Teacher Strategies in Greeting-Based Character Education: Fostering Students’ Friendly Traits at State Islamic Elementary School 1 Merangin
Get PDFThis study explores the strategies employed by teachers at State Islamic Elementary School 1 Merangin in cultivating greeting practices as a means of fostering students’ friendly character. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the school principal, teachers, and students, as well as document analysis of instructional activities and school-based cultural programs. The findings reveal three major points. First, greeting practices are regarded as crucial in shaping students’ friendly character. They contribute to the development of positive social relations, strengthen etiquette, reduce conflicts, and nurture a welcoming personality. Second, teachers adopt various strategies to instill greeting habits, including socialization and internalization of greeting culture, introducing the meaning and benefits of greetings, serving as role models, and implementing evaluation and reward systems. Third, the outcomes of these strategies are evident in the consistent practice of greetings among students, the establishment of a friendly classroom atmosphere, improved relationships between students and teachers, and a noticeable reduction of potential conflicts. This study underscores the pivotal role of teachers as agents of character education in Islamic elementary schools. It highlights how simple yet consistent practices such as greetings can effectively integrate social values, etiquette, and Islamic morality into daily school life. The findings have broader implications for Islamic education, suggesting that greeting-based character education can nurture a generation of students characterized by friendliness, respect, and strong moral integrity

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan efektivitas dan efisiensi terhadap minat menggunakan QRIS BRI sebagai sistem pembayaran digital pada umkm di kota sungai penuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. objek penelitian adalah pedagang UMKM di Kota Sungai Penuh sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang yang dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah analisis rgresi linear berganda, uji t dan f dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1). Secara parsial variabel efektivitas beerpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan dengan nilai thitung 2,276 > ttabel 2.012 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,0008 < 0,050. 2). Secara parsial variabel efisiensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan dengan nilai thitung 1,383 < ttabel 2,012 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,173 > 0,050. Secara simultan variabel efektivitas dan efisiensi berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan dengan nilai fhitung 16,914 > ftabel 2, 80. Dan nilai signifikansi sebesar0,000 < 0,050

THE IMPACT OF THE MUZARA'AH PRODUCT SHARING SYSTEM IN THE CULTIVATION OF COFFEE LANDS IN KERINCI REGENCY, INDONESIA
Get PDFPurpose: The people of Kerinci Regency often do muzara'ah profit sharing called pduo in coffee land management. Therefore, the background of muzara'ah needs to be analyzed to determine the agreement system, the distribution of results, and the impact on the income of tenant farmers and landowners.
Design/ Methodology/Approach: To get answers to the research objectives, qualitative research was conducted using a case study approach to obtain research results.
Finding: The maharajah profit-sharing system is motivated by farmers who do not own land and have limited capital, landowners due to age, and other jobs such as traders and civil servants, so they do not have time to manage the land. Oral and non-verbal contracts with no witnesses present precede the management system. Muzara'ah profit sharing has a positive impact on increasing the income of tenant farmers and landowners.
Research Implications: Based on this research's results, coffee farmers' income can be increased through the Muzara'ah profit-sharing system.Keywords: Muzara'ah; Coffee; Pduo; Managemen
JAMINAN INDUSTRI HALAL DI NEGARA SINGAPURA DAN TAIWAN
Get PDFPurpose: This study examines and compares the halal assurance processes in Indonesia, Taiwan, and Singapore. In addition, this study aims to assess the consequences of each system on the growth of the halal sector on a global and regional scale.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This research utilises a comparative case study methodology with a qualitative approach. Through the investigation of official documents, data was collected. Regulations, certification requirements, and industry reports from each country were analyzed in the documents. Manufacturers, customers, and representatives from halal certification authorities were interviewed. To gain a first-hand understanding of the certification process and the application of regulations, field observations were also conducted.
Findings: The findings show that Singapore, Taiwan, and Indonesia have different strategies for implementing halal assurance. Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) in Singapore operates a rigorous and globally renowned certification program. Taiwan concentrates on food and cosmetic products through the Taiwan Halal Integrity Development Association (THIDA). With the support of the world's largest Muslim community, Indonesia, the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH), has established a comprehensive and integrated system. These different strategies affect the efficacy of halal products and consumer confidence in each country.
Research Implications: The results of this study show how harmonization of international halal certification and standards can improve consumer confidence and increase international trade in halal goods. In addition, by incorporating best practices from other countries, policymakers and industry players can improve their halal assurance systems with the help of this study. This harmonization can guarantee more reliable halal products to Muslim consumers around the world and improve the global halal market position

