    Mengungkap perubahan kecenderungan masyarakat untuk memilih pesantren, menampakkan pola pendidikan Islam dari sistem pesantren, mengetahui kekuatan dan keunggulan pola pendidikan Islam dalam sistem pesantren, dan mengungkapkan faktor-faktor pendukung dan poin-poin pendidikan Islam dalam sistem pesantren sangatlah penting. Metode yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini adalah: metode kepustakaan dan metode dokumentasi. Perubahan sikap di masyarakat dari sekolah umum ke lembaga Islam karena alasan: Pertama, masyarakat merasa kewalahan dengan perilaku anak-anak yang sulit dikendalikan. Kedua, masyarakat mulai menyadari bahwa perkembangan saat ini memiliki konsekuensi serius jika anak-anak tidak diimunisasi dengan pengetahuan agama yang kuat. Untuk itu, munculnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk lebih banyak memberikan pendidikan agama bagi anak-anaknya. Ketiga, masyarakat akan merasa bangga jika anaknya mampu menghafal Al-Qur'an dengan baik, apalagi menjadi penghafal Al-Qur'an

    Islamic Religious Education plays a vital role in shaping students’ religious character. However, PAI instruction in schools often still relies on conventional approaches that fail to encourage active student participation, leading to decreased learning motivation. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Quantum Teaching model in enhancing students’ learning motivation in PAI subjects at SMPN 1 Sungai Penuh. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the PAI teacher, the vice principal, and students from class VIII. The results indicate that the implementation of Quantum Teaching through the TANDUR stages (Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, Celebrate) successfully creates an active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning atmosphere. This model enhances students’ emotional, social, and cognitive engagement, which positively impacts their motivation to learn. The teacher shifts from being a traditional instructor to a facilitator who is able to accommodate various learning styles and individual student characteristics.The study concludes that Quantum Teaching is effective in increasing learning motivation and is particularly relevant for PAI instruction, especially within the context of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum), which emphasizes contextual, humanistic, and student-centered learning

    This community service activity aims to optimize local potential in the Air Pura District through empowerment based on economic, social, and educational aspects. The program was designed using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, emphasizing active participation of the community at every stage, from problem identification and planning to activity evaluation. This participatory approach enables the community to be directly involved in exploring local potential, designing solutions, and taking actions aligned with their needs. The program achieved several key outcomes, including increased community income through diversification of livelihoods based on local potential, strengthened social and cultural values through collaborative activities, and improved education quality through skills training and literacy eradication programs. The success of this program not only brought about positive changes in economic, social, and educational aspects but also established a sustainable empowerment ecosystem. This empowerment model is expected to be replicable in other regions by adapting to their local characteristics.Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi lokal di Kecamatan Air Pura melalui pemberdayaan berbasis ekonomi, sosial, dan pendidikan. Program ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang mengutamakan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam setiap tahap, mulai dari identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Pendekatan partisipatif ini memungkinkan masyarakat untuk terlibat secara langsung dalam menggali potensi lokal, merancang solusi, dan mengambil tindakan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Melalui kegiatan ini, beberapa hasil utama telah dicapai, seperti peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui diversifikasi mata pencaharian berbasis potensi lokal, penguatan nilai-nilai sosial dan budaya melalui kegiatan kolaboratif, serta peningkatan kualitas pendidikan melalui pelatihan keterampilan dan pengentasan buta aksara. Keberhasilan program ini tidak hanya menciptakan perubahan positif secara ekonomi, sosial, dan pendidikan, tetapi juga membangun ekosistem pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan.     Trash is a critical issue that requires serious attention. Education about waste management has become one of the essential pillars in improving public knowledge and participation in addressing waste problems. This activity aims to educate students about waste to enhance their understanding. The activity was carried out through interactive workshops divided into several stages: pretest, lecture and demonstration, question and answer session, simulation, and posttest. The participants in this activity were fourth-grade students from MIS 08/E72 Debai, Kota Sungai Penuh. The results of the activity showed an improvement in students' knowledge about waste, as indicated by an average post-test score of 80.00 compared to a pre-test score of 28.33. The students appeared enthusiastic and motivated during this educational activity, as evidenced by their active participation in the question-and-answer sessions.Sampah merupakan permasalahan yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Edukasi tentang sampah menjadi salahsatu pilar penting dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam penanggulangan masalah sampah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi siswa tentang sampah sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuannya. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui workshop interaktif yang dibagi dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu pretest, ceramah dan demonstrasi, tanya jawab, simulasi dan postest. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas IV MIS 08/E72 Debai Kota Sungai Penuh. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang sampah yang ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata nilai posttest 80,00 dari nilai pretest 28,33. Siswa tampak antusias dan termotivasi dalam kegiatan edukasi ini yang ditunjukkan dengan siswa aktif berpartisipasi dalam tanya jawab

