Therefore, prospective mathematics teachers must master several competencies to support students in acquiring and applying knowledge, collaborating with others, and developing as individuals. The purpose of this study was to measure the pedagogical, social, professional, and personality competencies of mathematics education students at the state Islamic universities in Central Sumatra region. This study used a questionnaire on the pedagogical, social, professional, and personality competencies of prospective teachers filled out by 211 students as respondents from 5 state Islamic universities. The findings of the study indicate that mathematics education students at these universities have good pedagogical and social competencies, including lesson planning, assessment, communication, and collaboration, along with solid professional competencies in subject knowledge and material development. While their personality competencies are considered very good because of their ethical behavior and strong work ethic. The universities should still improve 21st-century competencies of students in the curriculum through innovative teaching, internships, social engagement, emotional intelligence workshops, and practical training to improve their competencies and readiness for effective classroom engagement. Further research can assess its effectiveness

The mathematical content in school mathematics must not be isolated from students known context students so the mathematics learning becomes meaningful. One context that is close to the student environment is a popular cultural context, for example batik crafts. This research aims to explore native batik of Kerinci related to transformation geometry content. The type of research used is ethnography. The instrument used in this research was the researcher himself (human instrument). The data collection techniques used are literature study and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the motif of native batik of Kerinci contains mathematical concepts in the geometry transformation content, namely reflection, translation, rotation and dilation. These findings can be integrated into mathematics learning through transformation geometry learning tools using the context of native batik of Kerinci

Mathematical knowledge will be meaningful for students if it is discovered through mathematical rediscovery activities. This research aims to provide an overview of the activities carried out by researchers in teaching material on multiplication rule and permutation as an insight for other researchers to try various activities that are relevant for teaching combinatorics material in general. This research is a scoping literature review using the 8-stage framework of Xiao & Watson. The review was carried out on 6 relevant articles published in various reputable international journals without a specific time limit. Based on the results of the review, it was found that learning permutations using activities included using the context of towers, beaded bracelets, presentation sequences, teddy bears, and photography. The activities used generally consist of arranging physical objects. The author suggests using reorderable objects to teach permutations. The context used must be adapted to the knowledge and experience of the students

Character-based teaching methods have become the focus of early childhood education, where early childhood is a very vulnerable level of Education and a unique special approach to the learning process. This study aims to describe and analyze Character-Based Teaching Methods for Early Childhood: An Examination of Ratna Megawangi Thoughts. This study used a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review. This approach shapes children's character through direct learning and practical experience. Meanwhile, the application of character-based teaching methods requires teachers who have a deep understanding of character values to be developed skills in integrating character learning into the curriculum and daily activities, on the other hand also involving parents and the child's social environment in the educational process; to create an environment that supports the development of children's character. The results of this study indicate that there are several teaching methods in kindergarten that can be a concern for educators in developing children's character, including reading, writing and arithmetic schemes, linked to giving grades and report cards, criticism and information on learning outcomes that tend to be negative, class quiet and one-way learning process, as well as intense in the classroom without ice-breaking for a long time.Abstrak, Metode penelitian ini adalah library research Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode pengajaran karakter yang dikembangkan Ratna Megawangi untuk anak usia dini.. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis karakter yang dikembangkan oleh Ratna Megawangi pada anak usia dini adalah knowing the good, reasoning the good, feeling the good, acting the good, dan Developmentally Approriate Practices. Globalization has permeated all facets of life, including education. Education transcends national borders, facilitated by technological advancements and various methodologies. The era of globalization has both positive and negative impacts on students. Consequently, counselors must guide students towards global progress while preserving existing cultural values. The execution of guidance and counseling management must be technology-based and globally oriented. This has implications for the programs developed and the collaboration with all personnel implementing guidance and counseling in senior high schools. To conduct guidance and counseling management in line with the developments in the globalization era, the quality of human resources, or the competence of counselors, needs to be enhanced to be sensitive to opportunities and responsive to global challenges. The method employed is descriptive with a naturalistic qualitative approach, which reveals real events in natural conditions (natural settings). The instrument in this naturalistic qualitative research is the researcher himself, through self-evaluation regarding his understanding of qualitative methods, mastery of theory, insight into the field being researched, and readiness and provisions for fieldwork. The subjects in this research were five guidance and counseling teachers, the principal, and three students at State Senior High School 4 Sungai Penuh. The results of this research provide an overview of counseling management in schools and the competencies that counselors need to master to navigate the era of globalizationGlobalization has permeated all facets of life, including education. To answer this goal, our research utilizes a qualitative approach with a type of literature review research. Data was collected from secondary sources in the form of literature with literature analysis following the steps; material collection, descriptive, discussion, and material evaluation. From an economic perspective, cryptocurrency can be called a currency, because it fulfills the function of currency, but has not fully fulfilled the current successful currency, due to the problem of high price volatility. From a legal perspective, cryptocurrency does not meet the criteria as a currency, because currency refers to units of account and medium of exchange issued and exclusively dominated by monetary authorities and related to sovereign power where the value and credibility of a country's currency is determined. From a sharia perspective, cryptocurrency can be considered as a property (Maal), because of desire and storage. However, it cannot be considered as a currency in sharia, because it does not fulfill a monetary value (Thamaniyyah), such as fulfilling a stand-alone value standard function and therefore still requires a fiat currency value to determine the value of cryptocurrency, but as a function of the unit of account cryptocurrency fulfills this functio
