Get PDFAbstrak Generasi muda memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan dan membangun pendidikan Indonesia, hal ini dapat dilihat dari setiap aktivitas generasi muda dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan SDMnya. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu unsur dari generasi muda yang dapat mengembangkan dan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar, pengerjaan tugas kuliah yang diberikan oleh dosen merupakan suatu rutinitas yang mesti dilalui dan dilakukan oleh setiap mahasiswa, namun sering kali kita melihat dan mendengar bahwa sebagian mahasiswa terlambat dalam mengerjakan tugas. keterlambatan dalam mengerjakan tugas merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku prokrastinasi akademik (perilaku menunda pekerjaan).
Dalam perspektif Islam para penganutnya dianjurkan untuk menghidari atau menjauhkan diri dari perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Perilaku prokrastinasi akademik bisa berdampak buruk dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan kapasitas serta potensi diri umat, oleh karena itu perilaku prokrastinasi akademik sangat dilarang dalam kehidupan kaum muslimin, hal ini didukung dengan banyak dalil-dalil hadits dan Al Qur'an yang melarang dan mencela manusia yang menunda suatu pekerjaan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mendeskripsikan pentingnya menghindarkan diri dari perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dalam kehidupan individu dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pandangan Islam terhadap perilaku Prokrastinasi akademik. Metode dalam penulisan ini adalah studi pustaka yakni dengan memaparkan dan menganalisis beberapa teori dan pandangan Islam tentang prokrastinasi akademik
ANALYSIS OF PAYMENT SYSTEMS USING SHOPEE PAY-LATER REVIEWED FROM ISLAMIC ECONOMICS

The research results show that the ShopeePayLater payment details include the due date. Regarding the absence of interest at the start of implementing this shopeepaylater feature, delaying financing to the following month or buying now, pay later financing, it even mentions 0% interest. Shopee Paylater credit practices are permissible (mubah) and haram permissible (mubah) because the contract is implemented, proven by the contract agreement between the seller and the buyer at the time of carrying out the hijab and Kabul as well as the additional price on Shopee Paylater. Credit practice is considered a deferred price and prohibited because the extra price in the Shopee Pay Later credit practice is riba, and usury is prohibited in Islamic business ethics. THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY IN PROMOTING GROWTH IN ISLAMIC FINANCE IN THE DIGITAL ERA
Get PDFFinancial technology (fintech) has increased and can potentially drive Sharia finance's growth. This study aims to analyze fintech's role in promoting Islamic finance's growth in the digital era. The research method uses a literature study. A descriptive analysis approach involves breaking secondary data in journals, articles, and statistical reports related to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that the adoption of fintech in Sharia finance is predicted to continue to increase, driven by the millennial Muslim population. Fintech provides opportunities for Sharia financial product innovation. However, the challenges of developing Sharia fintech are significant and related to regulations, compliance risk, and human resources. Some examples of Sharia fintech platforms, such as P2P lending and equity crowdfunding, have been quite successful. The prospects for sharia fintech in Indonesia are positive with the support of digital infrastructure and the millennial Muslim population. Regulatory support is needed so that Sharia fintech is truly compliant and can drive the growth of Islamic finance. Sharia fintech has the potential to be a game changer for the development of Islamic finance in Indonesia. Comprehensive support from regulators and stakeholders can realize the optimal implementation of Sharia fintech for inclusive and sustainable Sharia finance expansion
AN APPROACH AND STRATEGY FOR INCREASING THE POTENTIAL OF PRODUCTIVE ZAKAT THROUGH SHARIA CROWDFUNDING SYSTEM AND ZAKAT ALLOCATION TO EMPOWER ROHINGYA REFUGEES IN INDONESIA
