Get PDFThis study delves into the legal protection afforded to women who are This study investigates the legal protection aspects for women victims of online prostitution and the Islamic legal perspective on such cases. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining legislative analysis and case studies from the PPA Unit of Subdirectorate IV/Renakta, Ditreskrimum, Central Java Police. The study reveals a need for legal certainty in protecting women victims of online prostitution, as current criminal laws do not target the users of such services. Existing legal instruments only address pimps and commercial sex workers. Legal protection is formulated through regulations and sanctions, including preventive and repressive approaches. Challenges include limited compliance by perpetrators, insufficient attention from law enforcement officers, and a lack of investigative knowledge in handling these cases. Proposed solutions encompass restitution, rehabilitation, repatriation, and social reintegration. From an Islamic legal perspective, victim protection refers to the concept of restitution, as articulated through diat and al-gharamah al-maaliyah
Perubahan Regulasi tentang Penanaman Modal di Bidang Industri Minuman Beralkohol Perspektif Sadd al-Dzariah
Get PDFThe government initially attempted to liberalize the alcoholic beverage industry by opening investment opportunities; however, public opposition prompted regulatory changes that ultimately closed investment in this sector. This study focuses on analyzing investment regulations in the alcoholic beverage industry from the perspective of sadd al-dzariah, aiming to evaluate the extent to which these regulations prevent harm. Employing a normative legal research method through document analysis, this study examines the regulatory shift from Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2021 to Presidential Regulation No. 49 of 2021. The findings reveal that the liberalization of investment in this sector posed significant risks of moral and social degradation, while the regulatory amendments closing investment opportunities reflect preventive measures aligned with the sadd al-dzariah principle. This corrective action by the government underscores the relevance of Islamic legal principles in maintaining a balance between economic interests and public welfare in investment regulation policies
Hubungan Persepsi Siswa tentang Pola Asuh Orang Tua dengan Kepercayaan Diri pada Siswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang pola asuh orang tua dengan kepercayaan diri pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya, Sumatera Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 dari 221 populasi dengan penarikan sampel Simple Random Sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert melalui lima alternatif pilihan jawaban. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh sebesar 0,631 yang bearti bahwa korelasi antara kedua variabel yakni persepsi siswa tentang pola asuh orang tua dan kepercayaan diri terbilang kuat, memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan ( sebesar 0,631 dan sebesar 0,236) dimana Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima
THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL COMPENSATION ON THE JOB SATISFACTION OF PT. DEMPO ANDALAS SAMUDERA PADANG EMPLOYEES
Get PDFPurpose: This research aims to obtain real evidence of the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on job satisfaction PT. Dempo Andalas Samudera Padang employees.
Desain/Methodology/Approach: A sample of 67 employees who received financial and non-financial compensation was used for the test. Sample selection was carried out using the survey method. Hypothesis testing uses inferential analysis through multiple linear regression models and t-statistical tests.
Findings: The test results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted, namely that financial compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and the second hypothesis was also accepted, namely that non-financial compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction.
Research Implications: This research proves that good compensation can increase employee satisfaction. Therefore, companies need to formulate financial and non-financial compensation for their employees
FINANCIAL INCLUSION (FI): KINERJA UMKM DI INDONESIA DARI PUBLISH OR PERISH
Get PDFPurpose: This study aims to analyze the financial inclusion of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that are currently supporting economic growth in Indonesia.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is a method in this observation by reviewing certain topics of discussion that focus on specific problems that have been identified and classified in a structured manner, assessed, concluded, and selected based on previously determined benchmarks based on evidence and facts from quality research that is relevant to the research question. Research data was obtained from Google Scholar for the period 2011-2022 based on the initial search, there were 198 articles, and only 25 articles were used as data sources and will be studied in more depth.
Findings: The results of the research show that through investment diversification, risk management, and wise financial planning, individuals and companies can reduce the negative impact of economic impacts and maintain their financial stability.
Research Implications: Insulation can help MSMEs protect their businesses from market shocks, interest rate changes, or other external impacts that can be detrimental. Financial inclusion after the economic crisis that occurred in 2008 hurt financial stability in Indonesia

Get PDFThe study was overturned by the fact that consumers who have used the maxim online transportation service in the rural city, where the consumer when using the service initially started its rates are changing and not in accordance with the initial booking. However, at the time the consumer has reached the target Maxim tariff rises for reasons given by the driver unknown. This type of research is a field research with the technique of interviewing stakeholders directly related to the issue the author discusses. Next to answer the problem formula, data in analysis with qualitative descriptive techniques. The result, suggests that in the implementation of the existing Maxim apalikation system in the field town, the initial tariff set by the maxim driver is not in line with the initial agreement. Initially before the pickup of consumers, the tariff was written on an application worth Rs 10,000 rupees, after the driver arrived at the customer pickup address, then the driver sent the consumer to the destination. After that, until the initial tariff of Rs 10,000 has changed to Rs 14,000. The Islamic business ethics review of the business behaviour of Maxim companies in Padang City is not in line with the Islamic ethics of business. No full textFaith, Islam and ihsan are the three main pillars in the religious teachings brought by the Prophet Muhammad. They are often mentioned in the Qur'an, which is the source of Islamic teachings. There are many terms in the Quran related to faith, Islam, and ihsan. With faith, Islam and ihsan a person can reach the degree of insan kamil. This article will focus on the study of thematic interpretation that intends to collect verses of the Qur'an based on a particular theme, then connected with the figure of insan kamil in the perspective of Ibn 'Arabi. The method used in this study is a literature study by collecting data from various books of tafsir and focusing on thematic tafsir studies, and various kinds of literature that contain the content of insan kamil in Ibn 'Arabi's perspective, in order to obtain a conclusion. Islam, faith, and ihsan can shape a person to become insan kamil, more specifically in Ibn ''Arabi's perspective. The mention of Islam in the Qur'an occurs 73 times. Lafaz iman in the Qur'an is mentioned 814 times, while lafaz ihsan in the Qur'an is mentioned 108 times. Faith, Islam and ihsan are a unity in religion that cannot be separated from one another, in other words, the three are interconnected. To form the figure of Insan Kamil, humans must first have Islamic faith and ihsan in living their lives. Get PDFThe socialization activity for determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan, Shawwal and Dzulhijjah in Indonesia was held on Saturday, June 17 2023 in Ngadirjo District, Wonogiri Regency. The activity was held in the Ngadirjo District Hall, Wonogiri Regency. The activity was carried out as an effort to address public anxiety about the confusion over differences in determining the start of Ramadan, Shawwal and Dzulhijjah, especially the common people. The activity was carried out in two stages, namely the first speaker explained material about determining the beginning of the lunar month from the perspective of fiqh. The second speaker continued to present an astronomical perspective. With this activity, the takmir of mosques and religious counselors can convey to the public regarding the problems of determining the beginning of the lunar month.
