    Kondisi Mental Anak Pascapernikahan-Kembali Ibu Tunggal: Tinjauan Maqashid Syariah

    The high divorce rate in Indonesia often has a significant impact on the mental well-being of children, particularly due to the absence of a father figure and emotional instability within the family. This study focuses on the impact of single mothers’ remarriage on children’s mental development from the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharīʿah. The primary issue explored is how the presence of a stepfather influences the emotional, social, and intellectual stability of children in post-divorce families. The study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, involving in-depth interviews with six single mothers who have remarried in Negararatu Village, South Lampung. The findings reveal that the presence of a stepfather positively contributes to the reinforcement of religious values (ḥifẓ ad-dīn), emotional well-being (ḥifẓ an-nafs), intellectual development (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), family relations (ḥifẓ an-naṣl), and economic stability (ḥifẓ al-māl). From the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, remarriage not only strengthens family structure but also supports the psychological recovery of children after divorce. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the maqāṣid al-sharīʿah framework with the modern family context to explain the role of stepfathers in enhancing children’s mental well-being holistically

    The Influence of Achievement Motivation and Mathematical Resilience in Online Learning on Mathematics Learning Achievement

    This research was motivated by the desire to see: (1) the influence of achievement motivation and mathematical resilience in online learning on mathematics learning achievement, (2) The influence of achievement motivation in online learning on mathematics learning achievement, (3) The influence of mathematical resilience in online learning on mathematics learning achievement. This research is quantitative and employs an ex-post facto design. The population in this study was all 344 class VII students at MTs Negeri 1 Kolaka. Sampling using a proportional random sampling technique obtained a sample of 44 students. Data collection methods included questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show: (1) Fcount = 24.31970 ≥ Ftable = 3.220, which means that there is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation and mathematical resilience in online learning on mathematics learning achievement; (2) tcount = 4.333 > ttable = 2.01954, which means that there is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation in online learning on mathematics learning achievement; (3) tcount = 4.989 > ttable = 2.01954, which means that there is a positive and significant influence of mathematical resilience in online learning on mathematics learning achievement

    Learning Engagement in Online Professional Development Program: Indonesian University Lecturers’ Insights

    Online professional development (PD) programs have become integral to educators' lifelong learning, offering opportunities for continuous improvement beyond traditional face-to-face training. However, research is scarce addressing the behavioral, emotional, and cognitive dimensions of engagement in online programs tailored for higher education professionals. This study aims to investigate the extent to which online professional development programs contribute to Indonesian university lecturers' behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagements. This research used a mixed method with a sequential explanatory design. The participants of this study are 555 university lecturers from diverse universities in Indonesia, both private and state universities, who attended an online training for improving basic skills in instructional techniques held by Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka, Jakarta, Indonesia. The instruments used were the questionnaire distributed to all the participants and a semi-structured interview for selected participants. Data analysis included a descriptive analysis for quantitative data and a thematic analysis for qualitative data. The study results show that online PD programs can foster decisive behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagements among Indonesian university lecturers. Qualitatively, it also unveils positive motivations in pedagogical aspects. Thus, it is recommended that online training for lecturers should be the program offered to lecturers in Indonesia to improve their professionalism, mainly in the teaching aspects continually

    The Influence of Self-Regulated Learning on Learning Outcomes Moderated by The Flipped Classroom Model in Basic Mathematics Concept Lectures for Prospective Elementary School Teachers

    Self-regulated learning skills are very important for students to be able to plan, monitor, and evaluate learning independently so that they can achieve optimal academic abilities. Basic mathematical concepts are difficult to understand and require optimal learning readiness. Flipped classroom is a learning model that encourages students' SLR to achieve optimal learning outcomes. This study aimed to analyze the effect of SLR on learning outcomes moderated by flipped classrooms. The research uses a quantitative approach by applying linear regression and moderation regression data analysis techniques. The subjects of this study were 38 people, 7 of whom were male students and 31 female students, with each subject in the age range of 16-18 years, who acted as class D PGSD students, Yogyakarta State University, Class of 2024. The results showed that the effect of SLR on the learning outcomes of PGSD students in introductory mathematics concept lectures was only 1.2%. However, suppose SLR is applied to the practice of flipped classroom learning. In that case, it can moderate the effect of the SLR variable on the learning outcomes of basic mathematics concepts of number concepts by up to 43.3%. This concludes that the SLR of students will significantly affect the existence of learning practices designed with the flipped classroom model. Thus, implementing the flipped classroom substantially moderates the effect of SLR on the learning outcomes of elementary school teacher candidates in introductory mathematics concept lectures.     Meta-Analysis: The Effect of Project-Based Learning toward Mathematical Concepts Understanding in Term of Learning Media Utilization

    Various previous studies on the use of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and its impact on mathematical concepts understanding provide varying reports. This research aims to evaluate the impact of the PjBL model on mathematical concepts understanding and investigate its effects based on the type of instructional media. The research method employed is quantitative with meta-analysis, intended to combine, evaluate, and integrate findings from several published studies. Data was collected through documentary studies by searching articles that published in national and international journals. 32 studies met the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis was conducted using JASP software version 0.18.1.0. The research results indicate that the effect size of the PjBL model on mathematical concepts understanding is significant in the large category. Moreover, statistically, there is significant differences of effect size of the PjBL model depending on the type of learning media used. The implementation of the PjBL model shows a very large effect size on mathematical concepts understanding when using digital learning media and a large effect when using manual learning media. Meanwhile, without using learning media, the effect size of the PjBL model on mathematical concepts understanding is in the medium category