    This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions at Café Noka in Sungai Penuh City. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Café Noka customers and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. A strong brand image enhances customer trust, while good product quality contributes to customer satisfaction, ultimately encouraging purchasing decisions. The findings suggest that Café Noka should maintain and improve its brand image and product quality to increase customer loyalty and purchase interest

    This study aims to understand the process and implementation of Arabic conversation training at Ar-Rifah Institute for Modern Islamic Education, to identify the advantages and disadvantages of conducting weekly Arabic conversation sessions, and to examine the outcomes of this training on students’ speaking skills at the institute. The researcher employed a qualitative descriptive-analytical method to provide an in-depth analysis of the weekly conversation training in improving speaking proficiency. A qualitative approach was used to facilitate the collection of information regarding the weekly conversation practice conducted at Ar-Rifah Institute for the enhancement of speaking skills. This research applies a qualitative descriptive analysis technique as a step to process the collected data. During the investigation of Arabic language learning at Ar-Rifah Institute, data were obtained through interviews with educators who play a role in implementing the Arabic language system at the institute. The weekly Arabic conversation training has significantly improved students’ Arabic speaking skills. The students are now able to speak correctly and accurately, have the confidence to interact using the Arabic language, and show strong motivation to learn Arabic. Moreover, this training has created an Arabic language environment within the institute, making Ar-Rifah Institute a model to be emulated by other institutions in the region.إن معهد عرفة للتربية الإسلامية الحديثة نشط في تطوير طرق تدريسه من خلال منهج المحادثة المباشرة. يتم تزويد جميع الطلاب بمفردات اللغة العربية يوميًا. أما بالنسبة لتدريبات المحادثة المباشرة، فعادة ما تُجرى مرة واحدة في الأسبوع بهذا معهد. يهدف هذا البحث إلى فهم العملية وتنفيذ تدريب المحادثة العربية في معهد عرفة للتربية الإسلامية الحديثة ومعرفة الفوائد والعيوب المتعلق بتنفيذ تدريب المحادثة الأسبوعية باللغة العربية ومعرفة نتائج تدريب المحادثة العربية في مهارة الكلام في معهد عرفة. الطريقة التي استخدمها الباحث في هذه الرسالة هي الطريقة الوصفية التحليلية النوعية لتحليل بعمق حول تدريب المحادثة الأسبوعية لترقية مهارة الكلام. استخدم الباحث النهج النوعي لتسهيل جمع المعلومات حول تدريب المحادثة الأسبوعية لترقية مهارة الكلام بمعهد عرفة للتربية الحديثة. يستخدم هذا البحث تقنية التحليل الوصفي الكيفي كخطوة لمعالجة البيانات. أثناء البحث عن معلومات حول تعلم اللغة العربية في معهد عرفة، تم الحصول على المعلومات عن طريق إجراء مقابلات مع المربين الذين لديهم دور في تنفيذ نظام اللغة العربية في المعهد. تدريب المحادثة الأسبوعية باللغة العربية قد حسّن بشكل كبير مهارة الكلام باللغة العربية لدى الطلاب. يمكن للطلاب الآن التحدث بشكل صحيح ودقيق، ولديهم الشجاعة للتفاعل باستخدام اللغة العربية، وهم متحمسون لتعلم اللغة العربية. كما أن هذا التدريب ينشأ بيئة لغوية عربية داخل المعهد، مما يجعل معهد عرفة نموذجًا يُحتذى به لبقية المعاهد في المنطقة

    Personal Adjustment Santri Scale (PASS): Pengembangan Instrumen Penyesuaian Diri Santri di Pondok Pesantren

