THE EFFECT OF SHARIA RELATIONSHIP MARKETING ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY AT BANK BSI MAKASSAR WITH SATISFACTION OF INTERVENING VARIABLES
This research influences characteristics Sharia marketing and Sharia relationship marketing on customer loyalty at BSI KCP Makassar. Analyze the effect of Sharia marketing and relationship marketing characteristics loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. A research method is quantitative. The primary data source is primary data, distributed directly through questionnaires. Secondary data has been presented from various sources. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a sample of 67 respondents and literature from several relevant sources. The research data analysis technique is path analysis with reliability tests, validity tests, and classical assumption tests including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normality, and linearity tests. Hypothesis testing includes testing coefficient determination, T-test, and F-test. Results showed characteristics Islamic marketing had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, BSI Makassar, with a Tcount 2,210 > Ttable 1.997 and a significance value 0.031 at an alpha coefficient of 5%. Sharia relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty at BSI Makassar with a T-count 3,475 > Ttable 1.997 and a significance value 0.031 with an alpha coefficient 5%. Characteristics of sharia marketing and relationship marketing have a significant positive effect on loyalty and customer satisfaction when using the intervening variable value Tcount=2.0412 greater than Ttable=1.99834
Pengaruh Penerimaan Dana ZISWAF, BOPO, Dan Laba/Rugi Non Operasional Terhadap Simpanan Giro Wadiah Dengan Firm Size Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Perbankan Syariah Di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018.Q1-2023.Q3
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penerimaan Dana ZISWAF, BOPO, dan Laba/Rugi Non Operasional terhadap Simpanan Giro Wadiah dengan Firm Size sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan perbankan syariah yang terdaftar pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) tahun 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling, dengan total sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan dengan periode 6 tahun. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Data Panel dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerimaan dana ZISWAF berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap simpanan giro wadiah dalam perbankan syariah pada periode 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. BOPO menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap simpanan giro wadiah dalam perbankan syariah pada periode 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Laba/rugi non operasional menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap simpanan giro wadiah dalam perbankan syariah pada periode 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Firm size tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh penerimaan dana ZISWAF terhadap simpanan giro wadiah perbankan syariah pada periode 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Firm size dapat memoderasi pengaruh BOPO terhadap simpanan giro wadiah dalam perbankan syariah pada periode 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Firm size dapat memoderasi pengaruh laba/rugi non operasional terhadap simpanan giro wadiah dalam perbankan syariah pada periode 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Pada penelitian masa mendatang diharapkan untuk mengkaji masalah ini dari sudut pandang bank syariah dan konvensional, sehingga temuan penelitian dapat diterapkan pada lembaga keuangan atau perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia
Etika Dan Moral Dalam Ekonomi Islam Serta Implementasinya Pada Distribusi Pendapatan Melalui Pengelolaan Zakat
Dalam agama Islam, pendapatan didistribusikan dengan cara yang efektif dan tidak menyimpang dari aturan syariah. Dalam Islam, konsep moral dan kedisiplinan sangat penting untuk membimbing setiap orang ke dalam sistem ekonomi. Tujuannya adalah untuk menghentikan ketidakadilan ekonomi dan ketimpangan sosial yang merupakan sumber utama dari kerukunan umat Islam. Hal ini menunjukkan bagaimana konsep moral menjadi komponen dalam sistem ekonomi, membuat etika ekonomi berkembang dan terasa nyata untuk mengatasi kepentingan pribadi. Dalam ekonomi Islam, nilai kebebasan dan keadilan adalah dasar bagi pembagian pendapatan. Salah satu cara lain untuk mendistribusikan harta adalah dengan memberikan zakat. Artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, atau kajian literatur sebagai pendekatan utama dalam penulisannya. Dalam penyusunan artikel ini, penulis menggunakan data-data kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal atau artikel. Untuk memastikan bahwa zakat dikelola secara efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan etika, moral dan prinsip syariah beberapa faktor utama yang perlu diperhatikan antara lain pemahaman syariah yang mendalam dan pendidikan berkelanjutan para pengurus lembaga pengelola zakat, transparansi dan akuntabilitas lembaga pengelola, sosialisasi dan edukasi pada masyarakat, menjalin kemitraan dengan lembaga/organisasi lainnya, serta identifikasi mustahik
ANALISIS EKSISTENSI PRODUK INVESTASI SYARIAH DALAM PLATFORM FINTECH DI INDONESIA
ABSTRACT