    Abstrak. Belajar merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting sebagai sumber untuk menggapai ilmu pengetahuan yang tinggi, melalui  ilmu pengetahuan manusia dapat mencari solusi dan menyelesaikan  masalah kehidupannya baik di masa sekarang maupun di masa yang akan datang, salah unsur yang berperan penting dalam kegiatan proses belajar yang baik dan berkualitas pada diri individu adalah motivasi. Dengan demikian dapat dipahami bahwa motivasi dalam belajar merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat berperan dalam kegiatan proses mencari ilmu pengetahuan pada individu. Dalam perspektif  Islam para penganutnya sangat dianjurkan untuk mimiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi, sehingga dengan adanya motivasi belajar yang tinggi ilmu pengetahuan akan mudah didapat. Untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar di dalam diri individu dapat dilakukan dengan cara mempedomani dan mengikuti anjuran ajaran agama Islam terutama yang berkaitan dengan reward dan kemuliaan di sisi Allah bagi orang-orang yang berilmu pengetahuan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah  mendeskripsikan pentingnya motivasi belajar di dalam kehidupan individu, dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pandangan  Islam terhadap motivasi belajar, serta upaya-upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar.     Survei Perilaku Agresif pada Siswa SMP Se Kecamatan Sindue

    Aggressive behavior in adolescents has become a serious problem in Indonesia, with data showing a significant increase in recent years. This study aims to reveal the picture of aggressive behavior of students in Junior High Schools (SMP) in Sindue District. Using a descriptive quantitative method, this study involved 524 eighth grade students from five SMPs selected through proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale instrument with 22 items, supported by interviews and documentation. The results showed that the scores of students' aggressive behavior were in the high category in all schools studied. The forms of aggressive behavior identified included verbal aggression (insulting, swearing), physical aggression (hitting, fighting), and destruction of school facilities. This study found five main characteristics of aggressive behavior: attacking behavior, unwanted behavior by the target, violation of social norms, hostility, and learned/imitated behavior. In conclusion, the high level of aggressive behavior among junior high school students requires immediate intervention through programs such as counseling, anger management, and social skills training, as well as active involvement from schools, parents, and mental health professionals

    Pulau Mentawai dikenal memiliki budaya yang bebas tidak seperti nilai-nilai dan norma-norma masyarakat di daerah lain umumnya di Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan apa saja tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil dari referensi pengembangan kurikulum klasik sebagai upaya transformasi karakter anak-anak Pulau Mentawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan sebagai berikut: Pertama, tujuan untuk tahap perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum anak KP mengacu pada teori pendidikan perennialism. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari konsep kegiatan sehari-hari  anak khusus panti asuhan yang cenderung secara  umum kegiatannya untuk memperkenalkan dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip karakter kehidupan Islami. Kedua, pelaksanaan kurikulum pada anak-anak Pulau Mentawai Dilakukan secara terus menerus. Pelaksanaan Kurikulum anak yang keberlanjutan di Pulau Mentawai ditentukan oleh pembangun khusus panti asuhan. Ketiga, hasil pengembangan kurikulum dapat dianggap memuaskan  anak-anak Pulau Mentawai dalam ukuran keagamaan

    Kedudukan Tasrih Haji dan Korelasinya dengan Syarat Wajib dan Mabrur Haji

    This research discusses the situation where many pilgrims do not have tashrih in performing Hajj. Where the purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of tasrih to the mandatory requirements of Hajj and the position of the predicate status of the pilgrims. The research method used is qualitative, namely literature with an explanatory approach. The primary data source is Law No. 8 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Hajj and Umrah (PIHU). Data was collected with documentation and conclusions were drawn with descriptive analysis techniques. The research findings state that tasrih is an official permit issued by the government of Saudi Arabia for pilgrims who want to visit Raudhah in the implementation of Hajj. If pilgrims do not have tasrih, they will be arrested and deported by the Saudi Arabian authorities because they do not have complete administrative requirements as a mandatory requirement for Hajj participants in carrying out their religious rituals. Regarding the title of mabrur Hajj, they are literally not included in the category because they performed Hajj fraudulently or illegally.     This study aims to explore the teachings of resilience in the story of Prophet Musa's mother as presented in the Qur'an, specifically Q.S Al-Qashash [28]: 7-13, and its urgency for single mothers in the modern era. This narrative contains values of steadfastness, trust in Allah, and strategies to face life's challenges that are relevant to single mothers. Through a thematic approach, this research identifies elements of resilience that can be applied in the daily lives of single mothers. The analysis is conducted using thematic interpretation methods and linked to contemporary social contexts. The findings reveal that the resilience values taught through the story of Prophet Musa's mother can provide inspiration and practical guidance for single mothers in facing various life challenges, such as overcoming economic difficulties, independently educating children, and maintaining psychological well-being. In conclusion, the teachings of resilience in the Qur'an are relevant and significant in supporting single mothers to lead more meaningful and productive lives