    This study aims to develop a personal adjustment measurement tool specifically designed for santri (Islamic boarding school students) in pondok pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). The adjustment process for santri involves unique challenges arising from the boarding system, pesantren culture, and both internal and external demands, which differ from those faced in regular school settings. The instrument was developed based on Schneiders’ (1955) Adjustment Theory, with six dimensions contextualized to the santri experience: academic, social, dormitory life, emotional, moral, and sexual adjustment. A quantitative approach was employed following the scale development procedures proposed by DeVellis and Cohen & Swerdlik (2017). The initial instrument, consisting of 26 questionnaire items, underwent readability testing with 30 santri, followed by expert judgment from four professionals for content validity. Empirical testing was conducted with 300 santri from four pesantren in South Tangerang using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and reliability testing. The results demonstrated a good model fit (CFI = 0.95; RMSEA = 0.056; SRMR = 0.059) and high reliability (α = 0.877). The instrument was proven to be valid and reliable for measuring santri adjustment and may serve as an early identification tool and the basis for psychological interventions in pesantren. The PASS can be practically used by school counselors, boarding supervisors, and Islamic educators to monitor santri adjustment and provide timely psychosocial support. This study also contributes theoretically to the development of educational psychology grounded in Islamic values in Indonesia

    The Pedagogical Impact of Technological Innovations on Qur'anic Learning: A Systematic Literature Review

    This study aims to provide an overview of research trends, forms of implementation, and the impact of using technology in learning al-Qur'an. This research used the Systematic Literature Review method according to PRISMA guidelines. Watase Uake and Publish or Perish tools were used to search for articles with relevant keywords, resulting in 139 articles. After the identification, screening, and eligibility assessment process, 25 articles indexed in Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Sinta 1, and Sinta 2 were selected to be thematically mapped and analyzed. The results showed that 1) the main trends of the research include the development and use of innovative technologies in adaptive and interactive learning of al-Qur'an; 2) The use of technology is carried out by integrating various applications, platforms, and advanced systems in various aspects of Qur'anic learning; 3) the impact of using technology is shown by the inclusiveness of learning and the improvement of learning aspects comprehensively, while still involving the role of teachers to create meaningful learning. This research contributes to providing insights into the potential of technology to improve the effectiveness and quality of Quranic learning in various educational contexts

    The Relationship between Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and Consumptive Behavior among High School Students in West Palu District

    The widespread use of digital platforms among secondary school students has led to the emergence of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), a social anxiety characterised by feelings of exclusion from enjoyable activities experienced by others. Social media features, such as daily stories and live streams on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, encourage students to follow trends. High levels of FOMO are associated with consumerist behaviour, where students purchase items they do not truly need simply to align with lifestyle trends or popular phenomena. This study aims to determine the correlation between FOMO and consumptive behavior among high school students in West Palu District. A total of 300 students were selected using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially through classical assumption tests (normality and linearity) and product moment correlation. The results showed that 68.66% of students experienced high FOMO, and 52.33% exhibited high consumptive behavior. Pearson's correlation analysis yielded r = 0.767 with p < 0.05, which is greater than the table r of 0.113, thus rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis. These findings serve as a reference for counselors through classical guidance to explain the influence of social media algorithms and influencers, as well as through group counseling services for students with excessive impulsive tendencies. These services can help students shift from FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) to JOMO (Joy of Missing Out) in order to be wiser in their use of social media and consumption patterns

    Pemberian Abolisi terhadap Terpidana Korupsi: Analisis Konvensi Ketatanegaraan dan Siyasah Iddariyah

    The granting of abolition constitutes a constitutional prerogative of the President as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia; however, its application to perpetrators of corruption raises serious debates concerning legal morality and anti-corruption efforts. This article aims to analyze the President’s authority to grant abolition to corruption offenders from the perspectives of constitutional law and siyāsah iddariyah. This study employs a qualitative library research design using a normative-analytical approach through the examination of statutory regulations, court decisions, and relevant legal literature. The findings indicate that although the authority to grant abolition has a constitutional basis, its application to corruption cases potentially contradicts the principles of substantive justice, the spirit of combating corruption, and the protection of public interest. From the perspective of siyāsah iddariyah, the exercise of governmental authority is constrained by the principles of trust (amānah), justice, and the safeguarding of the public good; therefore, policies on abolition must be oriented toward the preservation of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, particularly the protection of state assets and public trust. Accordingly, the granting of abolition to corruption offenders should be applied in a strict and proportional manner and oriented toward the public interest to prevent abuse of power and the erosion of legal morality