Get PDFThe exodus of Rohingya refugees in Indonesia has occurred since 2009 until today. The Government of Indonesia has made various efforts to help the Rohingya refugees. Zakat funds have been allocated to fulfill the refugees' basic life requirements. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a literature review to explore the role of zakat-system crowdfunding in collecting funds, explicitly concentrating on programs initiated by the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) for Rohingya refugees in Indonesia. Secondary data from prior research, diverse sources, journals, books, and the internet form the basis of this investigation, employing the triangulation technique to ensure data reliability. The findings underscore the vital role of zakat as humanitarian aid for Rohingya refugees, contributing to social justice, equilibrium, guarantees, and safety. However, the existing zakat distribution primarily addresses immediate needs, necessitating long-term empowerment programs for the refugees' independence. A proposed model introduces a crowdfunding zakat system, offering a more efficient and transparent approach to collecting and distributing zakat to those in need. Additionally, the study presents an Integrated Zakat and Waqf Model for Refugees (IZWMR), amalgamating institutional and individual donations into a charity pooling fund. This model prioritizes basic needs fulfillment, entrepreneurship training, and microenterprise development, with cash waqf playing a crucial role in subsidizing profit margins and invigorating refugee businesses. Ultimately, these proposed models aim to elevate the welfare of Rohingya refugees in Indonesia, not only providing immediate relief but also empowering them with the tools for self-sufficiency and independence
THE IMPACT OF ISLAMIC WORK ETHICS, ATTITUDE, AND HEDONIC VALUES ON THE INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SUSTAINABLE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AMONG MUSLIM STUDENTS IN JAVA
Get PDFPurpose: This research examines Islamic Ethics Work, Hedonic Values, and Attitudes toward the Intention to Establish Sustainable Entrepreneurship.
Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is quantitative with a conclusive research design. The primary data used is obtained through a questionnaire distributed on the internet, with the criteria of Muslim students. A total of 210 respondents were gathered. This study employs the SEM-PLS data analysis model.
Findings: The results show that Islamic Ethics Work has a positive direct influence on Attitude, while Hedonic Values do not directly impact Attitude. Furthermore, the Islamic Ethics Work variable does not directly impact the Intention to Establish Sustainable Entrepreneurship. In contrast, Attitude has a positive influence, and Hedonic Values have a negative influence. Islamic Ethics Work positively influences the Intention to Establish Sustainable Entrepreneurship through Attitude. Meanwhile, Hedonic Values have little impact on the Intention to Establish Sustainable Entrepreneurship through Attitude.
Research implications: The results of this study can have implications for developing entrepreneurship courses in higher education by incorporating Islamic Ethics Work to provide opportunities for students to adopt a sustainable entrepreneurship approach and reduce hedonism
Literasi Produk Halal Dalam Pemberitaan Media Online di Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2021 (Pendekatan Discourse Analysis)
Get PDFHalal literacy is a person's knowledge and understanding of a product being consumed. Whether a product is halal or haram is not only seen from the halal label, understanding the halal product for someone who consumes it is also important. With the development of halal literacy in society now through online media. Meanwhile, currently there is still very little news about halal products or the halal industry in online media in Jambi that discusses halal product discourse in making news about halal products. Based on the data we obtained from news about halal products in online media in Jambi in 2021, there were only 21 news related to halal products that were published by 20 media. Grouped into 4 groups of issues in online media in Jambi in 2021, namely first, Advancing Jambi MSMEs to superior sharia products. Second, the Jambi MSME Organization encourages the birth of young entrepreneurs to become drivers or drivers of the sharia economy in Jambi. Third, Violating product guarantees aims to find out whether an item is halal or not by including a halal label and expiration date on the packaging. Fourth, the halal industry aims to become the world's leading sharia economic center. Based on data analysis, this research is qualitative research, with van Dijk's critical linguistic analysis model such as critical semiotic analysis, language, discourse, communication and other social sciences. This research analyzes the discourse on halal products, namely providing an overview and explanation, then analyzing it to draw conclusions.