Financial technology (fintech) has revolutionized the financial sector as a whole. This technological innovation allows people to access financial services more easily and quickly, one of which is through sharia-based digital investment. This study aims to determine sharia investment products in the fintech platform, the legal basis for technology-based sharia investment (fintech), and the opportunities and challenges of technology-based sharia investment products (fintech) in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a descriptive method by applying a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that sharia investment products available on digital platforms include several financial instruments such as sharia stocks available on the Ajaib platform, sharia mutual funds available on the Bareksa platform, and sukuk (sharia bonds) available on the Investree platform. In running its operational system, the legal basis used in technology-based sharia investment products is POJK Number 77 of 2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services, PBI Number 19 of 2017 concerning Financial Technology Providers, and DSN-MUI fatwa Number 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 concerning Information Technology-Based Financing Services based on Sharia Principles. As a new innovation, technology-based sharia investment products have several opportunities and challenges in their implementation. These opportunities include wide accessibility, operational cost efficiency, and conditions where the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. The challenges faced are the absence of clear and comprehensive regulations, public knowledge about sharia transaction contracts and sharia fintech operational mechanisms that are still minimal, and limited internet access and digital infrastructure
Strategi Digital Marketing: Dampak Influencer, Iklan Berbayar, dan Desain Visual terhadap Perilaku Pembelian Konsumen: Digital Marketing Strategies: The Impact of Influencers, Paid Ads, and Visual Design on Consumer Purchasing Behavior
Purpose: This study aims to empirically examine the effects of influencer marketing, paid advertising, and visual design on consumer purchasing decisions within the context of digital marketing in Sumbawa Regency.
Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed to explain the causal relationships among variables. The sample consisted of 150 consumers in Sumbawa Regency, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software.
Findings: The results indicate that influencer marketing, paid advertising, and visual design each have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Collectively, these three independent variables explain 74.3% of the variability in purchasing decisions, demonstrating strong predictive power of the model.
Research Implications: Effective digital marketing strategies must be integrated. To enhance consumer purchasing decisions, companies cannot rely on a single tactic but should instead combine the authentic persuasive power of influencers, the precise reach of paid advertising, and the credibility appeal of visual design synergistically to create a holistic and competitive marketing ecosystem
Pengaruh Kompetensi Pengelola Keuangan, Sistem Pencatatan Keuangan dan Partisipasi Masyarakat Desa terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa: The Influence of Financial Manager Competence, Financial Recording System, and Village Community Participation on the Financial Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of financial management competence, financial recording systems, and village community participation on the financial performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes).
Design/Methodology/Approach: This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 63 respondents from two BUMDes in Ngadirejo Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques.
Findings: The results indicate that financial management competence and financial recording systems have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of BUMDes. In contrast, village community participation does not have a significant effect on BUMDes financial performance.
Research Implications: These findings provide a novel contribution regarding the influence of financial management competence, financial recording systems, and village community participation on the financial performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes)
Sosialisasi Pentingnya Penggunaan Media Sosial Sebagai Sarana Promosi Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 12 Medan
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi pentingnya penggunaan media sosial dalam mempromosikan perpustakaan SMA N 12 Medan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya tingkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan staf perpustakaan terkait pentingnya penggunaan media sosial instagram sebagai sarana promosi perpustakaan, bagaimana pembuatan media sosial instagram, bagaimana memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi perpustakaan dan kapan waktu yang tepat untuk membuat postingan konten agar dapat menarik minat pemustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan pelatihan membuat media sosial instagram yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan profil, koleksi, berbagai kegiatan dan layanan yang dimiliki oleh perpustakaan, postingan apa dan bagaimana yang menarik agar semakin menambah insight dan perpustakaan juga semakin dikenal serta contoh akun instagram perpustakaan yang dapat dijadikan sumber referensi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah staf perpustakaan sudah dapat memahami pentingnya penggunaan media sosial dalam kegiatan promosi perpustakaan SMA N 12 Medan secara online dan juga bagaimana membuat postingan yang bagus dan menarik serta kapan waktu yang tepat untuk mengupload konten.