Get PDFImplementing blockchain technology in the Islamic finance sector, particularly in Islamic banking in Indonesia, holds significant potential to enhance transparency, efficiency, and security in transactions. However, its application still requires further research to ensure compliance with Islamic law principles. This study aims to analyze blockchain implementation in improving transparency, efficiency, and security in Islamic banking transactions while ensuring alignment with Sharia principles. A qualitative approach with a literature review is used, examining relevant sources on blockchain applications in the Islamic banking sector. The data for this study is gathered from scholarly articles, books, and related documents. The findings suggest that blockchain can improve transparency, reduce intermediaries, accelerate transactions, and enhance security. However, the primary challenge lies in adapting to Sharia regulations, which requires collaboration between regulators, financial institutions, and technology experts. Strengthening regulations and gaining a deeper understanding of this technology will support wider adoption in the Islamic banking sector

Permasalahan industi berbasis desa wisata tersebut adalah belum memaksimalkan pemasaran digital secara optimal. Kegiatan ini menawarkan program pelatihan dan sosialisasi terkait pemasaran digital untuk keperluan promosi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara luring yang melibatkan dosen, mehasiswa, relawan, dan masyarakat umum, khususnya masyarakat desa Brajan. Kegiatan di awali dengan observasi, lalu pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM di desa Brajan dalam membuat intrumen promosi secara digital. Get PDFKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui pendampingandengan metode talaqqi: kunci sukses membentuk hafiz Qur'an yang berkualitas di rumah tahfiz Nur Jannah ini bertujuan untukmemberikan bimbingan dan pendampingan kepada anak-anak di sekitar Kelurahan Tanjung Aur agar dapat membaca dan menghafal ayat-ayat suci al-Qur'an dengan baik dan benar sertalancar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Tanjung Aur, Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung, Padang, Sumatera Barat. Pesertayang mengikuti pendampingan ini sebanyak 20 orang anak yang berasal dari tiga kecamatan tetangga. Metode pendampinganyang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahapan pendampingan meliputi tahap pertamapersiapan, yaitu memberikan pelatihan kepada peserta didiktentang tajwid dan membaca ayat-ayat al-Qur'an dengan baikdan benar. Tahap kedua pelaksanaan yaitu peserta didikdiberikan waktu untuk menghafal sejumlah ayat atau surah sesuai dengan target yang ingin dicapai. Tahap ketiga evaluasiyaitu peserta didik menyetorkan hafalannya kepada guru denganbenar. Hasil dari pendampingan dengan menggunakan metodetalaqqi adalah peserta didik mampu memahami dan meningkatkan kualitas membaca ayat-ayat al-Qur'an sesuaikaidah ilmu tajwid dengan baik dan benar. Get PDFKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai agama dan moral pada anak-anak sekolah dasar melalui program pembinaan di UPT SDN 11 Tapan dan TPQ/TPSQ di Masjid Baitul Kamal, Nagari Talang Balarik, Kecamatan Rahul Tapan. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berkurangnya praktik sopan santun dan nilai-nilai Islami pada anak akibat pengaruh lingkungan dan media, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan pendidikan karakter berbasis agama. Metode pelaksanaan PKM meliputi penyadaran melalui diskusi keagamaan, pembelajaran interaktif, pembiasaan ibadah, serta pelibatan anak-anak dalam kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan, seperti pengajian rutin, pawai 1 Muharram, dan program santapan rohani di sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi anak dalam beribadah, membiasakan perilaku sopan santun, serta meningkatnya interaksi sosial positif antara siswa, masyarakat, dan pengajar. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the Da'wah Management function in improving the performance of employees at the Religious Affairs Office (Kua) of Danau Kerinci District. This study used qualitative research methods. The key informants in this research are the Head of KUA, employees and the public who understand the issues discussed in this research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display and verification and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source (data) triangulation techniques and method triangulation to test the validity of data related to the research problem studied by the researcher. The results of the research are the application of the planing function in improving the performance of KUA employees in Danau Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency in Takhthtih (da'wah planing) including long-term plans and short-term plans. Get PDFThe Qur’an provides clear guidelines on communication ethics in da’wah, which include the principles of politeness, gentleness, honesty, wisdom, and patience. In carrying out the task of da’wah, every da’wah must adhere to these values to convey Islamic messages in an appropriate, civilized, and effective manner. This article aims to analyze the forms of da’wah communication ethics according to the perspective of the Qur’an, including politeness in speaking (Al-Baqarah: 83), gentleness in delivering messages (Thaha: 44), honesty and transparency (An-Nisa: 9), wisdom in da’wah (An-Nahl: 125), and patience in conveying the truth (Luqman: 17). We employ a literature review and analysis of the Qur’anic interpretation to comprehend the application of these principles in contemporary da’wah. The results of the study show that the Qur’an emphasizes the importance of effective, empathetic, and wise communication in efforts to spread Islamic teachings. The Qur’an serves as a crucial basis for modern da’wah practices that are more adaptable and contextual.