No full textTujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan dari taraket Syatariyah di Tengah Masyarakat Sanggarang Agusng serta apa saja penyesuaian yang dilakan, sehingga berdampak kepada meningkatnya kehidupan keagamaan Masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena ditangah masyarakat dalam pengajian tasawuf dan tarekat cukup sulit untuk dipahami dan dimengerti oleh masyarakat karena ajaran tasawuf dan tarekat menggunakan bahasa dan istilah yang membutuhkan pemahaman yang mendalam, hal ini dianggap merepotkan bagi sebagian masyarakat. Ada dua persoalan yang dibahas yaitu dinamika tarekat syatariyah dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan keagamaan Masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan jamaah tarekat Syatariyah. Temuan penelitian bahwa bentuk ajaran yang terjadi pada tarekat Syatariyah sebagai media dakwah di desa sanggaran agung bahwa ajaran yang bersifat praktis (amali), yaitu berupa zikir, zikir sendiri dibagi kepada empat tingkatan : pertama zikir jali dengan tujuan mensucikan tubuh lahir, kalimatnya la ilaha illa allah yang kedua zikir khafi tujuan untuk mensucikan kerajaan hati kalimatnya allah, allah, ketiga zikir sirri faedahnya mensucikan nyawa kalimatnya hu allah dan keempat zikir maiysuri faedahnya mensucikan ruhani kalimatnya allah hu. Dengan adanya beberapa penyesuaian, Masyarakat sangat antusias untuk belajar dan mengamalkan ajarah tarekat yang ada.The research is motivated by the fact that among the people in the study of tasawuf and tarekat it is quite difficult for the community to understand and understand because the teachings of tasawuf and tarekat use language and terms that require a deep understanding, this is considered troublesome for some people. Practicing the teachings of Islam in modern times with its ease is a problem for Generation Z. The discussion of this study reveals the obstacles, conveniences and strategies that Gen Z does in carrying out religious teachings. Therefore, the researcher made this study to find out the understanding of the religious values of generation Z and how to maintain the religious values of generation Z in the Qur'anic approach. The research method used is qualitative research which is critically described. Then using data collection techniques through semi-structured interview sessions while still making question guidelines. This research is a case study conducted on students of the Faculty of Science and Technology Physics Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The interviewees consisted of two Physics Study Program students. The data analysis technique in this study uses triangulation techniques so that the results of this study are richer with scientific treasures in it. The results of this study indicate that Generation Z's understanding of religious values is Iman, Islam, Ihsan, Taqwa and Tawakal. Then the way generation Z maintains its religious values by making commitments to themselves, choosing good friendships, maximizing existing resources as a medium to remind themselves, understanding how the world of social media works and managing emotions well. The efforts made in facing various obstacles, conveniences and strategies are a form of self-serving to Allah by making the Qur'an as a guide to life
Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Moderasi Beragama Melalui Kegiatan Keagamaan Masyarakat Di Desa Dungus Kecamatan Kunjang
Get PDFReligious moderation is one way to deal with diversity today. The word moderation comes from the Arabic word al-wasathiyah. The practice of Islamic moderation in Dungus Village is manifested harmoniously in Islamic religious activities such as routine recitation, celebration of Islamic days, and Islamic organizational activities. The purpose of writing this article is to show how the implementation of religious moderation with different tendencies is still applied today and how religious moderation can be strengthened in the midst of differences in Islamic religious perspectives. The method used in this research is field study. This type of research is qualitative research where the material produced is presented clearly, coherently, and narratively from various points of view. This research was conducted during the KKN period, from 07/05/2023 to 18/08/2023 in Dungus Village, Kunjang District, Kediri Regency. The results showed that through religious education activities at TPQ, it became a forum for spreading national ideas, introducing multicultural values, bringing religious messages in a peaceful manner and spreading love for humanity. Religious moderation through religious activities also runs well and harmoniously in the Dungus Village community without any conflict between Islamic organizations. This activity has a positive impact on increasing residents' knowledge of Islamic religious activities, uniting various Islamic religious organizations in various activities, improving and creating harmony between Muslims