The Translation of Wali/ Auliya in English Al-Quran: Comparative Study on Yusuf Ali and Muhsin Khan
Abstact
Polysemy has problematic issues in the study of linguistics since one word can have many meanings. It depends on the context of many things. Moreover in translation. The accurate of choosing the equivalence in target language is much more difficult. This research is an attempt to analyze two translation works. The first work is The Holy Qur’an with English Translation and Commentaries by Yusuf Ali, and the second is Interpretation of The Meanings of Noble Qur’an: A Summerized Version of at-Tabari, al-Qurtubi and Ibn Kathir with Comments from Sahih al-Bukhari by Muhsin Khan and Taqiudin Al Hilali. This research is qualitative research. This research finds that the word wali/auliya and its derivations are translated into various ways. In some places they are translated into the same words and in another place they are translated differently. However, Muhsin Khan and Hilali mostly translate this word into the same word, wali/auliya with explanation following in the bracket.

Interpretation Concept Of Tasamuh: Conflict Resolution In Multicultural Environment to Establishing Religious Moderation
Conflicts within diversity become conflicts that never stop. Even Indonesia itself also feel this. Even though this Bhineka Tunggal Ika country is seen as a country that upholds the values of tolerance, various diversity lives in harmony and peace in one region. But now this nation's tolerance attitude is starting to fade and turn to intolerance by blaming each other, disbelieving each other, and not infrequently even leading to criminal acts. This conflict does not only occur between different religious communities; fellow religious communities also often occur due to differences in views. Like the conflicts that arise at the turn of the year, namely differences in views on the greeting of Merry Christmas, during the election season in Indonesia, there are always conflicts between supporters of spouses based on differences in choices. The latest phenomenon is the statement of a priest to delete several verses of the Koran. Another case is the ban on wearing the veil, cingkrang pants, and others. This conflict often occurs due to mutual self-claims as the most righteous and waning of tolerance. Even though the government always calls to implement religious moderation by respecting each other and respecting differences. It is appropriate that the tasamuh concept is re-interpreted to become a resolution of diversity conflicts. So the author unravels the concept of tasamuh in this paper by analyzing verses related to tolerance. Hopefully, this paper can help in anticipating the occurrence of diversity conflicts
Qur’anic Ecotheology through the Integration of Moderate Eco-Fiqh in the Effort to Preserve the Natural Environment: Ekoteologi Al-Quran melalui Integrasi Eco-Fiqih Moderat dalam Upaya Melestarikan Lingkungan Alam
This study aims to formulate the concept of Al-Qur'anic eco-theology by integrating moderate Eco-Fiqh to preserve the natural environment. The global environmental crisis demands a change in human awareness and concrete actions towards the environment. Islam offers a theological foundation through the concepts of mizan (balance) and human responsibility as khalifah, which form the basis of ecological ethics. However, the implementation of these values requires strengthening at the level of adaptive fiqh based on the principle of religious moderation (wasathiyah). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review. Data were collected by analyzing primary and secondary literature on ecotheology, Eco-Fiqh, and religious moderation. This study fills a gap in the literature that has not yet integrated Eco-Fiqh and the principle of moderation as a coherent approach to environmental preservation. The novelty of this research lies in the integrative formulation between Al-Qur'an ecotheology and moderate Eco-Fiqh, which is systematically formulated and directed towards practical implications. The results of this study are expected to enrich the moderation Eco-Fiqh knowledge base and provide practical contributions to strengthening the conservation movement based on inclusive and sustainable Islamic values
