteria. The results of this study indicate that partial liquidity risk does not affect the profitability of Islamic commercial banks. In contrast, financing risk influences the profitability of Islamic commercial banks. This study also shows that financing and liquidity risks simultaneously affect Islamic commercial banks' profitability. Based on the calculations carried out in this study, the results showed that the financing risk level could affect Islamic commercial banks' profitability
